Thriller Street Tattoo

I absolutely love TST!! Sammi is my artist and I absolutely love her. She is super creative and takes a lot of pride in her work. I told her the flowers I wanted and gave her creative freedom and my 3/4 sleeve looks beyond what I could have imagined! The lines are clean, the shading was beautiful, and her attention to the finest detail made my tattoo look beautiful which makes me feel beautiful! I highly recommend!

Have to say this place is awesome and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! From the time we walked in the door until it hit me in the butt leaving. My daughter and I walked in for a couple simple tattoos and also expecting to make an appointment for a much larger one for me. Hunter graciously greeted us and hooked us up with the perfect artists for what we were looking for. Barry popped out listened to my rambling and said “man let’s just do it today”. 5 hours later I got this!! This guy is nothing short of awesome. His artwork, conversation, and professionalism is top notch I guarantee you. I could not be more stoked with the results, EXACTLY what I wanted. He took the extra care to provide the detail and asked if he could free form it a bit which is something I wanted anyways. I enjoy the artistic talents. The pic I provided was some sticker I found. He also threw in my sobriety date which was the original reason I came by. Barry, thanks man! It was a pleasure spending the day day with you, awesome work!

Jamie has been our artist for many years now. We have followed her from shop to shop. We are so happy that she has opened up her own shop (Thriller Street). She is an amazing artist. She is always welcoming and accommodating. She has done several of my tattoos as well as my husband. We will continue to go to her for all of our future tattoos. We highly recommend her shop!

Jamie did a fantastic job on my tattoo. The whole process from first discussions to after care was amazing. The shop was professional, clean and comfortable. 10/10 experience and will definitely be coming back.

I had my soundwave touched up and added a few mementos from my daughters childhood, by Jamie. Scheduling was easy and luckily there wasnt a huge wait time on the books (Im thinking 6+ months when I say that) and I did see that walk-ins are welcome. The shop is very new and has a welcoming atmosphere, almost like youre an instant part of the group. I have attached a before and after of what I had done, this is a continuous piece so it wont be finished for quite some time, but I look forward to many more visits to Thriller Street Tattoo.

I got my first ever tattoo with Sammi and it was a great experience! She took the references I shared and made a design I was instantly in love with. She was so nice, confidently answered all my questions, and gave me her honest advice on the sizing which I am so grateful for because I picked a sensitive spot! Im incredibly happy I went with Sammi for the start of my tattoo journey and as my ideas solidify for future tattoos (including the idea she planted :D), I will definitely be going back to her.Besides the fantastic artist, the studios vibe is awesome! Its very clean and clearly well maintained. I loved the decor. Everyone was very friendly. Its a top tier environment!

I had the best experience getting my first tattoo with Sammi! She listened and gave me exactly what I had wanted and it turned out even better than I could’ve ever imagined! The booking experience was easy and her assistant Spencer was nice and also super helpful with all of my questions. I can’t wait to come back for more :)

I can’t say enough great things about this place. The people , the atmosphere , the artists, all top notch. I’ve never felt more at home while getting a tattoo. Sammi has been working on my sleeve cover up tattoo and her work is awesome. She’s dialed in , a master at her craft , easy to talk to and work with. Great communication skills. If you aren’t getting your tattoo done here , you’re going to the wrong place.

Sammi was incredible! She worked so diligently to make sure I got exactly what I wanted and was so personal. She was willing to come in early to fit my 4 friends in for a memorial tattoo with a day’s notice. Definitely will be coming back!!

Johnny Trash was super good. He was very careful with placement of the tattoos and making sure that I was happy with them. I did not feel rushed. The tattoos turned out great and I am super happy with them. He also has excellent taste in music! The space was very clean and he made sure I was comfortable through the process. This is an odd rating, but it is holistic. I got my 1st tattoo here, with Sammi (but 3rd overall). The tattoo experience was EXCELLENT. The work to get it set up and (98%) complete was thorough. The staff and environment were accommodating and friendly.However, scheduling and communications were abysmal. The work I got done was a half sleeve- shoulder to elbow. Sammi anticipated that we would need 3 sessions to get it all done. It ended up taking 6 sessions, which includes one partial session because Sammi was feeling under the weather and I suggested we call it quits. One session was also completely cancelled, as I was driving to the studio, because of an Act of God affecting Sammi. At the end of my last session, I let her know I would be sending pics once it headed up so that she could post etc. After I did take my bandage off, I noticed that I actually wanted something a bit more done (an area filled in a bit more,

Visited for the first time last weekend after scheduling with Sammi a few weeks back. I am beyond in love with my newest ink and can’t wait to come back for a few more with Sammi!! She captured everything I wanted and then some. Still in the healing phase, but already looks incredible.

I was in town for two weeks. My daughters sent me to VA with this adorable note and I knew I had to do something special with it. Jamie was able to fit me in. She took her time with placement and making sure it was to my liking. I was on the verge of tears when it was all done. Grateful for Jamie and her work. I love, love, love that I can look down and see my kids’ handwriting/note everyday. Highly recommend!!Oh and my kiddos loved it!

Sammi is my artist and she is FANTASTIC. I went to her last year for one tattoo and we are now on my eighth tattoo!!! She can do almost every style, she pays attention to detail, and she’s extremely friendly and kind. She makes you feel very comfortable during your tattoo experience. This is my first time seeing her at this shop and she seems so at home- all of the other artists are super friendly and I had a great time at my appointment! The shop is super cute while being clean and professional. I will be back absolutely!

Best tattoo shop in the 757. Sammi is killa, I give her creative freedom almost everytime I come in and I never leave disappointed. The time that I’m there is hilarious and I always look forward going to the shop.

I had the artist Sammi design two symmetrical tigers on my back, and she killed it!! Lines are all perfect, design is sick, and she was so cool to hangout with during the two days of tattooing. Highly recommend this shop as everyone I encountered was super warm, welcoming, and talented

Jamie was so accommodating and I am so excited about my tattoo! I got my grandmothers handwriting and she made sure I was comfortable, that I loved the size/placement/wording and really made me feel at home!

What a great studio. Clean, professional, and love all the artwork on the walls. My sister and I went in to get a memory tattoo. Jamie took our mom’s handwriting, and both our mom and dad’s heartbeat from an Apple Watch and combined them to make the most beautiful tattoo for us. We cannot thank Jamie enough! First time getting a tattoo here, but it will absolutely not be the last! The shop is very clean and beautifully decorated, and you cannot beat the relaxed and friendly atmosphere. But even more than that, the artists are not only skilled and professional but also extremely kind and personable. My husband and I walked in to get matching tattoos for our wedding anniversary and J. T was awesome. He had time to draw up our very very unique design and was able to fit us both in. Very clean,professional, he took the time to draw out our idea and it was Perfect! He made the right adjustments and added little detail that improved the tattoos! Nice and polIte too.

First, communication was great! I was able to easily put out what I wanted and get feedback. The building is soooo nice! Very clean! The decor is my favorite! The whole atmosphere is a vibe! Each artist is definitely cool and talented. Jamie is amazing! Lines/shading/coloring is on point! She 💯 knows her craft. I did a half sleeve and am going back to finish up, and setting up for my leg. You wont be disappointed! Legit skills!

This was my first time at this shop in particular, as my tattoo artist, Sammi, switched here from another location, Sammi has always done amazing work and is so accommodating and you can really tell she loves what she does!! Everyone in the shop was very kind, welcoming, and made me very comfortable from the second I walked in. The location itself is very easy to find and has an amazing and inviting set up. I would definitely recommend this shop! All the artist seem to have fairly different styles so you are for sure to find someone great regardless of your preferred tattoo style!

Absolutely an amazing experience there! Start to finish, best experience Ive ever had with a tattoo shop. I called and did a walk in, and I had Spidah as my artist that afternoon/evening. They perfectly captured what I wanted through some reference photos of a single carnation flower, and I cried tears of joy at the end because of how beautiful the tattoo is. Such a creative and professional shop. Amazing staff were friendly and so very helpful. Jamie inked Family Guy’s Stewie on my arm as a Friday the 13th flash sale. It is so perfect! TJ did a great job with my tattoo. I knew what I wanted, but he suggested to adjust some things so the letters wouldnt be blotchy. He is very knowledgeable and i will definitely be back for more!!! The shop is very spacious and clean!!

Sammie is so amazing! I came from NY with a terrible Medusa tattoo. An artist has completely changed the outline and added things I hadn’t asked for. I was so embarrassed and constantly covering my tattoo. I had looked up “tattoo artists in VA” in Tik tok and found Sammie. I was amazed by her work and scheduled a consultation. I knew from the second I met her I wanted her to tattoo me. She is so personable, honest, and talented. She worked with me to make this tattoo a proud piece and something I enjoy having on my body.
