Update 8/6/2024Changing score to 1 star. After continued wearing of the nose ring, my nose became irritated and infected. My sisters nose turned green in the area of the ring that I bought her from here. These rings were being sold as surgical steel. If this were the case, our piercings would not have reacted that way. So basically $45 down the drain. I will be reaching out to the BBB in regards to the false advertisement.Went in to buy a couple of nose rings. I got a bigger hoop ring based off of the workers suggestion. Needless to say, he was wrong and the ring was too big to fit my nose. The 2nd ring that I bought broke the next day. When I called the shop in the morning to let them know what happened, I was told to wait until after 8pm. I went in close to 9pm and was told that it was my loss on the too big $25 nose ring that was their recommendation. They did replace the broken ring though. Whats frustrating with businesses like this is that they have no contingency plan for customer satisfaction. Had this been my shop, I would not allow my customers to leave unhappy, especially if my shop made unsatisfactory/unknowledgeable suggestions. I do not recommend this shop for buying any jewelry. Spend your money at a more lucrative business that can better assist you with your purchases. Not to mention, this shop is not lively at all and has a sketchy feel.

Called to see if they could help me out with a new piercing that I’m having issues with, I kept getting talked over, couldn’t get any words out then I was told to go to their website and that services for helping out is starting at 80$?! That is insane! Customer service was horrible and I don’t advise any people especially women to call or go to this shop.Edit: response to their comment.Yes, I called about a piercing that was done at a different shop, that doesn’t excuse their rude behavior that you obviously condone. All I needed was a longer bar due to swelling and I happily took my self to a more professional shop and spent less than that “quote” on new jewelry, knowledge and their undivided attention. Don’t forget businesses run on customers. Start losing sight of that, you won’t have a business for long

Mack is very knowledgeable, professional, and efficient. He made me feel comfortable from start to finish while preparing me for my piercing. I had an issue with my earring ball falling off (which is normal and happens), and he was very attentive and fixed it right away for me. I loved the fact that he enforced Covid protocols and sterilization. That shows me that he values the health of his staff and clients. Although I had to drive an hour to see him, it was worth it. Highly recommend booking with him for all of your service needs whether piercings or tattoos.

Today, I got my septum done. I was super nervous because i haven’t gotten a piercing In awhile. I went in today and was greeted by two amazing people. They are super nice and welcoming. The environment was cool with the dozens of signatures on the walls. Mack did my piercing and the process was done so quickly and he even did a countdown for me because I was anxious. He is an amazing tattoo artist from what I’ve seen on his social media. He’s patient and overall an amazing genuine person. Go to this place!! You will not regret it!!

People were super sweet. Person who was giving the tatto helped reassure me even when I was nervous. Area Id a little spooky but the employees are unbelievably kind

Tried to simply call about pricing for a nostril piercing because I could not find it on their website. I was hung up on the first time before I could barely say anything. I called again and immediately had a different man talking over me and demanding that I go see their website before I could even ask my question. This would have taken almost no time but I will not be booking with these people. They are extremely unprofessional and rude over the phone and I’m glad I called before going in there.

The people who own and manage this business are kind and professional. The person who pierced my ears asked if it was my first time getting it and gave me the doctor technique when they talk to you about something interesting to distract you because I was definitely being a baby. I highly suggest this place.

Got two piercings done today and Mack took the necessary safety precautions, and I felt so at home and really comfortable. Very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful! Definitely recommend to anyone who wants to get a piercing and ask for Mack!

I’m so happy I chose Fly Inc Tattoo ! I had an amazing experience today getting my piercings done. I freaked myself out watching a few videos before I went there, just to get an idea of what to expect. Everything thing went soooo well from start to finish and not as bad as I thought it would be!I liked the Vibe I felt when I first walked in , Mack did my piercings and made me feel comfortable , he’s really good at what he does and is very professional and knowledgeable. I have been going to Mack and known him for years. What makes him standout from the rest is how he can make every tattoo piece so unique and beautiful. He takes his time enough for me to trust him. I recommend Mack since he gives a highly professionally tattoo/piercing experience!

I Recently got a lip pierced it turned out great. Plus the artist was very positive and easy to talk to. Me and my best friend visited on Halloween. We felt very comfortable in the shop. Great job !!! Mack..

The staff was very friendly and helpful but they are overpriced at $60 a peircing. I ended up having to take mine out because it was crooked and noticed the ring was cheap chinese metal. It was externally threaded so it caused damage to the piercing site and had noticeable defects in the metal itself

Fly ink Is awesome everyones cool and respectful. The parlor is clean and theres nothing but good vibes. Mack is a great artis. Hes humble and professional. He takes his time with a piece and makes sure you get what you ask for and more. He doesnt mind answering questions or educating his clients. Every tattoo is one of a kind.

Easy online scheduling. Mack is awesome, he keeps things clean, frequently changes gloves, and puts you at ease. My daughter is very happy with her nose and navel piercing.

Best Tattoo shop I have been too. Mack the lead artist made me feel comfortable and was patient with the tattoo process. Clean, friendly environment and is by the book as far as safety practices.

I went in to get a small tattoo with my daughter who loves tattoos, however I was so nervous about getting a small tattoo even though I have several tattoos but i figured i was done getting tattoos because they hurt, but I love the outcome ;-) I eventually got it thanks to Mac for making me feel comfortable and relaxed, surprisingly It didnt hurt at all and now I think I want more lol. the best experience yet, thanks!

This is by far the best tattoo and piercing place ever. Went in today cause my 19 year old decides to do her own lip piercing a couple months ago and what do u know it got infected and stuck in her lip. Wouldnt come out so of course I called to see if they could take it out and yes. So what would have ended up a surgical procedure in the E.R where as they probably couldnt find where it was due to the swelling.of her lip ended up being a few tears procedure but Thank GOD it was out and quick. She cried but O well. Lesson learned. This Young Man knows his job. Professional and job well done

I had an AMAZING experience getting my nose repierced by Mack. He was super friendly, patient when I suddenly felt sick (I am such a wimp), and helpful with a fussy piercing from a different shop. I have nothing bad to say about the piercing and will definitely go back in the future!

I got my tongue pierced and I had no pain during or after. He did such a good job and provided excellent customer service. Very friendly from start to finish.

Mack did my 3rd lobe piercing on both ears and also a helix piercing. He was very professional, knowledgeable and quick. I will be going back for a tattoo!

Just left this shop for my belly to be repeirced, if you go here ask for Mac. He makes you feel really comfortable and does not mind answering any of your questions. His customer service will most definitely have me and my girls back here.

Tattoo artist Mack can draw like no ones business, and where it really shows is in his tattoo work on skin. Of course hes crazy talented, (have you seen his script!!!!?) but where he really stands apart among the best in Dallas is by being humble, and putting people first. Like- that still exists?After you talk to him for a few minutes youll know what i mean. And brace yourself if he sun-beams you with a disarming Mack-smile, which pretty much will light up the entire room.Fly Ink is a family business, and art biz is in the family (grandmother was in the music biz and there was a FRANKLIN involved somewhere in the story somewhere? Lmk if I got that one wrong!)....Macks mom, Elerine, aka Fly Ink Biz manager, is kind-of like everyones grandmother, the types who makes you cookies, but also the type you do not want to piss off.I met Elerine and Mack through their volunteer work with Young Artists in Studio, a mentorship program for advanced art students. They do a lot of work in the community and strongly support artists helping artists and ethical mentorship/apprenticeship.I have a group of Young Artists in Studio working on a mural of downtown Dallas at Fly Ink this summer. Though the shop has only been open for 2 months and still has much interior work to be finished, the place is already busy busy, and as always, rocking a positive vibe.
