I had an amazing 1st time experience getting $13 flash tattoo by Fred. Highly recommend coming here. The staff were very professional, friendly, helpful and hygienic.

WORST TATTOO EXPERIENCE. First, you dont actually meet with the individual doing your tattoo until the moment they begin. The tattoo design is done with a designer who then assigns you to whoever he thinks is most appropriate tattooer. Despite bringing in many images as examples, the designs that were proposed were completely off-base from what I had envisioned and non-artistic. I ended up way scaling back the original concept and will have to go somewhere else to get it completed. I would have walked away completely but they had already charged me a $200 deposit. My original quote was $600 - which I knew was WAY overpriced but even after I changed the design substantially and made it super simple, they charged me $400, which is obscene for the size of this tattoo. It would have been MUCH less at any reputable studio. I do think their artists are talented but there is little to no interaction with them so it feels more like a tattoo factory. I recommend you find an artist at another studio who is willing to work with you from the beginning and will charge you a fair price.

Came for a Friday the 13th event and had such an amazing experience! The line went by so quickly and it was so organized! I would definitely consider coming back here for another tattoo. My tattoo artist, Shirin, made me feel so comfortable and her work is stunning! Highly recommend her!

Had a visit on Friday, 5/3/24, for an appointment with no real idea of what I wanted. These artists did a wicked job taking in the influence of different art styles I liked and created a piece for me to wear proudly.Fantastic line work, in depth shading and done by an artist who clearly had a passion for their craft.Theres no point looking for another shop once youve found the best.Pictured is my cover up piece. My experience at Cleopatra Ink was not a great one.1) the designing processWhen I went in for the consultation, the artist told me the picture I showed him wouldnt work well. He proceeded to pull up pre-made designs on his program and showed me images that were not what I was asking for (I wanted a rattlesnake and he kept showing me regular snakes). Then I finally picked one and we discussed framing it. I said I just wanted grass, he kept putting in tropical plants around it and I had to repeatedly say no, just grass. I did not felt like I was being listened to and also upset that these were just premade designs being used.2) the tattoo itselfWhen I arrived for the tattoo, this is the first time that I realized the artist was not actually the one doing the tattoo, which is a red flag IMO.The tattoo ended up taking 8-9 hours, every time we took a break the artist would go chat about with his friends for upwards of 30+ minutes, making it a much longer than necessary process. The end result was unfinished but after all that time I was too tired to stay and ask for more detailing. The more I look at it, the more I see flaws and it needs a touch up essentially right away. (See on photos: missing shading/scales on the head, part of the body just disappears into thin air, and shading on the lower part of the tail does not match the rest - too fine/sparse)3) the priceAll of the above for over $2k. 3x what I spent for my last tattoo (at a different facility) of similar size and detail.I dont hate it by any means but I think it is an embarrassing show of work for them and they charge way too much for the sloppiness of the product.

First time taking advantage of the Friday the 13th fun. Everyone that worked there is so nice made me feel very welcome and comfortable. It was a great experience. Will definitely be back.

Went to this place for a piercing. Very clean spot and knowledgeable and friendly staff. My friend also wet to get her first tattoo and felt very comfortable with the entire process. Would recommend!

Went in on Friday the 13, 30% off piercings. It was great! atmosphere was nice and the piercer was amazing and beautiful. All the people inside were great. Clean and tidy.

I made an appointment to get some work finished up, and these guys were courteous, very professional, clean, and friendly. Their location is very aesthetically pleasing, very clean, and they had some good music playing. The [owner, I think] consulted with me, did some prep art and measuring of my wrist for the piece, very helpful and patient. The artist who worked on me did a great job, free-hand, and he was very friendly. In the end, I was given a much better price, lower than quoted. I highly recommend Cleopatra - Im coming back soon.

Natalie (hope I spelled it right) did my piercing and gave great advice!! She was so nice and professional! Parviz did my tattoo and he did it beautifully! The owner was nice, the shop is a vibe! Definitely going back for my next two piercings and my next tattoo!! I Highly recommend!!

Ali is by far the bet tattoo artist i have ever encountered. He did my leg sleeve and not only did an amazing job WON first place in the Black Grey and Red category! 10/10 would recommend to anyone who is looking for a stellar piece.

I got my belly piercing here back in April and now that it’s healed I wanted to leave a review. I don’t recall the name of my piercer. She was a very sweet girl, I believe she was 20-22. She understood the placement I wanted and nailed it. That’s the only piercing I got and I’m VERY happy with it. It’s a very clean facility which was the first thing I noticed when I went in. My piercing fell out due to my own actions the same week and a kind man was able to help me right away before it closed. It’s definitely healed now and perfect! Thank you!

Got a tattoo here by Parviz and it was awesome! Not only is he an amazing artist and my new primary artist, but I will only go to this facility now as well because everyone is extremely helpful, friendly, and accommodating. Offered me several times drinks, coffee, etc while I waited and was totally taken care of by the owner. I also got my first ear piercing here and the girl that did it was amazing as well! 10/10

Me and my friend went here for tattoos on the 13th and my tattoo has multiple mistakes like lines outside the design and she got a lip tattoo that faded in ONE DAY. I called the shop to ask them to fix it because lip tattoos do fade but not that fast and it was obvious it was done with a light hand and they refused to fix it for free as some shops would do as courtesy for THEIR MISTAKE and said they would charge us $70 to FIX IT. Definitely wouldn’t recommend this place.Edit in response to the business: I knew they fade but it shouldn’t fade in less than 24 hours. POINT BLANK PERIOD. Like I said earlier, they probably didn’t tattoo deep enough. I knew prior to the appointment however you guys did not mention it at all so don’t try to act like they tried to warn us because that’s not what happened. We were waiting in line and then you’d tell the artist where you wanted the design and they did it without much consultation or anything.. I wasn’t gonna complain about that because I knew you guys were busy but the whole process was very rushed in terms of wanting different placement etc. and nothing about telling us about healing for either tattoos or if it will fade ect.

Attended the Friday the 13th event and dont regret it one bit! I was so indecisive on what to get but so excited for some ink! I chose a Hello Kitty in a devil costume on my left shoulder and it turned out better than I hoped! Ill be back!

Came here for a nose piercing with my girl for a celebration, Furhat did an awesome job on both of us, he was very thorough and explained the process and was very patient when we were trying to pick jewelry, Adriana at the front was super nice also and really helpful with aftercare instructions. I even had a stone fall out of my jewelry after banging it on something months later and Furhat had me come in to replace it for free. The ink they do here looks very skilled as well, definitely will be back!

Friendly and professional guys, but they definitely hike their prices up 30%-40% if not more. They offer a two year warranty LMAO. All my other artists offer lifetime touch-ups.

As soon as I came in for my consultation, they were so friendly with their greetings, I was helped immediately by my designer.
