This is an awesome place to go to!!! They are very welcoming and very friendly. LOVEEE Brook, she’s awesome!!!! She did my first tattoo and went back for two more! Loved how they turned out, she is truly incredible!! She has a great vibe and is in general very nice. I also got my belly and tongue piercing and they were incredible and easy too!!! Def a place to try out if you are in the area

I highly recommend Legacy for any of your tattoo needs! I came in wanting a tattoo to memorialize my grandpa and got paired with the artist Randal Falcone to come up with what I envisioned. Randal’s work was better than I could’ve imagined and he is very professional, friendly and makes the experience comfortable when it can be painful!

I got this tattoo here about a year ago. What I asked for vs. what I got. Artist was super heavy handed, felt very rushed, it’s already beginning to blowout, and it’s not an area ever exposed to the sun. Thankfully this is on my bikini line, so I don’t have to look at it regularly, but the quality is awful.I also got my nipples pierced here and the piercer also rushed me through and did them entirely crooked, so I had to take them out and get them done somewhere else. I’ve had a few piercings from them prior to these incidents that turned out okay like my eyebrow, nostril, and smiley so that’s why I thought that she would be able to do my nipple piercings properly.They just have a good location so the college students who don’t know any better enjoy this shop IMO. They seem to care more about getting people in and out for a quick buck over quality of work. Won’t be back and have been telling everyone I know to stay away.

I’ve only ever had awesome experiences at this shop. I’ve been tattooed by multiple different artists and everytime the work is clean and well done. Essie is an amazing and knowledgeable piercer and all of my holes have healed well. Lately i’ve just been going to Leo as an artist, and I love his work!

I got my septum done by Essie and my conch done by Andi. Both were so patient and kind and walked me through every step. I’ve been anxious for awhile about getting more piercings but they both made me feel so welcomed! Definitely recommend!

I went here two years ago to get my nose pierced and really enjoyed the customer service I received and the overall vibe of the place.Unfortunately, I did just have to take my piercing out after 2 years. Despite following all directions given to me, my piercing never healed in the 2 years I had it. It always had a large bump no matter what method I used (cleaning or leaving it alone completely). It was still bleeding when I took it out last week (again, after TWO YEARS). It has only now began to heal after being red and inflamed. Im led to believe it was pierced incorrectly or I was given bad jewelry.I wish I had a better overall experience but man. This was incredibly disappointing.

Legacy is a top-notch establishment with a friendly atmosphere and professional employees. I just had my second tattoo at Legacy done by Bailey Crow (@b.crow.tattoos), and she did an amazing job. She worked quickly without sacrificing any quality, and made sure I was doing alright through the whole process. I highly recommend checking out her page and Legacy as a whole. Once the pain of this fresh tat wears off, I’ll be getting ready to go back to Legacy for the next one. 😁

Brook did a ring for me, first timer. She is very creative and just a great person to be around. I had a very simple design but how she took the time for such a small job, to make it perfect meant the world to me.I will for sure have her do my next project and would highly recommend her. Her art is amazing.

Brooke Dickens did this sacred heart for me 1.5 years ago. She’s so talented, i constantly get compliments on this piece and it’s definitely one of my favorites.

Legacy Tattoo Lounge is beyond amazing and top notch!!! The owner Petey who is also one of the artists just did a memorial for my dad his work is very high quality. I love his style of old school with black, whites and grays and it really pops out details are amazing. He is so nice and really makes sure his work looks good and his advice on aftercare very knowledgeable. Also, the rest of the staff is amazing all very friendly and the whole vibe of the shop is so chill you feel at home and very comfortable.I will definitely be going back in a couple of months for something else tattoo/piercing. My wife, her grandma, and myself all came in for walk ins and my wife’s grandma was getting her first tattoo and Nate Allen took us in and knocked it out of the park for all three of us. He made grandma feel welcomed he was patient and she was very pleased. I definitely will be going back for another piece.

Had a great experience here at the shop they have a great atmosphere. We had a group of 7 people 5 people got tattooed and 1 got a piercing everyone was extremely patient with us and helped us out with placements and gave us their recommendations overall great experience.

Vick was so sweet and informative to my friends and I! She worked with us and the anatomy of our ears to give us the cutest piercings ever. Can’t recommend her and Legacy enough!

I have been in three times and have other appointments scheduled! I was super nervous before my first appointment and almost canceled. I am so glad I followed through! Everyone is so nice & I love how all of the artist stop in and say hi! While Petey is my artist, I don’t believe you can go wrong with any of the family at Legacy! Alex is super cool & Bailey just started & she will make an excellent part of the group. Legacy Lounge is in tip-top condition! There is a ton of seating space, the counter help is informative and greets you with a smile. You will leave wanting to plan your next tattoo to hang out with this group!

Walked in to get my daughter a tattoo for her 18th birthday. We didnt have an appointment and Randall was kind enough to work her in. His work was top notch and I ended up taking his only other appointment that night and got my sleeve started. Randalls attention to detail and his honesty with what I wanted done was something you dont see in a lot of industries anymore. We will definitely be back.

Pete did a FANTASTIC job on my turtle. This was my first tattoo, so naturally I was really nervous. I went in wanting a Hawaiian green sea turtle on my chest, and Pete suggested we add a background. I’m so glad he said that, because the background really makes this piece pop. He made my first tattoo experience a breeze and although he is expensive, he is 100% worth it. The attached pictures are from right after the tattoo, 1 week, and 2 weeks after.

I got a wrap around vine with Brooke and she did amazing! Didn’t feel uncomfortable through the session and she made sure I was able to take breaks in between. Overall great experience!

I got a tattoo and piercing here. The tattoo experience was okay but i wouldn’t recommend if you’re looking for cute/dainty looking tats. absolutely horrible piercing experience, piercer was very aggressive and pierced my ear wrong. it’s been 7 months since and my ear is still infected from it.

I was looking to get a Halo tattoo as my very first tattoo, and decided to contact David Hershman to see if he could do that for me. He replied fairly quickly and was down for the idea. We met up and discussed the tattoo composition and location and really I just gave him creative freedom with it. When I arrived to begin the first day of tattooing and he showed me what he had worked on for me, I was AMAZED!! It completely exceeded my expectations and he really went above and beyond. He was truly an awesome guy and very easy to talk to. It was such a pleasure to have such a pleasant first tattoo experience and just like how he was recommended to me, I will recommend him to everyone looking for a work of art to get tattooed. Thank you so much David, youre the best!!

Not really a bad experience, but not great. I went in for my second lobe piercings to be done, but some aspects were more than lacking. Debated writing a review for a couple days, not something I normally do but ultimately decided to. Truthfully it may come down to past experiences or what you’re wanting/expecting from your piercer. I’m not new to piercings and the process (I have 11) but have gone to the same shop in the past for most of mine, however that shop is back home and since it was just my lobes I wasn’t overly concerned about placement or anything. After talking to some people, looking at legacy’s website and reviews I chose them out of the many in college station. My piercer was Essie, she was fast and did a good job, but to an almost to an impersonal extent, and while somewhat informative about aftercare it was like an automated robot talking to me. They don’t offer piercing spray for aftercare unless you buy it and send you off with very basic all in one aftercare instructions. With all my previous piercing I was sent home with at the very least piercing spray and extremely detailed aftercare instructions, if not also suggestions for downsizing and information needed for future jewelry. I understand each shop and piercer is different, but I feel like legacy could do a bit more in the aftercare department especially. To top off the experience while I was checking out Essie came out of the back room to start ranting about the customers before me to the employee at the front desk. At the time I was the only one in the front of the shop, so instead of waiting for me to leave (maybe another 2 minutes, if that) she did it in front of me, very unprofessional and rude. I can understand having a disrespectful client and the frustration with that but you don’t rant about them in front of other clients. Lastly the cherry on top: the lack of jewelry options and information of jewelry shocked me. Again, it may depend on what you’re used to or wanting, but not even asking or offering what a person wants (surgical steel vs. titanium, what color and so on) was very odd and off putting to me, plus not even telling someone the gage is until they ask. Yes most piercings in the ear are the same gage but that’s information someone needs to know for future jewelry. I may be spoiled, if you will, with my experiences at my normal piercer/shop but I believe some very basic things could be improved at legacy when it comes to piercing. Overall the shop was very clean, and Essie seemed very knowledgeable but there was a lacking in customer service, options and professionalism.

I came here while in College Station visiting my friend and we decided to get piercings on a WHIM! I got my conch pierced like I’ve been wanting and my friend got her nose pierced. The piercings came out GREAT!Vick (I think was her name) was so friendly and welcoming which I appreciated. At other piercing places I’ve been to the piercers are not wanting to talk and didn’t make me feel comfortable, but Vick was so nice I felt comfortable the whole time. (:

I highly recommend Brettany Erin (@brettanyerin) for tattoos. She is amazing and clean, AND she has the fancy laser level for larger tattoos or symmetrical tattoos like mine. I dont have anything negative to say about this shop, although I recommend the location on 101 North Dowling Road. It is kinda far out there in the middle of nowhere, but its clean and not very crowded.

I will continue to come here for all my tattoos to come. Brettany was amazing! She was funny and made a great environment for my first tattoo. She took my idea and enhanced it; a stunning tattoo made in little to no time.

Caleb did an AMAZING job on my tattoo. This was my first time coming here and I will most definitely be coming back for more. The vibe is awesome and everyone there is so sweet and well awesome. The drive from Houston to CSTAT was definitely worth it.

In terms of tattoos, while I havent gone for one yet, their artists portfolios look amazing! I have many friends whove gotten tattoos here and agree. If youre looking for varied styles, great line work, and skill this is definitely one of the best places in central Texas to check out!

Excellent service and friendly staff. Cash or credit for piercings; signs say cash only for tattoos but there is an ATM in the lobby.

Honestly this is my go to place for my piercings. Both shop locations are always clean and the employees are genuinely nice! My husband has been coming to legacy for all of his tattoos since one of his tattoo artist was an apprentice years ago. Petey and Caleb are amazing. I absolutely love their art work. Christopher M does amazing work too. He did a flash tattoo for me a few years ago and it still looks brand new to this day.

My sister had gotten her gorgeous tattoo done here a year or so ago and raved about how wonderful they were! Naturally, when my daughter (6yrs old) started begging me to get her ears pierced this was the first place I thought of. We came in and saw Vick and she was amazing! My daughter was extremely nervous going into the appointment and Vick gave her time to get comfortable. She chatted with my daughter and showed her all the instruments and explained the process to her so she would know exactly what to expect. When it came time to do the piercing Vick walked me daughter the the whole process. Her patience and understanding through the entire thing was amazing and I will forever be grateful to her! We will definitely be coming back to Vick for any piercings in the future and I cant speak more highly of her!

We took our 6 year old in for her birthday. The thing she wanted most for her birthday was to get her ears pierced, however, when she was on the piercer’s seat, her anxiety got the best of her and she started to get cold feet. It took Essie’s whole bag of tricks (persuasion, diversion, trickery & bribery) to get the job done. She was gentle, professional, and patient, and we left with beautifully clean, symmetrical piercings. Thank you, Essie.

For my first time going to legacy for a tattoo, I had the best experience there. Bailey did my tattoo and she was a rockstar! Absolutely adore my tattoo and she was amazing to hang out with for 4 hours. 12/10 recommend. Everyone there is super cool and the environment is amazing.

Legacy was a wild welcoming place, it was great to not feel looked over because I don’t have many tattoos. I was still welcomed warmly and treated like I belonged, which isn’t common for other tattoo shops from my experience. I’ve now gotten several pieces done from Pete and have had a great experience every time. Definitely a great place to come and talk to someone if you’re curious about a tattoo.

Came in with a boring design of a forest on my phone and left with an INCREDIBLE detailed forest with mountains and insane shading. Definitely recommend Chris Martakis if you’re looking for complex and fun tattoos. Super friendly and explains the steps so you know what’s going on and feel comfortable during long sessions. Overall great staff and fun environment

I Emailed the shop to set up an earlobe piercing appointment with Essie. I was informed piercings are walk in only. I got to the shop at about 3:30pm on a Sunday. The lobby was incredibly clean and they had arcade games, a pool table, snacks, a pet snake, and plenty of seating. Check in was simple and quick. It was rather busy, I waited about an hour and a half. While I was waiting i saw the front desk worker sanitizing the counters which I was happy to see. Essie was very nice and funny, she Is a very busy woman. It only took about 5-10 minutes once it was my turn. Essie marked the spots, let me see to approve, and then pierced. The process was very quick and simple, Essie went over everything with me and I felt very comfortable. I paid $50 total for both ear lobes and the price included two basic silver ball stud earrings made of 316L grade surgical steel. Overall I had a very good experience and felt very comfortable in this shop. I would definitely recommend this shop and Essie for your piercing needs!

I have been pierced 3 times by Vic and 9 times by Essie, and they are by far the best piercers I have ever been to. I have absolutely no complaints about any of the work they have done, and I will continue to go to them for all of my piercing needs!

Essie did an amazing job of making me comfortable throughout the whole process! I got a double helix and I talked and joked around because of how relaxed she made me feel. Very knowledgeable about aftercare as well and I appreciate that very much. Can’t say enough good things.

I went in for a belly button piercing and Vick did it! she was so sweet, understanding, and even sympathized with me about scar tissue i had. she was very thorough and gentle throughout the process. the guy at the front was so nice and helpful! i was nervous going in but these guys are so genuine! the lounge is a vibe and will definitely calm your nerves before any session. 10/10. couldn’t have asked for a better experience!!

Got a tattoo from Chris Casazza and the experience could not have been better. He was flexible with the design, made sure I was comfortable before and during the process and, best of all, did an amazing job on my shoulder piece. His design, line work and coloring were all top notch.Overall, the establishment was extremely clean and professional with a very relaxed atmosphere. Everyone working there was nice and polite whenever I had any questions.I can say I will be happy to return for my next piece and would recommend Legacy to others for a good tattoo experience.

Got my helix pierced with two friends, and the staff treated us very well. The guy at the front talked us through and helped us with what piercings we wanted, and our piercer talked with us the whole time and made us feel super welcome.

I went last night as a walk in with two of my friends. One of us needed a tattoo and the other two needed piercings. The atmosphere was fun and a vibe, everyone was talkative and made us feel so welcome! Essie May did my piercings, and let me tell you. She is to die for, the sweetest, funnest person I have met. Made me feel so comfortable through the entire experience and was very thorough, I didn’t even flinch because she made me so comfortable and she knew what she was talking about. All in all it was an amazing experience and I will definitely be going back. Shop is beautiful and clean, there’s a fun waiting area, beautiful decor, snacks etc. and the atmosphere makes it even better. 10/10

I’m new to College Station came in as a walk in yesterday and got my nose pierced by Essie. She was absolutely amazing! The process was so quick and easy and the best experience with piercing that I’ve ever had. The staff is so so close and make you feel comfortable as you’re waiting and during your piercing. The trip was quick and easy, i got piercings in both lobes for $50 and the environment was very friendly. I had Vicky do my piercings and she was very welcoming and even gave me tips and a card for how to care for my new piercings. I will be coming again for my next endeavor.

Essie is amazing! She helped me salvage my rook by switching out the incorrect jewelry it was pierced with at another piercing place. She was really nice about it and was comforting me as I was in tears after being given the run around about getting my jewelry changed out at the other piercing salon.I got my flat pierced with her and she spent some time feeling around my ear so she could get the optimal position that worked around my glasses. She’s by far the gentlest piercer I’ve had work done with.

The shop was clean, welcoming, and quick getting us signed in/processed. Essie was such a sweetheart! She was so enthusiastic and personable and made the decision making process super easy. Her work was fast and her ability to quickly adapt and accommodate to my medical issues made me feel safe. Plus, she did a great job handling my boyfriend’s PA (lmao). We’re definitely coming back!

This was my second time visiting the shop, both times I was pierced by Essie. She works quickly and does an awesome job and has a fun personality. My friend and I met Pete and he was fun to chat with, I plan on returning soon for my next tattoo.

When I first got to the shop I talked to Chris, he was super helpful! Chris helped me with the paperwork then set me up with Vick. Vick was awesome! She listened to my piercing plan, it was kind of a lot, then she made suggestions. She helped me realize I didn’t need as much as I thought since some of my previous piercings hadn’t closed up. Vick took the time to listen to me and explain things fully and clearly which I really appreciated. She was precise, thorough and just really down to earth and easy to talk to. I loved working with her and can’t wait to go back for round 2!

I cannot recommend legacy’s piercers enough. I came here after getting a pair of poorly done high nostril piercings at another shop, and Vick was super helpful with removing one of the piercings that was embedding in my nose. I have also been pierced by Essie and she is incredible. They are both so gentle and reassuring and really made the piercing process easy. Thank you legacy! :)

Let me start by saying, this was my first time getting pierced in 10 years, and this time it was my nose. Which, didn’t hurt like I’ve heard. 👃🏼✨ Secondly, I know things are pretty routine for these guys as they see a lot of people that come through their business. However, it is business and it’s easy to forget how you may appear when you’re in the habit of it. In my opinion, customer service was very lax. As I came in, there wasn’t a “hello”, friendly greeting or an explanation of services. A few associates were on their phones in plain sight. Maybe that’s their work norm, but it looked a bit tacky. I just want to be honest. I would recommend for them to keep in mind that they could have customers who could be seeing that negatively and go elsewhere. It could have easily been a 5 star experience (in my opinion) if they were a bit more personable. I know some people don’t care about that, but I do and now I’m not sure if I want to come back for that very reason. My piercer was Vick, she was nice and professional about everything. Pretty painless, and quick! It was also cheaper than I expected. Which I appreciate. Thank you, all.

Vick and Essie are both amazing. Essie has done all of my piercings and she executes them flawlessly every time! 10/10 Vick helped me changed my jewelry and make it look perfect. I was having some issues with healing my piercings and she gave some amazing advice. They are looking amazing now. Both women are so kind, patient, and welcoming. Got my helix pierced about 30 minutes ago, and it was such an awesome experience! Essie was super quick and it didnt hurt nearly as much as I thought it was going to. Essie did an amazing job and Im so happy with my piercing. The vibe in this place is amazing and I will definitely be back!! It was $35 before tip, and Ive seen higher prices at chain places like Icing. HIGHLY recommend, even if youre a poor college student :)

First timer. Went in to inquire about a piercing i received elsewhere because of an issue I was experiencing with it. The young lady that does the piercings was very informative. PLEASE DO YOUR RESEARCH WHEN GETTING PIERCINGS! You the customer is not always right as well as the person doing the piercings Is not always right but she knew what she was talking about. I’m giving 4 stars because of her. Disappointed that I was recommended by an employee for a tattoo artist to get some ink done and he never responded. Not cool and Bad business especially when one of your own recommends you. Thanks!

This place is awesome. The place it self looks clean and professional, the people are welcoming, and its over all just great. I went for a piercing on my conch, and I was super nervous about it having it be my first piercing since I was 2, Essie is the piercer and she looks a bit intimidating but shes super sweet and makes you feel super comfortable. I was in and out in less then 15mins. Definitely coming back for future piercings!

If I could give Petey more than 5 stars, I would. I am beyond impressed as the tattoo came out way better than I imagined it would. On top of that, I was a little picky of what I wanted, and he not only accommodated to my needs, but he absolutely crushed it too. Couldnt be happier. He did a great job.

My first time going to Legacy Tattoo was a positive and fun one! They keep the office clean and up to par with regulations. I received nipple piercings from Vick and she was freaking awesome! I have OCD (Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder) so I’m picky with certain things and things have to be semetrical. I only had to ask her to fix one of the marks once before piercing and she didn’t mind at all 😊! It was my first time getting them pierced and she made the experience a positive one! They look fabulous!The other staff that was there were very professional and fun to chat with while I filled out first time paperwork. I highly recommend Legacy Tattoo Lounge!

I go to Legacy pretty regularly to get pierced and soon Ill hopefully be going to get tattooed there regularly too once I rise above my student induced poverty. The shop and the people are awesome. I first went in for my septum in July of 2020 and since then I think Ive gotten something like 15 piercings since. I mostly go to Essie because of when I can get to the shop, but I have piercings from Vick and Nate too! They all do a great job and Ive never had any healing issues. Ive also gotten tattooed by Kara and Jennifer and havent had a bad experience yet (they did a great job of explaining specific area aftercare for my tatts). They have this magical power of making me feel better and more like me every time I go in for some work. I would definitely recommend this shop for fast, quality and professional work!

Walked in with $1000.00 in my pocket talked to young lady in the foyer and showed her what I wanted , she went back and got one of the artists and who did not want to bother to talk to me at all . I went outside and spoke to the young lady while we had a cigarette the other artist came out I showed him what I wanted done and he says well Ill do something that size (points to middle of tattoo) but not the whole thing. I just pulled my money out of my pocket told him your loss got on my Fatboy and rode off. Lazy dont want to make real money

Legacy was very clean and comfortable inside. Staff is very friendly and professional. Essie was my piercer and SHE was THE BEST!! She made sure to talk me through the process, make sure piercing placement was perfect, gave me tips for cleaning/healing process, and was very sweet. Totally recommend this place and will be coming back soon!

I came to get a nose piercing last weekend and I was very satisfied with Essie’s work. Essie took time to measure the placement of mypiercing and made sure I was comfortable and well taken care of. Before coming to Legacy I went to Big Daddy’s Tattoo and I was extremely unsatisfied with their work. Legacy did everything Big Daddy’s didn’t do and I would gladly return and recommend this place!! Their staff is also very friendly and the price is very reasonable.

Legacy lounge is probably the best spot in college station for your piercing and tattoo needs and especially with this establishment I consider it a need. Essie is such an astounding and amazing piercer as well person because she’s done around 14 of my piercings and somehow I keep coming back! (If that didn’t give you a big hint that you need to come here….just come!). Chris M. Also is an amazing artist and you should definitely hit him up for your needs as well! Scott is probably one of the dopest front counter people you’ll meet, he just fits the vibe and give great energy. Overall come here…you won’t be dissapointed!
