The best part is that it’s almost like a lifetime gym membership, where I can book anywhere in the country. I travel a ton for work and they are in all the major cities where I am always traveling. The best!

The girls at all Laser Away locations have pretty much always been so fabulous, accommodating, friendly, compassionate, and nice. But recently, I visited the Costa Mesa location, and I am so impressed with the help I received from Ava, Anne and Jen, the nurse. I left my nose stud in the room after my treatment so I called them and Ava dug through the trash to find it for me Jen, the nurse, also recommended Patenza for me as a alternative for Botox, which I have been looking for for a while. THANKS SO MUCH LADIES !!

As always, my nurse Jenna gave me pleasant and painless service. She is excellent. Also, the women at the desk really set the tone with their warm welcomes and upbeat attitudes. Thanks to all!

Great customer service and loving how my skin is looking and feeling after my treatments. I am currently getting laser hair removal on my face. Honestly I didnt hurt like I thought it would. I was actually relaxed and comfortable. Im noticing a huge difference from my first session. About 15% of the hair is gone, not as thick, and taking longer to grow. Looking forward to get more treatments done.

Nurse Jena is a great Nurse she makes me feel comfortable. And always always talks to me of the following steps. And after caer shes amazing.🤗🤗🤗

Greatly recommend LaserAway! Not just laser hair removal (because it works) but Laseraway as a whole ! Their customer service is 10/10. The girls there are always so so kind ♥️ the staff is super knowledgeable and they really do make you feel very comfortable when getting any procedure. It’s pricey but very worth it .I have been doing the laser hair removal and definitely see the results .Also, Susie ( not sure if I spelled it right )is so great . She worked with me on getting my funds from one service to another - which i was so happy about !

When I was looking into laser hair removal at the end of 2022, I had seen ads for Laseraway everywhere. I knew there were cheaper prices elsewhere that friends had gone to and had success with. Because Laseraway sales agents are very persistent, convincing, and you could say quite talented at their job (selling a product for the most amount of money), I had been sold into a $4,000 package to get my brazilian, legs, and underarms lasered. I put it on a payment plan that finally got it payed off today (almost 2 years later).Unfortunately, after my 8 sessions of each I was not satisfied with my results. I was told to then purchase more sessions /maitenence sessions, in which I could simply not afford, nor did I want to continue due to feeling like I was throwing my money away on something that was lacking results promised. This truly felt like a big scam I hate to say. My hair everywhere has grown back to its original thickness (I would say I see a 10% difference only in some random patches on my brazilian, but everywhere else including bikini line, leg hair, and armpits are back to their usual!).I wish I would have been more educated on this before getting locked into an expensive package. I am not one to leave negative reviews toward places, but this one really frustrated me.Lastly in terms my experience at the location - front desk at the Costa Mesa location was amazing - always kind and friendly. Most nurses were great and were always happy to answer my questions, but you could tell they were being overworked in the sense that they would be back to be all day long/I always had to wait awhile for my pre-booked appointment - all sessions seemed to go over. The rooms were so sterile (totally fine since it is a room with medical staff, but there is a lack of comfort because of it). I also felt dissapointed in the bathroom eminities based on the price I was paying. I would have loved to have products in the bathroom to freshen up, take off makeup, remove lotion, etc.

I came to drop off a friend for their Lazer appointment. The staff here were so courteous and professional that I decided to also get a lip flip while I was waiting.The receptionist was so friendly talking to me about procedures I had contemplated for future but was unsure of. She reassured me, recommended me something in the process, and answered any questions I had thoroughly.The person who did my botox was very kind, calm, and professional. She was very quick and I had minimal pain. Would do this all over again

Michelle, the nurse who did my injectables, was amazing. Super gentle, quick, considerate (and no bruising!?). The front desk ladies were so kind too. Best injectables experience thus far.

I just recently started going to Laseraway to get Clear & Brilliant done! I absolutely love it so far. I’ve visited a few different locations, based on availability. The Costa Mesa location has given me the best experience so far! The lovely ladies in the front Suzi & Jean were so kind and helpful! Nurse Angie was the absolute best! She made me feel super comfortable and relaxed. I highly recommend booking with her if you can catch her on the days she’s working! :) Can’t wait for my upcoming appts at Costa location!

Like the place. The ladies at the desk are great. The technicians do make you feel comfortable even though the laser treatments are a little awkward- however-after all my laser hair removal services were done, I can honestly say it didn’t work at all. I allowed myself to get upsold to some face treatments (clear and brilliant) and they’re done nothing either. The hair removal doesn’t feel great so to have paid what I did, carved out the time and experienced the pain only to have it not work is a huge disappointment. Several friends have said the same. Nice place. But it doesn’t work. And I don’t have lots of dark hard to remove hair.

I have been getting tattoo removal for a little over a year now here. I have had 7 sessions with almost no results. I understand skin reacts differently and sometimes it may be unresponsive but no other treatment options were discussed with me and when I asked to talk about why my tattoo wasnt responding well I was shut down. I went to another place and have already seen more results in 1 session than 7 here at 1/3 of the cost. When I asked to talk to someone about my results I got no response but they are still calling me to sell me other services I didnt ask about lol.

On Oct 10 I made an appointment forOct 12. Shortly after, I found out my dermatologist could do the treatment for less money. I canceled my appointment with LaserAway immediately and asked them to remove the charge from my credit card. I am getting no response from LaserAway. CRICKETS

I have had an amazing experience with my treatments at LaserAway. Not only did the results surpass my expectations, but the entire staff has been extremely helpful. Alivia and her team were very professional and quickly identified the ideal regiment for my needs. As well, Angie and all of the nurses have done a great job helping to improve my skin. I highly recommend LaserAway.

I love that LaserAway has so many locations close to me but Costa Mesa is my “go to.” The team there is always so warm and welcoming and you can tell they genuinely care for their guests outside of what happens in their clinic. I have never once felt like I am being “sold” on something, the suggestions and recommendations that the staff give me are always on point and match my needs every time. I am so happy that I chose LaserAway and don’t even get me started on the results I am seeing and LOVING from my hair removal sessions.

I absolutely love the results I get from my laser hair removal services and from the Clear + Brilliant treatments! The staff at the Costa Mesa location are extremely warm and friendly. The services are definitely expensive but for me, they are worth it.

Lovely and clean, definitely makes you comfortable, they go out of their way to make sure you are comfortable. Very professional, knowledgeable, understanding and gave great follow up information. All the staff members were very nice. Definitely recommend this office and I am excited to continue my treatments.

LaserAway is my new spot! Love this place. Not only is it super cute and extremely clean but all the girls who work here are sweet and helpful. Angela is awesome, she made me wrinkle free! She is very careful and detailed. She made sure I was completely happy with the results.

LaserAway is my go to for all my needs! I absolutely love this place, not to mention that its super cute but CLEAN too! All the girls there are so helpful but Ashley R went above and beyond for me. She was so sweet and not pushy. She didnt make me feel like she was just trying to sell me something. She was there for me and answered all my questions and was VERY accommodating!

I was inquiring for pricing as laser facial is in general pricy. I called and spoke with their representative, she said that they have payment plan and can check for me if I approved or not. She claimed that it is only a soft pull on the credit report, but it turns out to be a hard pull. I ended up not moving forward because of the pricing, and when I was checking my credit report I saw the hard pull. I was shocking that Laser Away would sweet talk you into this. Now I am glad that I didn’t move forward with the treatment because it might be as good as what they described.

I have been to the Costa Mesa location at least a dozen times over the last 18 mos, and all the staff are superb at what they do, especially Michelle ( Director) and Jenna ( Lead Technician)... Always welcoming, gracious and accommodating. I tend to spend a bit more here (depending on the procedure) , but it’s worth it, due to the care and service provided.

Skeptical of laser at first, but now I love it!! I’ve kept the cadence up and seen results in really stubborn areas. Also, less painful than waxing in my opinion, plus everyone who works at this location is stellar. I’ve been there over 6 times and every time the service is wonderful which I feel is hard to come by. It’s well worth the price, for not only the results but how you’re treated. Well deserving of 5+ stars, would recommend!!!

I recently got treatment from Eryn and she did an amazing job. She was thorough and explained everything in regards to my treatment and answered all questions.I definitely will be seeing her to do any further treatment in the future. She has the magic touch

I had a skin and brilliance and facial hair laser removal has lots of sessions. Both treatments world while getting treated at the time. Once my treatment or session were done, my facial return twice more than when I first started and the sun spots on my face returned darker! I’m stuck paying this $2,000 treatment! Sooo disappointed after I called and told them my problem, she they wanted to “make it up” to me by selling me another $700 worth of treatment!!!Never again!!! My friends and family tease me about my $2,000 “skin and brilliance” treatment! Continue to wax my face for less money!
