I definitely don’t recommend anyone doing business with Chris. I paid in full for a tattoo that has yet to be done. He Canceled my session hours prior to my appointment time and then had the nerve to tell me to get back with him once I got over it because I asked if my money was refundable. He won’t refund me my $200 nor will he respond to any of my messages. He is quick to preach the word of God but yet he cheated me out of $200.

Chris is a amazing artist I will give him that. I had 2 sessions with him and when it was time for the third one he kept rescheduling, which I know things happen I understand. They day before my appointment he asked me to come in and I said sure not a problem. He texted me said he going to end up doing something else on someone. At this point he a great guy I just want the piece done that I already paid for. So I will be seeking new artist to finish it.

Got some amazing work done here! I got a cover up of a cover up (yes you read that right!) I am absolutely pleased with the work Chris did for me. I’m already scheduling my next appointment at studio 47!

Ill give credit where it is due, amazing artist, gorgeous work. However, dealing with Chris, for me, was also frustrating. I paid a deposit, and was quoted No more than 1500 for my piece. I had 4 sessions , each session I did not feel like a priority due to Chris moving my appointment without telling me until Ive already arrived and waiting in the parking lot for him. It would not be a few minutes late, itd be hours. Each session took about 5 hours after finally getting started, it was an entire day ordeal just getting one session done. My tattoo is currently half way done, $1200 later on top of the deposit. If I had known how bad the customer service is, and the hoops Id have to go through, Id have gone somewhere else.

After starting a tattoo with someone else who didn’t want to finish it, I contacted Chris and he finished it for me. Very clean and organized place. You can tell he takes pride in his work and wants everything to be perfect. Everything was flawless and he touched up the piece that he didn’t even start. I’ll only use Chris from now on. He’s not out to scam or make a ton of money, he just wants to create art that people like and enjoy.

I saw Ben for a tattoo on my arm! Turned out amazing, i love it! I have a bunch of tattoos from other artist and the healing was always awful and would scar. So happy I found a artist who actually cares about his work and not in a rush and knows what he’s doing! Can’t wait to add more to my arm! Shop was very nice and clean!

Great Vibe in this shop! Ben is a very talent artist! Our consult before getting tattooed was great, he really took the time to listen to my son and I to come up with the perfect design for both of us. The day of our tattoo session was equally great! Ben took time to the littlest detail! We definitely recommend Studio 47 and will be back!

I was tattooed by Ben and he did an excellent job! I have multiple tattoos, and this was by far my best experience. Ben does beautiful work and he is very professional. I will never go anywhere else, and will recommend him to my friends and family!

I got my first tattoo done here and absolutely loved it! Very clean and high attention to detail. I asked for a micro tattoo with single needle and he killed it. I’m very happy with Benjamin’s work and look forward to getting more done by him in the future!

Always amazing when I go. Ben always goes above and beyond for what I ask for and I always get compliments wherever I go about my tattoos. Love showing off his work! The last one he did was in honor of my best friend passing away and he really captured what I wanted, would highly recommend for anyone looking to get a new piece.

Absolutely amazing!! Ive gotten 2 tattoos by Benjamin and they are by far my favorite ones. I hope to get many more by him! Definitely book him if you are looking for amazing line work and realism.

Got a big Poseidon piece from another guy and Chris fixed the whole tat and completed my half-sleeve with some of his own work. He does some amazing work and is super detailed/patient with his art work. Real down to earth guy, be sure to hit him up!

Ben is my tattoo artist, been going to him for the last 5 years. Dose great color, black and gray. If you are looking for a tattoo that has meaning and depth he takes the time to make sure it is what you want and more.

Studio 47 has some great tattoo artist, they did a piece on my brothers arm and it came out great with wonderful details! Ben and chris are also super nice guys!

Absolutely amazing! Benjamin Moore created a beautiful rose tattoo for me in remembrance of my grandmother who loved roses! She would have loved to see it and definitely recommend him!!

Dealing with Chris was extremely frustrating. He stood me up for scheduled appointments twice and almost did a third time. The first one was for the initial appointment where he texted me earlier in the day asking what time our appointment was that day and then never showed up and told me later that he was sick. The second time was for some touch ups because he missed a lot of detail in the design during the first appointment when it seemed that he was more interested in going to get tacos with his girlfriend then to work. Again we had a set appointment and he never showed up. Trying to reschedule that appointment was extremely frustrating since he only really communicates through text or Instagram messenger and texts like a teenager so understanding what hes trying to say is difficult. Hell also only texts back once a day so a conversation takes days to complete.For the touch up appointment that actually happened, this appointment was supposed to be a touch up and addition to the original tattoo. I sent Chris the addition design so he knew that was the plan. I showed up on time and his partner in the shop told me that he wasnt aware that Chris had any appointments that day. This told me that I was about to get stood up again. I waited for 30 minutes and then texted Chris. 15 minutes later I got a reply text telling me that he had just gotten out of the shower and would be there in 45 minutes. He showed up over an hour late to our appointment and then had forgotten his machines and had to go back home. The appointment time was for 3:00 and no tattooing happened until after 5:00. He spent 2 hours on touch ups (this tells you how much he skipped by the first time) and then told me that he couldnt do the expansion because he had another appointment that night that was waiting for him to call to come in. Im sorry, its not my fault that you were over an hour late to my appointment but that other appointment needs to wait until you finish mine.I would not recommend Chris. The only reason that Im giving him 2 stars is because hes a great artist but his professionalism is severely lacking.+++In reply to your comment.I never said that you had bad grammar, I said you text like a teenager. There is a very big difference. Considering that Ive listened to you talk for hours, I know that you know the English language well so your origin is not an excuse.Also, I used to work for a company that had a good name but took on too much work that they couldnt handle but continued to take on more work. In the end, they are in a financial strait that they may never recover from and are currently tarnishing their once good name. If youre too busy to focus on future customers then maybe you have too much work and need to step back.Im not upset that you got sick. Im upset that you got sick and texted me earlier in the day asking when our appointment was but never informed me that you werent feeling well and might need to cancel. Then you apparently took a nap and never set an alarm to wake up and ended up missing our appointment. People get sick, I get it but informing a client that you might need to cancel because you were sick is the least you could have done.

Ben Moore is my absolute go to guy when it comes to ink. My skin reacts wierd to latex and petroleum based products but he stays insanely patient with me through each ohase of the work. Fantastic creative detail work comes out of this guy. I feel very lucky ti have found him. We get along great and laugh a lot during our sessions. Do it! Reach out to him!

Best Tattoo experience I’ve had! Felt right at home when getting my art done. Probably won’t get a better experience than this in the BCS. Also the Artwork is just outstanding!

First tattoo, 6-7 hour session. Chris DID THE MF THING! Absolutely awesome artist, built my tattoo from pretty much nothing and murdered it. 110% recommend hitting him up for some work.

I waited 10 years to get a tattoo covered up because it was that bad. Chris Rojas at Studio 47 does some of the best cover up work I have ever seen.
