At the end of may I went in to get my inverted libret pierced. I just turned 18 and it was a gift to myself, it was the first time that I had been to a tattoo or piercing by my self,Tj make sure to explain everything to me amazingly. However I did not enjoy the placement of it the first time it was pierced. TJ was very understanding and re-pierce me a couple weeks later completely free of chargeI love the current placement and will be coming back for more.

Michael ia the best tattoo artist ever. I went for my birthday with a friend and he was able to create what she wanted and what I wanted. He was super kind and gentle as well. I have another tattoo that was done elsewhere and had a bad experience with that tattoo. Whether your first, second or thousandth tattoo, get it done by Michael. You wont regret your experience.

I took my 17 yr old daughter here for a tongue piercing, we were both nervous and didn’t know what to expect. However, MICHAEL, made our first experience very comfortable. He is knowledgeable, friendly and very patient. He explained everything from start to finish, and talked my daughter through the process step by step! We will definitely return to Big Daddy’s for any future needs, and highly recommend them to everyone!! The shop is very clean, welcoming and all staff are very respectful!! Went in for a septum piercing and was done in less than an hour! TJ was very kind and obviously did a great job, hence the 5 stars. The shop is clean and has a variety of cool jewelry colors (note: they pierce septums with titanium hoops first as it’s the best metal to place in a piercing, so those fun/funky ones are not yet an option until it heals). Overall just a great vibe with very accommodating people. They use new equipment for piercings and sterilized jewelry. Will be returning here for any other piercings and probs tattoos someday!

Recently, I went here to get some piercings done. Michael was super professional and fun to be pierced by. If I could give this tattoo shop 0 stars I would. I got a dermal on my face, he did NOT put it far enough into my skin so it ended up coming halfway out and another tattoo shop CONFIRMED that y’all did not do my dermal correctly.

Got my newest tattoo by TJ a couple days ago and I love it! Two other friends got tattoos here last week and two others got piercings as well. Everyone was pleased with their work. Im not local, but would definitely come back for more tattoos again!

If you truly want quality piercings, do not go to this place. All they care about is getting it done and the money you’re paying for. I went in to get a daith in each ear, both pierced completely wrong and pierced against the vein in my ear. Also, he pierced my ears with a hoop too small, causing infection no matter how often and how well I cleaned it.

Michael was great. I took my 17yr old daughter to get a couple of piercings, tragus and belly button. He was very knowledgeable and patient and even let my 7yr old watch and wasnt bothered by him.. the shop itself is the cleanest tattoo shop Ive been in so far!!

Came here with my wife and friends for their piercings. The shop is very clean with good pricing. Michael is an absolute treasure. He made their piercing experience comfortable, fun, and lively - worth 5 stars.I rated 4 simply because the tattooist was a little abrasive and condescending when I inquired about the shop minimum and placement of a potential tattoo. Overall the experience was good, though we did not feel very welcomed initially.

I got my first tattoo done here and T.J was my artist. I couldnt be any happier with the quality of the tattoo and the price. I got a rather large piece done, and T.J was willing to work around the time I had available to get it done. So happy with everything about this place. I want to start off by saying I do not understand why this place has 4.2 stars and not 5! Yesterday last night I went in for a nose piercing gosh I was nervous the guy who did my piercing was awesome ! The staff was welcoming & friendly . The person who pierced my nose made sure I knew everything on how to care for my new piercing, the environment was extremely clean. The process was doing with complete care and instructions, I am so happy I decided to go to big daddy’s for my work ! I plan to come back , the place is awesome & the vibes are great . Go see Michael for body jewelry. I was in CS for the weekend visiting a friend, and it was because of her recommendation we visited Bid Daddy’s body jewelry. I purchased roughly 15 pieces from him for my rook, nose, and tragus piercings. Michael was patient, thorough, courteous, gave us excellent customer service, and even hooked me up with a deal upon payment since I purchased a lot. I’d definitely come back for more jewelry or even body piercings. His prices are reasonable and even then he works with you. On the contrary, all his body jewelry pieces are simple, so if you’re looking for unique pieces like I was at first you’re not going to find it here.

Best tattoo place in College Station! Michael did a fine line tattoo on my ankle and it came out exactly like I wanted. Several friends even commented on how clean it looked. Very reasonably priced, detailed instructions for aftercare, and the place itself was nice - I didn’t feel like I was walking into a Spirit Halloween store like most tattoo parlors.

Decided to get a cupcake tattoo on a whim for my birthday. Walked in, no appointment. The guys were very accommodating and fit me in the schedule. If I could rate Big Daddy’s as 10 stars, I would! I have been to the shop twice, once for a nose piercing in February, and just yesterday for my newest tattoo. Unfortunately, I don’t remember the piercer’s name, but I definitely remember his clean, quick, and professional service. As my first facial piercing, I was very nervous and didn’t know what to expect. By the time I was done, I was very pleased with both the piercing and the experience. My artist was patient, gentle and had me laughing like crazy to ease my nerves! Yesterday, I had the pleasure of working with Damien Hill for my newest tattoo (my 4th) which was a matching tattoo with my cousin as her first tattoo. Damien was very informative, kind and was able to use his ideas and creativity to help make our dream tattoo a reality, not to mention his extreme patience and understanding with my cousin. I’m so glad to say that our session was clean, smooth sailing and nearly completely painless! I’ve been to other shops in the Bryan/College Station area and none have matched the quality service I have received TWICE at Big Daddy’s. Would recommend these guys to anyone I know! We took my 8 year old today to get her earlobes pierced on the recommendation of q few friends. The first thing I noticed was the cleanliness of the shop which put me at ease, but more importantly, the man who did her piercing (I didnt catch his name) was phenomenal. She was nervous but he took the time to explain every step to her and joked with her to put her at ease. I appreciated that he treated HER like the client and not just us. We will definitely be back when our other daughter is older!

I’ve gotten 5 piercings done here (with tj) and they are always done so quickly & he’s incredibly gentle! They never have any issues answering any and all of my questions. Super knowledgeable guys! The shop is incredibly clean and the atmosphere is calming.

Yesterday, my artist was Damian, and his work is amazing! I came in wanting a simple tattoo, but he gave me some suggestions to better my idea and I couldn’t be more ecstatic than I already am! Got a piercing done here and the area I chose was scary at first, but the person who did it was super nice, patient, and made the process so much less nerve-wracking! Might have to come back for my first tattoo.

My cousin and I came in during the evening today (10/30/2020) wanting some piercings. I got a triple cartilage and she got her nose pierced. I personally have not been to a tattoo shop before. But everything was very clean and the piercer took care to sanitize my ear (& cousins nose) and opened new jewelry/needles/etc. from sterilized packages for each of us. Neither of us even felt our piercings!! Also really great prices!!! Will definitely come back for more later!!

Walked in to get a tattoo, patiently waited. 2 1/2 hours for artist to come up with design. The names were bulging out of the banner, I expressed my concern about the readability, he tells me to “trust him, it’s gonna look sick”, so I do. The lettering is not legible to anyone I show it to, and he didn’t post my tattoo even though he claimed “it was one of his favorite pieces”. At least it has meaning to me bc it wasn’t executed well.

DO NOT GO HERE!!! It’s so bad I wanna give them a 0 but that’s not possible so I give them a 1(star)! Worst customer service. I Have NEVER had the urge to write a review online, that’s how bad this experience was! I went here to get my nose pierced and when he marked where he was piercing it I was unhappy so I requested he move it. TJ then rudely lectured me on why it shouldn’t go there making me feel stupid. He refused to pierce it where I requested saying it’s not correct. THERE IS NO CORRECT SPOT ITS WHERE THE CLIENT WANTS! I reluctantly agreed because I was so uncomfortable hoping it would look right when pierced however I took it out a day later cause the placement was so bad and I was not the only one who noticed. Another piercer at a different shop also agreed that placement was terrible, I cannot tell you how terrible it looked with a ring in the ring was literally horizontal! Spend the extra money and go somewhere else! I ended up getting it re pierced somewhere else where they kindly accommodated my request. It has healed great and looks so much better, you cannot see the jewelry inside either (as TJ lectured me about)! You can see how much better it looks in the picture below with the stud, the black dot I drew is where big daddy’s pierced it for reference. The old hole is still healing.

This place has a great atmosphere that instantly makes you feel comfortable. Every tattoo artist is very very skilled and experienced inn their craft. Chris did an awesome job on my wifes and my tattoos! He is truly one of the great ones around here.

Could not be happier with the service at Big Daddies! I went in to get my nose pierced and it looks great a barely hurt, even after a couple of days. The service was amazing, I felt comfortable and safe during the whole thing. Will definitely be going back for any other piercings or tattoos in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

I have had two tattoos done at this place and two piercings, very nice guys will get the job done and make sure it is done right. The only complaint was everything that I came in this one person that keeps helping me just seems like he doesnt want to talk to me or help me. Not sure if its personal or what not but I could care less. But other than that they are decently priced and never really had a issue with them.

He did a perfect job with working with the idea I gave and adding his creative input. In decent time, I left with a new tattoo on my arm and have no complaints. Fair price and relaxed staff. Got my nose pierced there a few weeks ago and the guy did a great job!! He talked me through what he was doing and let me see placement before he pierced it. So far, its hardly been sore and I havent had any problems. He did a great job of explaining the cleaning process and they offer discounted bottles of saline solution.

Went here for a septum piercing. Price was much less than what I was quoted at other places, the shop was clean and well kept, and they fit me in right away. I wasn’t able to catch the name of the guy who pierced me, but he did an excellent job - I felt a slight pressure and that was it. Highly recommend this shop for those looking for piercings.

Big Daddy’s has usually done a really great job with my piercings and they did a pretty decent job with my friend’s tattoo as well. I came in on Dec 8 to get my navel piercing done and I am afraid to say that they pierced it wrong. I’m in the range of the 6-8 weeks that they say it’s recommended to change out the jewelry and unfortunately the curved barbell piercing won’t fit. I’m quite disappointed just because I was really excited to finally have a cute new piece of jewelry to replace the hoop. It was also looking a little funky before I took it out, and my mother which also has her bellybutton pierced agreed with me. I know healing is different for everyone but we shall see if I come back to get my navel repierced once it’s completely healed.

I got my septum pierced here back in February. They were a super clean and professional. They also made sure I was well informed on what to do during the healing process. Overall a great value and a great shop!

I have been going here for laser tattoo removal for my hand tattoos,and i have to say this is the nicest,cleanest,and most professional tattoo shop I have been in. Tj was very helpful and informative about the removal process and answered all my questions. All the guys that I have talked to have been super nice and awesome! I highly recommend this place!

I got a tattoo from this place almost a year ago. My experience was beyond crappy. I had my appointment set for 8 and didnt get worked on until after 10. Why? Because he decided to take in multiple walk ins for piercings and stand behind the counter running his mouth. Fast forward to the actual tattooing session... He work on me for 30 minutes and priced me at 200 for a half ass tattoo. I would never come back to this shop. The artist I had was very unprofessional on how he conducted his business with me. Im especially disappointed that such a simple piece was executed so poorly.

My wife and I came in a few weeks ago to get our noses pierced. we didn’t have to make an appointment, they fit us right in. my wife is always very nervous and scared of pain and Chris made her laugh and made everything so smoothly. very professional people working here and we will definitely be back soon!

I had my helix pierced here and the atmosphere was professional and fun. It was an ultra clean shop and the piercer was very kind and professional. They gave me lots of instructions for cleaning/healing the piercing. I will be back for my next one!

TJ and Michael were awesome! My boyfriend and I got our tattoos done together a few weekends ago. The guys were professional and super patient with us. My boyfriend has a huge coverup thats in the works, TJ did an impressive job on the linework. Hes healed beautifully, and its a testament to how skilled TJ is! We look forward to more ink in the future.

I love my tattoo it turned out really well. The place was clean and three of my friends were able to be there with me. He got swamped so I had to wait a while to get started. Also there wasnt a lot of conversation so be prepared for that but Im really happy with the final product.

Went in here hoping to schedule an appointment for a piercing but they were able to accomodate me right away! Just know that they do pretty much all the piercings with a ring at first. Not a big deal for me because I found it easier to clean.

I went to get my rook peirced here a few months ago. They were friendly and it was a nice atmosphere but they did not pierce it correctly. They didnt go through enough skin and you could even see the metal through my skin. I thought it needed more time to heal, but it ended up falling out and you cant even see a hole where it was because the skin ripped. I called to see if I could get it done correctly and they wouldnt let me because it had already fallen out. After recommending them for a while, I no longer will because they were not willing to help me. These photos were taken a few days apart.

This place is clean and the men working there seem competent. I originally asked around on Facebook to see where in college station I could get a good peircing. A female from another shop made a snarky comment about checking out reviews here on google. After reading the reviews here, I decided that most of the bad reviews were easily explainable so I decided to give it a shot. I went in to get a second lobe peircing in each ear and I feel as if my needs were met. The guy who spoke to me when I walked in the door seemed cold and kind of too busy to deal with me. He was working with someone so I didn’t take it to heart. Chris (I beleive that was his name) was moderately more friendly and got the job done. I wasn’t super excited with the idea have having hoops in my ear; however, I believe now that they do this so that the piercings are easier to clean and keep. Overall, they did their jobs for a good price. I have no substantial complaints.

This place is really great. TJ Morris did my tattoo and I am always getting compliments on it. He drew it right there for me, and was really cool when I asked him to go draw it again after I changed my mind on a detail. The guys are really great, and the atmosphere is super chill.

They were busy but able to fit me in relatively fast and catered to my apprehension with humor and professionalism. The location is easy to locate during daytime hours.

So I usually go to a guy in corpus who is amazing but I wasnt able to drive all the way out there. I was getting a super simple tattoo and figured any tattoo artist should be able to pull it off. Well they proved me wrong. The lines are all messed up, some are almost non existent while others you cant even tell what they are cause the are too thick. Now I have to spend more money to get it fixed! Dont go here, save your money and spend it somewhere better.

TJ Morris has done my sisters belly button piercing, my roommates nose piercing, and tattoos on my brother and me. Their piercings are perfect, neither one has ever complained. As for the tattoos, we get compliments from every person that sees them. Our older brother is driving in from 2 hours away to see TJ because he loves our tats so much. We both had unique ideas, and TJ was able to execute them beautifully. Not only that, but he is professional and fun to talk to (which is important when youre there for hours at a time)! I continue to recommend everyone interested in any service to check this place out.

I really like Big Daddies. These guys are no BS which at first was weird because they arent trying to over charm you or anything but I really like it and its super comforting. Theyre funny and cool and the people who probably have said they are rude probably never gave them a chance in the first place or were overly sensitive for whatever reason, which is saying a lot because Im senesitive. But hey, everybody has those days and their own thing so to each their own. But dont let those reviews fool you - these guys are funny and real. And theyre serious about their piercing quality. No, they will not let you get a piercing in a poor placement just because you think thats right or would look better - its their job, they know what theyre doing, really. Just be humble and listen. Ive been there to get my tragus done, and been with my friends to get a septum, helix, and nose piercing done. Great quality every time, and they use hoops which is a huge plus because its soooooo much better for the healing process. I plan to get a lot more piercings from these guys.

I told T-J that i came in for a Nose ring he was great on telling me the different options and even had a humor with after care instructions. Non intimidating and good conversation made it a great experience. I went on my lunch break and still had time to get lunch. GREAT SERVICE

If you’re looking to get a piercing don’t come here, go to Legacy Tattoo instead! These are primarily tattoo artists who are not educated on the proper placement of piercings. I came here about a month ago to get a navel piercing and all this time I thought it was healing, my body was actually rejecting it. I only found out because I went to Essie, a knowledgeable piercer at Legacy Tattoo, and she informed me that it was pierced too deep. She explained that the ring they used is not made to fit the shape of the standard barbell ring. So I would never have been able to change the jewelry. So she helped me remove it and offered to repierce it for free after it’s healed. It’s just very inconvenient because I wanted my navel piercing to be fully healed and ready for the summer, but now I have to wait 3 months for it to heal before getting it pierced again.

Just got two ear piercings done here today and they were great! They were full of humor and super easy to talk to. Ill definitely be recommending this shop to my friends :)

I took my 8 year old daughter to have her ears pierced, after researching how much better piercing studios are than the guns used at the mall. I asked the studio if they could do both ears at once. They did it, our visit was a total of 15 minutes, only 1 minute of that was my daughter sitting on the chair with them near her. It was so quick, nary a peep or cry came from my daughter. They use a hoop, not a post, which is so much better for healing of the whole in her ear. Ive had a few friends who have had to have the back post of an earring surgically removed because the tissue grew over it. That will not happen with these hoops. They had good advice on the healing process and we would recommend this process to any and everyone. Just call ahead and tell them what you want.

This happened awhile back but i just came across and decided to write a review. For one, these people are not very kind.. i took my friend to get her tongue pierced and the guy was so rude and seemed unpatient, like its a tongue piercing! Expect the people to be scared and hurt, dont be rude and unpatient about it. On my experience, i had gotten a dermal ( Do NOT recommend to get a dermal here ) i had 3 friends with me and he punched the hole of skin out, that didnt hurt but then as he is trying to get the medal plate in,.. well he couldn’t!! He literally took both of his big thumbs and was pushing it into my face! And it took like 5 minutes pushing into my face roughly.. i got so light headed and my friend stepped out of the room because she couldn’t watch anymore, they told me i had a lot of blood coming out.I was in cosmetology school at the time and so everyonee asks about did it hurt what happened, so i told them and there were people saying they dont like that place either... there’s been a lot of strangers til this day who ask about it and where i got it done and i make sure to tell them not to go there.

I went to many locations for my dermal to be found and taken out. Dermal removal was finally successful going to Daddy’s Tattoo Studio.

My friend and I went on our girls day out to get our daith pierced. First off, the greeting at the desk by TJ was very kind and friendly. After going back, TJ diffused any tension with some humor. My friend went by smoothly and myself, naturally a little squeamish, almost passed out. But TJ was looking out for me and made sure I laid down and got up slowly afterwards.Highly recommend this location. As for TJ. :)

I am in the process of having a memorial Tattoo done.This is a huge tattoo covering my arms, shoulders and whole back.Its very detailed including 23 Roses in full bloom they are large flowers.Scott has been patiently doing the long process of this work and so farI am very, very Happy its beautiful.I am a woman and Scott is super nice, friendly and I totally trust his work.He works on ideas with me until I have exactly what I want that is excellent.He and TJ are super courteous and both really cool guys.The prices are great, super nice and clean shop, and great for the serious tattoo lover.Theres a lot of sub par tattoo studios in BCS.~~Big Daddys is the place to get great service and one hell of an awesome tattoo !!!!!~~

I just wish yall would post about piercings too cuz at this place, its not rated well for piercings, even ink dreams gets a better rep. Tattoo pics look good but theres no pic of jewelry options or anyone pierced. What business only posts about half of what their company is about?...

Don’t go here. The two guys there are rude. They DEFINITELY don’t know how to pierce correctly I have multiple friends who said they hate their piercing after going here that’s Including mine. It’s not worth spending your money at this shop.

If I could leave NO stars I most definitely would! The tattoo artist I spoke with wouldn’t even give me the time of day! And when my brother wanted to make an appointment they told him “Your skin is too dark to get what you want.” And proceeded to give him every excuse on why he wouldn’t do his tattoo. Then was going to charge him 1000$ for 4 freaking roses.

I have gotten 5 tattoos from TJ and they have all exceeded my expectations, he’s light handed, very professional, and an extraordinary artist, he is very meticulous about his work and will not leave you dissatisfied, Big daddy’s tattoo studio is the only place I’ll go for any of my tattoo or piercing needs!

I’ve gotten all four of my tattoos here and I absolutely love them! The quality is great and they are always pleasant to talk to!

The shop is very clean. The guys couldn’t be any more friendly. My tattoo looks great and the prices were good. I’ll definitely go back for more tattoos in the future.

Came in for a floral back piece and TJ knocked it out of the park!!! The detail is incredible. These are just quality guys doing quality work. I will always come to Big Daddys for my tattoos!

Due to they could not produce the tattoo I drew or one near what I wanted. I wanted a touch up on the two I received before from that facility and a new tattoo TJ had a fit. Because he couldnt draw something in 5 minutes. (I had produced what I drew and wanted) When it took me 3 minutes to draw. The concept he produced was not even close to what I wanted.If its going on MY body PERMANENTLY I should get exactly what I want!!!!!

I came in late tonight and got some new ink. They were fast GREAT WORK!!! The guy that did mine has 26+ years experience. Yes I highly recommend them!!

This evening I got my second tattoo from TJ and I am so in love with it. Ive been to a few shops in town over the years and Big Daddys is definitely my referral for anyone looking for quality artwork.

They did a navel piercing for me and it healed right up in two weeks, like he said it would. It looks awesome and Ill be going back there again for every piercing. 🙂

I wouldnt go any other place I went because I thought my belly button was infected I talked to Scott and he said it wasnt he was super nice and told me how to heal it! Hes super friendly and I plan on getting my first tatto with him!

Great place to get any piercings or tattoos. My son got his nose piercing here for a great price. Very clean shop and friendly people.

Work is mediocre at best (at least the actual work of theirs personally that Ive seen) and the customer service is very poor. I just called up there to see if they had any old equipment they were looking to sell/get rid of. Been doing tattoos for a couple of years now and was needing a couple of shaders. In a bind. They very rude in there no answer

I went to Big Daddy to get the Daith ear piercing for stopping headaches. I can tell you it works!! I had an headache when I got the piercing but 30 mins later my headache was gone. I havent had an major headache since.

Came in for a tattoo. The gentleman with a long beard seemed like he didnt want to help. I was looking for some advice on adding to an existing tattoo, but wasnt much help. I think he prefered me leaving than helping. Left without a tattoo.

TJ did the most incredible job on my small buy meaningful tatt. I want to thank him and say thank u.!! Will u be my new artist..will post a pic soon!

I need one of my tattoos touched up and was wondering if you guys would be able to do that. I recently got a tattoo done at Ink Dreams in Bryan and they messed up on mine. Part of the tattoo peeled completely off and i need to get the bare skin that is exposed re-tatted. Thanks!

Tattoo was done correctly, but the artist went too deep and now instead of a flat tattoo, its a raised scar. I MIGHT come here again, but I definitely wont be inked by the same guy again.

Do not go here. Extremely horrible atmosphere. The employees are very impolite and quite rude. I have had 4 other friends say the exact same thing. Overall the main employee has a very bad attitude and I recommend going somewhere else.

I had TJ and he did an awesome job at taking my idea and making it original! The coloring and shading was exactly how I wanted and it was super clean!

I couldnt be happier with the art work that I have received from TJ. 5 years later I still get comments on have well done and vibrant my tattoos are.

Got a tattoo here a few years back, not happy with the work, some lines are blown out, some didn’t stay well, would love to get it fixed but scared to get a worse one than I already have!

Christopher Martakis is the best. Many tattoos by him and 9 hours into a large piece that I couldnt be happier with.

Very poorly pierced eyebrow..it wasn’t pierced in the correct spot and it rejected...had essie at legacy fix it. Do not come here for piercings.

This place seemed pretty cool but the moment he questioned about what me and my sister wanted he started making me feel uncomfortable and started beating around the Bush so we ending up leaving I honestly think he could of just been honest with us and say no.
