Took my daughters there to get their noses pierced. The shop was exceptionally clean. All the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The Piercer was professional, knowledgeable, and she put my daughters at ease with the whole process.

My sisters and I went to get pierced. I got my bellybutton pierced and ears repierced and my sisters got their nose and ears pierced. We all got ours done by Elizabeth and everything went really well. She was really knowledgeable and patient with us. She made sure we loved the position of our piercing before she pierced us and gave us a pamphlet of some ways to take care of each piercing

I got my conch and flat helix piercing on both ears by Elizabeth did such an amazing job , she know so much about piercings and very gentle and so understanding and made me feel comfortable would definitely go back to see her !!

I’ve gotten my rooks, helixes,(Riley did those) nose, septum and my nipples pierced here and Axis downtown (same owners☺️) and i’ll never go anywhere else. With each piercing, i’ve never felt uncomfortable if I had a question or concern. Today my nipple ring fell out and Elizabeth was more than happy to replace it and help me decide what length and style rings I’ll need for when I want to change them out. Absolutely love this shop, the employees, and the people running it!!

Went on a whim to get my friends’ noses pierced. Elizabeth was extremely helpful and friendly so I decided to get my septum re-pierced. She was such a professional and was so calm, I highly recommend her services. I’ve been here before several years ago for a tattoo as well when their location was across the street and the experience was great, and it’s held up wonderfully. Definitely a worthwhile place to check out and get some high quality work done.

These folx, and their partners at Axis, are always super professional, talented, and just good at what they do. You don’t survive in the business as long as they have by being scratchmasters! Lots of talented artists, and the piercers at both studios are fantastic. We recently went to get my 15 year old son’s ears pierced and the piercer was so great with him. I’ve had several pieces done, they came out great, and I had great experiences with each artist I went to. Thanks y’all!

Hands down best experience ive had in a tattoo shop and the most memorable. I walk in with my grandpa and instantly hes being admired ill tell ya they made a 85 year old mans day if not year.. he was having pictures taking of his pieces and the shop was enlightening him on the history behind them from tat thomas to sailor jerry etc others i cant recall my grandpa had ink from the navy days of 51 that noone would of known would become such relics today lol as for my experience Brian did a bible verse on my arm and to say it came out beautiful is a understatement he truly is a artist who has a passion for his work anytime I get lettering done in the future or any other work ill be coming back to Brian without a doubt. The only downside and I had to much anxiety to say anything was I wanted the verse chapter under the piece Proverbs 3:5,6 but that was on me and its fine Im gonna go to another shop when i get back home and hope they dont butcher it.

My tattoo artist was Mr. David Pena. He made me feel so comfortable while getting my tattoo done. He did an amazing job on this tattoo I had been wanting for a while. I had a miscarriage in 2018 and decided to get a tattoo in memory of my baby. He checked on me as he was tattooing me. We had a conversation and I felt right at home. Ill be sure to go back to him when I want more work done. I highly recommend him. Thank you David for making my heart happy.

This studio was recommended by a couple people that we met at bar in Port A. I am extremely pleased with my new tattoo that Mike Palmore did! He captured exactly what I wanted, and the color and detail turned out amazing. He was friendly and made me feel very comfortable. I definitely recommend this studio!!

Ive had my cartilage pierced 3 times at reputable piercing/tattoo shops. Im getting married in March and really wanted the piercing before my wedding, so I figured Id try a 4th time. I was half expecting to have to take it out within the week, but shockingly, this is the first time it seems to not be aggravated and healing fine! I even felt comfortable enough to sleep on the side I had it done on! I wish I remembered her name but a blonde woman pierced me and she was great. Very quick and fairly painless!The jewelry they gave me for the piercing is different than what Ive received from other shops and I think its part the reason its healing so well. Its a smooth, flat back against my ear and screws only onto the end of the stud. The back of the earring isnt irritating the piercing because its smooth steel and the backing is screwed on far enough to allow the jewelry to move freely, not getting stuck in the scabbing while it heals.Im really happy with it, thank you!

Ive been here from out of town for work for several weeks and decided I wanted another tattoo. Searched on Google and this shop had amazing reviews. I pass it every day on my way to work, so I decided to stop in. Arrived at the shop and was greeted right away. I was then introduced to David and we began discussing the tattoo I was looking to get on the back of my neck. He immediately then asked if I had any examples of the lettering style I was interested in, and I showed him a few I had on my phone. He then took out his laptop and we explored these options along with some he suggested, and when he knew I was happy with it, he began the tattoo. I have several tattoos and I can say that he was very light-handed. We talked during the whole visit and as I was leaving I told him Id be back for another one before leaving Corpus. Highly recommend this shop. ☆☆☆☆☆

I had a full sleeve done here over the course of two to three months. All of my art was done in black/grey. My Artist was/is Brian. The staff there is friendly and willing to listen to their clients. Having spent about 10-12 hours total in the studio (over 2 months) they seem to haste a grasp on the business aspect as well. I’d recommend this place to family and friends - if asked.

DeShae (sorry if I spelled that wrong) helped me replace my nose ring. She was so kind and funny. She made me feel so comfortable. She was extremely gentle, I didn’t even feel her take the ring out. Every time I change my ring on my own I end up hurting myself. She has such a beautiful aura. It was my first time going to this shop and I will go back for any tattoo/piercing needs.

I just got back from there after getting my first ever tattoo and I was TERRIFIED!! Marissa, the piercer, was so personable and sweet and was there by my side the whole time and made me feel so much more comfortable. On top of that, the artist himself, Arnold, did an amazing job with the piece and was cracking jokes with me to keep me relaxed. All around great place and people. Through all of the years I have been coming to Electra Art, I have never actually gotten a piercing. I can no longer say this as I had the most wonderful experience with Elizabeth. She is so incredibly sweet and gentle. She explains everything to you and will answer any questions you may have. Her equipment was clean and sterile and so was the environment. Unbelievable she has only been here for such a short period of time because she is a natural. 10/10 would recommend her to anyone looking. My septum was painless and looks perfect. So happy I waited to come back home to get it. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR. Go see Elizabeth :)

This place is so full of support and I could feel the family environment as soon as I walked in with my design. They gave me quality ink that has placed me in several tattoo competitions around the state. Each artist communicates with you fully and entirely to ENSURE both of you are on the same page. Theyre honest with their skill sets, understanding of changes, and will keep sketching and placing until you are ecstatic. Im surprised this place doesnt have a line wrapped around the building. Ive recommended friends for piercings (Im not one for them myself) and have sat with them during. They were SO clean, professional and quick. Just a bunch of skilled people in one building

My teen son has been wanting his ears pierced for a while and a close friend suggested this place. They did not disappoint. I have been going to this location since 2017, my tattoo artist is Big Arnold. He does amazing work. I have never left disappointed. I feel that his prices are fair. He works with me on the location of the tattoo. He has even helped with a cover up and it came out amazing you cant even tell there is anything there anymore. The other staff there are friendly. You arent sitting there waiting for a long period of time before someone asks if you have been hepedor if you need help.

They are always so helpful!!! I had to take my piercings out for x-rays and couldnt get them back in, she helped me without hesitation and she was super sweet! Ive gotten multiple piercings and tattoos from here and I wont be going anywhere else! Yall are outstanding!

Emailed this shop in late January about getting a tattoo in late Feb/ early March time frame. Got an email back asking if there was a specific time or date, I emailed back the same day and never heard a response. Emailed a follow up mid February and almost two weeks later, I still haven’t received a response. A real bummer, because I’ve seen the work of the artists here and they’re super talented and was looking forward to getting this small piece before I deployed..

Went in to get my ears pierced and was instantly greeted by staff. The place was spotless which is important in time of covid-19. The person that did my piercing was Claudia and she was very friendly and professional and both piercings were perfectly done and symmetrical. Defiantly recommend anyone to see her if they are in the area and want a piercing.

Where to begin!First off, the service was great. Within ten seconds of going in, we were greeted and asked what we needed. I was a walk-in, and got paired up with Bruce (the son). He quoted me a very fair price, and discussed the tattoo with me, making sure it would be what I wanted.There were 1-5 people with me at various times, but they were extremely accommodating and didnt mind the extra bodies. Bruce was extremely friendly and talked while doing the tattoo, which I appreciated.The finished product looks spot on to what I wanted, it was very clean in the shop, the price was fair, the work and artist were both incredible. This is my third tattoo experience, and is by far the best Ive had.I would definitely recommend Electra Art to anyone looking for work done; especially Bruce! I know Ill be going back in the future.

We came down here on vacation from Minnesota. I decided to get another tattoo, looked online found Electra. I was a walk- in. Amazing customer service!I had Brian do my tattoo on Tuesday, very impressed! going back on Thursday for another one before we go home.Definitely would recommend!

I used to come here all the time, I’ve been pierced a little too much lol. But after an old piercer of theirs left to another state I just kinda slowed down. But I went yesterday because I’ve been really wanting my septum done. And I can not express HOW MUCH I am impressed with the lovely woman who did my septum. Great personality, extremely informative, very professional and punctual. Electra Art please do not let her go! I’ve never felt more comfortable with a stranger all up in my bizz but she was super nice and is a great piercer! Do not go here for piercings or eat stretching. Artist Deasha should not be licensed. I came in to start stretching my lobes and she shoved in improper sizes and skipped sizes and told me to come back every 2 WEEKS to get them sized up. They hurt and bled every time she did them and she said it was normal. This was done before I knew how to stretch properly. Please do not go to these butchers as they will damage your skin and cause harm to you all just to get some quick money.

From the beginning I was liked this studio. The atmosphere was very unique, clean, and fun. Talking with a couple of the artist you could tell that they enjoyed what they do and it showed in there portfolios. My tattoo came out better than I originally imagined. Drop in for a piercing and Riley was working and was excellent, patient, great technique and I really dont have ANY reason that I would not see her again! The shop did not have the size jewelry I wanted, but it worked out ok and of course if I had made an apt for consultation they would have gotten it!

I came here in September of 2017 with my husband & his Dad. We are from out of state, & I was blown away at the professionalism within this shop. Bruce did a tattoo of a cute black kitty inside a pumpkin for me. He drew it up, & was prepared to tattoo over a scarred area on my forearm that I had been wanting to get covered for a long time. He was exceptionally courteous. While I was getting inked, another fantastic artist (his name escapes me) took care of my husband & father-in-laws matching tattoos. We were surprised to be able to walk in, & get inked in the same day. I understand this is not typical for a shop with this amazing quality of work, without first reserving a time. If I lived closer I would absolutely frequent this shop. Go check out Bruce & the other fine folks at Electra Art, theyll take incredible care of you.

I came here on my birthday last year with my mom to get a tattoo and all the staff were super friendly. I plan on going again this year, already looking forward to it. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.

Went to get matching tattoos with multiple friends this past weekend. They had two separate people do the tattoo. My friends came out most awesome and was done by Bruce Joseph. Mine was done by Mike and its HORRIBLE!!! The two dont look anything alike and Im very disappointed in this experience. Especially that it costed me $100 for something Im going to have to have someone else work on. Its really bad!!! The outline was messed up. The coloring of the tattoo is messed up. No shading or highlights on mine. He just left a huge hole in the middle of the design as a light reflective part. I told him to color it in, it looked so bad. If its simple one color with no detail or shading, then Mike is probably ok. Im SSSOOO disappointed that my regular guy at a different shop was out of town. Then this would have never happened. Im not going to be getting any more work done at this shop. I had better luck with Don at Axis for another matching set I got, because of how another friend and I were treated and the attitude we got here. We left and went to Axis. She and I were very happy with how we were treated and the work we received. He even offered to fix the messed up tat that I got here.

Deshay did industrial piercings for me and my daughter. She was awesome! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and she knows what shes doing.

First of all I had a scheduled appointment with David & it started of great until he cancels on you almost an hour before your scheduled appointment where you were dropping about $300, talk about unprofessional. Now the excuse he gave me seemed legit(family emergency) and totally sympathized for him so I was ok to reschedule but needed the tattoo done by August 10 and he said he had to check his books to see if he can get me in. At that point I was just like let me just cancel this and try and go to someone else. So I then texted him and asked him if I could just get the 80 back because I just didn’t wanna end up doing the tattoo from him anymore since I didn’t know if he was going to be able to do it before the 10th. After telling him I just didn’t want to do the tattoo anymore he then proceeds to tell me and I quote “Hold on let me get back at u in a few mins gonna see if I can get away.” I then proceed to tell him and I quote “Its ok I fully understand your situation and I just dont want you to be distracted today. Is it ok if can swing by to collect the 80?“ (NOT AWARE THAT THE 80 WAS NON-REFUNDABLE BECAUSE HE DIDNT TELL ME, HE JUST GAVE ME A RECEIPT FOR THE $80, COULD OF EXPLAINED CLEARLY) then he proceeds to tell me and I quote “The 80 is for the drawing Im gonna be there at 630 if u can make it“I then head over to the shop to try and collect my 80 and was informed that he could tattoo me rn. At that point I was confused because I thought you had a family emergency, I thought you were just gonna give me my 80 back and to top that off the drawing and final drawing didn’t look alike!!!!! I was not comfortable with him tattooing me at that point so I just walked out without saying a word because I was already upset. First you are going to cancel on me LAST MINUTE then change your mind when I don’t want to be tattooed by you.What really upsets me is that he has the audacity to post on his instagram of course without my name on it of the initial drawing he did, not even the final unfinished piece about how and I quote “shady” I was. No I was not “shady” I didn’t feel comfortable getting a tattoo when I felt like someone was in rush especially when they had a lot on their mind due to a “family emergency”. With that being said I normally do not post reviews but that post was the last straw for me. I’m very upset.

Mike did my tattoo today and it came out absolutely beautiful! Hes such a great artist.. I will definitely be going back for him to finish my half sleeve.
