I have been a loyal customer of Body Details for over seven years, and I want to share a recent experience that has left me feeling disappointed and hurt. Today, I had an appointment scheduled after work, but unfortunately, I completely forgot about it until I was already on my way home. As soon as I realized my mistake, I called Body Details to explain the situation and apologize for missing the appointment. I also mentioned that I have been experiencing memory problems lately due to my age.To my surprise, instead of understanding my situation, I was informed that because this was the second time I had missed an appointment, I would be locked out of making appointments until I paid a $25.00 missed appointment fee. This lack of empathy and understanding from Body Details was very upsetting to me. I want to emphasize that missing the appointment was not intentional, and I would never do something like this deliberately.I believe that charging me a fee and locking me out of appointments is unfair, especially since I promptly rescheduled another appointment. This experience has been personally hurtful, and I feel like Body Details prioritizes fees over customer care. Its disheartening to be treated this way after being a long-time customer.I regret signing up for a contract with Body Details and would not recommend their services to others. I plan on sharing my experience with as many people as possible to caution them about the lack of empathy and understanding from this company. This situation has left me with feelings of hurt that may not easily heal.

Horrible experience so far! I wish I never signed up here. I started in Coral Springs and that location closed so I had to continue service at Ft. Lauderdale. Now Ft. Lauderdale is closing and I’ll be forced to travel to another location, all of which are miles further away from me. If I had known that this was going to happen I’d choose to go a different route. It’s just been a terrible experience with little options to make it worth while. I almost booked a new package at my last visit and I’m so glad I didn’t because I’d be forced to travel further for an even longer period of time to complete those sessions.

PERMANENTLY CLOSED!!! I was going to Coral Springs for 2 years for tattoo removal. Everyone was always professional and courteous. I went the other day for a 10:00 appointment and they are closed. Permanently closed. No one called or messaged me to tell me when. I called the 800 number they posted to the door the gentleman was indifferent and asked me trice if someone contacted me. I wouldn’t be upset and sitting in the parking lot if someone called me. I guess I have no choice but to drive 45 minutes to finish my treatment. Very poorly handled. Very disappointed

Update*I got a call back to reschedule my appointment out of nowhere, (a few weeks had passed) I was hesitant but decided to start fresh a d made a new appointment. It was canceled at the last minute AGAIN. I cant make this up! After reading more recent reviews, I see they have permanently closed without notice. Why even bother calling me back and waste peoples time making appointments if you cant fulfill them? Perhaps to lock more people in to pay for a lifetime of service 🤔 Unethical and bad practices. I would definitely stay from this company.I made an appointment for consultation. The appointment was canceled 20 minutes before I was scheduled! I called in to see why it was canceled and the girl said she didnt know. No effort to see what happened. Really? Customer service already showing red flags. Then proceed to ask if I wanted to reschedule for another day. I declined. I picked the date and time specifically because that was the best day and time. Maybe if she apologized for the inconvenience or displayed any basic human empathy, I would have took time to reschedule. So, obviously I was annoyed and will find another place to go to.

I have been going to this location for sometime now and the general service is great. However today my laser appointment was handled by Brielle and Dee and both ladies where phenomenal. Dee was very welcoming at the front desk and Brielle was patient with great bedside manners. Amazing staff and highly recommend visiting this location

If I could leave one star I would. Two employees on two separate occasions told me that the procedure that had been followed on me for the past two years did not meet protocol and that is why I had not seen results. Over two years and I still have my tiny tattoos. So, all those who went prior to them deciding to implement the correct procedures paid the price of wasting time. The machines were not correctly run, and the passthroughs over the tattoo were not correct. They also were doing things that actually slow the absorption of the ink. Time to file a class action suit.

Very sad to find out that coral springs is closed! And they didn’t call me , so today I just found out that I have to go all the way to Fort Lauderdale or Boca… VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!

I just started my treatment with Angela at the coral spring location. and her customer service is phenomenal. I am aware that it will take some time to start see some results, but am super excited. She is definitely making this process easy for me. Highly recommended (Thank you Angela)

Honestly had an amazing time experience. Brielle is top tier I’ve been going to body details for a couple years and she has been the best I’ve work with my whole time there. She listens, she’s attentive, has amazing customer service and makes me want to continue coming back.

Disclaimer: This review has nothing to do with the Coral Springs location or its Staff. This review is for upper management and Customer Service/Call Center Staff. Body Details needs to provide customer service training for its call center staff. I have called Multiple Times regarding an issue i was having with my appointment. I needed to Cancel my appointment (something i never do) I began to call a day before, which i know is against Policy because it needs 48 hour cancellation notice, however I asked Customer Service to please work with me as i never cancel..to waive my fee since this would be the first time i ever cancelled an appointment. Customer Service made unkept promises that they would contact their manager, and call me back on my cellphone to keep me updated. I never received a call back nor update on my account status. As of now, there is a $275 balance due to fees and my account if frozen. I called back numerous time after for help my issue, One staff member put me on hold for 30 mins, in complete silence. The others would make promises again to take care of my account and call me back, and i have yet to hear back from anyone. Body details really needs to find competent staff to handle account related matters. I have spend thousands of dollars on their services (as we all have), the least they can do is be efficient in getting matters taken care of for their clients. I have asked for my fee to be waived for this one-time consideration, and nothing has been done to help me, nor i have i heard back from anyone regarding my matter.

Nicole made my first time doing laser hair removal a fun and comfortable experience. It was a million times better than I ever imagined! Not only is Nicole fast and efficient, but she also does an amazing job communicating expectations for each area that was treated. Wonderful experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking into laser hair removal

I had the best experience ever!!! I was treated by Nicole- she was so friendly. We talked the whole time & I love that she played music throughout my appointment, it definitely made it more enjoyable as I have a low tolerance to pain. This was the least pain I’ve experienced in my treatments. Looking forward to coming back

As a commuter client sometime flight delays and traffic from the airport gets crazy. I was so pleased with my experience thanks to Rochelle. She was super accommodating and got right to business. She made me feel comfortable right away and did a great job. The Coral Springs location is by far the best! Hope she is there again when I return!

Kimberly is literally the best! I’ve been coming here for a few years and I have to say the experience I’ve had at this location has been top notch. I purchased a head to toe package with them and some of the areas I treated have been completely hair free now for years ! Kimberly has been doing my recent treatments and I am so lucky to have such an experienced and kind medical professional performing my treatments. She has been working with me to clear up the last few stubborn areas and I’ve seen a big difference already! For anyone on the fence, I would highly recommend this location. Yes it is pricey but you do get what you pay for. Thank you Kimberly !

I am so impressed with this business and the staff!! Nicole is amazing! My daughter started services with her and shared her info with me. I am so happy and that’s putting it mildly. Nicole works very fast and efficiently! Which is soo perfect with my schedule. I was scared of it being too painful— some parts didn’t feel great but def tolerable! Some parts actually tickled!! I was laughing as she was working on me. Some feel like nothing!! Nothing!! I almost fell asleep during one point. Nicole is very thorough, cares about her work and your experience. I have been going to Body Details for approx. 12 years. I met great treatment specialists throughout my time but this past week, I was treated with Kimberly. Shes one of the BEST thus far! She was so detailed, careful, and she actually spent time treating me.Some parts of my body have not had the results that I wished but Kimberly said she will help me get there, and I believe her. I feel thankful for her because not everyone is as encouraging as her. Others may want you to buy another package (if you are not getting results). So I am very happy with her!

Wish I did a little more research on this place before signing a contract. Unfortunately for tattoo removal they’re very inconsistent. Sometimes they change the laser/wavelength for color then most of the time they do not, resulting in a longer time for my tattoo to go away. I was told about 5-8 sessions and I’m on my 10th with very little progress.

Nicole is amazing! You can tell how much she loves her job and after 2 years on this laser tattoo removal journey with BD I can honestly say she’s the MOST educated person I’ve met here. That girl knows her stuff and now I do too!

Kimberly is very knowledgeable on products and services offered. She made the experience real easy and relaxed. Her sincere personality made it very easy for me to ask her questions. I had such a great experience here, I recommend my friends to get laser hair removal now instead of painful waxing. I loved the PA who did my treatments, Rochelle. She was very thorough and made me comfortable. We just talked a lot and the treatment was just quick and easy. I’ll definitely continue coming to the Coral Springs location.

I have been going to Body Details for years, and have re-booked several services with them. I highly recommend this company if you are looking for tattoo/hair removal. I have personally recommended them to several of my friends and family who now also treat with them. Everyone has been so professional and kind at every location I’ve visited. I relocated to the Coral Springs location when they first opened and have been working with Kimberly. She’s amazing! She’s incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I actually moved recently and still drive out to the CS location because I enjoy treating with Kimberly. I have a stubborn tattoo that had areas with hypo and hyper pigmentation (due to my lack of following the after care instructions in the beginning — so make sure you follow them lol). She gave me the skin rejuvenation treatment to the area and it has improved drastically. Every time I have a treatment we have great conversation and she is so pleasant to treat with. I highly recommend!!!

Shelly was amazing!! :)) She was very thorough with my treatment, very friendly, and explained anything I asked her about. I wish I could have her do my laser treatment every time.03/29/22: One year into my laser hair removal treatment and I have seen a lot of improvement. My hair growth is less and it grows thin. Shelly is still amazing. She makes me feel comfortable and confident during the procedure. One of the main thing I love about her is that she gets everywhere, never misses a spot. Love this place. Friendly, clean, convenient and quick. They are very accommodating and work with your schedule. Kimberely is super sweet and professional, she took her time to make sure she zapped every hair follicle. Ive had a few different nurses do my treatment over the year but by far Kimberley has been the best.Highly recommend for all laser treatments. Results are great. Underarms, legs, and face are smooth as a babies bottom. Love the new management and staff there now.

Im having a tattoo removed, it takes several visits. I have always have a good experience every time. But I have to say that Kimberly is the best. She went over everything, my history of visits, what she was going to do, asked if I was happy with the progress so far, and reminded me how to care for it afterwards. The way she went about all that shows shes not only great at what she does ,but that she truly cares and wants the best for who shes treating. That makes me look forward to continuing the process.

I used to go to a different location but then I realized that this one is closer to me and I’m glad I changed that. Kimberly is so naturally warm, nice, and funny. I always leave with a smile on my face even if it’s a bad day. Her positive vibe elevates you too. She’s very good at her job, and knew exactly what she’s doing. I have had the opportunity to be treated by Kimberly since December of 2020 and every time I go in (although we’ve been wearing masks) Kimberly always greets me with a smile. She’s very warm and welcoming and makes the visits run smoothly! She always asks about my health, including any new medications, how I’m feeling about the treatments and if I have any feedback for her about the treatments and team in the office. She’s very knowledgable about her role and is a natural at connecting with people and showing she truly cares; we all know these laser visits for hair & tattoo removal are no fun. People are quick to complain but slow on complimenting and just wanted to give someone the recognition they deserve.

I moved from California to South Florida back in May. And I was iffy looking for a new place. I am blown away by the results and experience I have had at Body Details. I have had 2sessions so far on a small and medium dark tattoo, and I saw results right away! They were able to match up the strength of the laser to continue my laser treatments! The prices are affordable. I had consultations at several other clinics, all of which would have charged me more and other clinics did not make me feel comfortable. The staff are so friendly and fun to be around, I truly look forward to my appointments. Shelby is so fast, too! I am always in and out in about 15 minutes. I cannot recommend this place enough! Love it!

The staff at the Coral Springs location are amazing! They are VERY pleasant and customer friendly. I just had my second treatment in laser hair removal. I was a little nervous and shy both times because of certain areas I was getting done, but KIMBERLY knocked all that nervousness away! She was very professional yet gentle and made me feel sooo comfortable, by the end of my session, I forgot that I had walked in a nervous wreck. My first consultation was with Stephanie. She was very informative and detailed oriented. She basically answered majority of my questions and more. I’ve been very skeptical finding the perfect place due to my experience at other offices. However my first laser hair removal with Body Details was with Shellie and was phenomenal and I’d highly recommend this location!

Clean, friendly and super affordable. I give their performance a 5 star rating especially for the exceptional service my Tech Angela provides whenever I come in, she is truly compassionate.

All my sessions til now have been torture, but worth it with great results. Today with Nicole was the first time it didnt hurt. I hope she stays there until Im done with all my sessions.

I love Body Details! I’ve only had 6 sessions and my hair is almost completely gone! I am getting my under arms and my Brazilian done and honestly it does not hurt as bad as waxing. I used to suffer from ingrown hairs and crazy razor bumps and I have not had any since starting laser hair removal at body details. I go to the Coral Springs location and see Shelley every time.. she’s the best!! Definitely recommend!!

Having PCOS caused dark and frequent hair growth, now I finally feel free of that symptom.

Wish I did more research before ever signed up with this place. It is one of the worst decision I ever made stay away from this place all they care about. It’s given your money when trying to contact them it took me three weeks for a phone call back when finally got hold of someone they’re telling me it’s not they don’t have time and it’s not their problem.

No consistency between locations. Used to go to Aventura, which was great.Some treatments are great and some are not. It depends on who is doing them. It’s a real hit or miss with this location. I was told one thing about the terms or service and each nurse doing the treatment sets their own arbitrary rules. Had only one body part done because they only allocated a certain amount of time for my appointment, even there was no one else in the waiting area. Will not be purchasing anymore packages from Body Details.

Ive always had really good service at this location. Apparently within the last year, there has been a major staff change / reduction. The women who usually worked on my tattoo isnt there - they dont even have the staff to answer the phones.Ive been going there for tattoo removal for the 2 years with great results. Last visit 2 spots of my tattoo were completely missed (understandably! It is very light right now) I had to wait until after their weekend, and was informed that I couldnt get the spots that were missed done because I already had it done 2 days prior and it hadnt been 2 months. I understand, but the 2 small areas were completely missed.All around just not a good experience. Poor woman seems like shes being overworked - they definitely need more help at this location. Was a 5 star, now its 3 at BEST.

They are always very professional, always had a good experience.But today, I had the BEST experience with KIMBERLY in CORAL SPRING she was thorough, very gentle, very knowledgeable, very pleasant.It was a 10 out of 10, a solid five star ❤️❤️

I was very nervous at first because I didn’t know what to expect but she reassured me and explained everything thoroughly. The facility is very clean and well presented as well. I love this place! Ive been coming here for over a year for laser hair removal on my legs and I couldnt be happier. This has changed my life, as I have sensory issues and cant stand the feeling of hair on my legs. I used to spend over an hour shaving to get all of the hair, but now there are days when I dont shave at all. This is so worth it and one of the best things I have ever done. This company is very unfair, their system is always down and have no supervisors available to assist. They only direct you to send an email to them which they don’t get back to you until weeks later if that. When you cancel in advance they still charge you a late fee. They andvise you to book online but it’s a trap because if you book and cancel they charge a cancellation fee. Unfortunately I have paid off for the services I’m supposed receive so I can’t go anywhere else. I suggest anyone that’s see this, don’t do it or you will be stuck in this situation like me.

I waited until the day of my second session with Kimberly to give a review just because I needed to see if my hair would actually fall off. The laser machine is not like the other I experienced in the past. It was painless, no redness, no irritation or lacerations after. In my experience laser was painful and my skin would burn. I’m dark skin Latina and I’m so satisfied with my first session. I’m gonna go ahead and do it on my whole body.

I was looking for a place to do the Laser hair removal google recommended me this place and I went because it specified that they were open the place looked very clean.unfortunately they do not have enough staff to attend.They should specify that in Google that the place it is closed for 1 hour from 2:00Pm to 3:00pm so they save time and travel for potential clients. The employee clearly told me that she could not give me information and to comeback at 3pm I asked if I could take a picture of the price list that was on the front desk and she said no. Apparently they are not interested in having new clients. Thank God there is another laser hair removal spot across the street where they do have staff to work the hours that Google specify and also have very good promotions.

FOR THE RECORD the staff is awesome. But the website is slightly misleading. Ive been going for two years now to get a few tattoos removed. Tattoo removal feels like being burned alive or being skinned and theres not really a way around it but they do try very hard to make you feel comfortable and it takes years worth of sessions. Ive been going two years and am on session 12...tattoos are still there, fading but still there. My contract is paid in full so I cant back out now. Ill be here for many years to come.

My experience was terrible, with this new employee during my last visit. She tortured my face, all my skin layer came out. She got my skin burned on every spot that she touched during that visit. I have never had that problem before with the former employee name Shelley in the past. Not only Shelley had customer service Skills, but also she new what she was doing.

Alexa and Stephanie are fantastic. Im glad Alexa is the nurse doing the laser. She is kind and personable and really cares and listens to you. She doesnt just treat you like number but more like a person. If only more people were like her in general. Also, Stephanie is amazing as well. She gave me clear instructions on how to take care of my tattoo in between treatments. Everyone in the Coral Spings office are so nice and friendly. I am currently on my second treatment. I must say that I saw results instantly. This has been life changing for me. I feel more confident, I have only had to shave once since treating my upper lip and chin. My dark spots are also lightening! I would 1000 percent recommend getting laser hair removal done. A bit painful but worth the pain!

Although everyone is give 5 stars I will be giving 1. My journey started with the company a few months ago. I needed to a skin rejuvenation. I paid my deposited and I agree to automatic withdrawal from my account monthly. My first session was painful but I decided I would bear it. Second session was unbearable. It felt like your skin being burn off the bone. They recommended a cream to numb the area which did not work. After another sessionsion I decided it was too much. I spoke to them about not being able to continue treatment and they said they will get back to me. I have alreay paid over $5000.00 and they refuse togive me a refund. I have no result. or improvementnt from the procedure. They have not communicated with me un less I call and they keep telling me, they will get back to me. I need a refund. Disappointed much. I am still waiting on a call back.

BUYER BEWARE. I was a no show due to exposure to covid and waiting on test results. This company is charging me $550 no show fee and refusing to do anything for me, despite a complaint with Better Business Bureau. They are actually FIGHTING with me. They wont finish my treatment without the $550. You are better off at Ideal Image.
