I originally purchased a chain in February it broke in less than 90 days no pulling yanks or anything just fell of I took it back to exchange and it the one they tried to give me was a 20 inch I supposedly purchased a “22” … soo then today I brought it back because the same exact thing happened look at the size difference and also look how warm it looks already even the color of it is waaay off yea gold stretch but that’s a big stretch in less than 90 days and a huge discoloration I do not recommend going here at allll ! The jewelry is extremely off !

This boy here was very rude to me once I explained my situation to him he cut me off and wouldn’t let me talk even after I told him are you going to let me talk he simply said no an left. I asked for management number or corporate number & his name he wouldn’t give me none simply just went on about day never again will I spend my money at this place . ( been here 3 times spent money on my daughter earrings cause they kept on breaking & have warranty every time I’ve purchased earrings here. Hopefully this boy doesn’t work here anymore the way I was treated was unacceptable.

Banter is the absolute best the ladies there today went about and beyond they are so educational and they were quick but thorough we went at about 430 ish made my boys experience super great!! Thanks again ladies

Piercing pagoda is nice, and friendly. As a child I got my ears pierced through Carrie. I have brought my son to get his ears pierced (with Carrie and Sarah) and they were quick and absolutely wonderful with him. It was quick he didnt even cry! These women are wonderful!

Absolutely incredible service, I am 14 years old, and got my ears pierced here, I was very very nervous and the workers helped me through everything so well, I felt so supported and even got chocolate at the end! My earrings are absolutely gorgeous and I would totally recommend this place if you have a child who wants to get their ears pierced, but is nervous. 10/10!

Id just like to start off saying.. this is a great company and the people who work there are excellent at what they do especially the body piercer Ashton i had been watching her piercing other people before i had her do my first one and ever since then i have had her do all my other piercings cause of her knowledge about everything and i have recommended her to others who want theres done after they saw mine.. great company and great people who work there..

Awesome service, found exactly what I was looking for

Bought a ring for my wife for mothers day, was told if it did not fit i could bring it back and order the correct size online for an even exchange. That did not happend! The ring was $22 more online and they said they were not going to do anything about. I was told this by a manager on both occasions and when i confronted the manager she tried to place blame on another employee. Management is nothing but liars! Dont believe a word you are told.
