Scotty is by and far the best tattoo artist that I have had the pleasure of working with. He is both incredibly thoughtful and genuine. I could not recommend him more and I look forward to working with him again!

I went to Inkworld for a cover up that i was told by others was to big and dark to cover. Scotty is an AMAZING artist! He left me with a transformed and beautiful tattoo that I LOVE and took GREAT care of me along the way!! ABSOLUTELY recommend!!

I got a tattoo for my 16th birthday, another tattoo for my graduation present, and a tattoo for my nephew. My birthday tattoo was in 2015 but it began fading within 1 year. I take amazing care of my tattoos because I come from a family that is tattooed. My graduation tattoo (2016) has held up pretty good, and its my favorite tattoo out of my 3. My tattoo for my nephew I got in 2021 has faded but not as bad as my first tattoo. But the balloon I asked for was supposed to be a bright red so it would stand out. Its a dark maroon/gray and I absolutely do not like the tattoo. I dont like my first tattoo either. The only one Im happy with is my graduation tattoo (2016). My tattoos were also extremely expensive for their size. I wont go here anymore. The shop was clean and the people were nice, but Id like for my tattoos to not look bad when Im paying an arm and a leg for them.

OH MY GOD! I just got my first tattoo and I am overly impressed. I absolutely LOVE it and will definitely go back there for my next one. The guy was so funny and very gentle. They are very big on being sanitary and that’s a big reason we chose this place. My tattoo turned out better then I was even picturing. Thanks so much!

I have been trying to connect with a good local artist for a while now and due to a previous experience been timid on pulling the trigger. I am so happy that I did my research and found Scott! Him and his wife are both awesome people and he did amazing work. This was hands down the most professional and clean shop I have been in. Scott will be my tattoo artist from this point on.

Took my 3 boys to scotty he did a great job my boys love their tattoos. My wife and I are making plans in the next months to go see scotty to get tattoos. Most professional and cleanest shop Ive been to. Scotty and Cory are amazing people. The communication was great from start to finish. They both worked with us to ensure our family would have a memorable experience. The shop was private and each of our pieces turned out beautifully. The detail and line work are impressive. These guys are moving. One of the very best places I have ever been. The cleanest tattoo shop I have ever been to hands down. In fact, they set the standard in which all other shops should model after. The staff and artists are very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The artists that have worked in this shop have amazing talent. Scott the owner does the most colorful, vivid, and creative art work. I have been to a lot of tattoo conventions, tattoo the earth etc and seen some of the worlds most talented artists, and never have I seen as many talented individuals in one place as Inkworld Tattoo Studios. Thank you for all of your hard work and dedication to producing quality work and serving our community! This tattoo only took 3 hours and 15 minutes start to finish. The attention to detail and quality is phenomenal to say the least.

Both my sister and I absolutely love our new tattoos. The artist was nice and talkative. The standards of cleanliness here are insane, by far the cleanest and safest shop I have ever been too, although all the extra stuff did take quite a lot of extra time, it does not detract from the overall rating.

Scotty has been in business for over 25 years in Coeur d’Alene for a reason. He’s knowledgeable, kind, and absolutely one of the funniest people you will ever meet. I’ve gotten several pieces done here and I’m so happy with the result every time! He’s truly an artist.

I went there and Doug was the only guy available, what an awesome dude. He did a really really good job helping me design the right look for my tattoo. He was very kind and nice to be around. Did swift, careful, excellent work for a very reasonable price. Im super happy with it! Thanks Doug!!

The shop was clean and everyone was so friendly. Phil did my tat and it is awesome his line work is extraordinary there entire team is great! I got a Jack and Sally tattoo on my forearm and I love it! Thank you soooo much. We sat outside for a few min. With owner Scotty and he is a really cool guy he was really nice to us I dont think hes arrogant at all as some others have said I think he will treat you with the same respect you treat him. All in all it was a great experience i would highly recommend them!

I got matching Family tattoos. everyone there was very friendly and easy to get along with. we joked and picked on each other a little and just had a good time. I highly recommend Tracey she dose great work. you may be picked on a little but that what helps break the ice and what actually makes it a fun time.

I walked in last week with a picture of what I wanted. The shop was clean and the people were friendly. After speaking with Cory and Robert, I had an appointment scheduled for today. I am so happy! Robert took the picture I gave him and made it so much more than I could have ever hoped. It is exactly what I wanted. My tattoo is amazing. I recommend Inkworld to anyone thinking of getting a tattoo. Great experience!

A must see and experience, one of the cleanest friendly professional tattoo shops in the northwest. Clean work great attitudes, custom work and lots of standard art to choose from. Cover ups and piercings are done there as well so if you looking to cover up that ugly old why did I ever get this tattoo they have you covered, literally. You can even bring in your own artwork or work with them to Create a one off tattoo that will turn heads, so show off your ink in style....Inkworld has you covered.

Despite other reviews, I had a very positive experience. I went into the shop and was helped immediately. I had initially gone in to see Scotty and found out he was vacation. Luckily for me, Sarah was more than willing to help! I had a few questions for her and she gave me her input. (Other shops that Ive been to in the past werent nearly as helpful.) I was going to schedule an appointment but she was available the night I walked in so I went for it. I gave her the quote I wanted and said I wanted something similar to my handwriting but I would be happy if she added her own personal flair. I was very happy with the result! On top of great service, the shop was very clean! I had a very positive experience and would love to have Sarah work on me again!

Me and my step daughter came to Scotty for both hers and my first tattoos and this was such a great experience Scotty is very professional clean and informative not to mention great quality art work 👌We will definitely be returning for future art work.I will refer him to anyone!!

I had the most AMAZING experience ever at Ink World! I went and got my first tattoo there and am still amazed at how great it was. Everyone was very friendly and professional. I was a little worried because I was getting my tattoo on my ribs and so my shirt had to be tucked up into my bra, but the tattoo artist (who was a guy) kept it very professional and never made me feel even a little bit uncomfortable! Also, he would check and make sure I was doing ok throughout the whole process. I am super happy about how the tattoo turned out as well. He did a great job making a simple sketch come to life on my skin. Everyone I have shown have been impressed by the amazing shading and detail of my tattoo. If anyone is looking for a great tattoo artist, I recommend tattoos by Tyson at Ink World in Cda!

Scotty, Cory and all the crew at Inkworld Tattoo were so very amazing to work with. Ive had three tattoos done there along with my husband. I am a stickler for cleanliness and sterile environments because I am a healthcare provider and know the dangers of needles and biohazards if not taken care of properly. Scotty showed me all their techniques and how sterile everything is. They take the utmost care and respect in keeping the customers safe. Scottys talent is OFF the charts, he talked me through my first tattoo and did such a wonderful job. I gave him my vision in an email and he made me a beautiful design with my daughters name. I was given great post-op care too. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone to get a tattoo here at this shop. Lifes short, you wont regret it!!!

I called Saturday morning and got an appointment for the same day. It was my first tattoo so needles to say I was very nervous! But the people there are so sweet and friendly, and it was an amazing experience. Robert listened to what I wanted and helped calm my nerves. I honestly highly recommend Inkwolrd. I loved it!

Ive gotten multiple tattoos from ink world. And i absolutely LOVEEEEE every single one. I also have multiple tattoos from several other tattoo parlors and i dont hate them but i am always slightly disappointed when i go anywhere else. There ink stays bold and beautiful after many many years and the staff is fun, friendly, and amazing!!!!! They are very clean and professional.

So the first time I came here, it was fantastic. I got a gorgeous lion covering the top of me foot about 4 years ago and I loved it. The last time I went was not so awesome. My boyfriend and I came in to get small crescent moons. His has a corner in it, mine isnt properly shaded. Also they took twice as long as they should have because the artist stopped to talk to friends for almost 45 minutes.

I had a great experience the first time I went a couple years ago. Not this time. The level of unprofessionalism and the treatment I received from the OWNER was absolutely unreal. I waited up at the receptionists desk to email the photo of what I wanted for about 15 minutes while she ignored me, talked to everyone else and texted. When I finally showed her the picture to get the email address there was an artist that I later found out was the owner at the desk and he was looking at the picture I had on my phone and was such a jerk I was absolutely blown away. He insulted me saying that I sounded uneducated by saying that I wanted it small. He said that if I was going to get anything to just get a real tattoo because it wouldnt look like that when I was 70. He obviously thought about how he would look when he was 70 when he got basically his entire forehead pierced.. He assumed I was young and hadnt thought through what I wanted. He acted like his professional opinion and want to sell a bigger piece was more important than what I wanted on MY body forever. And he wasnt even the artist doing my tattoo! I wouldve accepted a little constructive criticism and an opinion from him but for him to talk to me in such a demeaning way and not let me explain anything as the one getting the tattoo was just not okay. Looking back I should have walked out then and there. I guess they make you pay a deposit when you make an appointment so they can treat you like crap and youre $50 in and wont want to lose the money. Overall just a terrible experience and I will never go back or recommend this shop to anyone.

The wife and I went in for tattoos yesterday, and Scotty and his crew were very informative before and after being tattooed, extremely clean facility and very professional!!!! Will go back again. Great job!

I came in with my mom to get my first tattoo. Robert was my artist, and he did a phenomenal job. My roses are gorgeous, he was kind, and the shop atmosphere was awesome. 10/10 recommend :)

The staff , scottie , doug , norma and robert are fantastic with customer service and art , scottie not only can spin out a unbelievable tat, but im here to tell you, if he thinks for a half a second, that you have contaiminated a work station, in any way, and if anyone dont like what he has to say a about that, think again , safety over money is what inkworld is about , they protect there customers and staff and you dont find many business that can say the same. We had another appointment with another shop in town and drove across state cause my daughter wasnt 18 yet but wanted a tattoo prior to her bday. THAT shop which I will not name gave us bad vibes even though they were rated highly. The artist we were scheduled with literally said he didnt give a f about what we wanted so why would I want him to use a needle on us! so circumstances happened and we ended up back at the hotel and decided no way we are going back....we searched and found inkworld! I was so happy they were able to fit us in since we were only in town couple of days. We had an appt with Richard and he was GREAT. I texted the images and when we got there, he really improved them! we are very happy! he was also very patient and spoke through the process since it was her 1st tat....he was awesome! he confirmed the image, the location...made sure we were set before starting and everyone in the shop had a more friendly attitude to customers and to each other. Says a lot when people get along. The other shop did not have that vibe at all. Idaho tattoo shops are not regulated if you didnt know but store is clean and they pay close attention to details of maintaining safety, even asking to not put items on the floor as yes blood is being sprayed as tattoos are happening. Single use needles, wipe down everything, wrap everything, gloves etc. and you can check on their site on all these details. They provided directions on cleaning and post care. Overall we were very happy and just soooo glad we didnt leave without our tats....thank you!!!

Tracey did a beautiful job on our mother/faughter wrist tattoos. The place is very clean and Tracy was very clean and sterile. Very reasonably priced. Will go back again.

Worst tattoo Ive ever gotten! The work has faded and is almost unrecognizable. Not too mention the guy was high as a kite! Kept going to the back every fifteen minutes for a pick me up. After speaking with the owner I was highly dissatisfied.

Took my duaghter for her 18th birthday. i got something simple but she got an amazing forearm piece. the owner did the work. DEFINITELY worth the drive from Spokane!!

Doug was amazing! Very kind and talented man. The building was very clean and focused on keeping it that way. I have been recommending Inkworld to everyone!

They got me in quick and were very enthusiastic about what I wanted. They show you the design before hand and give suggestions to make it better, but they dont pressure you into their suggestions. Very respectful and very friendly!

The only place I will go for a tattoo. Safety and cleanliness are priorities. Scotty always makes beautiful works of art on skin. I Love him.

If you dont value your time, this is your shop! Apparently, spending too much time on the paper to run a business. I would say if they schedule you as a walk in, just forget about ink because you will probably forget what you want in the first place. Cant tell you about the artist because I didnt want my skin to sag before before I got my ink done.
