Kim pierced my 6 year old daughters ears and she was absolutely AMAZING. A year earlier we tried to get them pierced here and my daughter was too scared. Kim explained everything, was super cool and kind, and even gave my daughter earrings for her stuffy (gem stickers). She also got to pick out stickers at the end. While ear piercing here is not cheap (and probably isnt at most tattoo shops) I would go back to Kim and HIGHLY recommend her. Both my daughter and I left happy 😊.

So to say less I was having piercing issues with my piercings I had gotten from another shop. So I decided to go somewhere familiar that I had known about since forever (Skincraft)! When I called to make an appointment the receptionist was so sweet and professional and polite she made me confident just over the phone! When I walked in I was greeted by her and the vibes of the shop were very inviting and relaxing! They reassured me everything was going to be fine and it was! My piercer KIM was god sent! She was perfect! She was professional, empathetic, and all out amazing! She got me together and I walked out feeling confident and Brand New! I’m even thinking about another piercing! I received my fifth piercing from Kim over the weekend and had the best experience! It was my first cartilage piercing, and I was worried it would heal poorly. It has been healing great and the pain is nonexistent. Kim is very professional and has the best recommendations. Im excited to go back in a few months to get more piercings added to my earscape.

Got two piercings and a tattoo everything went very smooth. Looks great! Decided to get another tattoo sent in photos. Thee weeks later I called to see when they could do it never heard from them. What they do is good but poor customer service.

Had my nipples pierced by Kim and she was great! I felt super comfortable and informed the whole time, she is a very skilled and experienced piercer, and they healed perfectly.

All of the piercers are super knowledgeable and huge on sanitation. Savannah has given me by far the best piercing experiences I’ve ever had. You will not be disappointed if you go to this shop.

Before my appointment at Skincraft about a week and a half ago, I hadnt gotten a piercing in about 30 years, since I was about 18. For a few years Ive been wanting more and I woke up one day and decided to go for it. I dont do anything without doing a lot of research and eventially I settled on Skincraft. I made an appointment with Savannah.I was feeling really anxious about the pain when I walked into the shop - I dont have a high pain threshold. I got a very friendly greeting from the woman at the counter and then met Savannah. Shes super down to earth. I had this whole vision of where I wanted my two new piercings to be. She explained that because of my ear shape and the type of piercings I wanted (2 more helix piercings), the placement I wanted would not be best for me. So we worked out a new plan. I was really disappointed that I had to change my plan but she was very knowledgeable and I trusted what she was telling me.She made me feel really at ease through the entire process and I bore the pain well lol. It was very different from my last long ago experience at Claires (good Lord) - it hurt, but not terribly and it just went so much more smoothly than with the gun.Now a week and a half later, my ears are healing so well. Im so happy with the new locations Savannah helped me decide on. They look great and Im already plotting to get more.Also, the shop is very very clean and well kept - that was the first thing I checked out when walking in the door. I highly recommend both Skincraft and Savannah.

Very easy to schedule via app, my daughter wanted multiple piercings , we decided to go the route of an experienced piercer instead of the old school piercing guns. Staff was awesome, prompt and professional . JT was fantastic helping her select jewelry, pricing, and the process, shes almost 15 was a trooper through all 3 placements, thanks to JT helping her feel at ease. Thanks guys!

They were so nice! It took a while but because it is such a professional place. My piercer was Savannah and she was so nice and such a vibe! The front desk person was just as epic and patient, especially since our whole family was there, five people! My aunt had gone and liked it so much so we went and got ours done! Definitely recommend and will be going back

I took my mom to get her ears pierced. She is terrified of needles, but Kim made her feel comfortable and walked her through each step of the process. The store is extremely clean and the staff is super friendly and helpful.

Kim was absolutely amazing. She took so much time with my to design my earscape and was fun, personable and creative. I brought my own jewelry [and purchased some there as well] and she help revive some old ear holes and made everything work together. Couldnt be happier!

My daughter just turned 10 and wanted her ears pierced for her birthday. (I wasnt about to give her the Claires Special from the 1990s, so I knew we had to hit up a legit spot.) I booked Savannah, and Im sooo glad I did. Shes amazing and has such a warm, friendly personality. She was also chatty, which I LOVED. (I dont know a lot about tattoos or piercings, but her ability to find common ground, ask questions, and engage sweetly with my daughter calmed A LOT of her nerves, and honestly, mine too!)Savannah explained EVERYTHING she was doing step-by-step, bit-by-bit directly to my daughter. She was clear and measured in her piercing approach. My daughter knew exactly what to expect in each moment, and Savannah asked for consent with every touch. For example, Your hair is just a little in the way. Is it okay if I touch/move your hair just a little bit, so I can see better? I feel like this is such a rare thing these days, but it really made my little one feel safe, brave, and ready. My daughter is naturally shy and wasnt intimidated by the artist, shop, or the process.Id refer literally ANYONE to Savannah! (Not gonna lie—probs gonna hit her up to fix my own 1990s Claires Special.)

Kim has done 4 of my piercings so far and she’s absolutely amazing! She makes me feel so comfortable with her and is so patient with me when I have questions. I can’t recommend her enough!

My aunt had hers done here and then loved it so much that we all came back for Savannah. Savannah was amazing, helped me w/ my re pierce and then put in the rest of my new earrings for me, so amazing and I love them. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!! ALL OF THIS 👇 HAPPENED - - PLEASE read it if youre thinking of letting them pierce you- - but worst of all!!..... THEY GAVE ME A CROOKED MISALIGNED PIERCING!! (see photos Im adding). So, for reference, I am pretty experienced with getting pierced. I have had the following done: two eyebrow, a tongue, two snake bites, two standard lip, a vertical labret, a Monroe, a Madonna, a nostril, and countless ear/ cartilage piercings). Let me just say, in regards to my 2 star rating of this place, that the only reason I am even going TWO stars with it and not one star or none at all, is out of respect for how Skincraft USED to be, which was wonderful. I had my vertical labret done there in 2009 and my Monroe in 2007, and they were fast, professional, clean and did beautiful piercings. But now??... I just had my septum pierced there, this past March (2024), and it was a TERRIBLE experience, in every way. Let me begin right where it started, with a very rude counter person (I am a really polite person by nature, so this throws me off immediately). Next, after I asked the questions I needed to ask, they informed me that I would need to put down a deposit on my piercing (thats reasonable, I get that part).. But then they scheduled me to come back in two hours to have it done despite the fact that the place was empty aside from one person in the piercing room (they said). So after whiling away a couple of hours at Shake It, we headed back into Skin craft. The counter person continued on with their icy demeanor routine and their general air of Go Away! We Dont Like You! This unpleasantness extended to the inept piercer once I went back to the piercing room-- he was extremely curt and dismissive throughout the handful of questions I had (it wasnt much, and all asked while he was preparing his tools anyhow). When I asked about the needle gauge and was told 16g, I asked if he could use an 18g needle instead, because I really only wanted to wear thin gauge, close fitting and delicate looking jewelry in my septum. He told me no, he could not, but didnt elaborate on WHY he could only use a 16g needle, and why I didnt have a say in it at all (??what?). He didnt give me a choice, so I gave up-- i wanted to get up and leave right then, and go get it done somewhere else, but the monetary deposit they made me put down was considerable, I wasnt willing to give it up). So I tried to just relax. But then I saw the captive bead ring piece of jewelry that he was planning to use, which was silver and rather large, about 12mm in diameter (I was hoping for 8mm bc I have a smallish nose but would have also been ok with 10mm), so I asked if he could use one of those two smaller diameters, but he said no. Then I asked if he could use a ring that was annealed or hinged seamless, at least and he said no, I could not choose the gauge size, the diameter of the ring size, or the color, because they did not have any other jewelry in the shop except this one piece (thats just laughable). A million other things happened but they cut me for character limit - last 2 things. They stayed rude even after I paid with tip, AND CLAIMED TO NOT CARRY NOSE SCREWS WHEN I TRIED TO BUY ONE ON MY WAY OUT. A piercing shop with no nostril screws. I truly almost started laughing. In short: I will NEVER go back and Ill advise my friends and family to avoid Skincraft like the plague, too. What a bummer I loved this place.

Just had the most amazing experience. When I took my 11 yr old to get her ears pierced for the first time. The amount of patience, kindness and understanding was beyond exceptional. The whole staff was kind and informative, but Kim was beyond amazing! She really does make sure the client is comfortable and informed with every single step! Wonderful, wonderful experience!

Got my septum done by Savannah, she did a great job and the piercing is so sick. She’s very professional and friendly throughout the whole process. Would recommend both skincraft and Savannah.

Got two piercings here recently with my sister - my first non-lobe piercing. JT was really great and explained the whole process and made me feel comfortable. The shop was clean and all the people there were friendly. Would definitely return!

Kim did my hidden helix piercings on both ears. Incredibly kind, funny, patient, and professional from start to finish. Made me extremely comfortable and loves what she does and it shows. Would 100% recommend seeing her for any piercing.

Kim is AMAZING with kids. My 6 year old got her ears pierced for Christmas, and Kim explained the process in detail, was patient when my daughter asked questions or was hyper. She helped her feel confident and in control the entire process. My daughter wanted me to get a piercing with her, so Kim did my daith and it was a great experience for me as well. The explained the entire process and let me know what she was doing at each step.If you’re looking for someone to pierce your child’s ears, go to Kim. I had Savannah for my septum piercing yesterday and I could not have asked for a better experience. The shop is very clean and huge on sanitization and being sterile (which is the #1 most important thing, if you ever go to a piercing or tattoo shop and theyre not, run!). She talked me through everything, answered all my questions, validated my fears, joked with me, and reassured me. Savannah was very quick when it finally came time to the actual piercing and I was so thankful for that. From the time the needle went in, the jewelry was already in and in a matter of seconds the ball was on and I was good to go! If youre going here for any piercing, I think no matter the piercer youll be in good hands. Prices are extremely reasonable for the quality service you get - yes you may have to pay a deposit, but thats added to your overall total as long as you show up on time to your appointment. And dont forget to tip your piercers!!!! Thanks Skincraft for such a good experience!

My 6 year old decided that she wanted her ears pierced and after plenty of research we chose this place. I’m glad we did. Kim was our piercer and she was phenomenal. She was very patient and explained everything in a way that my daughter could understand. What actually blew me away though was her complete disregard for what I wanted and how she solely took my daughter into consideration throughout the whole process. I’m an advocate for autonomy with my kids and as long as she is being safe and understands what she’s asking for, I let my daughter decide what she does or doesn’t do with her body (age appropriate, obviously). She cried and became very nervous after the first ear, and Kim did not even so much as look to me for approval. She made sure my daughter wanted to continue and gave her complete autonomy. She got her second ear done and she couldn’t be happier. And I couldn’t be more proud. Kim was 100% one of the best piercers I’ve met, and I’ve had many.I will say their prices are a little high but their jewelry is high quality and the service is hands down A+.Thank you for making this such a great experience, Kim.

Best place to get piercings hands down. I went on the 22nd and got my nipples pierced. A week went by and the jewelry on one side was going into my skin. Went back today and JT got me together! JT and Savannah were amazing. They made the process quick and easy!Appreciate you guys!

Ive had many friends ask me for piercing parlor suggestions and I always tell them to go to Skincraft. Their piercers are incredibly conscious of hygiene and anatomy, give helpful (and accurate) aftercare advice, offer a good selection of jewelry, and the customer service is great. Their services are also very affordable and fairly priced. Ive gotten at least four piercings done here and they are well-placed with good quality jewelry. Savannah is fantastic -- shes fun and easy to talk to, and definitely knows what shes doing! 100% recommend this place for those looking for new body art.

I have never had a bad experience here and I got both of my tattoos done here. They are absolutely beautiful the two artists I had did an amazing job and explained every step of the process to me since it was my first time getting a tattoo. They healed nicely and are exactly what I wanted! Definitely going back for my third.

I chose Skincraft for my doubles piercing because of numerous personal recommendations. They weren’t wrong, I now understand why it’s the best place to go. I’m not a fan of needles and every step of the process was clean and well explained. The entire staff was fabulous and I felt so comfortable there. I would recommend anyone to come here, seriously! I had my Targus pierced here about 3 months ago, it has healed nice and Kim; my piercer was awesome. The shop is clean and well organized. I would definitely recoomend this shop.

It was amazing! The person who answered the phone was kind, helpful, and thorough. When we got there everyone was welcoming and Kim, the piercer, was absolutely incredible with my 6 year old who left soooo happy with her ears pierced.

My piercer was James. He was a super sweet guy, explained things super well, and he was really nice. I have an anxiety disorder and was very nervous but he said I did a great job and he pierced my septum perfectly. Great guy, great place, great piercing!! Definitely recommend

I had an appointment here today to get my nips pierced. Savannah was my piercer and she did a great job talking me through the process and giving me plenty of after care information. They hardly even hurt! Its a pretty shop with awesome people, definitely plan on coming back here to get my septum done!

I have gone to Skincraft for a few years now for tattoos, and I dont have any complaints. I have actually gotten so many compliments on my tattoos over the years from when I started going, and today Im finally getting a tattoo for my dad that I have been sitting on since he passed away in 21. I highly recommend the artists at Skincraft, especially India who has done my last few tattoos.

JT was amazing! I went to get my nostril and helix pierced, and he did a great job making sure I understood the healing times and pricing before he did the piercings. He then thoroughly explained how to care for them. Out of the 4 times I have gotten piercings, this is the only time any piercer wanted me to check in 6 weeks later to see how they are healing. He made me feel super comfortable the entire time. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a piercing.

I found Skincraft by looking at reviews and I can confirm that the good reviews are accurate! Everyone there was very friendly and professional, and my tattoo turned out even better than expected! Josh was very pleasant and made sure to explain everything he was doing and how to keep it clean afterward! It made my first experience getting a tattoo way less intimidating and I would absolutely recommend them!

I made an appointment by call to get my nose pierced, I’m 14 and came from Kentucky to here to get my nose pierced. My piercer was James. He was very easygoing and nice to talk to, he explained everything to me and made sure I knew what was going on whenever he was doing something. He did a great job with the placement. James was so helpful and made me feel completely comfortable. I felt like I was hanging out with a friend instead of a stranger I had just met. He knew how to pierce for the least amount of hurt and was so helpful with all of my questions. The place was huge and could accommodate many. Says walk-ins are welcome, but I would suggest making an appointment.

Fantastic service, very nice. Clearly very professional. Got my first lobe piercing and an extensive aftercare sheet with details on how to take care of them. JT was my piercer, he was very nice. The price was on par with most parlors and they made it worth the money. Absolutely would go back.

Professional, clean, & polite. We did a tandem piercing for my daughters ears. (An extra $10, FYI) Considerably more than your mall piercing, but they were meticulous and patient. Prices could be a little more transparent, but perhaps I should have asked more questions. I certainly didnt feel swindled. They worked to make my daughter feel comfortable, and were very detailed about getting the holes centered & even. Clear instructions for care & open invitation to call with questions. Would recommend!

Our six year old daughter had her ears pierced today. The entire experience was a success. The staff at the counter welcomed us into the studio. Everyone was very knowledgeable and friendly. The piercer was kind and gentle and made the tattoo shop a little less abrasive for a six year old. She feels like a princess and said I cant believe I have my ears pierced!! hundreds of times on our way home. Thank you so much!!

Have had 2 tattoos done here by 2 different artists. Both were walk ins. I live a little over an hour away and my experience with the first tattoo was so good I decided to come back for the second one and will return for future ones. Shop is very clean and they are very knowledgeable and accommodating. Mine were quick and easy and they didnt mess around. I was also very pleased with the pricing. When Im ready I will definitely be back!

I never review online and Ive NEVER have negatively reviewed anyplace ever. So the fact fact that Im writing this shows my extreme disappointment. Its been a hard week and my daughter has been waiting for months and we chose this place above all the others bc of the reviews. My poor girl. We drove 45 min to get there and we were 1 min past the deadline, which we couldnt control, although the was easily 20 minutes left of appointment time left. It was rudely handled. They could have said no and I would understand but they should have been much more compassionate or shown some decency towards my 7 yr old. She has been crying since we left because she was felt unliked and scared. I understand the late policy and I understand that we were 1 minute past our deadline but they had no problem breaking my daughters heart and taking my $50 plus the money I had paid for parking. They offered rescheduling for later this week but its not easy to find the time to drive 45 minutes 2 ways. Months of working up her courage and an hour of crying all for walking in 60 seconds too late. Rules are rules but have some compassion and dont intimidate a young child please.

Brought my daughter (5y/o) in to get her ears pierced with Savannah. She did such an amazing job and was so thorough and walked my daughter through everything that was happening. My daughter was pretty nervous but Savannah put her at ease. We could not have asked for a better experience!!

Molon Labe was done about 2 years ago and the Spartan Helmet was done on 3-6-17. Jeff Wiest did both. Great guy. Made me feel at ease as soon as I walked in the door. My wife was amazed at the detail. Definitely recommend this shop to anyone looking for some great ink.

I took my two daughters here for lobe piercings after reading other good reviews and I was not disappointed. Cleanliness is my biggest thing with piercings and they did a great job. Lots of glove changes and cleaning of surfaces throughout the process. They are great with kids too.

Went in for a rook piercing but sadly my ear was not cut out for one, but they were great and helped me pick a new one suited for my ear shape. James was fantastic and very thorough in explaining what was happening and prep. Also answered all of my questions on aftercare. I will be coming back for my next piercing!

This was my first time at Skincraft. I had my industrial done by James, he was so thorough, cleanly, and friendly. Even with the piercing being the industrial this was probably my least painful piercing, all due to his professionalism. 12/10 I would highly recommend James!

Took my daughter to get her 3rd hole on her ear lobes and I got my nostril pierced. The lady at the counter explained all the jewelery in detail and helped us pick out what looked best. I got a double nostril piercing and the entire experience was very pleasant. Everything was explained very well, including aftercare instructions. I have been wanting to get my nose pierced for a while and decided, this morning, that today is the day! I looked up some reviews to see where to go and many of the local piercing businesses reviews, customers stated that they usually came here and couldn’t for whatever reason. So I decided to go where everyone basically preferred to go. Lol. It was a great experience. My 14 yr old daughter and I were walkins. We had a bit of a wait…like 2.5 hours so we left and explored the area, but James (Lawddd, I think that was his name) was amazing. Super friendly, super informative, and super patient. (i was nervous 😬 😂) It was quick and we, both, were happy with the results. Our piercer also reassured us that if we had any further questions or concerns that we could always call and get the help we may need. If I ever want to get anything else pierced, I would definitely go there. Thanks to everyone there that helped make our 1st piercing (outside of ears) experience a great one.

I got my septum pierced here and just recently got a tattoo. The healing process for both was almost painless and they give aftercare instructions for tattoos and piercings. They even gave me sea salt to clean my piercing when I left. The staff here are nice and they are upfront about prices and pain levels before you get started.

The team was friendly, the place was clean and we could have not had a better experience. Oh yeah and they also did not charge us where they didn’t have too. (long story)

Great tattoo work, this was my first tattoo and i will definitely come back, got tattooed by Brad and hes super cool and cares about his customers and made sure i was doing alright through the process

India. India. India! India tattooed my fine line pet portrait a week ago and everyday since, I wake up amazed. It is a memorial tattoo, so the detail and clarity was VERY important to me. The portrait looks exactly like my baby. Details I didnt even realize were in the photo are on the tattoo. It is absllute perfection. She is a true artist. My experience being tattooed was also above par. She has a very fun, and easy personality to relax with. I am so grateful for my beautiful tattoo and HIGHLY RECOMMEND India and Skinkraft!!!

We thought we were supposed to wait for a call based on how the girl just asked for a callback number without any explanation, so we were there about 20 minutes late because we finally decided just to walk back over, and James was so nice and took me in. He did two helix piercings very quickly and well. I got very nervous and was crying a little but he was super great about it and he did a perfect job recommending where to get my piercings based on pictures I showed him. Super nice guy and great at piercing! HIGHLY recommend!

Took my daughter here to get her ears re-pierced. We went to Claire’s when she was maybe 6.They were so accommodating and her ears seem to be doing so much better with the medical grade metal jewelry they use.

Our piercer was James and he was amazing. Made sure my daughter was calm and made sure her earrings would be perfectly even. And made sure we knew how to properly care for her ears after we left.

I showed up with my friends on a busy day--friends had appointment but I did not and piercer Kim stayed late to help me get new jewelry and deal with my angry septum piercing (from another piercing studio). Just got my ears pierced here and the guy who did it was super kind and relaxed. I haven’t gotten a piercing before and he took the time to explain to me what he was doing and the healing process. The whole place felt very sanitary and welcoming, ten out of ten would recommend.

This happened around a year ago and I’m still mad about it. I went in to get my doubles pierced and I had my mom and my friend with me. There is a decent size lobby with seats. There was only around 3 people in the lobby not include my “party”. The women who helped me said that my friend couldn’t be in the lobby bc of covid restrictions and she had an attitude. She wasn’t even wearing a mask. So she made my friend sit outside in the hot sun. I sat outside with her while my mom waited inside because I felt so bad for my friend, actually ridiculous. While I take Covid seriously and we were all wearing mask, she didn’t even allow her to just stand in the corner. The piercer was good. The piercing was on the pricey side but I’m okay with that. I just cannot get over the unprofessionalism of the women at the desk. I would not go back.

I went here a day after my 17th birthday to get four piercings. (2 triples, 1 conch and my nose). Now my piercer said this is the maximum he would ever do on a person in one sitting, so i was lucky. I had james and he was AMAZING. he made sure everything was even, and he even took into account my uneven double piercings from a few years ago and leveled it all out. everything looks amazing. he even went over all the aftercare verbally and gave me a written sheet. Very clean! Very friendly! Very profesional! HIGHLY recommend:))

Nice place great service but I came and got nose jewelry literally two days ago the next day I wake up the jewelry was missing I set up an appointment for two days later and they made me pay another $27.78 after paying $60 two days ago when it wasn’t even my fault that the jewelry came loose it’s their job to make sure its safely secured , the tongue jewelry didn’t come out , I’m highly disappointed highly upset there is no way I should’ve had to pay again especially since it wasn’t my fault plus the timing was literally 48 hours later .

Our daughter wanted to get her nose pierced. James did the piercing, did a great job to keep her calm. And he did the procedure quick and it was over and done with very fast. He also thoroughly explained to her how to do the aftercare. And told her how important it was to take care of the piercing.Update: because James did such an awesome job with my daughters piercing; i went back to him to get a septum piercing done. Dawn is thee BEST!!! I read reviews and waited specifically for Dawn to be available and I am so glad I did. I got the triple forward helix piercing as well as the flat cartilage piercing. 4 in 1 ear. I was nervous but she explained everything in detail. She took her time and made sure my markings were PERFECTLY marked where I wanted. I brought in a picture of the look I was going for. She helped me pick my jewelry to match the picture exactly. My piercings looked better than the google picture I came in with!!! She even advised me to use a traveling neck pillow to assist with sleeping. My ear fit right in. I had a great nights sleep. I brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced. Shes 7 and had decided she was ready to have them done. Bodily autonomy is of the upmost importance as a parent when it comes to my children. Skincraft was very accommodating and patient with her. They explained everything and were incredibly professional. They were informative about care instructions. I went and got my septum pierced. I thought it was okay into I was home and seen how crooked it was. The owner was nice and said he would make the guy do it over. My only problem is there was no apology nothing from the guy. He messed it up and was rude about it. I will never come to this shop again. That piercer need to work on his customer service.

Really, I cant imagine us going anywhere else for piercings. JT has done ears for all 3 of my daughters and has been fantastic, especially with my youngest who is 8. Totally clean and sterile, they dont rush anyone through anything, and they just know what theyre doing. I wouldnt hesitate to go back there for any piercing in the future.

I love this shop! James did my nose piercing and was very clean and careful. I just got a stud but he measured for a hoop in case I want one in the future. Kim was great also. She showed me the studs and retainers I would need to play sports. Fantastic place!

Ive been waiting months for a nostril piercing - due to state COVID restrictions on oral and nostril piercings. As soon as Skincraft posted that the restrictions had been lifted by the Governor and they were accepting appointments for oral/nasal piercings I called the shop and was able to get in for an appointment later that night. The front desk staff was very friendly and was doing a great job monitoring the number of people in the shop and waiting areas, she politely asked me to wait in my car until my piercer was ready for me. Once I was called back, Dawn did a wonderful job keeping me comfortable with friendly conversation while she prepped. She thoroughly cleaned everything prior to the piercing and explained everything she was doing and what I should expect next. She also answered all of my questions about aftercare. She was also wearing a facemask and face shield during the piercing for both of our protection, which made me feel super comfortable. Overall I had a wonderful experience and would definitely reccomend Skincraft to anyone considering a piercing or tattoo, especially if they are wanting a shop who takes COVID precautions seriously. They offer a clean, safe environment and employ professionals who are very knowledgeable and friendly!

I was searching to get my daughters ears pierced by a pro instead of someone at the mall with a piercing gun. It was really hard to find someone willing to do my daughters at the age I wanted them done (3 months). Tony was amazing. He scheduled us for the end of his shift so he could go slow and not rush, and so we wouldnt have to wait. He has amazing patience and understanding. He answered all my questions. He was concerned about our comfort and making it the best experience he could. The piercings are nice and even, they healed perfectly. The studio was nice and clean, Tony changed his gloves multiple times and was super attentive to sanitation and cleanliness. The only negative to the whole situation was someone was peeing on my car when I came out.

The staff was awesome! My piercer (Cannon) was very professional; explaining everything from start to finish. He was also pretty funny which calmed my nerves a bunch. Id definitely recommend this place to others. Well be back!!

I wanted a tattoo about the size of a silver dollar coin & when showing the lady at the front desk, she kept pushing me to get it bigger. Made me super uncomfortable. Her explanation for why was that it would just turn into a blob as I aged. I have very precise tattoos that still look great so felt like it was just an excuse to charge me more. Was expecting to be charged around $80 for the size and simple design I wanted but they were extremely overpriced and wouldn’t go below $130. Tattoo artist was nice but could tell didn’t really care. After I went home, noticed a lot of uneven lines, shapes were messy and not all the same like I wanted. Very disappointed for such a simple design. Went back for a touch up and artist seemed offended after only explaining one part I wanted fixed so was too scared to ask him to fix the rest. Overall, was a very unpleasant experience and won’t be going back. Debating on going to a different tattoo artist who did my other piece to fix it. This was a meaningful piece I had wanted to get for a long time, and they really butchered it.

I had my ears pierced here yesterday and my ears feel and look great today! The shop was very clean, all of the equipment was sterilized and individually packaged, and the piercing process was quick and easy.

I got my tongue pierced here with Tony and it went great! It went super smooth, fast, and painless. He was very knowledgable and helpful. And he said when it is time to size down in 3 weeks, I can come in and have him do it for me. ~I just went back and got two dermals done with Tony and it went great! I also had Josh do a dermal and septum piercing. They went great. And they have me a discount for getting two piercings.

I had some piercings done at Skincraft. The staff are very friendly and happy to answer any questions you may have. Their shop is set up beautifully with a lot of neat art work to look at while you wait. I scheduled my piercing and was in and out quickly. I was pierced by Matt. He made me feel confortable and helped relieve my anxiety. I will definitely be a return customer. This is by far my favorite shop. Clean environment, Tony (piercer) is wonderful! Went to get an industrial piercing here. I called ahead to see if they could do it as two separate piercings (someone i knew had gotten hers done that way and she had no problems with it unlike many people i knew who got giant swollen ears; i was just very nervous about that at the time) When i asked, the girl asked why and if it had anything to do with my employers rules. I said no i just want them done this way so the healing process is easier on my ear. She got kind of rude and told me that it would look really stupid but whatever we can do it and that as long as im not being stupid and cleaning it like i should be it would be fine. I was a little taken aback by this but i went anyways. When i got there i just said i wanted an industrial and didnt mention the two separate piercings part mainly because i was embarrassed that it apparently was such a ridiculous idea. One of the piercers there is Tony and hes really good. He did a quick, good job piercing me and was really nice (even though he had to be called in to pierce me and someone else due to customer volume). I recommend asking for him or go on a day hes there etc. My piercing healed wonderfully by the way. No issues whatsoever.

My brother got four words tattooed on the inside of him upper arm. It turned out well but (in my opinion) it took a lot longer than I thought it should have. Not a big deal though. I absolutely have no regrets. I did my research varying from different piercing places and the price was the only thing keeping me from going to Skincraft, but Im glad I did. It was very clean, she washed her hands very thoroughly several times between each step. I had Dawn as my piercer and she was amazing. She explained each step as it went on, which helped a lot. She joked around with me which helped calm my nerves. I got my navel pierced and it didnt hurt a bit. She said she would like me to stop in, in a few weeks just to check up to see how everything went. I wish I wanted something else pierced just so I could go back to see Dawn. Thank you!

Jessica was amazing! From the moment I reached out to her she was super nice and everything went smoothly. I wanted to get a bluebonnet and she did a great job with it. I was a tiny bit nervous even though its my 3rd tattoo and halfway through I mentioned I was a little dizzy and she was super nice about me taking a small break. She chatted with me the whole time which helped a lot with my nerves and just so I wouldnt focus on the needle. Finally at the end was very informative about the aftercare.I will definitely be coming back to see her again!

Came here to get my nose pierced, after reading a plethora of reviews of a bunch of places. Cool place in the thick of Northside, which is always fun to explore. I had an appointment, so I got in pretty quickly. The girl at the front desk was friendly and had me sign the necessary paperwork, then showed me the jewelry choices. I opted for a sparkly stud (or screw as they call it) and JT beckoned me back shortly thereafter. He explained the procedure and answered all my questions. After careful prep, it was over in a flash, and not much more than a pinch. JT had a very gentle touch and made it virtually painless. I love it!! Will definitely be back!

Skincraft is the best in the city when it comes to piercings. I live in New Orleans now and still only trust their piercers with my body. Theyve corrected piercings that I had done at other shops and every experience Ive had there has been warm and enjoyable. Shout out to Kim and Dawn for blessing me with my new navel piercing. I took a vacation day to get a new tattoo at a different shop. I showed up for my appt and waited for over an hour but artist didnt show. I left that shop and stopped by Skincraft. Skincrafts staff was very professional. One of their artist squeezed me in and done a great job on my new tattoo.

I cannot even express how great this place is. William the tattoo artist especially. This was my first professional tattoo and he exceeded my absolutely highest expectations. I cannot get over how perfect my tattoo is, and the fact that it only cost me $110 and took less than an hour just adds to how amazing this artist and my overall experience was.

My daughter got an ear cartilage piercing. Staff is super friendly. Our piercer had 20 years of experience and it showed. This was her second cartilage piercing and the first one she got was all wrong. They used a gun while Skincraft uses a needle with a small hollow hole in it that actually removes a tiny bit of cartilage, making room for the post of the ear ring. The gun just breaks the cartilage open and essentially shatters the cartilage. It never heals, my daughter can attest to that. Go to Skincraft, they absolutely know what they are doing and their pricing is reasonable as well.

I got a triple forward helix pierced by Dawn in January. I had a great experience! Everyone was super nice and helpful, and the shop is spotless. Ill definitely be getting any future piercings here!

I was just recently tattooed by Jessica Seta at Skincraft. We had talked beforehand about what I had in mind, and when I walked in, she was ready with the drawing for me.She got right to work and was really friendly, making sure I was comfortable throughout the tattoo. I love the way it turned out- its just what I had in mind.The shop is super clean, and the other employees were friendly when I walked in. Cant wait to go back to Jess for another tattoo soon!

Take your kids here for piercings! Amazing with kids, very clean, safe and professional. My 5 year old got her ears pierced and it went so smoothly.

I went yesterday to get my tongue pierced by Dawn. I had never been in Skincraft and didnt know what to expect. It was so clean and i loved the private rooms. Dawn was really nice and gave excellent instructions for aftercare. Ill be going back there for any more piercings i get.

Ive had my ears pierced since I was 9 but recently lost a beloved beagle, and I wanted to get a 2nd piercing with her birthstone Im memorium. Im obviously a novice to piercings and Dawn was very patient and educated me thoroughly about metals. Im allergic to nickel and was concerned it might get infected and I wouldnt be able to keep the piercing in. I chose Skincraft because they were highly rated and dont use guns to pierce ears, not to mention Dawn was incredibly nice on the phone when I called to schedule a consultation. She explained everything she was going to do. The place was very clean and everyone was really pleasant. So far no issues with the earring - day 4.

I was in on Jan 23rd to get a birthday tattoo. Lauren was my artist. I told her I wanted the Star from Mario, and when I came in she had the cutest tattoo drawn up with the Mario star, mushroom and shell. Her line was/is was amazing as well as her use of color. I would DEFINITELY recommend asking for Lauren. SHE IS AMAZING! I can not wait to go back and have her do my next tat!

Ive gotten 6 piercings here in the last 2 years. I will never go anywhere else. Very professional and laid back, and they all know what theyre doing. If I could give a rating higher than 5 they would get it. I refer all my friends here.

I highly recommend a tattoo artist name Jes at this shop.The employees are very welcoming, curious, nice and friendly.The shop is pretty clean and each of the tattoo artist’s workstations is very clean, sanitize and disinfected after each client.I personally have said all my life that I would never get a tattoo, but today I have gotten 2, one for each of my sons. I personally feel these 2 tattoos are enough for me. LOL!The pain was nothing compared to what I had always imagined. It was nothing compared to some other things I have gone through or experienced in my life.Again I highly recommend Jes at this Tattoo Shop to be your tattoo artist, she really does a great and professional job.

I had my first tattoo done by Todd when they were on Short Vine 10+ years ago, and it still looks like it was just done (never had to have it retouched). They were fantastic then, and still are now. Always professional and easy to work with, I will never go anywhere else. Todd and his whole team are fantastic to work with, and I cant wait to get started on my next tattoo.

Dawn pierced my tragus and daith. She did an excellent job! She was very calming and did her best to make the process as smooth as possible. I definitely recommend to anyone looking to get a piercing anytime soon.

This place is just dirty and grungy! We waited exactly 2 hours for my girl to get her earring on her rook changed out, 2 hours!!Then they only had one ring in stock so we order another earring, they said it will take at least 2 months to come in lol really... Dont go to get pierced they have maybe 15 piercings to choose from.Also this place is in the 💓 of the ghetto.

Got an amazingly done lip piercing by James. Everybody in the shop was so nice and cool with me being a huge baby about it. Looking forward to getting the smaller post in a couple weeks!

Ive been to skincraft over the years for piercings, a tattoo, and jewelery. Today I (with a friend and her daughters) brought my 11 and 13 year old daughters to get their ears pierced and Dawn was amazing. She was so sweet and reassuring to the girls, she explained everything and gave them confidence when they felt scared. Ive been recommending Skincraft for 15 years and Ill continue to do so! ....P.s. they keep everything super clean/sterile too, changing gloves frequently and using a fresh needle for each ear, etc.

Went here back in May to get my nose pierced, it was a great experience. They were friendly & very helpful answering ant questions I had. And was a plus that it was done in a private room.10/10 would recommend.
