I got my first two piercings at this place along with two other of my friends (who had already more done in the past) a few months ago. We can all agree that the quality of the service and how experienced the guy that helped us was made a huge difference in our overall experience, to the point where I can say I had absolutely no pain and had a very enjoyable time compare to what I had expected. If you’re looking for professional and experienced people I find this a great option to consider, the prices are reasonable and for how great my healing process was I find it so so worth it. ( we did nose piercings, rook, and conch on a late friday night before closing and they still allowed us to go in, explained everything and was super quick and gentle)

This is my new favorite shop, will be my go-to. Everyone was very welcoming and made sure you were comfortable. I had my piercing done by Dakota, who made the process nearly painless and put care into his work. I had previously been to this shop years back and had two piercings done on two different occasions by John (may he rest in peace) and those experiences were just as great at this shop, both back than and present day.I also really appreciate that the staff here cares about doing things right and making sure clients know the risks involved of things and that they have all the correct info before making a poor choice on jewelry or tattoo. Other shops dont do that. So I will be visiting again.

I’ve been going to Timeless Craft for years and refer everyone I know to go there for piercings because of how happy I am every time I walk out the door. The staff is very friendly, professional, and good at what they do. Their previous longtime piercer is no longer there (rest in peace, John) and for a while I hadn’t been back, but the new piercer I met today, Dakota, was awesome and did a great job on my septum.I’ve been to a lot of different tattoo shops over the years for piercings and I know a lot of them can be intimidating (especially for people new to body modding) so for those of you who are nervous and looking for a place with a chill atmosphere, this is it.

The only shop I go to get my piercings done!!! Every time I’ve gone to Timeless Craft I’ve left 1000x happier than I was when I walked in. Fish did my double nostril piercings and Dakota’s done all my ear piercings with my most recent being an industrial bar, along with my floating navel. They always take their time in making sure the placement is perfect and that you’re comfortable and feel safe which as a young woman walking into a tattoo/piercing shop alone 90% of the time is very important to me. They’ve always hit it out the park every single time. They’re literally the best at what they do and I can’t wait to go back and get my next one done!!! Thank you Timeless Craft for always making my day!!!!!

We went to another tattoo shop first, but they were super rude and condescending. We decided to try Timeless Craft and were pleasantly surprised! They were super cool, friendly, informative, and they even asked us what our pronouns were before addressing us. The level of respect was top notch, and the staff was awesome to work with. The piercer (Rob?) has a super steady hand and my helix and my sisters belly button piercing both barely hurt at all, and are now healing up nicely. Much love and appreciation for this tattoo shop! 10/10 will visit again!

Rob was awesome! My daughter went in for an industrial piercing and he was professional and really made us comfortable. He changed his gloves at least 4 times and cleaned and sterilized everything in front of us. He really made this experience wonderful. Come here for your piercings and ask for Rob. You will not be disappointed!!

I got my first tattoo when I worked at target. Fish did it for me. It was a hardy boys symbol. A couple years after I got another one. It says never give up. I now have 11 tattoos. He did my first and my latest. I have been to other shops and other artists but, Fish made me the most comfortable. I love the music he puts on and love how he takes the time to make his artwork great before it goes on your body. I never complained about his work. I think he deserves more then 5 stars. He always responds to emails and the whole shop are awesome. I just think it’s a great place. Thank you Fish for being one of my favorite artists I have been to. Thank you timeless craft tattoos for everything.

I was there about a month ago to get my ears pierced And the guy (who Im assuming is the owner) had respect for his establishment (because I couldnt bring my bike inside) and respected me and was patient. The process of getting my ears done was all what I would expect. The place was very clean and just all around great customer service! One of the employees even offered to watch my bike for me. He didnt need to but he did, which I greatly appreciate. Definitely recommend, hands down. Oh and my ears are fine by the way, no complications

Went in today for my 3rd ear lobe holes and one on my cartilage. Guy up front was super nice and professional and so was the piercer, I believe John was his name. I could not have been more comfortable. My coworkers have came to him and I live in Hollywood so for me it was a 30 minute drive but well worth it. Def will be back and recommend him to absolutely everyone. I’ve been to tattoo shops piercing shops and wow.. they are trash. This place is legit.

I brought my 4 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced today. John was very welcoming and kept us calm and comfortable throughout the whole process. Her earrings are perfect and she is ecstatic! I would recommend visiting John for all of your piercing needs!

Went in to get my tongue pierced (my mom got a tattoo there earlier in the day & said tattooer was extremely nice/sweet) my grandpa’s wife also gets tattoos done here as well. Really went because I thought they were the new name/associated with Hole Addiction where I used to go back in the day. Didn’t even get a chance to get piercers name (he was really tall/slim with big gauges). He asked to see my tongue and was telling me about it etc then front desk employee (a women) chimed in and literally just said “yea your tongue is a muscle” & then he yelled at her/was so rude to her saying never interrupt him while he’s talking. That is not how you treat someone/staff/ condone business in general let alone in front of customers. It was so off putting/his vibe was rotten after that. Asked for my ID back from front desk female employee & left. As I walked to my car i also could see through the glass/storefront & it looked like he was yelling at her as well.

We highly recommend Jay Black for all your tattoo needs. Absolutely the most professional, detailed, and kind artist I have ever met. We could not be happier with the results, and we will be back to have him complete future work. Absolutely outstanding man and shop. ❤❤❤❤❤

Just took my mom for an ankle tattoo for her 61st birthday. My mom walked out of the shop saying Mr. Fish absolutely lovely (and I totally agree!). He explained everything to her and calmed her when she was a little nervous.Her tattoo looks absolutely wonderful!!! Shes been telling my sisters about it since we left, lol. Im not an expert but the lines look sharp and even.Everything was clean. We saw him wipe everything with disinfectant. He changed gloves when he had to answer the phone. So, if COVID precaution is a concern for you, dont worry about it with these gentlemen.10 out of 10, for sure!!!

I went to get my ears pierced and the experience was amazing! I was so nervous that I was shaking but the man who pierced my ears was so nice and reassuring. They look absolutely amazing as well. I will 100% be going there again!

Found this gem of a parlour because my sister-in-law and I decided to randomly get some piercing done. The owner of the shop is amazing and has history in the city of Coral Springs (in business since 2002). Hes funny, realistic, and extremely talented. His hands are comparable to a skilled surgeon. Hes quick and he didnt tug when switching out the needle for the gauge. The only pain (which was minimal) was the fact that a needle pierced through flesh. Once Im healed Im going back!!! Thank you!!

John Miller did my piercing. He made me feel very comfortable. I asked his advice about piercing jewelry and he gave me wonderful feedback. He gave me advice on which pieces were worth my $$$ and which were not. Some of his more expensive pieces were not.

I got two tattoos from here, the first one was a Leo on my right leg it was great!The second one was a crown on my forearm that wasnt so good, the artist went over it too deep.But overall I still enjoy coming here. Im planning on coming back for my next tattoo.

( This is just my personal experience, Im not trying to bash the shop or any of the artist)Oh where do I begin...Went in for a mandala half sleeve ended up leaving with a black and red blotch on my arm.Along time ago I got a tattoo by Amy and she was great. Went in recently for my half sleeve and went directly to the boss. Found out Amy wasnt there anymore. He claimed he had an artist who specializes in geometric work. His name was Mike. I decided to check out his Instagram. Not bad work, so I gave him a shot.I got put on a 3 week wait, that didnt bother me. I showed a boatload of references of what I wanted and the colors. The colors were suppose to be red, black and grey with translucent geometric work. I was so hyped to finally start my sleeve! Heres where it starts.Mike had a printout of something similar to what I was asking for. The colors match, the design is a little off but very close. I know it couldnt be exactly the same as what I wanted as there needed to be slight changes. Thats fine. It had the fades and colors I wanted. I took the bait.(My tattoo is all dot work btw)Then the background print out came out and it was nothing close at all to what I asked for. I mentioned that I wanted my arm to be almost identical to the reference I gave. But the back drop was far beyond. I ignored it though. And wanted to start with the main mandala bitWe get started and right away I wont mention exactly what but theres a slew of distractions around. And sarcastic remarks. Just an immature vibe...He does a tracing which should have been done in pen but was done with water and ink. Theses lines made no sense and were permanent marks on my skin which I was told would fade. They were just to give him an idea.... a pen would have accomplished the same thing without being permanent...He kept using the word let me simplify your idea no one wants a simplified tattoo... you want it creative and interesting. What I wanted was complicated not something a new person should attempt...I came to find out hes young. Its his first year working at the shop and the owner who recommended him was his father. So I felt like I was a bone thrown to him. But whatever I found out during the session.Back to the tattoo.. the colors which were suppose to be black , grey, red with fades ended up just being dark black and red. No fading whatsoever just a flat tattoo... he used way too many dots. (Sometimes less is better). Which made it even darker. We had stenciling issues with the background cause he was trying to wrap it around my whole arm, he was even asking his father for guidance. Theres nothing wrong with asking for help but it worried me because hes suppose to know from his own good digression. What really put the icing on it is that I got cancelled for another appointment so I left with an unfinished tattoo, permanent tracer lines wrapped around my arm and the stencil not even wiped off. I left the shop with stencil marks for the backdrop which never got done which was(a blessing)It was just a very dark tattoo and nowhere in my reference was there so much black, it was suppose to be mostly grey...... I paid roughly 400 dollars for something I disliked. The tattoo was super simplified and flat.. My girl had to listen to me complain about 3 weeks about how much I hated my arm.Until I went to a new shop who was much more expensive but worth it. He fixed everything and turned it into an amazing work of art. Unique.. complicated.. he free handed with a pen and was just purely amazing. Did a ton of tricks to make it seem lighter by darking certain edges of the mandala and adding white. It was just day and night differences.I went from 0 compliments to over 10 a day from strangers. So now Im ok but...as far as my experience with Timeless Tattoo goes...Money wasnt the issue here. Just pay attention to what your costumer wants and pan out all the distractions. And maybe use a pen...for outlines...

After I had reached out in a public forum for help finding an artist for a tattoo, I was met by an artist at this shop, Jay Black, who felt the need to point out that he is Polish. What did him being Polish have to do with anything? Nothing, other than the fact that I stated that I was specifically looking for a Jewish artist to tattoo a Jewish-themed piece on to me, a Jew. Upon me asking if he believed that was an appropriate comment, he said pardon my sarcasm and then deleted the comment, knowing what he said was wrong. He offered nothing other than a microagression and a link to this page. I do not suggest him, or anywhere that employs anyone like him.

Today is my brothers birthday and it was so important for me and my mother to get his EKJ today. I am 19 and was hoping that they would take my birth certificate and the owner was so rude about me not having an ID and then was rude to my mom on the artwork that she wanted done. We ended up walking away devastated and angry. We will never go there again.

They kept a deposit THEY asked for in order to book sessions with my tattoo artist . Was never able to use that deposit towards my sessions . Now they won’t refund/credit that deposit towards anything else . Take your hard earned money somewhere else !
