I was lucky to have Anthony (@_anthonyybarra on Instagram) as my artist, and he was fantastic.Anthony was for real so knowledgeable, making the whole experience comfortable and enjoyable, which was especially reassuring for someone like me from the suburbs of Richardson, Texas. His expertise and professionalism stood out, and he made sure I felt at ease throughout the process.The studio itself was spotless and had a professional yet artistic atmosphere. I went and got my double lobe piercing by Dirk @dirksartworks on instagram, was an amazing experience for my first ever tattoo shop piercing and trip. Also did a great job on correcting a tattoo I had given myself at 15 years old. I wanted a slight adjustment to one of the lobe piercing due to one of my ears being bigger than the other thus giving the illusion that they were uneven and he did the adjustment for free. Overall great environment, very comfortable, and great scenery.

These guys are amazing!! we went in at 1am and they never rushed us, Offered to make us coffee even!! They were so kind, and their work is phenomenal! Dirk did mine and I seriously have nothing but amazing things to say, I changed my design and sizing multiple times and he never batted an eye to redo it And make sure that I was completely satisfied. That shop is full of great guys who are extremely tralented!

I came in to get my helix pierced. Viper Pierced both my friend and i, and from the moment we stepped in he was so kind and comforting! He walked us through every step and was so reassuring. He genuinely cared about how we felt and what we wanted. I’m definitely going back to him for all my future piercings! So informative and made sure we knew knowledge of all after care.

Brandon is the sweetest person ever. I came in late after work to get a piercing (which I was very nervous about), and he calmed me down and told me step by step what he was doing. I literally waited 20 years to finally get a septum piercing and WHO KNEW the best experience was with Viper literally a block from my home? Got my very first tattoo here last night and the artist did an amazing job!! I believe the artist name is dirk I cant remember I would definitely recommend him!! And any other artist I was with some friends that also got tattoos here and their work was amazing as well!

I have snake bites and had gotten them downsized at a different place today and conveniently BOTH of them came unscrewed. Believe it or not I was charged $30 for this. At 11:30pm I come to this place and the piercer, I didn’t get his name, helped me put my piercing back in a tighten it. I appreciate him so much for helping and it just shows this places dedication to its clients. I don’t know what I would’ve done without him.

Very professional, I got my septum pierced by viper and he’s one of the best piercers I’ve met! The shop is also very clean and the piercing room feels very welcoming. Definitely recommend them and I’ll be back there when I need another piercing!!

Got my Helix piercing done by Viper. He talks you through the piercing every step of the way and gives good recommendations. From the moment my friend and I parked he was 100% upfront and honest and very welcoming, he even let us meet shop dog “chuck”. Definitely the best piercer i’ve ever had!! I live in West Texas and will 100% be back to have him pierce me again.

The boys out front throwing rocks at a motorcycle are a problem 4:15 am Saturday sept 21. Pit bull ran into the road to chase me too. Look at the cams whoever owns this, they tried to kill me riding my motorcycle. I don’t take kindly to this type of behavior and neither should the owner of a tattoo shop. I live down the street on east side ave, those fools are asking to be hurt.

Honestly never even got to make an appointment it was 9:00 Friday the 13th and no one ever answered the phone I tried calling several times to book an appointment and I figured it was a waste of time to drive over there if they cant answer the phone. PS nothing against any of their artist or work this review is about customer service.

Man @dirksartworks was the man absolutely amazing guy second tattoo and only going here from now on. Great price for a memorial tattoo and just a straight up guy. Even with no numbing cream it did not hurt. Just 10/10 overall

Came in with a buddy to get some flash just cus and had a great time! John did a super cool skull and crossbones, and all the other staff were super cool too. This is the first shop Ive seen in a while with absolutely incredible pricing, and super cool humans (and some sweet sweet pups) working 👍😁I didnt catch everyones name but the non exotic piercer (has a vertical lip ring?) gave us a great atmosphere in the wait period

A spontaneous night with friends led us to this super cute tattoo and piercing studio. The process was quick, easy, and the staff was friendly and professional. The piercer made it seem effortless, and hygiene was top-notch. Definitely going back for more nose piercings!

My 16 year old recently got her first job and was wanting to get an industrial, helix & 2nd lobe piercings done with one of her first paychecks. she googled piercing places and franklin’s was one of the first that popped up, and she thought it looked cool. viper did an excellent job explaining his process and in less than 30min she had 5 new holes. afterwards he explained thoroughly how and what she needed to get to properly care for her new piercings. i was going to get an industrial also but the wife vetoed that. so i got another tattoo, and dirk was available to take care of me after my daughter got her piercings. he was thorough and wanted to make sure what i got was positioned right and the right size for the area i wanted to get it. when he was done we checked it out to make sure it looked right and he had no problem going back over the outline to get it perfect. these guys are a good bunch and look forward to going back, myself and my daughter.

My son wanted his ear pierced for Christmas but instead of taking him to the mall my cousin suggested that I find a shop instead. I called ahead to check and they were available the same day. It was quick and painless (for me anyway;) and he is very happy with the result 🙂

Dirk was great! We came in at 3 am and were able to get tattoos, i felt very trustful the entire time he was doing it, the tattoo came out wonderful and it barely hurt.

I scheduled an appointment for my boyfriend with Andrew and on the day of the appointment we got to the shop 10 mins early and waited a hour and a half before having to get a refund due to no type of service and andrew tattooing someone else.he couldnt even come down and speak to us until he was finished. Whats the point of scheduling a appointment when your not going to follow through? A complete waste of time!

I got a large back tattoo done here a while ago. Brandon did a great job! I gave him an idea of what I wanted and he improved upon it! I love the way it looks. It turned out sick as heck.

Stumbled upon Franklins place by accident, my daughters 14th Bday & its a Sunday- looking for a good ear piercer,( my usual shop has gone to opening for appt only & raised prices for many reasons economy/ new shop/ new age/higher end / bring your own art or no tattoo- unless they can find something similar on their tablet- big changes over the last 2 yrs- I do love my guys but knew there was someone else out there for me) I firmly believe all things happen for a reason! I found my new GO-TO place! They have been in business a long time with amazing real reviews, you will see why!!! I Spent $120 on this.. John was a very kind friendly man but is NOT equipped to be tattooing anymore. I did not trust anyone there to be able to fix it & did not want it to look more messed up then it already is. I am so upset

Dirk gave me my first ever tattoo, it did not even hurt, much more it actually felt good 🫶🏽 he really did an awesome job and it was not expensive

I came in today around 12pm and got a septum. The guy who got us was cool and had a nice personality we had a good conversation. But my septum was done horribly. Its 7pm now and it wont stop bleeding. It wasnt done in my sweet spot in my nose. The piercing was to big aswell. I didnt want to believe it was done bad but the pain was to much. And I talked to about 3 of my friends who have one and they all told me I need a refund and call them out. I was really happy to get it done but I had to take it out. 60 dollars have been lost. I dont know where I can contact the owner or someone who can help.

This was a very cute shop with lots to offer. I walked in and was immediately taken care of, given paperwork, told the price for what I wanted to get pierced and was up the stairs. Viper made me feel very comfortable and gave me reassurance throughout the whole process. When I felt woozy he allowed me to sit and was patient with me while I caught my breath and then gave me a water and a candy to help me back to normal :) Very awesome experience!

I wanted to get my septum pierced so I googled the nearest place and thankfully it led me here. Franklin was very kind and made me feel comfortable. The piercing process was quick and almost painless, the place is super cool and chill. Definitely recommend and will be coming back for future tattoos!

Such an amazing place, will only be going here from now on. Viper did a jewelry change for 2 of my ear piercings. He helped me out in picking jewelry I liked and made the process completely painless despite the Cartilage piercing being on the fresher side. Franklin and Viper were both so sweet and awesome to talk to. Highly recommend it here!

For my first experience with Franklins I can confidently say it was nothing short of excellent! The staff all greeted me upon arrival and got me checked in quickly. In no time at all, the artist (Chubbs) returned with a sketch of what I wanted and it was exactly like I imagined. The whole process was very chill and it was nice being checked in on during the wait and while I was having the work done to see if I needed anything.10/10 Would absolutely come back again for more work!

I put $100 down for a tat but got arrested and couldnt make it for my appointment. When I tried to contact Franklin and staff, within the month of the appointment, they acted like they didnt know me despite having proof of exchanging numbers with a staff member (from setting the appointment up). Went in on whim, with my bestie to get our noses pierced, and he was the only fella working. Some had taken off DOTD, and he had 1 other in there wanting a tattoo. We said we would come back, but this man by himself banged out our noses before he did the tattoo. Such a cool dude. Highly recommend him.

My friends and I went to get spur of the moment tattoos and piercings while visiting Dallas. We went to see Franklin and the boys at midnight or so and we had a good time! Franklin was cool as hell when he pierced my belly button and he did a good job! The people were awesome and very down to earth, both the employees and other customers! Overall I had a good experience with lots of laughs!

Horrible service. They were open but closed due to cleaning and they said call the # on the door they will let us in, then I was forwarded to voicemail. Drove 2 hrs to get a tattoo. A waste of time!!!!

I walked in with a local tattoo Artist Mario Rios (@real_mario )Brandon Crawford was behind the counter working a beautiful piece of art work. Franklins Tattoo Supply is a tattoo culture staple. I’m grateful for his business, his mindset and his authenticity. He was quick, completely knowledgeable on each product and honest!

Went to get my nose pierced & my friend got her septum & it couldn’t have gone better. Franklin was awesome & the whole vibe is sick.Ended up buying a shirt too.Will tell all my friends about this place & will definitely be coming back!

I’ve come here numerous times for tattoos and piercings and will continue returning because of the level of professional and comfort I feel each time I visit. I just visited tonight to get my nose piercing and Franklin was amazing as always. He’s so professional and very clean. He’s super funny which helped me not be so nervous. He clearly goes over aftercare instructions and makes sure you’re comfortable before you leave. Highly highly recommend this shop for tattoos and piercings. 10/10

Went here last night 4/9/22 to get a nose piercing! The inside was a definite VIBE. AND THIS PLACE IS SUPER AFFORDABLE! Franklin actually pierced me himself. Very friendly! Great sense of humor. Made me and my friend feel super comfortable. Will definitely recommend to my friends!

Had no clue the owner was doing my tattoo until the end. He’s so cool and chill. Viper was also hella nice and made us feel welcome the second we walked in. Franklin’s Pittie was there being an absolute angel making it hard to leave when we were done! Please check them out whenever you get the chance. It’s worth it, I promise.

Absolutely amazing experience! I went to get my snake bites pierced, I hung out with Poppy while the people in line before me were taken care of. I will definitely be back to get my septum pierced and get some tattoos. The piercer was very professional and calming

So kind, had a great vibe & his patience definitely made the whole piercing processing that much more comfortable as he made sure to walk us through it while still maintaining sterility between the multiple piercings I got which is a big thing I look for. My sister and I came to get our thirds and mid helixes. We had Franklin do our piercings. He was very detailed oriented which I very much appreciated and took his time. He also made sure we were happy and double checked before he actually did the piercing. He was very kind and offered great service. I am very happy with my piercings and my sister is too. My cousins, sister and I were looking to get our noses pierce late at night, and Franklin’s showed up on the Google search. Upon entry, the staff was extremely nice and the person that usually does piercings was already gone. Franklin the owner, was there and he took care of us, no problem. The staff was great, professional, friendly, and the establishment looked extremely clean. We were all satisfied with our services. Definitely recommend.

I went in for a walk in and they had me wait maybe 30 minutes for my tattoo to be set up. And I have 0 complaints the prices are really good and the art work is really clean. I’m definitely going back to continue my leg tattoo. The atmosphere is also really dope nice people there make you feel welcome and they also play good music for people wondering if they should bring headphones.

Gabriel( the tattoo artist that did my tattoo) and everyone at the shop were great they were so nice and funny.. it is a very comfortable environment. I highly recommend coming here 10/10.Update Came back a year later and it’s still just as great of an experience as the last time Gabriel is no longer there but the tattoo artist poppy is amazing she chill and funny and will really make you feel at ease while doing your tattoo also the piercer Travis is great very knowledgeable, funny and won’t pierce you if he doesn’t think it’s a good idea which everyone should value. He won’t waste your money

We called to see if they would accept walk ins. They told us to try in an hour which was about 4pm. We went to the shop around 4 and we’re immediately greeted by the young lady in front. She was nice and attentive. She immediately got an artist to help us out. Erik was our artist and was super cool. Charges us shop minimum and executed these tattoos amazingly. YOU HAVE TO VISIT Eric! He’s super dope and quick.

Just went with my friend to get Friday the 13th tattoos. Tried a place across the street first and did not like the vibe or the tattoos offered. Left and went to franklins and immediately felt welcome when we walked in. Everyone was so nice and helpful. They were even super organized despite the rush of people. This was my third tattoo and my favorite experience so far! My friend and I were in Dallas for the weekend and sporadically decided to get a tattoo. We ended up at franklins. The front desk attendant was super inviting and funny! Travis tattooed us and was extremely patient and worked with us to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. We had a great time and jammed out while we got our tattoos. The store owner Franklin, was prepping for another clients tattoo and talked for a while with us as well. He was awesome too! I cannot say enough good things about this shop, and if we’re in Dallas again we’ll be back!

I came here for snakebites, and Franklin was my piercer. This was singlehandedly my best experience, and I’ve been pierced five times so far. Least painful of all of them! I’m definitely coming back and bringing some friends with me.

They like to beat up women and use racial slurs. Seems more like a gang rather than an establishment. Nobody would feel safe or comfortable here. Not only will the artist here jump and abuse you but will also steal from you. Would wholeheartedly not recommend. They don’t even deserve 1 star or let alone a business alone.

WOW. Not only was everyone extremely friendly but the second you walk in you will be absolutely comfortable. Red did a tongue and industrial piercing and everything went perfect. She was very knowledgeable and very professional. I will be visiting again really soon.

Piercer didnt make me feel comfortable, I felt like I was annoying him when we were marking on the placement of the piercing on my nose. Didnt walk me through the process or show me what he was going to be using. I paid and tipped but i just wanted to leave. Immediately started crying in my car.Only reason I didnt give 1 star is the woman at the front with the dreads was pleasant to me and my boyfriend.I was so excited to get pierced and to find a 24 hr, shop but this was the worst experience. Imma probably let it close up and get it re done ELSEWHERE.

I came as a walk-in on a late Sunday night and I was greeted as soon as I walked! Franklin was my piercer and did a great job:) He made sure I was comfortable and was cracking jokes to keep me distracted which I really appreciated. Definitely planning on going back for more!!!

Great customer service at the shop, and David Figueroa is a badass tattoo artist! I initially had a bad experience with one of the employees that worked at Franklin’s. He scammed me out of a lot of money, but after he got fired, the shop went above and beyond to make things right. Franklin made a point to ask the other tattoo artists that rent out rooms there if they would be willing to do the tattoo that I had planned, knowing full well that the shop would be losing the $300 I had already paid to the other tattoo artist. David F. was ready and willing to do that tattoo, and even honored the original price that I and been quoted, which I’m sure fell below what his hourly rate was. He made a point to clearly understand what I wanted in the tattoo, and exercised the perfect amount of artistic freedom to make it a unique and original piece. I couldn’t be happier!

Haze always gives the VIP treatment to his clients. I would recommend him to anyone. I have gotten two tattoos from him and each time he makes me feel completely comfortable. Franklin was super nice and corrected my body piercings that another shop did incorrectly. I’m typically uncomfortable with having a male do my piercings, especially my chest like today, but he made me feel comfortable and got things done quick and helped so much!
