I took both of my girls to get their ears pierced here. The piercer was Alanis Gonzales. She was very warm and kind and genuinely cared about what she was doing. She was extremely patient with both of my girls. They had very relaxed pain free piercings done by her. I highly recommend this place because of her. Thank you so much!!

Stood there waiting for around 15 minutes, was never acknowledged, and another person was helped before me who walked up after me. One associate was doing a piercing and the other helping someone sign up for a credit card, understandable. The lady helping with the credit card saw me standing there as she was giving credit card advice to the other customer, never said a word to me but told the other lady who walked up after that someone would be right there. I ignored and let it go, but then the other one who was piercing walked right over to the other lady without even trying to see how was there first. Again I was NEVER ACKNOWLEDGED, I finally just left because obviously they didn’t want to service me. I just needed a pair of their cute 14k earrings for my daughter and was planning on getting more than one. Even if I ordered online for pick up it would’ve been a waste because again I was never acknowledged. Customer service goes a long way, treat everyone the same no matter what they look like. It’s rude, I’m irritated, I wasted my time and got nothing for it.

Horrible! I should have left the second I walked up and both workers were on their phones. Got my 3 month old ears pierced there the worker clearly did not like her job was not friendly and continued to be on her phone while I picked the earrings. Then when marking the placement my daughter kept moving i asked her should we come back when she is asleep she said no I know where to put it. She didnt even ask if we liked the placement before piercing them, they ended up one not centered and she did them one at a time instead of at the same time. I should have left from the very beginning! For a $100 so not worth it! And now my daughter is stuck with uneven earrings because the worker couldnt be patient.

They pierced both ears at once for our daughter. Great prices starting at $30 to $100. We chose 14K Gold studs for $49.99. The peircing was free with purchase of studs. They took their time and kept her reassured the whole time.

Jewelry looks amazing. Alanis helped me out, she was super nice. Will be coming back soon.

The ladies who pierced my baby’s ears were nice. But it’s annoying when you spend $80 on earrings only for them to be lost less than a month later due to not having decent earring backs. Don’t waste your money…

I wish I could give Sarah 0/5 stars. How can someone so unprofessional be the face of this sophisticated brand? I hope the company considers replacing her. I witnessed her causing a scene when she was clearly the one in the wrong. Grow up!

I took my 7 year old to get her ears pierced tonight and the ladies were great. They helped pick out earrings, gave her a lollipop for during and did both ears at once. She didnt flinch and said it didnt hurt.

Didnt even go in, Im basing this sheerly off the phone call I made. I called to ask what they use to pierce and they said an “instrument” when I asked them to clarify they got an attitude, and ended up hanging up. With that kind of customer care I’m good on whatever you’re selling. Do better.

Wonderful great service I love everything about the store the employees and all of them especially the manager she has excellent customer service always on top of everything made sure my daughters earings were perfect at the very end and even after the piercing when I still had a question she was very happy to detail everything for me thank you sabrina for a great and wonderful experience and your employees for making my daughter feel excited about every moment of it all!!!!!!!

Took my 6yr old granddaughter 6/14/17 and she had a wonderful experience. The young lady was friendly and very sweet to her and explained all that she was doing.👍

Showed no interest in asking any questions about what Im looking for, one of the piercings is crooked and facing too far one way. Seemed like she was rushing, trying to get me out of the chair. Wont reccomend to anyone.

Inattentive and very rude, both workers went to 4 other people that got here after us and lost our necklace

Supervisor made a rookie mistake when piercing my infants ears and tried to blame someone else when the error was clearly made by the supervisor herself instead of assuming responsibility for her negligence and lack of attention for detail and attempting to rectify the situation or appease the irate parent of said infant.
