Dave is so nice , I gotten my conch pierced and I honestly felt no pain . It was simple and fast.. I will be coming back to get my other ear done as well. He’s good 👍👍👍.

Was told by Tony at a consultation that color wouldn’t look right on my skin . I’m not even that dark bud And the tattoo only has a little color In it which was in the eye a small part of a full hand tattoo. Disappointed and yall should post your rates. $250 an hour is crazy 🥹 but you’re talented but it’s crazy! 😂😂

Dave Ellis did my piercing and he made the experience pleasant. He was so nice, walked me through the process, and informed of aftercare. He also told me I could reach out to him if I had any further questions or concerns. I highly recommend him and have told a few people to go to him. I will be back for further piercings.

Great experience. Had my dermal done along with my cartilage. Also they helped me put a new nose ri g on that needed Tapered to fit. Highly recommend

I got my eyebrow pierced and my boyfriend got his septum pierced. Whenever Taylor did my boyfriend’s septum, she didn’t feel for his sweet spot nor did she mark it before going at him with a needle. She didn’t give him a single warning before she forced the need through the cartilage( with a loud POP heard by everyone in the room). When doing my eyebrow, the jewelry slipped out while she was stopping the bleeding, and she ended up repiercing it slightly crooked, with the bottom purple mark she made clearly visible. We were also given zero aftercare information. My boyfriend got his jewelry taken out and his money back, but just a warning to anyone who thinks it’s a good idea to get pierced here: don’t.

Adam was AMAZING! I went in to have three piercing done and was kinda nervous about the pain for cartlidge . Adam was honest about pain and answered all the questions I had. He was super friendly and gentle (as gentle as can be with a needle.) I’ll definitely go back for more!

Adam is extremely kind and professional. My friends and I have gotten multiple piercings here and have had no problems. He always keeps his clients calm and has nice conversations with them during the piercing process.

This was my first and last time in this place the person who did the piercing was very unprofessional was trying to give me a life sermon stead of explain the process of the piercing, what to spect or even show me where my piercing was going to be located, this was my first time getting a piercing and he made it one of my worst experiences. It since like he was looking for an audience who would listen what it was on his mine versus offering a good customer service and enjoyable visit in his business. I did not get the change of asking questions or prepare myself. It felt rushed and very uncomfortable environment. Do not wasted your time or money in this place.

Ive gotten all my piercings done here and theyve all done really well. I always go to Adam, hes really good at getting you comfortable and less nervous beforehand. Would definitely recommend this place. Very professional, clean, and comfortable environment.

I came for a septum piercing and it wasnt done well. He blamed it on my cartilage swelling, but this is crooked and pierced diagonally. He said this was the straightest he could get it. Also it wasnt pierced through the sweet spot like septum piercings are supposed to be, so it was very painful. They make you pay and tip before they even pierce you. I was able to get a refund though on the jewelry afterwards, so that is a positive.

Went with a friend to get her nose and my bellybutton done an hour before closing. He wanted us to come back in 20 minutes because of a passed out patient and we did just that. Apparently he wanted to get us in and out of there so he could close because he didnt mark my stomach at all and just clamped it within seconds of looking at my bellybutton. The piercing didnt hurt and he was very gentle but I now have a very crooked piercing. I told him immediately after that it was crooked but he tried to convince me it was pin straight when it clearly wasnt. I just wish he wouldve either took his time or told us to come back a different day so I wouldve had a straight piercing. He also didnt really take the time to teach us anything about our new piercings.

I had my nose pierced there before 1 time I had to take it out and I decided to get my other side done and the bald guy messed it up I was a lil squeamish at first and he was extremely rude ab me being nervous but I always never move during the piercing which I did not when he was piercing me he had to put it in twice I have never felt so much pain and I’ve already experienced my nose getting pierced it did not feel like that at all. The next day I called and Adam was there he re pierced my nose it was painless and he saved my face. 5 stars for Adam.

I got my industrial done by Dave Ellis, he didnt warn me when he pierced me nor did he mark my ear and ask where I wanted it. He pierced my industrial straight across instead of diagonal.

Myself and two friends visited Yknot on November 21st to each get a piercing. Adam Jaskula was so friendly and professional!! He answered all of our questions and put us at ease. I felt like I was visiting with an old friend. The icing on the top of the cake was the fantastic work he did! If anyone is looking for piercing work I would absolutely recommend Adam in a heartbeat! You won’t regret it!!

This is where I like to go to get my piercings. It’s clean, worth the price and didn’t have to wait super long. I was super nervous and the guy piercing me, Adam, was really nice and understanding.Now that my piercing is healing, I noticed my belly button is pierced crooked as hell and it looks stupid.

Ive had 9 piercings done by Angie and they were all perfect. Ive only had 1 tattoo done by Tony so far, and I am beyond happy with the turn out. Extremely nice, clean, and professional business. They will take the time to explain aftercare to you too. I recommend to everyone!

I dont know the name of the girl who pierced my cartilage, seems like the only girl there maybe, in the corner room. She was really friendly, fast and good. After 8 months my cartilage is healed, not like Claires it was over a year and never healed, and now I found whoever did a good job on my piercing and it healed well, im sticking to them. I will be coming back there for a navel piercing soon. Hopefully have the same result again.

Highly recommend, I have multiple piercings and had some bad experiences at other places. I have been here 4 times so far and will never go anywhere else again. Dave and Angie are very professional, clean, and they make sure you get exactly what you want. They take time to make sure you are satisfied, unlike some other places. I will be back for more! If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to get 2 Tragus piercings done and Spoke with the piercer Adam beforehand about the thickness of my ears and he got a good look at my ears and said itd be no problem, then pierced one before realizing his jewelery wasnt long enough for my ears and that he could try the other one, or try and pierce something else and still get a refund. Although I was upset that he couldnt tell before I was pierced that it wouldnt work I let it go, took my refund and told him I might be back if I think anywhere else I want to pierce. I came back 20 minutes later wanting to get my upper lobes pierced in a skinny spot and had him double check that it would be a good spot. So we tried again seemed fine at 1st, I was trying to get excited again about a new piercing, but was sensing him becoming more and more agitated that he had to FIX an issue he created, so I really just wanted to leave. He pierced both sides and I had him adjust my left piercings as it felt didnt feel right....I get to the car and it fell out ....I come back in and he says he can repeirce it. I asked if he had longer earrings as it seems that would be best. He starts yelling at me saying he already gave me a refund, he already tried 2 piercing what else do you want me to do? I wanted you to do your job and not treat me like an inconvenience after you FAILED to gauge wether YOUR jewelry could accommodate me, then FAILED as a business to have the proper jewelery needed to accommodate for all types of ear styles and to not be stabbed 3 TIMES with only one piercing actually staying in my ear. He did end up apologizing about how he spoke to me right before I left, but the damage was already done. Literally. I came here because I thought it would be better than Claires, but at least they have good customer service at Claires.

Adam was great! Very personable and made me feel at ease. It was quick and as painless as it could be. He made sure I understood after care and gave me a card with the instructions in case I was not completely sure later. Would definitely go back.

I got my cartilage pierced at claire and it got infected. I called Ynot ink to ask advice and the lady I spoke with was so helpful and recommended I get a smaller earring to put in it. I went it bought one and she gave me advice on how to care for the piercing. After a week it healed up nicely and never had any issues. I will be going back here for any future piercings!

I got my septum and lip pierced by Angie and I swear that it’s the best place to go. She was so awesome and she made my day so much better! I would’ve given her a hug but I didn’t want to be weird. But I love this place. I would 10/10 recommend. I’ll definitely be bragging about this place, and I’ll always come here if I need a new piercing even though I live in Kentucky.

My friend and I went to go get our septum’s pierced and I have never had such an awful experience. I’ve been there multiple times before and Angie pierced me those times. But Friday night I had Tony. I was with a semi large group of friends and I knew that not all of them could go in the room to watch so it was just me and my friend who was getting a piercing as well. He was very rude to my friends because they tried watching at the door way and that must’ve made him upset? I understand policy but maybe he should think about changing his tone. I was supposed to go first but I got anxious because the clamp didn’t feel like it was in the right spot. He was very rude to me because I was having second thoughts and he was saying, “just let me do my job” and since I didn’t think it was in the right spot and I told him I’ve been told it shouldn’t go there and he got even more upset saying what I said was offensive and so on. My friend ended up going first. It went in very smoothly and so I decided to just trust him and go through with it. He put the clamp on and got ready to pierce. The needle did not go through. So he took it out and proceeded to use the SAME needle and pierce it again. It did not go through. Then he grabbed another needle, moved the clamp and what had me shook the MOST is he was talking and the fresh needle poked my nostril because he was distracted trying to talk before piercing me for the THIRD time. It finally went through but he butchered my septum. Now the healing process is a lot more painful than it should be and I’m debating on asking for a refund. Not only was he disrespectful to me and my friends, but he caused a lot of unnecessary pain and discomfort. Also when me and her friend left, the ball fell off and we had to go back and when he put a new one on, he was telling her how good and “straight” it looked. Pretty much bragging I guess and once me and my friend got home she was taking a selfie and realized that the whole thing was crooked. Wasn’t even straight. I will never be coming back here..

I went here to get my belly pierced today. Each piercing is $40. Walk-ins for piercings are allowed too. The blue haired woman who works here was very quick with the piercing. My anxiety was high and she got it done within a matter of seconds. Highly recommend this place!

My friend i both got cartilage piercings by angie! she was so friendly and made sure that we were well informed about our after care. she is incredibly fast too, so we didn’t even feel any pain! will definitely be going here for my future piercings. you’re the best, angie!!!!

Went in and got my nose pierced by Dave and he was great! A week later unfortunately it feel out went back in and got it put back in by Adam! Overall 10/10 recommend!!

If I could give negative stars, I would. I got a piercing done here and I will NOT be returning. Not only is my piercing crooked, but it also got very infected due to lack of clean tools and the lying about what I could use to clean it. I wish everyone good luck that goes here however and I hope that their experience is better than mine

Im right there with the bad reviews...My boyfriend and I went to Davenport to do some shopping, as we are from out of town about 2 hours away from a smaller town. After we got done shopping at the mall, we noticed this place. Ive been wanting to get my daith done for some time now and thought Hey what the heck. Angie was very nice and seemed professional, as Ive never had any other piercings done before. She did my piercing, gave me care instructions and sent me on my way. The next day when we were back home, the bottom ball of the bar fell out..took 3 people and 3 hours to get it back on. So the day after that, I went to a local shop, to get the jewelry changed so this wouldnt happen again. Thats when I was informed that my piercing is TOO DEEP, ITS A NIGHTMARE, WHY WOULD ANY PIERCER LET ME WALK OUT THE DOOR WITH THIS?? Normally, I would just say oh well and go on with my life, but Ive only had it for 3 days and its caused me nothing but trouble. Do not go here for piercings...

Went and got my tragus pierced and everything went great! Very clean. No problems with my piercing. Planning to go back. I didnt catch the guys name but he was so sweet and knew his stuff!

Ok so I have always gone here to get my piercings. I have gotten 3 different piercings here and never had a problem. Tonight I wanted to get my anti tragus pierced and I was told that I could not get it done. I asked why and I was told by the women that I couldn’t get it pierced because the spot wasn’t big enough. It was extremely disrespectful and I went to another place later on and they told me that there was nothing wrong with how big the area was. Extremely offended and will never be going bad, which is a shame since I had never had a problem before but I guess if they don’t want my money I will take my money elsewhere.

Clean studio, acknowledged us as walk-ins right away, and we were in and out in a very timely manner even with 2 clients prior to us receiving services as well. Very good work... well return again for a 3rd time.

I had a nose piercing done here a few years ago and my piercer was GREAT. My piercing never got infected and it looked hot. I have gotten other piercings done at various tattoo shops here in the Quad Cities and this was the only shop that didnt F it up. Again, this was a few years ago- but I have nothing negative to say.

My daughter and I visited the studio this evening and got our noses pierced together! Very professional. Explained what to expect and after care instructions. Definitely a nice first time experience for my daughter and I! Thanks!

Ive had multiple piercings done by adam very kind and professional all of them came out perfect !

I went in almost 9 weeks ago to get an eyebrow piercing. I noticed that it was in a weird spot when he had marked it and he told me that it was to avoid hitting the muscle which I was told is a red flag because he shouldnt be piercing deep enough to hit muscle. It started getting super irritated after a few weeks and started rejecting and had to be removed. This piercing was done so incorrectly that the (APP certified) piercer that I went to to have it looked at said that she could have re-pierced it right then and there without bothering the original spot. And the jewelry was low quality and externally threaded. If I could give a zero star review I would.

If you are disabled you cannot get to the shop its on the second floor which makes it difficult for anybody that might be handicapped able to walk and we found it very expensive just to get your nose pierced they wanted a $90 just to get your nose pierced it was 40 and then for the cheapest jewelry. but it looks very professional and very clean so if you have the money to spend and you can get up there they look like they know what theyre doing

The man who pierced my ear( cartilage) was completely honest, very careful, and professional. I was very pleased by the cleanliness. He explained the whole process of getting my ear pierced, caring for it, and signs to look for. I am very pleased, and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Low quality jewlery. And non accurate Technics. The jewlery is the cheapest quality jewlery you can get and the piercer there is a joke. He put curved barbells in a piercing that should have had a straight barbell. They rejected quickly and concerned me asked for guidance. He basically blamed me, told me it had to be my after care routine. Went to a different (professional) piercer and found out it was because he put curved barbells in a straight piercing and explained to me why that doesnt work. To make a long story short. 1. You get what you pay for. Cheap piercing (low quality jewlery). And 2. Tends to blame the customer. The female piercer there is way more knowledgeable and has potential. I can say that.

Okay it seems like all the bad reviews are from people who had a piercing done here which I have never, but I did have a half sleeve done by the shop owner and the ONLY tattoo artist who works here, I have met SO MANY people because of this tattoo. Its black and grey and realstic af it looks like it coming out of my skin. Make no mistake, he is the best in the QC & the price is worth it.. your wearing it for the rest of your life.. you get what you pay for people.

Tattoos are great and very friendly. This shop is great. They also do piercing. Walk ins are welcome from what Im assuming. Last time I walked in the tattoo artist was working on a large back piece and it was looking amazing. Just go say hi. Very fair priced.

Piercer goes to room while you fill out paperwork, when he is ready (which takes about five minutes) he calls you on. He does not open a clean needle in front of you, does not allow recording to be done (his reasoning being because someone might try it at home) he doesnt make sure his piercings are aligned nor does it seem like he cares. He does ask you if everything is okay but if you say something about replacing something or asking for a clean needles he throws a fit. Youre charged almost $40 for one piercing and in my opinion I do not think it is worth it. Not worth the scare of contracting something from a dirty needle either. Never forget to ask your piercer for a clean needle or for something to be shown clean to you before touching your body. Ill also just add that the piercer does not wear gloves half the time.

Tony is a great tattoo artist and will go above and beyond to create an amazing piece of art. Tony is easy to talk to and will talk with you the whole time during the tattoo process. Tony runs a tight ship and has a extremely clean studio. I am very pleased with the work and will continue to go back.

Honestly the piercer is a total jerk. I went to get my septum pierced and he said he absolutly hated doing septum piercings because they were so mainstream and such a fad then to add insult to injury the guy pierced it sideways. Not only did he make me feel like I wasnt cool for wanting the piercing but also made me feel stupid for bothering to give him 35 bucks to jack my nose up. Terrible and not recommended, if youre going to be a jack a$$ at least do solid work.

Got my nose done the other day, its doing good, but I cant put hoops in cuz its pierced to low and in a really awkward angle. He was passive aggressive about everything, my friend had her phone off and in her lap and and he got mad about it, like she was in the chair and hardly got a chance to sit down and he was already freaking out about it.

I cant believe I never asked for her name but the BADASS PIERCER WOMAN IN THE CORNER ROOM IS THE BEST. I received a defective tragus earring for Christmas and it was quite the debacle. It just kept coming out after I initially came to her to put the earring in. It came it out so many times that I stopped at OToole, bc I reside in IL, where I was given two really sketchy earrings for the while I was waiting for a new ones (in their defense, I knew the earrings werent in good shape and they were super cheap). When I finally had a shiny new replacement for the defective one, I went back to ynotink to see BA piercer to again to put my now functional matching set in for me and the earrings OTs piercer, who is very touchy btw, gave me wouldnt budge! She was calm and patient, sympathetic to the discomfort, and most importantly, she didnt give up on me and I appreciate that greatly. She got the earrings out after much hard work, I still have all of my ear and I now have brand new beautiful gaudily decorated tragusi to show off. I got my rook pierced and it rejected 4 days later because it was pierced too deep. I cleaned it like any other piercing now I can’t get it done again and I waited like 6 years to get the piercing the threading on the piercing jewelry was awful….

This place does not deserve 1 star! I had a piercing on Sunday and ball came off and then after being put back on came off again and jewelry broke off st work today. Called and was laughed at on how I was instructed to take care of it and was told some piercing works some does not....than laughed again. Eat is swollen and infected. Worst experience and worst customer service!!!!!We

Had a piercing rejected then went back for help and got told to wait a couple days. Had to get piercing cut out of my ear. I used to trust them with all my piercings but now I am looking for a new place.

I went to get paired studs 2 days ago, the piercer was really nice and made sure that they were even and everything :) and it was really affordable too!

Tony and his staff are the best in the area. His artwork is incredible and I have been honored to be his client for 6 years. If you want quality ink, you have to pay quality 💰. I wouldnt trust anyone more with my bodys artwork.

I will never come back to this place my ear was in pain for a month & it was so so so infected. This is the 3rd piercing I’ve gotten done here and it was either not straight or didn’t heal right.

Went in to get my nose pierced with my friend and Adam was rude and passive aggressive. I ended up bleeding and Adam didnt care much at all, just not very professional

Overcharging for tattoos. Tony charged me by the hour, worked extremely slow on purpose it seemed. He took over an hour to shade a red section in my tattoo. After it healed, its scared and unrecognizable. When i brought this to Tonys attention and he just wanted to argue with me. Now I am uglier and unhappy. Awful business ethics. Never go here.

So as a transgender person it’s really hard for these type of things to go down, just because of showing your ID and stuff… But the staff was extremely kind and welcoming and very professional and it meant a lot that they acknowledged the person on my ID was not the same they were looking atThank you guys for making me fee comfortable! :)
