Must preface this by saying: if you’re a walk-in you will wait & that’s okay! Definitely recommend making an appointment tho I’m just impulsive. Me personally, I loved the environment. You will make friends in the waiting area & they’ll hype u up so you’re not too scared 😭 Such a fast and easy experience && the piercer here is so chill. Least anxious I’ve ever been for a piercing. When I heard about her prices I was a bit skeptical, but I went and even though I was nervous she got my septum done no pain at all and it was over in a blink of an eye. Definitely will be coming back.

Jaiye is kind and professional. The outside looks a little scary but dont let it dissuade you from heading in and meeting her. I had my nipples pierced and she has an eye for symmetry and the actual piercing barely even hurt. I highly recommend Jaiye!

Absolutely recommend twisted nail for piercings, amazing experience! i went in for the first time today for a belly button piercing (i get very nervous for piercings considering my only other one is my ears) and immediately felt comfortable when i sat down in the waiting area, it was very calm and settling. i had an appointment for 5:45 and went into the piercing area around 6:05 (it is a friday so naturally there was a little bit of a wait) and although my wait was short, my piercer gave me a diamond bar rather than a typical plain one due to the wait. piercing wise she marked my belly button and had me look in the mirror to make sure i liked the placement (it was perfect) and then had me lay down to get pierced. she told me what she was doing and asked me how i felt multiple times during and after, it was extremely quick and i hardly felt a pinch. im skeptical of piercing places, and i had a very relaxed and painless experience. 10/10 recommend!

Jaiye is the third piercer I’ve gone to and by FAR the best of all my experiences. I got 2 helix piercings. She pierces so quickly but does not rush you into it and makes sure you’re confident before proceeding. She is so patient and calming. She was so quick and painless!! I havent had such an easy piercing before. She makes you comfortable, doesnt treat you just as a customer but as an actual person, very clean and thorough (thats a major key point) and overall takes care of you mentally. Septum piercing infected in four days- so swollen that my doctor can’t even tell if the jewelry is even in the right place. This is my 30th piercing- I know how to take care of them. Nostril jewelry is too big, L shaped (not a labret) and not appropriate for a new piercing. Also asked her to replace a piece of jewelry in my cartilage and she used a hoop that was too thick in the gauge and too small in the hoop- this piercing is from Feb 2008 and now it’s got bumps on it like it’s a fresh healing piercing. Totally unprofessional. I should have known when I walked in and can only blame myself.Edit: went to a real shop today and this person has a TERRIBLE reputation in Cincinnati. Other shops do not believe she is licensed. Dont let her use numbing cream on you, please!second edit- her response tells me she doesnt even realize how wrong the jewelry she put in my nose was. The issue isnt that it was too big so that it could swell- the issue is that you pierced my nose with nose studs that could easily be yanked out. The only appropriate jewelry for a fresh nostril piercing is a flat back labret. The jewelry you put in my more than ten years old ear cartilage piercing did not fit at all. I will not be texting you about anything as I have moved on to a better shop.

Definitely a great experience. The owner was friendly, very informative and she walked me through my entire process. She made me feel so calm and comfortable. Definitely great work she does and the shop and atmosphere is so clean and peaceful. I definitely recommend her for all your piercing needs.

This was my first time coming here for a piercing and she was so cool and down to earth! She numbed my tongue and gave me the run down of the process step by step. Unfortunately while I was cleaning my face my top for my dermal on my face came off I called her and it was super late and she still called me back and had me in the next day had it fixed and also gave me a free bottle of the cleaner that I needed! I think she could do a better job at communication especially with a business. I understand we all get busy but at the end of the day when you mess up youShould be in constant Communication with them regarding the issue. I got my a smiley piercing that happened to be crooked when the swelling went down. She doesn’t respond to messages even though her site tells you to communicate through text. I came to her shop about my piercing she told me to clean with mouth wash for piercings that I had also purchased. I waited about a month and it is still clearly crooked paid 45$ for it. I text her and let her know she told me to take a picture of it and send it to her then I could take it out, I went ahead and did so.. no response I texted again asking if I should take it out and would I be able to get it Re pierced or if she offers refunds still no response. I went ahead and took it out And just went to somebody else to get it re-pierced $55 down the drain. Communication is lost which was disappointing.

I was a little skeptical going so far from home to get a piercing but I saw the reviews and decided to go for it. My sister and I both got our noses pierced and it was a great experience. Jaiye was very sweet and knowledgeable. She was quick and this nose piercing was a lot less painful than my other one. I would 100% recommend her business.

She informed me that at the time she did have 14 mm and 16 mm jewelry available. Which is exactly what I was looking for.2) Very cute,clean and organized shop , in a location close to my side of town, and a small Black owned business. Im always happy to support a local shop!!I really appreciated the steps taken in the shop, to make sure we all stay healthy, and stop the spread of germs and other nasties3) I love that she was attentive to all customers. She had a steady stream of folks coming in for appointments, when I arrived there were two appointments ahead of me and my wait time was minimal. I didnt feel like any clients were rushed. I could hear her going over the piercing procedure, any concerns the clients had, and then after care after the procedure was done.4) When I made it to the back , she greeted me and we went over what I wanted. A navel piercing. I did a lot of research on the piercing and had an idea on where and how I wanted it placed.We went over my anatomy and she complimented my belly (she was so nice and affirming !) I had the perfect tummy for a belly ring!!This made me more confident in getting it done , bc this lady knows her stuff!! All the materials for the piercing were individually wrapped , you can tell they were sterilized.She marked where it would be placed and I asked my friend/ emotional support what she thought, once we all agreed it was go time!I literally laid down and we started talking and it was DONE!!! Felt a slight sting like a shot at the Drs office or bee sting. It really helped that she was QUICK and uses numbing gel.5) We went over aftercare , any questions, and if I felt I need to size up to a 16 mm , she can assist with that.I highly recommend and if I ever want anything else. I ONLY trust her.!!

My tongue piercing was the first piece I got from Miss Jaiye and I was super excited and very nervous. She helped me stay calm and only pierced me when I was ready. She did use some numbing stuff which helped so much. Didnt even have any pain during the healing process! Best piercing experience Ive had in a while.

DO NOT GO HERE. Waited over 20mins for my “appointment” for not a single person to acknowledge I was even there. But you could hear them in the back laughing and talking amongst each other. Not to mention the 15+ other people waiting in the lobby. The ceiling was literally falling down. It was dirty. Smelled funny. Save your money and health and go to an actual tattoo shop. I am so glad I just left and went to red dragon tattoo that was literally down the street. And they were way more professional.

Wanted to say Thank You to Jaiye Raymond. I just got both ears pierced because of chronic migrains. She is very professional and a lovely lady. She made me feel very welcomed and comfortable. I will go back to her before heading back to Texas.

Four of us Visited this shop this past Friday. My friends and I ALL wanted piercings (3 Cartilage/helix, 1 Nose, and 2 Daith). Miss Jae was incredible. First off, dont let the appearance fool you. The shops interior is very open, clean, and they make you do paperwork w/ID--just like any professional shop. I was skeptical of the $20 piercing charge, so Id done research beforehand. Such a great price!! She was extremely kind, she didnt mind that we were all a little nervous. She talked us through every part from start to finish and answered ALL the questions we had. At one point, she had a line of people who came in whilst she was finishing our group. She did not rush us out or get annoyed with the new line of customers. Instead, she kept her attention on us and made sure we were all alright before sending us on our way. The jewelry selection covered the basics of Surgical Steel, which is what you want for a new piercing (other than gold or titanium). I am definitely going back soon, esp. to get more jewelry. Jay was awesome. She explained exactly how the piercing would go. She had the piercing completed before I had time to be nervous. It was virtually painless. She explained how to care for the piercing and is willing to answer any questions in the days to come. If your looking for a piercing I would highly recommend her. 1-22-19. Jay continues to show great professionalism. My lip piercing came out and Jay fixed it with me just walking in. I highly recommend her her for any of your piercing needs.

Let me just start by saying, the owner of this store is one of the kindest, most comforting piercer I have ever gone to. She made sure it was fast and painless, my nipple piercing didn’t hurt at all because of how fast and how well she was able to help me stay at ease. Don’t be turned away just because of the location, the prices and service are unbeatable.

I just got my belly pierced about a week ago. I am terrified of needles and pain. I came in nervous and I left very happy and satisfied with my piercing. She was very sweet, comforting and professional. It is healing very well and very quickly. Her instructions for aftercare are very detailed. Also, she uses numbing cream so it was painless. First of all, my experience was overall really nice and Jay (I believe that is the correct spelling) was very sweet and professional! I got my helix pierced but now have a irritated, but not infected, cartilage bump on the back my piercing. I’ve been keeping it well cleaned but I think it might have been caused my movement in my sleep. Do you have any tips on how to go about safely healing this?

My girl and I went here and got piercings. I got my nose for the 5th time and she did great. The last few times it hurt so bad was red for days and irritating, not this time from her. My friend got her belly button. It was quick and painess as well. She explained aftercare also. We will be back.

The piercer herself is fine, but the shop is disgusting and unprofessional. Its run down, dirty, and slipshod. Will not be returning. I also sanitized my piercings as soon as I got home.Edit - I said the piercer was fine. She did use clean stuff. She was quick and knew what she was doing. Shop was still gross. I got my nose pierced twice by her Im extremely terrified of needles but wanted a piercing and it was barely painful so fast you dont feel anything before you can say ouch its over! I got a madonna piercing done. Jaye; did my piercing, it was very quick and painless.My appointment was at 5:25pm I only had to wait about 10 min. before my turn, which was not a problem at all. My only complaint is the shop needs a little maintenance and upkeep done to it. I would definitely recommend Twisted Piercings for piercings she did a great job with my piercing and her prices are reasonable. I will definetly go back for future piercings.

Don’t let the building fool you- this is the best piercer I have ever gone to! Jaiye is quick, clean, friendly and super knowledgeable about any questions you have. The building is going through renovations, but the space for piercing is clean and comfortable. My mom needed an earlobe re-pierced and I got my nose pierced and the two of us were in and out in under 30 minutes. Jaiye is so good my mom didn’t even know the piercing had happened! Truly cannot recommend this place enough!

I got pierced here about 6 1/2 months ago. I got my nose and naval done. I think my piercings are now fully healed, and I love them. The jewelry I was given is good quality. They haven’t rusted or broken. I didn’t get any infections during my healing process. I love the placement. My nose piercing isn’t too low or high, and my naval isn’t pierced crooked. It was $50 for both piercings, so I definitely recommend getting pierced here. I don’t remember my piercer’s name, but she was very nice.

Went to Jay because she was highly recommended but my experience was not good. The little girl at the front was super rude, not good with direction, and super unprofessional; no matter how big or small a business is customer service should be top tier. I went to simply get a second hole in my ear lobe, a few weeks later I went ahead and took the piercing out to clean it really good and the hole was sooo small that it close up immediately. Try to push the earring back in but it was too late. A waste of money and time, do not spend your money here. Unprofessional setting and unprofessional tools. Go else where!!

My son and I got pierced. She was very professional. She answered all my questions. Her jewelry is nickle free which is great for sensitive skin. We bought the spray which really does work! Were on day 5 and all soreness was gone a couple days ago and no oozing! Highly recommend her!! Thankful for a great experience especially for my son. She also numbed us both with a topical which helped immensely!

Definitely a great experience! She was nice and spoke to me when i walked in, she told me to be really picky with where I wanted my nose piercing and I changed the spot multiple times until I was comfortable where it was at, i got double nose piercing and it didnt hurt or anything at all.

So my fiancé wasnt super thrilled about her surprise piercing but by the time it was all over she was SO happy. I have to hand it to the owner, she was far more patient than I would have been. By the time we got home and my fiancé watched the video a few times, she was like wow! that girl is a good piercer, look how she did this, look how she did that! LolNice work. We are very pleased.

My best friend and I decided to get our noses pierced for a milestone marker and found Twisted had really great reviews. The wait was about an hour wait for a walk-in due to others ahead of us, but was definitely worth it. Ms.Jaiye was very friendly and informative. She was quick as well. My friend unfortunately passed out while watching me get my piercing and the staff and other patrons came to her aide. Thankfully nothing was wrong but the helpfulness was appreciaed. I will absolutely come back and reccomend Twisted for piercings.

Jaiye did an absolutely amazing job! I just had a helix piercing done by Jaiye a month ago and it has healed amazingly! I was kind of scared to have my first piercing through cartilage but she was fast and I didnt feel anything. I also texted her after and asked questions. Costumer service is horrible, big mistake with the young woman at the front desk. She was on her phone FaceTime with someone talking very loud and negatively about customers. Not sure if it was directed to me or someone else but very unprofessional. Poor with giving directions. Little girl in front eating. “No kids allowed,”should have been in the back. More upset with the waste of my time, I can careless about $30. Besides that was for Jaiye who did in fact deserve it because I walked out and didn’t get any service. Should be more mindful of whom you want to represent your company and set rules and train properly ✌🏾

I got my nose pierced and belly button done at the same time and my sister got her nose done. I’ve had my belly button done 2 other times before this and it ALWAYS rejected, there was a lot of scar tissue so I was worried it would be difficult to put a needle through or it would hurt. She was SOOO nice about everything! I’m going back in a few weeks to get my nipples done. Would highly recommend

Don’t let the location throw you off. The service is amazing. I walked in to get my nose pierced and walked out with what is probably my favorite piercing so far. This place is very affordable and has great COVID rules that you have to follow in order to get pierced. 10/10 would recommend and definitely coming back.

The lady who helped with my piercing was very knowledgeable, and answered every question i had. She was great at distracting you from what was about to happen. She also offers numbing gel, and after care products on site. Heads up, its kind of hard to get in and out of parking lot, but thats not their fault. Just that the shared parking lot is in disrepair. Went to get a double nose piercing, and she messed up and had to redo it twice, plus the piercing was crooked. She then refused to give me my money back. Terrible experience. If you want good quality piercings pay the whole price these are 20$ for a reason. Also very unprofessional, she was laughing, and joking with a friend in there instead of giving me her undivided attention!! Would NOT recommend to anyone

Took my daughter for a nose piercing a few days ago. Pulling up i wasnt so sure. She had a long line of people but had us all going fairly quickly. She went over care instructions multiple times and has a 24/7 line to call of any questions or issues arise. If i decide to do any piercings myself this is where im going. Thanks for the care you gave us.

Got my nose and surface today waited 2 hours it was worth it though I love her speed and flow she made sure I was confident in them and I always say I love it she done my nose surface tragus two helix’s industrial I’m sorry but that wasn’t your fault it was itchy it fell out and my tragus which got caught by a hairstyle I’m sorry this is my last two piercings for 3 years I won’t be back but I love you be safe and I will update you

Ive gone here in the past for piercings and have loved every experience. I have an issue where I pass out easily and have never been made fun of in anyway always felt extremely comfortable. May be coming back soon if nipple piercings are done here!

Okay! First off I drove over an hour to this little shop I’d never been to and I don’t know anyone who has ever been there(obviously living an hour away). I went to get a dermal done(no one in my area does them) I was so nervous, but this wonderful lady made me feel perfectly safe talked me thru the whole thing and it didn’t even hurt a little! I will highly recommend her to anyone I know!!!

Went there 2 wks ago for a tounge peircing. Was nervous cuz I dnt have no other peircing except my normal ear piercing. She was nice and numbed it. Cant wait to go bk nxt wk to get a fitted one cuz this long one getting irritating.. lol if I ever get anything else peirced I would go bk. My appointment was for 4:15 and i got there around 4:10. i didn’t get called into the piercing room until 4:55… the wait was so long but my piercing turned out good though.

I feel no pain when it comes to jay she is quick and comfortable I had my nips done 3 times not by her but when she did do them the 3rd time it didn’t hurt my nose didn’t hurt nor my tongue I recommend her she the GOAT !!!!

I got my ears peirced by Ms.Jay a couple days ago, she was super awesome and really nice! The process took all of a few minutes and I barely felt a thing. Btw youre crazy if you dont get the H2O spray. Its so easy and convenient.

She tried to pierce my cartilage with a gun. shop looks bad on the outside and the floors did not look clean. never saw her wash her hand and she only used some kind of alcohol cleaner for the needle after i complained about the gun. didn’t clean the earring before it went in

The most unprofessional set of people work here. After waiting 90mins to get a regular nose piercing, they just let people cut in the front, without any explanation or even talking to us.
