I highly recommend Dr. Johnson and his staff. I’ve been a patient for 9 years and have always experienced positive, honest, caring and exceptional results. Dr. Johnson is unique because he takes the time to listen to my concerns and goals as opposed to some of my experiences with physicians that rush you in and rush you out.My procedures with Dr. Johnson and staff have included Dysport, co2 laser, fillers in my hands and face and laser treatments for brown spots.I also live in Scottsdale, AZ. Unfortunately, Ive had a few horrible experiences with Dysport that was incorrectly injected. I have one crazy eyebrow that raises a lot higher than the other (Spock eyebrow). Dr. Johnson always corrects this and my results are perfect.

I have gotten one session of tattoo removal done by Angela, and plan to go back for a couple more. Everyone here is SO sweet and professional. I especially love Angela, I felt so comfortable with her and that was important to me as it’s not a super fun process.

I recently had ultraclear laser done here with Sage who did an amazing job. She had already come up with a plan for my treatment that addressed my concerns before I even told them to her. I got amazing results!! However as impressive as the results were, it was not what impressed me the most. It was the care around the treatment, making sure you are comfortable before you leave, giving great post care instructions for how to care for your skin (this is SO important for the final results) and following up afterwards to see how you are progressing. I have had other treatments elsewhere who afterwards gave me a kit and sent me on the way which left me feeling like all they cared about was getting their money. Here I felt cared about and that I actually got the treatment that was just right for me, because of that, I highly recommend this place and will return here for any future treatments I decide to do. I have been going to Advanced Aesthetics for the past year to remove an unwanted tattoo and I couldn’t say enough good things about my experience. Angela has been AMAZING at making me feel comfortable and helping me through this process. She is a great person to talk to and our conversations help the appointment feel quick and as pain free as possible. I am so grateful for how they have helped me feel comfortable in my body again.

I went here for laser hair removal and shared my concerns that it may not work due to my hormonal condition but they encouraged me that I should definitely see results so I moved forward with it. I had 6 sessions and after each session it didn’t seem to be working but I was told to trust the process so I was patient. At the end of the treatments I was still left with hair and it was very defeating. The technician said she was going to talk to the doctor to see about some additional treatments however I received an email saying that it was due to my hormones and they could not offer further treatment. (which I had concerns about to begin with!) I waited months and then decided that I wanted to try laser again but with a different company this time. The FIRST treatment my hair is gone and has not come back! I have not been put on any different medications or treatments for my condition so I am convinced that either the lasers at their company don’t work or the settings weren’t right. It’s very disappointing to spend thousands of dollars on treatments that don’t work and then find out it wasn’t actually my medical condition that caused my results! The office and ladies that work there are very nice but I feel the company as a whole doesn’t care about their customers and making things right from my experience.

Outstanding service and staff!I was self-conscious about some visible under eye veins and visited Dr. Johnsons office after treatment elsewhere was unsuccessful. The entire staff at Advanced Aesthetics was helpful and friendly and Dr. Johnson was personable and professional. I felt confident that every safety precaution was taken and the treatment was successful! I would definitely recommend their office and would visit them again in the future!

The entire team is fantastic. From L at the front desk to Dr Johnson and J in the treatment rooms. I have had a number of procedures over the past 5+ years. Every member of the staff is professional, considerate, kind, informative, and their expertise is superior to others I have seen. Dr Johnson and J always tell me what to expect and that the procedure will reach the ultimate benefit in 2-3 months depending on the procedure. Dr J always tells me what he is able to do and what procedures he does not do or would not recommend. J even reminded me that when I was instantly happy that it was the swelling…which was slight… and that once it went down not to be disappointed because the ultimate results would be in 2 months. J takes care of every single need for my ultimate comfort like pillows or breaks or juice or treats. J is fantastic in every way as a caring person and an excellent professional. I would never go anywhere else!!!

I have been going here for about 9 years. I’ve had a ton of procedures and have been so happy with my result. Especially my Restylane injection I received on my Birthday. I absolutely enjoy everyone in the office. They make you feel so comfortable and relaxed. The office is very medically professional. They’re there to help you feel better about your self not just to inflate their wallets. This place is amazing #1 place in Idaho and Washington!!!

Very pleasant experience! The technician who did my laser hair removal was very friendly and knowledgeable, and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The laser itself wasn’t bad at all, and I already like the results I’m seeing after just one treatment.

My experience here has been outstanding from time of making my appointment to arriving at my first laser hair removal visit. Leslie at the front desk is so kind and helpful and takes her time answering questions. Meghan, the very experienced master aesthetician, shared at least 30 minutes with me before getting the procedure. It felt authentic, kind, safe, professional, fun, and calm. She felt like a true supportive medical professional and friend with down to earth real advice and experience with struggles as a woman. She listened respectfully, shared her wisdom, and definitely helped me feel at ease and empowered to do a procedure I have wanted for years but did not know where to go. Just had my smart lipo for my chin done today. The swelling is there, so I cant see results yet. Dr. Johnson and his staff are the best. Nurse Lisa took care of me and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Johnson is also professional and personable. His bed side manner is awesome. He made the procedure quick and as painless as possible. I cant wait to see my results and go back for more improvements!

Dr Johnson and his staff are very friendly and Professional. Dr Johnsons work is very thoughtful and detailed. He is very skilled at what he does. He takes time explaining procedures. I have never felt rushed. He is also very conservative and wants you to be comfortable with what you want-he does not push procedures. I scheduled for my eye brows tattoo removal. The technician didnt apply any numbing cream started procedure. It was painful so I gave up. Next day, My eye was swallowing and hard to open. It was terrible experience 😪. Stay away from this place.

I was very nervous/excited to begin the process of removing a tattoo very close to my eye, I had alot of questions and Megan, the Master Esthetician that worked on me was absolutely amazing! She was so informational and made sure I was comfortable. The office is very clean and professional. Im excited for my next appointment. Highly recommend for tattoo removal.

I am a 64 year old female who has battled spider veins on my face for years.I have had many ipl laser treatments in the past. I thought I would try this business. The price was an exorbitant $500.00. I was told it was a new state of the art machine. Went into see, first name starts with J. I had no makeup on and photos were taken with a camera and flash. Not good to use a flash as the spider veins can be washed out and not visible. No up close photos were taken. Had the procedure. It lasted maybe 20 minutes at most. She kept checking machine and asking me if I was ok. No pain whatsoever. Immediately after, she applied a tinted sunscreen. I could not tell if the veins were removed or less in appearance. I called a few days later to advise they were all still there and I threw away $500.00. J kept making up excuses about the laser regeneration etc. and I didn’t want to hear it. I told her I was going to hang up and leave a bad review. She talked me into another laser for a “spot “ treatment. Much less expensive, $75.00 for my nose. The appointment was a week later. Again, no results. The worst part and extremely humiliating to me was she had Dr. Johnson come in and tell me he didn’t like his techs ‘“chewed out” on the phone. He told me I was not getting my money back and showed me the photos. I never asked for my money back. I felt like a school child in the principals office. I asked J how I “chewed her out?” after the doctor left the room. . She replied when I said I wanted to hang up and leave a negative review. “It was not nice, she said”. Well I gave them two chances and will never be back. There is absolutely no customer service and they are only concerned about taking peoples hard earned money.

I met Dr. Johnson back in 2017 and inquired about getting fat removed from my abdomen area. No work or diet was helping me get rid of the belly full of jelly. I have to blame my wonderful genetics and maybe the occasional sweet tooth. He was very thorough with the explanations of the different types of liposuction and gave me a better understanding what results would look like at the end. I was happy with the outcome of course and that is the reason for my return to his office in 2020. Everyone heals differently and I’ve read a few comments on here that they are not happy with the results. Understand that he is very clear that it can take up to a year to see the final results. Our bodies heal differently and yes we might get a few imperfections but overall it does look nice. Overtime scar tissue and swelling will go away. I think Dr. Johnson is great at what he does and extremely knowledgeable. The office staff are welcoming and really nice! I enjoy my visits with them even when I’m miserable from the pain or having to wear the most uncomfortable compression garments. Visit them if youre interested to make minor or major changes to your overall appearance. Then decide for yourself if this is the right office for you.

Highly reccomend!Today I went into the Coeur dAlene office for a consultation for a tattoo removal. I have many tattoos but I have one that I decided I didnt love. The woman on the phone was very sweet. When I went in everyone was very nice! The office was beautiful and the customer service was outstanding! Everything was clean and everything seemed professional and sterile. I did have my first treatment done after my consultation because they said they had time to do it today. While I was expecting it to be slightly more affordable, I am more than happy to pay for great services and thats exactly what this was. It hasnt even been a full 24 hours and I already have seen my tattoo fade tremendously. I am extremely satisfied so far and if anything changes I will add more information to this rating. Great staff. nice office space. doc was very helpful. as was his assistant. went in for my first tattoo removal session. only took five minutes. tattoo has already faded quite a bit. very happy with my experience.

This was the most expensive and worst experience of my life. I went in for a procedure they said they perform and I would be a good candidate for it. After the procedure was over. I voiced my concerns that I didnt notice any difference to the problem area. I was told to be patient it takes time to heal. I called and in person repeatedly saying Im not seeing any noticeable difference from where I started, they assured me I promise be patient It will get better. On my final appointment after 4 months of the surgery they told me everything looks good again I voiced my concern I dont notice any changes to the problem area. I explained my concerns and the response that I got from the doctor was oh I dont work on that area you have to go somewhere else for that and just blew me off. After months of repeatedly bringing My problem and concerns to their attention every time I got the same answer be patient it takes time. I was lied to from day one and taking advantage of. I was going to schedule to have another procedure done after this one but no way I would ever consider going back to advanced aesthetics I was ripped off

He really is good at giving suggestions but you never feel pressured one bit! He’s very skilled and knowledgeable on the latest procedures I’m so happy with the results!

I am currently getting laser hair treatment and tattoo removal here and I am very pleased with the entire process. I was given free treatments due to COVID interfering with our scheduled laser treatments. I have been working with Erin for over a year and she never is in a rush or stressed about having school and work. I was told I was not a good candidate for waxing so I was referred to Advanced Aesthetics and would recommend to a family member or friend.

I chose SmartLipo on my abdomen and flanks and I could not be happier. I look like me again and I feel better. Dr. Johnson and his staff were wonderful! Dr. Johnsons work is exceptional. It as very comfortable and was not nervous at all. Planned on maybe returning and was going to pay as I go but after talking with my husband and giving it thought called back and payed for a 6 time plan!

I had Smart Lipo approximately 6 months ago. I am somewhat satisfied with the results; however, I have a noticeable bump on my lower abdomen. I pointed this out to the doctor during a check up appointment, and he dismissed my concerns. Paying $4500, one would expect to be 100% satisfied.

I had a YAG laser to improve my overall skin on my face. I was told my skin would look smooth and tighter. I was NOT told how painful the procedure would be. Dr. Johnson does not believe in IV sedation, so I was put through excruciating pain through out the procedure. My skin went through the normal stages of healing and looked great for about 2-3 weeks until all the swelling went down and I was back to my original looking skin. My skin was not smooth and definitely was not tighter. On my 6 month follow-up, I complained to the doctor stating that there was no change in my skin what so ever. He had to look very closely himself and compare my skin to the pre-procedure pictures. He said he thought he saw a slight improvement in one area of my face. I know my face and there is not one sign of improvement and I spent $5000 on this procedure. I really expected to get a partial refund as there was no improvement at all. I spent a lot of money, took time off from work, and went through a lot of pain and NO REFUND or mention of it at all. I definitely will not return to this clinic.

This was the best investment I have made in myself. I should have done Smart Lipo long ago. I have spent my entire life and a lot of money dieting and exercising to get a flat stomach. Menopause made this even more challenging. I had had enough!In January 2017 I had my abs and flanks done. I just had my 4 mo. follow up appointment. My results are exactly what I had hoped for. I couldnt be happier. I have the flat stomach that has eluded me. My waist is visible again, and I can wear tight fitted shirts and not have back or bra line rolls.For me, I saw my results really take shape after 2 months. I kept loosing inches and saw the transformation continue over the next few weeks. I plan to continue to work to make the best of my investment. I am even more careful and committed to a sensible diet and exercise so that I maintain my new look.Thank you Dr. Johnson and staff for your commitment and kindness to your patients. It was the best thing I have done for ME! I am completely happy with my results and am looking forward to wearing a bathing suit without a cover up this summer.

I went to doctor Kevin Johnson for the first time for my lip injections he did a great job making them look very natural yet Fuller at the same time they look amazing so I do recommend him for amazing looking Fuller lips.

I had a terrible experience here. Huge waste of money and time. The procedure failed and it they took no responsibility. One staff member repeatedly called me “sweat pea” and other bizarre pet names. It was condescending and disrespectful. Go elsewhere.
