The owner/piercer left a great impression on me and my family. The owner had made sure before we left that we were knowledgeable about the piercing and the after care. The staff is probably one of the best staff I’ve ever seen in any piercing store. They were so sweet and kind. I’ve gone to a lot of piercings places in south Florida and none of them could compare with this team. They never made you feel like you were spoken down to, unlike others in the piercing community. I recommend everyone to come here. The best in south Florida.

A fantastic shop! I could not highly recommend this lovely team enough. They are knowledgeable, shared great information that other shops had not advised of, and worked around my goals for the jewelry I already had. I went in for 4 jewelry changes for a double helix, forward helix, and conch. Joe and Bella made me comfortable and confident every step of the way. Joe was thoughtful and considerate and even removed my daith jewelry for it to be cleaned while we decided on how to design my current piercings best. I’ll be back later to add a second conch and tragus!

I love this place, recommend 10 out of 10. They are so sweet, knowledgeable and patient. It was quick and they kept my two year old daughter entertained and calm. Its pretty pricey than your average piercing pagoda but they are worth every penny.

I was recommended by a very satisfied friend to come here to get my lip re-pierced. When I got there, I was actually able to have the previous piercing “re-opened” instead which was very exciting for me. There are so many beautiful jewelry pieces to choose from as well! I will definitely be returning for some of those. They also have a variety of unique plugs and tunnels which I have not found comparable pieces of anywhere else. I’m very glad to have found this place and won’t be making risky Amazon orders anymore.

Their genuine jewelry selection is so vast & beautiful.The piercer absolutely loves & takes their job seriously. He was able to give me perfectly even double nostrils & fix a mess he did not create. From the minute, my family and I walked into the shop. We could tell the people working there. We’re happy with their jobs. My son just turned 18 years old today and wanted an eyebrow piercing. These guys were local to us. My family and I could not recommend them highly enough. The vibe in the store is undeniably positive. I’ve been to Amato Piercing four times, since July, bringing my ear curation design with me to discuss how to make it happen. I supported the studio by purchasing their jewelry, but despite having a clear design in mind, there was a significant disconnect in communication about how to complete it.A month after my first visit, we moved forward with a left stacked lobe and septum piercing. When I noticed the ear piercing wasn’t symmetrical, I returned to Joe. He repierced it the same day, but the swelling, pain, and discoloration in the area for a week made me doubt that any real correction in placement had been made.The bigger issue arose a week later when I approached him about these two piercings, particularly addressing possible solutions for the septum piercing, which wasn’t straight—even though I don’t have a deviated septum. I was simply looking for options to fix it.The condescension was blatant—his response was purely egocentric. He blamed my nostrils and told me, “that eventually I will tell my brain to stop seeing it.” It was clear that he wasn’t interested in reviewing his work or offering solutions.The studio might have a strong support system, especially with the girls working alongside Joe who have been as helpful as they could be, but that doesn’t soften the experience enough for me to want to return. I felt incredibly embarrassed, talked down to, and dismissed. I was so shocked I could only laugh and babble some stories before I leave.After supporting this studio and trusting their expertise based on reviews, I expected so much better. I’ve since removed the piercings— they were not satisfactory.I’ll be getting them redone elsewhere by an artist who can plan the steps with me to achieve my curation design. When something goes wrong, it’s important to share the experience. I trusted this shop based on its reputation, but if you’re looking for a piercer who truly listens and cares, I’d suggest looking elsewhere.

False advertising on who they partner with and has many stolen works - pics, blog posts, etc - on their website. Very disappointing and gross to see. 👎 I do not trust their jewelry standards and quality.

I came to Amato after it was highly recommended and I can see why. Joe takes such pride in what he does, and was so passionate about the experience and knowledgeable. My eight year old daughter has autism and has been stuck on wanting to get her ears pierced for a while now she has watched all the videos and knew what she was getting into and we decided to go here after such great recommendations. She started to cry after the first ear, and of course I was starting to panic myself and Joe totally took over and was amazing!!!! It was like he had known her for years! Nothing but amazing things to say about my whole experience in Amato. I had originally gone elsewhere to get my flat (which original piercer ended up doing a helix) and tragus piercing but both were still hurting and not healing properly after 4 months. I called Amato and explained the situation and was instructed to come right in and they will examine it. As soon as I walked in Joe told me and drew me a pic of what was going on and then gave me my options. I ended up getting the proper flat piercing and changing my jewelry on the tragus. I was given gauze and instruction for after care. I am a week out and I have felt amazing. No pain to the new flat piercing and the bump that was developing on my tragus piercing is gone. Everyone was helpful and very knowledgeable. Definitely recommend!

Joe Amato is by far one of the best, if not the best, piercers in the area. Ive come here multiple times for various different piercings, and each time Ive been met with upmost care and professionalism. Its reassuring to know that Joe is APP approved and provides only the best quality jewelry available, along with his expertise on body modification. Ive literally recommended this place to every single person I know and have not run out of good opinions to hand out. Coming here truly makes me look forward to whatever new piercing or jewelry Im getting. I could not praise this place more. I researched for months to find the right place to pierce my daughters ears. My older daughter went to the mall store and had a horrible experience so I knew I wasnt going to make that mistake again (the gun procedure is so wrong). Joe the owner was very friendly over the phone and told us to come in a few days before her appt. to pick out the earrings (we brought the forms too). Margo is just wonderful, super knowledgeable, professional and friendly. They really know how to work with kids, you go in before the store opens so everyone is relaxed. All they do is piercings so it doesnt look like a stereotypical tattoo parlor but a fine jewelry store. The jewelry is high quality and doesnt compare to anything at the mall. Lynn the piercer was so precise and measured her ears with different tools and put my daughter at ease. The piercing was fast and the swelling was gone in an hour and her ears healed quickly. Its about twice as much as the mall but a million times better, well worth the cost and drive. Its been almost 4 months and she cant wait to go back and pick out earrings. (We just went back and Joe is a true scientist - knows everything about metals and adjusted her earrings. These people are so honest and reputable!)

I’ve always struggled changing my nose jewelry. I’ve been here twice to change my nose jewelry. The male piercer has helped me both times. I’ve never made an appointment and they are always so accommodating. They have never charged me to change my jewelry but I always make sure to tip. I am so much more comfortable going here than other pricing shops or Tattoo shops. I highly recommend.

J Amato, the piercer, is extremely patient and nice. I had several piercings to do that day that were in sensitive areas.. not only did he take his time, he talked me through each experience. Id recommend him and his staff for piercings. His prices were a bit high for my liking, but with how the economy is going, its very understandable. Plus, the atmosphere makes up for it.

Amazing! They are extremely helpful and the selection of pieces available is great. They sterilize everything and the office is very clean. They take their time with you. I was having a problem with an earlobe piercing I had done 20 years ago and they were able to correct it.

Accompanied friend to get her tragus and forward helix pierced. Amazing service, they will tell you what looks good or doesnt with your ear anatomy and AMAZINGLY clean. Be prepared though, most jewelry is real gold and there for a bit on the pricey side but I believe its so worth it

90% of my piercings have been done by Joe the owner. I followed him from NHF to AMATO and never am disappointed. He’s been doing most my piercings since 2013. His shop is gorgeous but beware quality of jewelry is top notch and will last you forever and the prices definitely reflect.

Me and my fiancée went to get some new jewelry. So many options and Joe and his staff were so kind and helpful. I found exactly what I wanted and will be back to replace some healing piercings. Joe was fantastic switching out my jewelry and was so gentle. First painless switching I’ve done. He also was able to help my fiancé’s struggling cartilage piercing (done at a separate shop) to heal. Highly recommend coming here. Wait might be a bit longer but it’s 100% worth it!

From walking in to paying the girls at the front were very professional, friendly and helpful with every question that I asked. Readers please keep in mind this is coming from someone who has too many piercing to count and have been around the block and back. Staff was AWESOME. Shop was CLEAN. If you want a place that does things right for piercings, this is it. He was very thorough in explaining everything and I watched closely as he put on gloves, opened up all sealed and sterilized tools. After setting everything up he then put another set of gloves on top of the other gloves he had put on for set up before getting started with the piercing. Very friendly guy and a wonderful experience. I’d highly recommend him and know he’s worth every penny if you want safety and a piercing that is even (he measured everything with a special tool and didn’t just go by his opinion of what looks even like I’ve seen others do) choose this place.

This is the only place I trust for my kids piercing now. After one bad mall experience, we found AMATO and have continued to go here for additional piercings. They do a great job and you can alway come back for them to check on your piercing and make sure all is well. One small thing to note, is that they require a notarized document for every piercing done to a minor. I took my kid for an additional piercing and they would not used the original notarized document from last time, and I had to pay to get another one done to give permission to do this new additional piercing.

This is the Cadillac of peircing places. Staff is very knowledgeable. They sell quality made posts and rings very allergy friendly place. Will defiantly be back. Most of their jewlery you can customize the color with electricity!!! So much fun

Always a pleasure coming here. So far I got a Tragus and Conch piercing done here but my most recent experience was for a daith.For this I set an appointment because I also needed a jewelry change. Service was excellent as usual. They made sure what I was hoping for and what I got matched perfectly. The piercing itself is priced reasonably but this is not the cheapest place you will find for jewelry alone (though it is very reasonable for the quality you are hoping for).You are sure to find cute and quality pieces that you wont mind being a staple in your ear over the course of the entire healing process and beyond.I got a daith piercing, reopened my tragus and conch (free Plus the cost of jewelry) and changed my nose piercing to a ring. He even explained why I was having issues with my ring and what I can do to remedy. Really quality service.Clean. Fast. Efficient. Knowledgeable. Friendly. STERILE.

So glad I happened to stumble upon this small business. Joe and his staff are very kind and professional, and actually care about your needs. For my service, I got my 2nd lobes re-pierced, and my rook done last month. My ears were only sensitive for a week, and now they are only sore to the touch. They recommend you come back in a month for a FREE check-up appointment. My check-up appointment was very beneficial, and now I have a better idea of how long the healing process will be. I can no longer imagine getting my ears pierced anywhere else.

This place is DOPE app certified actual titanium jewelry and joe is awesome!!! he fixed my double nostril jewelry(done at another shop) and we talked about 90s anime the whole time. I went there for a set of piercings yesterday (4/21/21) and was fortunate enough to have met Joe Amato who was extremely informative and welcoming. Im not extremely into piercings (which may change), but its easy to spot true passion through his art work and care towards clients. Review as a little late. In 2021 my best friend brought me down to look at nose piercings. I left with two brand new pieces. One was the gold bee. Best friend came back to get her nose pierced. And when my daughter was in town from TN, I took her down to buy a nose piercing as well. They’re very nice, they can get busy but, try to take people in order. And they really have some beautiful designs to choose from.

I had a simple, single earlobe reopening and was given the same time and attention as if I were having a much more elaborate piercing. Hygiene is obviously a priority, the shop is clean and Joe changed gloves at least twice for my simple procedure. I just got my eyebrow pierced today and I was super impressed! The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process from picking the jewelry out to the piercing itself and even throughly explained the aftercare. Everything was clean and sterilized and I felt super safe despite the pandemic. The piercing itself was very quick and I barely even felt any pain; the jewelry was in before I even realized the needle was all the way though. Joe was super patient and understanding when I explained to him pain makes me nauseous/pass out occasionally and talked me through the whole process. Even since getting getting home a few hours ago, the swelling has gone down and I don’t feel pain or even like the piercing is there, which tells me Joe is a real professional! The pricing wasn’t super expensive either; it was just over $100 for the jewelry, interchangeable pieces on the end, piercing, and notarization. For the quality of jewelry and professionalism about the piercing, the price was definitely worth it.

Great piercer and nice people but a bit pricey....after getting few piercings done I had to come back a week later just to get a shorter bar and got charged again for it...you would think that after paying $150 for the cheapest piercing and the cheapest jewelry that cost about $3 to $5 ( I know the prices of jewelries as I used to wholesale them ) i wouldnt have to pay extra $20 next visit just to get a shorter piece of metal. Up to that moment I was pretty happy and didnt mind pay a bit more knowing Im in Good hands but charging extra for a $1 bar should have been part of the service and not extra that gave us a bit of a sour taste for overall good experience the first time. Do I recommend the store for their piercings process quality yes but maybe as a side note they should think about not being as greedy

I was referred to Amato piercing by a client of mines named Chloe ; Joe was super nice and he definitely knew his craft . His professionalism goes along wayyyyyy !!! He explains everything from the moment he lays you down in his chai. he is super gentle has the state of the art sterilization machines he is a pure perfectionist and is super knowledgeable and professional his staff is also super nice and very helpful they explain everything and greet you with a nice warm smile . There body jewelry is to die for and super nice and joe Carrys a wide selections . definitely will be back for my forward helix piercing . And once your done his staff and himself explain the aftercare process and they also encourage you to come back for free follow ups to make sure your piercing has healed completely . I’ve been wanting a nostril piercing for months and so today was the day I decided I would go to do it. Lynn was very friendly, and Margo was very knowledgeable. I was super nervous as this was my first time piercing, but Joe reassured me that it’s an easy and quick process. It barely hurt- just a slight pinch. I will never go anywhere else for piercings as long as I live in Florida. Margo and Lynn have both given me piercings, and I’ve never been happier with how they healed and how they look. Every time i come to AMATO it’s always a great experience. Super clean and welcoming. Jewelry is great quality. My piercings were always getting keloids and they let me know I probably had a nickel allergy. They gave me the correct jewelry and my keloids went away. After i had my baby my belly button piercing stretched, instead of trying to make me re pierce it they made me a custom opal barbell that fit perfectly. I will only come here for my body jewelry and piercings.

Essentially she told me I wish I could look at it, why dont you check out the APP website (Association of Professional Piercers) and see what someone local has to say?So I show up and Joe brings me back into the piercing room and has me lay out on the table to examine. Were small talking and discussing my situation meanwhile. No question of cost for consultation or probing to see if Ill buy anything... And later tells me flat out Awesome! Were going to be able to save you money today! You dont need to buy a new anything!Which confused me, I was sure I had the wrong jewelry. He guided me through some care instructions to fix the issue I was having and then proceeded to spend another 30-45 minutes with me chatting about all the jewelry questions I had, and showing me countless cool things and options for me for later. Not too soon though, heal up.TL:DR- Joe is amazing and is the main reason Im going specifically back to him to invest in some piercings Id been considering for a long while. My experience was incredible!I got my eyebrow piercing done here and it was the easiest piercing I have ever gotten!The workers were incredibly helpful and friendly, the head piercer was extremely knowledgeable and thorough, and the environment is beautiful and clean!Their pieces are intricately crafted and even if youre not looking to be pierced there, their jewelry is magnificent!My eyebrow piercing was quick, easy, and virtually painless. It is always nerve wracking to have a needle that close to your eye, but before I could even think to worry about that, he was done! He talk me through the whole process and he said he has been doing this for 20+ years and the proof is in the pudding!If you ever want a piercing and are nervous to get it done, do it here, I guarantee it will alleviate all piercing anxieties!

Just amazing. I brought my 7 month old here for ear piercings and the experience from start to finish was so pleasant. Everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. From the moment I first called to get more information, I new this place was legit. I had actually pierced my babys ears at 3 months at a pediatricians office but they did a terrible job. Piercings were crooked and uneven so I took them out.At Amato, he spent his time measuring out the placement and theyre perfect. My baby didnt even cry for the first one he did. They were so great, I cant say enough good things.

Out of every piercing place I been, they are truly the most comfortable and clean environment.I went in recently to get my tongue done, nothing crazy. Sam helped me pick out a piece I really liked, and for a small store they have quite a good selection.Joe did the piercing for me, it was quick and honestly painless. Didnt even realize he did it. He is SUPER clean and careful with everything.They also helped me pick out some cool gauges (5/8ths) to update my old ones.Price is decent, its what you would expect from a good jewellery store that has legitimate pieces.I will definitely be coming back for more work. And 100% reccomend to anyone in the Broward/West Palm/Miami Dade counties.

Joe and Sam are simply amazing. I had my nose pierced back in 2013 and my body rejected it. I learned tonight that the hole was still there, fully healed. Joe ended up repopening it and I now have my piercing back. Super happy with the service and the vast knowledge Joe has about piercings as a whole. Been here three times for various things. I have never felt like I am a wanted customer. Employees help me but in an unfriendly - non intimate manner. I definitely DO NOT feel comfortable there. The owner is somewhat condescending and feels as if misogynistic. The second time I visited: as a female piercer was changing my jewelry, the other female assistant kept rolling her eyes at the piercerI ordered a jewelry in September 2019 and haven’t heard back about any status... they obviously don’t care. I promised myself I wouldn’t go there again. Rather drive somewhere further for a friendly and more intimate service.

These people are amazing. We had our babies ears pierced and they took the time to make sure they were perfectly measured and also kept her entertained threw the whole process. Also the Jewelry selection is like no other piecing place, and the staff is extremely nice and make you feel at home. It’s blows away any other piercing shop by far!

Incredible! I saw great reviews & decided to FINALLY get my hip dermal removed after being terrified to do it for years. The facility was clean, the piercer was kind, gentle & efficient! Took literally two minutes max to get my dermal out & he kept me calm through the entire process. I’d highly recommend this place for any piercings or piercing removals.

My daughter wanted a nose piercing, and after researching piercing and tattoo places, I came across Amato. She has had several piercings done and each time it has been an exceptional experience. My husband, 6 month old daughter, and I had a phenomenal experience today getting her ears pierced. We live in Tampa and could not find anyone reputable who pierces infants without using a gun. I got my nose pierced last week by Joe. This is my first piercing so I was nervous but he was so professional and knowledgeable about everything. I decided after a year of thinking about getting a 2nd ear lobe piercing that I would try it, however I was quite nervous about the needle (my original ear piercings were done with a gun) but overall it felt just like a pinch. The jewelry selection is stunning and the building is extremely clean. The staff is wonderful and calmed my nerves. It was a wonderful stress free process and I’m extremely happy with my new piercing and will come back in the future if I want another for sure!

I visited Amato for some advice on my triple lobe piercings. The second lobe piercing had never healed correctly due to being pierced with a gun ten years ago. Lynn was extremely helpful and kind. She gave me great advice and helped me to choose appropriate jewelry. She recommended implant grade titanium studs to help my angry piercings heal correctly. They truly care about giving their clients a high quality experience so they can enjoy beautiful, safe, healthy piercings!

Extremely high price jewelry with very poor customer service. This place hold itself to a high standard as a luxury jewelry store however failed to deliver customer service. If you buy something you better make sure you absolutely love it because they do not take any exchanges and dont have no intentions informing you of that information, it is your responsibility to read their small print on their receipts.Will be nice to have it posted somewhere in the store so customers now. Went there today to pierce my nose and it was a wonderful experience. Lynn made me feel very comfortable and I loved how knowledgeable she was; from which side of my face the piercing should be to the right position in case I wanted to go from a stud to a hoop later on. We had a wonderful experience getting my 9 year olds ears pierced at Amato. They are very professional and do everything possible to make it a comfortable experience. The place is very clean, sterile, and immaculately maintained. They used a lot of measurements and precision to make sure they pierced in the right location. At the end, she got a certificate. They also clearly explained how to care for the piercing. I highly recommend them.

Took my daughter to get her ears re-pierced yesterday after a botched mall “gun” piercing. They were wonderful, knowledgeable, professionals who set my skittish 11 year old immediately at ease. The selection of jewelry was exceptional. I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a professional piercing. Please note if you are taking a minor you will need a birth certificate and student ID, as they need to ensure that it’s not a “cool” relative or friend giving consent instead of a parent. Had to go home and get the required documentation but I’m glad that system is in place! My daughter hasn’t had any pain, swelling, or discomfort at all in 18 hours!

My husband and I go to Amato for our jewelry, so when we decided to pierce our 10 month old daughters ears we knew exactly where we wanted to take her. It was a no brainer! The jewelry selection was beautiful. I selected a pair of white opal studs and the backs were completely flat. They spent half an hour measuring and marking up her ears. Joe wanted to be certain that the piercing was going to be perfect. I sat in the chair with her and she just played with toys that we brought. They were so patient and worked around her. I was able to breastfeed while they did the actual piercing and my baby didn’t even cry!! It was a stress free experience and I couldn’t recommend them enough!

Had such a great experience coming in yesterday! I thought for sure my ears had closed up but the nice gentleman and ladies of Amato told me they thought they had a tool that could open them back up and I wouldnt need to be pierced again! Sure enough, they were able to get them open and Im kicking myself for not having them checked years ago (well to be fair I thought if theyd atrophied so much you couldnt put a stud in, they were closed lol). They were all super cool and helpful! I was not charged a piercing fee since they were able to open the holes and I got some really cute Swarovski studs. I was so scared my ears would get irritated as they always have but so far so good! Now Im tempted to come back and see if the second set of piercings I have in my ears can be opened back up! Very clean, pleasant space with beautiful jewelry. Really cool to see a piercing place set up so... fancy !

If you are planning to get your kids ears pierced, this is the place!!! I highly recomend this place and cant say enough good things. Call ahead to make an appointment and they open the store before regular hours to take all the time for your kids. That way they get not disrupted and they can take their time. Everything is clean and they explain every single step to you and the kids. They sterilize everything and show the kids how it works. They measure the ears to make the holes equal on each side. They are so gentle and perfect with kids. My 4 year old did not feel any pain and didnt flinch. My 6 year old freaked out after the first ear was done. The piercers did an outstanding job to calm her down and got her ready for her next ear on her own terms when she was ready. No parents intervention necessary. They really know what they are doing. Thank you so much for this experience. My girls were not in pain after and it all healed in no time. They are still happy as can be 8 months later.

Went there to get my 15 year old daughters nose pierced and they were very professional and knowledgeable. Everything was throughly sterilized and very clean. All the employees were very friendly. Made her experience very comfortable and easy. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to get body piercings.

Ive been going to Amato Piercing for around two years now. I had a bad piercing experience with another studio, leaving my helix infected and generally a mess. Joe explained to me what Id done wrong, what the previous piercer did wrong, and how we could fix it. I came back a few months later to pierce my forward helix and Joe prepared me that it would be very painful but it was only a fraction of the pain from the original helix piercer, thats how great of a piercer Joe is. Amato also as a wide variety of high quality jewelry at varying prices. My favorite is a BVLA 14K earring which recently broke--I took it back to Amato and they are fixing it in house! Love them.

After having had a terrible experience at a different piercing shop with my septum piercing, I was completely traumatized to the point that I never wanted a piercing again... thats until I found Amato that my friend Soli recommended to me after having had such a positive experience here. Joe Amato is a PRO piercer. I got my nose and belly pierced and I can tell you that it was almost a painless experience. The piercing was done before I even realized it happened. Most importantly, both piercings have been healing absolutely wonderfully, better than I expected. I 100% recommend Amato for all of your piercings!

I went in to get a lobe piercing and I could tell they care about sanitization, the piercing results, and the healing process, and also made sure to ask about allergies. My first piercings (at a different location many years ago) did not go well, so this was a nice change. For a whole month my ears were doing really well, no pain or swelling, no infection, etc. I went in for my month checkup, however, and they checked my piercings really roughly. The days following the painful checkup, my left piercing got infected. I now have to soak it in saltwater and drain it. Considering my ears were completely fine before the checkup, I can only assume the cause was the piercing guy manhandling my ears. He tugged on my piercings so it hurt, but when I left it seemed ok. The next day I noticed pain and soreness only in one piercing, and about 3-4 days later it has pus, so it’s infected.... The other one is completely normal. I am obviously not very happy but I can tell this was not his intention. I would still recommend this shop for a piercing, but so far my personal experience has been meh.

Awesome! Very professional, very freindly, very clean. They are the best! I came back from crewing a sailboat from Bermuda to Spain and lost a captive bead with a Peircing and even though it was out for over a month they were able to still save the peircing. Joe is the best!

Joe is awsome he know about my situation and nephrotoxicty and which metal I can use cause of my kidney disease. Plus I’m allergic to stainless steel and a lot of piercing professionals doesn’t know about nephrotoxicty. I got my conch here today definitely be back for rook.

What an amazing experience. I had originally gone to a different location to pierce my cartilage and it had gotten irritated and inflamed. This was all due to them using the wrong piercings on my ear. I dealt with Lynn and what a blessing she was!!!! Thank you so much! I will be back for sure as I am so happy. My ears love you! I had a bunch of piercings that I thought had closed up and wanted to get repierced. Joe informed me that they werent and they helped me pick out jewelry. Customer service was great. Especially since I get very nervous and light headed . Their prices are more on the expensive side but you get what you pay for . Already have an appointment to go back .

Look I will say this and this is my personal experience. I went in to get my ear pierced and was expecting pain and lots of it. I have had no pain what so ever (cant explain it). The studio is super clean and everyone is super nice and professional. Now if I can get the nerve to get the nipple pierced (now that will a lot).

This place is great. The selection of jewelry is crazy awesome and the staff is absolutely wonderful. They are amazing with their expertise knowledge and they are genuinely honest. I cannot wait to start my ear project after my honeymoon.

I cant say enough about great things about Amato Piercing. Lets just say that 5 stars with never be enough to rate this establishment. I went to Amato to have them look at a nostril piercing that I previously had done at a tattoo shop. I developed a bump on the piercing and no matter what I tried, the bump kept getting bigger. Joe removed the cheap jewelry that the tattoo shop placed in my nose, cleaned the piercing and gave me very specific care instructions that would help get rid of the bump. He told me to come back and see him in 2 weeks so that he can check on it. Remember, this piercing was not done at Amato but Joe showed just as much concern and treated me as one of his clients. I returned last Friday, Joe inspected the nostril and I was able to get my nostril re-pierced. YAY! This man is beyond meticulous! He is patient, informative and followed an EXTREME sterilization process during the piercing procedure. A couple days later, I had a slight issue with bleeding around the piercing. I returned to Amato. Joe cleaned, inspected and changed the post, free of charge. He advised me that if I had any issues to call or return to the shop. The next day I got a follow up phone call from Joe. He wanted to make sure the bleeding stopped and that everything was ok with the piercing. UNREAL in the best way ever! I will only go to and recommend Amato Piercing for any body piercings. Yes, you will pay a little more but you WILL NOT have any regrets. You will get what you paid for! To Joe, Lynn and the entire Amato staff, you guys are amazing!

Very knowledgeable, clean, wide variety over all I was impressed. Sat and reviewed my piercings and why my ears dont get along with my ears. Price is pretty good surprised as I went somewhere else and I was charged more for one when I got 3 for the same price. Very addicting.

This shop is always so helpful and attentive! I’ve bought several pieces of jewelry from them over the years and they’re absolutely beautiful! I broke one of the pins on a threadless piece and they repaired for me free of charge and not to mention they held onto it safely for me for over a year while I was out of town. Went here after my ears closed up due to poor piercing techniques from Piercing Pagoda. These guys did an amazing job getting my holes re-opened and helping me choose a new set of earrings for a reasonable price! Highly recommend!

Best nose piercing! Ive gone to a tattoo shop, only to have the l shaped nose ring fall out every other day. Here at Amatos it was done right, no problem what so ever! Only thing is, Im going to have to go there to have it changed and probably have to BUY another nose ring! Totally recommend Joe and his staff they talk to you about whats going to be done and the various products they offer. Go here for your piercings!

Just got my earlobes and nostril pierced by Joe. Hes got lots of experience and loves his job, which shows in the quality of his work. Everything was super sanitary, comfortable, and the pain level was much less than expected. Awesome experience!

Making an appointment does not matter at all to this place. Staff is very unprofessional they leave your personal information out for everyone to see and do not communicate to you at all. They see you waiting for over half an hour even when you told them you had an appointment and they dont communicate how long the wait will be, they all just do random things in the back instead. Have paid for very expensive piercings before but this level of service today was horrible. Dont waste your time coming here!

I went somewhere to get my nose pierced and it got infected in two day. I saw online Amato Piercing and decided to try them, for someone said if it’s infected go elsewhere to get it corrected for the people who did it used cheap material. I went to Amato and she Lynn removed it and was so apologetic and she did not even do the piercing but felt sorry for me. When I say professional and the best Fine Jewlrey and beautiful just Beautiful girls. I hope I heal fine and hope to see them in two weeks. I will get a Real diamond instead of a tiny curved ring surgical steel post, that wasn’t even the correct size. Thank you so much Lynn🥰🥰🥰

This place is amaze balls!!! I came here yesterday to get my nose and septum pierce and walked away with a lot of info. Before my piercer pierce my nose, she looked at my ear which had an industrial in it and told me that the top part of my piercing looked weird because it looked like it was going through my skin and not the cartilage and it could cause a major problem if it snag on something and rip it out my ear which would need plastic surgery to repair. I knew it always looked weird and she confirmed it for me. After she did the piercings, she brought her boss in and he basically confirmed her statement. He also told me that it looks like Im allergic to all the jewelry in my ear. I have around 6, in total, in my ear lobes which been there for more than 4 years and had no idea. He told me that he will be able to readjust the top part of my industrial, that I have to remove all the jewelry in my ear so that my ear can heal, minus the two cartilage piercings and the industrial because those are only 6 months old and theres a chance that they can close, and that I now have to wear titanium jewelry or ones that doesnt have nickel in them. I go back on the first of July, and I so happy that I went there because they didnt even have to tell me. I didnt even asked them about it but they did it because they wanted to and would rather tell me than have this situation get worse. Im so grateful that they told me and that I went there.

I chose this shop after months of careful contemplation. Joes passion comes across even on the website. I think are what really sold me on this place was the length they go to educate. You know, debunking myths/taboo, inclusivity, science based aftercare and jewelry education. They seemed to really cover their bases.I checked out the reviews and those are predominantly great, save for what appears to be a few bad apples... Customers can be, shall we say? Know-it-all-sissy-cry-pants... ANYWAY-I made my appointment online, picked out the jewelry I wanted and called up the studio to ask about tip etiquette (tip your people! 🙂). Im unemployed and stuck at home, so I decided to go get the nostril piercing Id always wanted (great time to heal up!)When you show up during covid, the protocol is to text the number on the door and when its time they let you in. You dont need to touch anything coming in or coming out except for a pen to sign a form/receipt and maybe a piece of jewelry. They are masked up, you are masked up and theyre controlling how many ppl are in the studio at one time. For me it was one person (on their way out), two employees and me.I didnt end up getting the jewelry I thought I would. Im grateful that I got good advice and ultimately went with a stud that was least likely to snag on anything (hello, masks). I am inexperienced and I wouldnt have thought about that at all. Added benefit is my stud has rose gold which is the metal I wear most! I cant remember the name of the lovely woman who helped me through my selection process, but thank you!For the actual piercing, it was just me and Joe. He took the time to show me that my jewelry was properly sanitzed and prepped all the pointy stuff right in front of me. Im an introverted PC gamer with significant anxiety about being out and about during the pandemic. Joe really put the at ease and was able to get me talking and just, really helped me feel comfortable. The whole stabby part took less than 5 minutes and was a have of a lot less painful than the blood work I had that morning. I think the hardest part was staying still... But thats really a *me* problem.They took the time to go over aftercare and follow up (post size change). They could have just sold me their wound wash but instead I was told that is probably get it cheaper from the pharmacy. I really feel like Amatos does everything possible to instill trust and quality. Which leads me to the jewelry price thing you see in allot of reviews. Ok- they arent selling cheapo hot topic jewelry. They sell the metals essential to maintaining happy, healthy, healing piercings. There were plenty of pieces I cant afford right now, but let me tell you- Im going to just save up and but there anyway. The selection will make you drool. They dont even know but Im pretty sure a monster was born yesterday. Im already thinking about maybe doing my helix next.My site is a teensy bit red, but you have to be up close to see it. Theres virtually no swelling or pain. I mean.... I forgot it was there and I straight up poked my self right on the stud this morning. That didnt feel great, but my point is that it already feels like part of my face. Im not in pain.Thank you so so much Amato! I cant wait to be back!Sorry, not sorry for the novel!

Ok, literally, ordering from Amato was easier and cheaper than going to my local piercing place. I love my piercer, but their up-charge is steep, and Amato has all the same things in stock! Customer service was super helpful when there was a problem with my order, and it still got here in a couple days!!

This a professional piercing place. They were very hygienic and explained everything they were doing. They gave me an idea for a piercing that I hadnt even thought of. The prices for the earrings are somewhat expensive but I have to say, I havent had the irritation that other earrings give me. A top notch place you have to see for yourself.

Margo is amazing did amazing job on my jewelry and piercing, with everything... all the girls in fact were great. But the owner Joe when he told me how to clean my ears Which I had no problem with. I take constructive criticism well. However I explained how I have psoriasis and my ears do crust up. And he told me its not cool to joke about something i dont have because its not cure-able and serious. He said “wouldn’t it be awful to claim you have a condition when in fact you dont” I explained to him I had a written condition of psoriasis and still in fact have it, and its hereditary in my family. I cried when I found out i had it because it really destroyed my confidence. He was very disrespectful.

Amazing shop! They help me get my new custom barbell. I normal stretch my own piercings, but had an issue getting this one to go in. I went back to the shop, and Joe help me get it in. The whole staff is knowledgeable and professional

I ordered a piece of jewlery (dream piece for my tragus piercing) over the phone a few weeks ago. The staff were extremely accommodating and replied quickly when there was a (incredibly minor) problem regarding shipping. They did more than they had to in order to ensure the order worked out perfectly. I dont live anywhere near them and yet they have become my go-to high end jewlery shop. Everyone there is a gem and I reccomend Amato with all my heart :)
