They were wonderful!! They do a consultation for minors. To make sure they are ready and are the ones wanting the piercing. They explain the whole process to them, show them everything, and then do the piercing with them a different day when theyve had time to think about it.He answered every single question she asked and was very responsive.The studio was clean and organized, proper precautions were taken, and they were patient.Overall a fantastic experience.

First time going to Golden Hour Piercing Studio today and I was impressed. The staff were welcoming and knowledgeable. Olivia kept me at ease and talked me through everything, which helped with my anxiety over the piercing process. The shop was clean and had an overall great vibe. Im happy with my piercings and will definitely return for any future ones I decide on.

I took my 14 year old to get pierced and we had a great experience (sorry about the teen girl posse). I messaged them prior to booking to ensure I had all the correct documentation and they got back with me very quickly. The building was easy to find and the suite was clean with a very relaxed vibe. Our piercing artist provided an anatomy scan to determine the correct jewelry for my daughter (and this was when I realized exactly why my belly button piercing rejected not once but twice years ago 😂). They were friendly and provided all of the education needed for my daughter to make an informed choice.

Got my nose pierced at Golden Hour March of 2023 & Ty made the experience so much less stressful than it should have been (needles coming at my face freak me out) & I will never forget how comfortable I felt! I knew when it was time for my baby girl to get her ears pierced for the first time at 13, I wanted it to be with someone who would make her feel that comfortable, walk her through every step, be gentle with her nerves, & have the professionalism & knowledge like Ty! Soooo, I booked her with Ty! Kylee walked us through the aftercare & picking the jewelry & she was equally as wonderful & sweet! My little teenager loved the experience, as nervous as she was, & she’s feeling like a cutie patootey with her new sparkles in her ears!!

I went in with my best friend to gets new piercings together and I have never felt more welcomed or valued by a piercer before. We were both pierced by Jordyn and she was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and made us feel extremely at ease. I had such a phenomenal experience at Golden Hour this past weekend. I came in for three ear piercings (rook, conch, 3rd lobe on one side). My 3rd lobe was botched the first time, with one side healed over and the other significantly lower than it should be. Jordyn spent a good amount of time looking at my anatomy, picking out good sizing for my jewelry, and even recommended stacking the third lobe that was too low so it looked intentional.The shop is so clean, all the staff are friendly, and the process is private and well-explained. I felt safe and taken care of the entire time.Gosh I love my ears. Please go here!

Both me and my 3.5 year old daughter have been pierced by the staff here now. They did an exceptional job with my daughter, they had a free consultation to visit the shop, meet the piercers, talk about pricing and help my daughter feel comfortable. Day of my daughter was ecstatic and her piercer made sure she was comfortable and still willing during the whole process. The piercer took her time making sure everything was so clean and marking my child’s ears until we knew they were perfect. They gave us thorough written instructions on aftercare and the piercings healed so quickly.

I have gone to Olivia (the owner) since she was an apprentice. I love this shop. Yes, the jewelry can be pricey because they get the finest quality. However, they have cheaper options for those of us who just can’t pay that much for jewelry.I got my nose pierced by another person during Pride and could not be more happy with the outcome. I got a cheaper piece of jewelry as that’s what I could afford and had a great experience. They were running behind that day but it’s specifically because of the fact that they take such good care of clients. They ensure customers know what they need to know about care, the jewelry, anatomy, everything. I have had piercings from other places that have literally just been like “okay you’re good to go” with no information.Golden Hour is worth the drive, money, and deserves praise. When looking into them, keep in mind your budget so that you can communicate with them. Also, remember to book an appointment prior. They have it posted everywhere but in case you missed it somehow, they are appointment only (except for events) so that they can better care for each client.Edit: I just went and got hair tinsel and a tooth gem from Hannah. I added a picture for reference. I loved my experience with this as well with both Hannah and Ty. They were great conversationalists.

Five stars are seriously not enough for this place. They go above and beyond in everything. They walk you through the process, explaining everything they will be doing to make sure you are comfortable and knowledgeable about the piercing you are receiving. Kylee walked me through picking out your jewelry with expert knowledge about every piece. Ty, my piercer, was just as amazing. He was thorough and precise. Everything was so clean, and he took his time with the measurements. All of the staff here are amazing and went beyond what I was expecting. I will only be getting piercings from here from now on! Seriously, it doesn’t get any better than this. Thank you so much for everything you all do!

I took my 6 year old daughter here for a consultation after seeing the great reviews. She had her ears pierced when she was 3 with a terrible outcome after one got infected so we both went in a little nervous to have it done again. Ty was calm, informative and wonderful in interacting with her. The studio is nice and everything is clean. I highly suggest this place!

One of the best piercing shops I have ever been too! I got my helix pierced and the process was so smooth and personalized. I made an appointment for a septum piercing - I assumed mine was closed because I hadn’t worn jewelry in it for around 8 years. Nope, she was wide open! Ty helped me pick out a new ring that was well-fitted. A huge step up from the mall jewelry I used to wear many years ago and guaranteed in the event anything happens to it.They were so nice and didn’t make me feel silly for not knowing it was still open. I’ve gone through some pretty major personal things lately and having a nice piece of jewelry back in makes me feel like me again.The studio is a gorgeous space too! I will absolutely be back and will recommend to others.

I got my first cartilage piercing today (nose) with Jordyn and my experience was fantastic! Jordyn is such a gem and made sure than I knew everything I could think of ahead of doing the piercing and was just wonderful. There was a beautiful selection of jewelry to choose from, and I was even asked what my future plans for the piercing were to ensure that the placement would be perfect for what I wanted. The studio was spotless and I felt that everything was sterilized and clean as can be. I would recommend this studio to anyone and I look forward to coming back in the future!

I visited Golden Hour this afternoon for my 4th and 5th piercings by them. The shop is spotless. The staff is welcoming, friendly, funny, and knowledgeable. They explain things thoroughly and never rush through answering your questions. Today cemented what Id already decided - I will never go anywhere else for a piercing, and I will recommend them to everyone I know and anyone I dont know who mentions getting a piercing.

I have been a long time client of Olivia back when she worked in a tattoo shop and have seen her grow so much over the years as a piercer and a business owner. This was my first time coming to Golden Hour Piercing, and when you first walk in, the place has such a good feel and a very welcoming atmosphere! I had to make an appointment because my medusa broke off from my blanket snagging it. She and her staff made sure to give me the upmost care and got me all fixed up with a new bar and jewelry stud for my medusa.i am so happy with how my new piece turned out and she focuses now on very high quality jewelry, I think my medusa has white gold and diamond in it and the clarity and shine is beautiful. Please dont hesitate to give Golden Hour a chance, you will not be disappointed!!

Its a great place to get a piercing. The shop has a friendly atmosphere. The body piercer, Jordan, made me feel comfortable and gave me clear follow-up instructions.

Had a great experience getting my first facial piercings. Jordyn was my piercer. She and Kylee explained everything to me before and during the process and were happy to answer all my questions. Jordyn took extra consideration for my piercings based on my anatomy, and the fact that it was my first one. We took extra time to adjust the placement markings before the piercing, to make sure it was right where I wanted it. And she made it very clear when the needle would actually go into my skin so I was ready.Im very happy with how they turned out and I feel very well prepared to work on healing them. They said I could send in photos if anything looked irregular with the piercings, if I just wanted reassurance about how they were healing, so that was nice.Just make sure you make an appointment before coming in. Research the parking options in Oregon District beforehand. It was a bit difficult to find street parking, even at 3pm on a Thursday. And have some reference photos ready for how you want your piercing to look.

Hands down the best staff around- very professional. I took my daughter to get her nose pierced for her birthday. And they were very thorough, So welcoming, And carry some very beautiful jewelry. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Just got my septum repierced at a large gauge. I love everyone I’ve met so far at Golden Hour. I’m a wee bit of a piercing fanatic and chose to go to Golden Hour, even though it’s an hour drive, because of how knowledge and current they are. They only have body safe jewelry and they order from the best companies (literally). If they don’t have the piece you want in stock, they can order it for you (if it’s safe)!! Everyone is super knowledgable and up-to-date and following APP standards.The piercing experience was a breeze. Jordyn did it freehand and got it ✨perfect. Such talent and precision. Her bedside manner is impeccable. She kept me calm and informed of what was happening the entire time. Kylie, the shop manager, is just as knowledgable as the piercers, which you don’t see at every piercing shop, and is a major plus. She is so sweet and such a blast to talk to. Ty is just a big sweetheart too and also insanely knowledgeable and super comforting. The studio called me the following day to check on how things were going and I loved that.Other positives:- Accessible studio (no stairs to get in and no stairs to get to the piercing room)- LGBTQ+ affirming (they asked me my pronouns which I’m super appreciative of)I can’t wait to go back and get more piercings from them!!

I just left with my new septum piercing from Golden Hour. I cannot begin to explain how in love with this shop I am. They were very organized, diligent, clean, and very kind and welcoming people. Today 5/13/24 my 6yo daughter and I had a consultation for ear lobe piercings that my daughter has been wanting for a while now and Jordyn went ABOVE and BEYOND to make my daughter feel comfortable, welcomed, listened to and educated on what would be happening when she comes back in for her piercing. Jordyn talked to my daughter about all the ins and outs, made sure she was aware that is was her decision and that if she is ever at any point unsure or uncomfortable that it is OK to say no and come back at a later time. Jordyn also helped her pick out her new earrings to make her birthday special and custom to what she wants. My daughter is so excited to go back on her birthday later this week to get her ears pierced and has not stopped talking about Jordyn since we left. My momma heart is so happy that my daughter was so welcomed and talked to with such respect. 10/10 customer service. We will definitely be back for the actual piercing. Anyone with littles who are expressing interest in getting their ears pierced should 100% look into this shop they were absolutely amazing.

An experience like no other. I was able to snag a last minute appointment with the owner, Olivia to get my cheeks pierced. From the very beginning, the communication with the staff was top notch. I was greeted immediately when arriving, and the building is absolutely beautiful, with the most pleasing aesthetic. The process was super easy and the staff walked me through every step. Olivia took her time, was extremely informative and just all around fun. She was also upfront about everything which I very much appreciated. So ive been getting piercings for 4-5 years now. this was the most professional, clean, & safe place ive been to.when i initially walked in the vibes and aesthetic was immaculate. even though i didn’t have an appointment everything was fast i was in and out 45 mins tops (including consultation, jewelry pick out sterilization of the jewelry, & the piercing itself). they did a very good job explaining everything to me to the best of my understanding & was very patient. everything was just so professional and they explained ,for some of my piercings that i did want, that i didnt have the anatomy for it so i shouldn’t get it, or other options instead of. but i know piercers that would of just done it and took the money & let me learn my own mistakes. i will be back & i do recommend going to this shop. i got my nipples done.

I got my nose pierced at Golden Hour Piercing by the owner, Olivia, back when they first opened. She pierced both my best friend and I. She was so personable, caring, and knowledgeable. We felt so comfortable and safe in her presence. She even took the time to send me piercing shops that were accredited to where I was moving to in a whole different country. I went back about 6 months later to have my jewelry changed and bought some new pieces. While the prices are somewhat high compared to “mall” jewelry, it’s because it’s extremely high quality and will literally last you a lifetime. It’s not cheaply made and is DEFINITELY NOT going to turn green.This is not your “average” piercing shop. These people are very well trained and knowledgeable about what they’re doing. I recommend anyone in the area to go here for information regarding piercings they have/want, getting pierced, buying quality jewelry, etc. A truly wonderful place.

Amazing first experience at Golden Hour! Everything was explained thoroughly. I came in for a shopping experience for an existing piercing, and Ty inserted this lovely tri-stone piece. I had an MRI that week and the jewelry I picked was safe to wear so I was pretty excited I didnt need to remove it before my procedure but this studio offers removal and insertion of new jewelry. Would recommend 😊

I had a good experience here. I got my nostril pierced and then a little over a year later I came back and got new jewelry. I like their jewelry because its not like what you would buy at Walmart. Its threaded and so I dont worry about it showing or falling out. It feels more secure. Olivia is lovely as well as her staff, and theyve recently expanded and it looks wonderful. I will definitely go back.

Just got my high nostrils done here. I would highly recommend anyone wanting to get pierced to go here. Really beautiful studio, you can tell they put a lot of thought and care into making this a nice experience for people. The staff are wonderful and very knowledgeable. Jordyn was my piercer and she did a fantastic job. I am someone who cares probably too much about symmetry and have taken out piercings before because they were uneven. I greatly appreciate the time, care, and attention Jordyn took in making sure my piercings were even and that I was comfortable the whole time.

My favorite thing about Golden Hour Piercing is the high quality selection of beautiful jewelry. There is nothing like it in Dayton - even the high end jewelry stores in the area don’t have large selections of gold and natural stone piercing jewelry. I love the ownership and new piercers. I have been pierced by Olivia and Ty and both were great experiences. I plan on continuing to support this place and upgrade my earscape! I’ve made several purchases without regret! I scheduled to repierce my Philtrum(medusa) after being blown off by one piercer in Huber Heights and another tattoo shop had hours online but I showed up and the doors were locked 2 hours early with no explaination. They got me in quickly with no hassle. I did not catch the front desk attendants name but she went above and beyond to make my partner and I feel comfortable during the paperwork, jewelery selection (hands down the best jewelery I have seen in a shop) and payment procedure. Then Jordyn, my piercer, was extremely professional, all the while keeping me calm with her steady hands and gentle demeanor. I did not feel rushed or uncomfortable at any point during my 45 minute appointment. The front door is locked at all times creating a very personable atmosphere. This isnt your typical tattoo shop or piercing studio, it is an Experience. Whether you are a veteran to body modifications or a first timer; I highly recommend this studio, Jordyn in particular.

I was so excited and curious about GH when I heard it was coming to the Oregon District. I must admit I was intimidated by the booking experience and trying to schedule the right thing. They take their work and their time very seriously I didnt want to make a mistake. Well, I absolutely did make a mistake in scheduling but they were so kind and generous about it, it wasnt an issue at all. I immediately felt at ease and trusted them. I was really impressed with the depth of their knowledge and the extent to which they cared about both me and their work. It was a lovely experience, especially compared to all the piercing experiences i have had before (Claires, tattoo shops, etc). I highly recommend making an appointment and reaching out to them if you need help booking the right thing. They are so quick to respond and very welcoming.

Ty and Olivia were amazing with my piercings! I had a nose piercing pop out and I couldn’t get it back through and it was painful to deal with. That brought me and fixed my back up with a new earring and post and I’ve had no issues since. Then I got two more piercings done since then. I had some issues with one in particular piercing and they walked me through it and even had me come in to change out a post free of charge. I prefer the appointment only approach as it feels more intimate and all focus is on me which makes the experience better.

Really great service. From start to end of appointment. So many different options in jewelry too. Kylie was so informative during check in and post op. Jordyn found jewelry that I liked and stayed in my budget, she did not make me feel pressured. Jordyn also did excellent when piercing my rook! Such a great place. I can’t wait to come back

Absolutely wonderful from the start, this will be my new go to shop for piercings. I contacted Golden Dawn to see about having a recent and very misaligned piercing from another shop corrected. I made an appointment and had my anatomy consultation with Jordyn who was absolutely wonderful. Great bedside manner, kind, understanding, everything was great. Determined that the piercing was indeed very crooked so she removed it. I came back a month later and had the location pierced correctly and I now have a correctly aligned piercing! Amazing shop. Lovely staff. So happy with my experience and looking forward to more piercings and jewelry upgrades. Thank you guys!!

I’ve had my nose pierced back in March by Ty and cartilage by Jordan on 11/2023. I’ve had a wonderful experience with the staff they are all so helpful at Golden Hour! I had a procedure done on 12/13/23 as you know no jewelry can be worn during a procedure. The staff was so helpful answering my questions through FB messenger. The date for my procedure was changed 3 times and staff was flexible with the date of my downsize cartilage. They didn’t get irritated with how many times I reached out with questions and was eager to answer questions. Yesterday I had a difficult time getting my nose stud back in and Jordan was happy to assist!! Pleaseee check them out you won’t be disappointed ❤️🫶🏻🫶🏻

I saw Jordan yesterday to get my nostril pierced. I was a bit nervous, especially after having my nose pierced once before which wasnt a good experience (not done by Golden Hour). Jordan was so incredibly sweet and educational. She explained each and every step she was doing, and made sure I felt good about the piercing placement before she ever actually pierced my nose. The actual piercing process was a bit uncomfortable, but I felt good knowing which step was about to happen because of Jordans communication. Im excited to go back in a couple of weeks for a checkup on the piercing, and hopefully end up with a hoop after everything has healed. Also shout out to Kylee who is the studio manager and works the front desk. Shes extremely knowledgeable and very sweet. I cant recommend Golden Hour enough:)

I took my 8 yr old daughter to get her ears pierced at Golden Hour Piercing. My daughter is on the autism spectrum and had been asking for about a year to get her ears pierced. I found Golden Hour and booked a consultation and it made me feel so at ease of the process and my daughter was even more excited to get her ears pierced. We came back for her big day and the piercings went better than I ever expected. Our piercer (Olivia?) Was VERY patient, took breaks when my daughter needed, and was very assuring. Awesome service, awesome ambiance, awesome jewelry.

Olivia, Ty, and Kylee are some of the sweetest humans I’ve met. They all love what they do and are psyched to help your piercing dreams come true! They run a no-pressure shop, encouraging you to take your time, and will patiently show you every piece you ask to see. They’re also pretty intuitive and will quickly learn your tastes, pulling jewelry you may not have thought you’d like. The shop is super clean and inviting. I’ve been to two other places in the Dayton area, but I’ll only go to Golden Hour as long as I have something to pierce!

Great experience! I got my nostril pierced by Ty. This was my first piercing aside from my earlobes as a child. Everything was explained thoroughly and the selection of jewelry was beautiful but some of it can be rather expensive. Luckily, there were plenty of selections for people like me that dont necessarily have a lot of extra money to spend on jewelry at the moment.Ill definitely be returning in the future for more!

I went to golden hour to upgrade my jewelry to something more high-end. I’ve been referred here by so many people and was excited to have a pro curate my jumbled mess of earrings in a few older piercings. I’m so happy I finally went!!!!!! I loved the new moonstone conch piece so much that I ended up having my nose pierced with an adorable little gold disk. Golden hour is gorgeous, exceptionally clean and the staff is amazing. Because I educate myself on good jewelry and proper aftercare, I know the importance of choosing a reputable business. And golden hour is my new go to place for piercings and jewelry from now on. You guys are the best!!!!!

I have been to the studio several times now and have been pleased with every single appointment. It is easy to schedule, the policies are clear, the studio is clean, and everyone that works there is friendly, knowledgable, and professional. An appointment allows for plenty of time to shop, there are so many gorgeous pieces it is hard to choose but they are great about helping to select pieces that will look beautiful and be comfortable. Whether it is your first or tenth piercing, they are great.

I’ve only gotten one piercing here and it was back in January when I was living in the Dayton area, but I would gladly drive over an hour to come here again and wish they’d been open sooner so I could have gone to them for my other piercings!! They were so sweet, welcoming, and helpful. I recommend all my Dayton friends to go here. I went to two other Dayton shops and Golden Hour is the best in the area.

Have been to multiple piercing studios (in Columbus and Cincinnati) before and was excited to see Dayton had opened its own, and it didnt disappoint! Very clean, had adorable decor, and staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable who are not just trying to get you in and out the door but rather give you time and attention to make sure your piercing is really what YOU want. Jordyn was very thorough in explaining everything she was doing as she did it; while Ive had many piercings before, this was my first in years so I really appreciated her taking the time to walk me through everything and Im sure first time piercees appreciate it just as much. They seem to really love their job, take pride in their work, and care about their clients (both in the moment and in their ongoing satisfaction and piercing/healing health). Highly recommend this studio! They have a really cute selection of high end jewelry from hard-to-access designers as well!

If you ever consider getting pierced but are nervous or have any anxieties in general about the process I will always recommend coming here.I have gotten a total of 7 piercings from Olivia and if I had more room I’d get even more from her. I took my 13-year-old daughter to Golden Hour for a double lobe piercing and she had the BEST experience! I found Golden Hour through the recommendation from a friend, and am so glad I did! I got my septum pierced by Ty and he was incredibly helpful and patient with me. He took time to show me various types of jewelry and gave me options to choose from. Kylee was also very helpful and patient in explaining the care instructions. The staff clearly care a lot about their clients and want to make sure they are comfortable during the appointment and happy with their piercing. Id really recommend coming here and will definitely be returning in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this studio. First, the booking is super easy, and the piercings artists themselves are all angels. I had Ty, who is an absolute sweetheart and went through every step of the piercing process with me. The piercing itself was so quick- I got my lip pierced, and I literally could not have asked for a better experience. The vibes of the studio are immaculate, and everythings sterilized and clean. I have been wanting to get my nose pierced since I was 16, at 32 I finally was able to do it! The experience I had at Golden Hour was everything I could have imagined. Staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. Their studio is clean and their jewelry is high end. I will absolutely be back in the future (even with my 60 min drive one way!!)

Best piercers EVER. Literally the sweetest human beings. They hold your hand through the entire process and are extremely attentive during appointments. I was so nervous to get my first piercings and now Ive gotten stabbed a total of eight times. The only problem is I dont have much more space on my ears!!!

I made an appointment here as soon as I found out about this place! I was so happy to see a professional piercing studio here in Dayton that isn’t also a tattoo shop. As someone with over 15 piercings, I know what to look for in a piercer and Olivia was just that! She did a fantastic job piercing my navel and ears. This was my first time going to Golden Hour, and I am so so happy I went!I had the classic dilemma of losing the ball pin on my threadless jewelry for my helix piercing. I was so upset about the hole possibly closing since it had fallen out and I was unaware until hours later (I had gotten the threadless jewelry elsewhere, NOT from Golden Hour)!I called Golden Hour to make sure I was making the right appointment through their online scheduler (the person on the phone was very understanding and I really appreciate them) and I was able to schedule a Shopping Appointment the SAME DAY. When I got there, the whole place was very clean- I had no concerns about sanitization whatsoever.Ty was the one who handled my appointment, and was incredible. We looked through a myriad of options! I never felt as if I needed to rush, and I never felt that my curiosity for looking at several pieces was annoying. We were able to chat and joke around. After finding the option best for me, Ty took me into the piercing room and properly washed in and gloved up. I did not need a re-piercing or anything, but he did use a taper in order to get my piercing to a more common size, which is so helpful!Its the day after my appointment as of writing this review, and my piercing is so much better! The jewelry I got from Golden Hour is definitely calming my piercing down. Its gorgeous, as well! It is an internally threaded piece.Thank you to Ty and Golden Hour for taking me on! Ive been looking for a long time for a piercing studio to go to regularly, and I think Ive finally found it. Ill definitely be coming back soon!

Last week, I took my teen daughter to Golden Hour for birthday piercings. Jordyn was AWESOME!They were informative, honest, and very concerned with making sure my daughter felt heard and cared for. They explained the entire process with the best attention to detail. They were kind, thorugh, and exactly what I would want in a studio that accepts children. I am super impressed by the professionalism and knowledge given today during my nostril piercing and my sons ear lobe piercing!Both Kylee and Olivia were personable, and very professional, as well as super fun and nice. I have had many piercings in the past but not anywhere near the information was given as there was today. The shop was clean and private. They sterilize the jewelry right there before the initial piercing with a statim sterilizer. The process was perfect from beginning to end. I am very impressed by their service. I would recommend to anyone searching for a private and clean facility with people who listen and care about what they do. I am excited to continue my business there!!

Staff is very knowledgeable, but the jewelery is expensive. You get what you pay for, though, and a piercing is not something I would cheap out on.

I got my first piercing here and it was excellent! The studio doesnt have much decoration outside, but the inside was very clean and comfortable. I was pierced by the owner, Olivia. I was very nervous but she helped me stay calm and walked me though the whole process. Afterwards, she gave me clear instructions on how to care for the piercing and a physical list to remind me. I would absoloutely recommend this studio to anyone that wants a piercing!

Excellent service and a great place to get pierced. They walk you through everything you need to know before, during and after the piercing, give you time if you’re waffling a bit on jewelry and which piercings you want, like I was, and they are super clean. They even put the jewelry through a sterilizer before piercing. I also liked that they have a locked door, and that your appointment time is pretty much yours alone, which made me feel really safe and comfortable in my visit. 5/5, definitely going here for all my piercings in the future.

I went in for two very private piercings today which were done by Ty. I was nervous but he put me at ease right away. He was methodical, helpful and friendly. He obviously knows what he is doing. He explained the after care and went out of his way to explain all the ways I can reach them if I need anything or if I have concerns or questions. I learned so much in this appointment today. I will definitely come back here for all of my family’s piercing needs.

I must admit when I saw the reviews were all 5 star I was a bit skeptical, like really ALL 5 star. But after having my experience  u see that 5star,lol. I received nipple piercings 3/15/23 and they made it so comfortable for me, they  are super knowledgeable about what they do and are willing to answer any questions you have.  I wouldnt be doing the review justice for others if I didnt mention they are quite expensive, but whats that saying... you get what you pay for! and the quality of the jewelry is awesome and the choices are so pretty (I was expecting typical silver bar and balls  but nope)and  they will customize order for you if youd like, so this is what you want if youre going for any type of piercings, they roll out the red carpet for ya and willing to hold your hand through the healing process-their exact words. Ty was my piercer and he was freaking awesome,  I just knew I was gonna be in pain and bugging on the table but NO.  They definitely earn/deserve those 5 stars.

I found out about golden hour by my mancurist who had her tooth gems done by Chelsea at the studio. I have been wanting one for a long time but did not know of anyone. Chelsea was great, my gem came out awesome. While I was there I decided to get my nose re-pierced. Ty happened to be available to do it right away. Walked me thru the whole process. Picked out my jewlery (which I will add like a previous review, it is a little expensive) but its real 18k white gold with a real gem in the middle. It will be a piece for life weither in my nose or in another piercing I have. The actual piercing itself went smooth. Ty was very gentle, I did not feel any pain what so ever. Highly recommend this studio!!!

I have had several piercings done by Olivia. She is beyond amazing at what she does! She explains the entire process, she’s extremely clean and makes sure you’re okay the entire time.

Recently got a piercing and just a few days later it was extremely swollen, red, bleeding, and hurt to touch. I’ve never had any problems with piercings before, even the 6 i’ve done on myself, until I came to this place. When I got the piercing I was able to see the bar in the back but now it’s completely pressed against my skin from swelling. I’ve been cleaning it 3 times a day and haven’t been sleeping on it or touching it so obviously they did something wrong.

This new shop is professional and carries only high quality jewelry. Good to finally have an upscale piercing studio available in Dayton, go support small businesses!

I’ve gone to Olivia for piercings before but this time I went for her to remove some old dermals that had continuously caused issues. She was calm during a frustrating removal and was even able to make me laugh a few times. Taylor was there and ready to be of any assistance they could be. This post is late, I came in during pride. The way they try to upsell the jewelry is nuts and they dont tell you or show other options, when I was escorted to pick out jewelry I asked if they had any light pink, and was told no. I found a piece i liked, the other girl asked me if I knew the price.. 200 something dollars. Then when I couldnt afford it that day. She gave a (really good..) option to pay it off. (Get it that day and it comes out of your check four times..) I finally just asked if they have any like typical starting out, cheaper jewelry. (Because I found it weird that it was so fancy at the start.) I was escorted to an area that I didnt even get shown the first time. And there was the pink, in almost exact shade I imagined too.I dont know exactly what made this woman lie and say no light pink. If her idea of light is different than mine? (Still mean business move seeing as its on MY face and MY vision..) like there were even other colors in that case that werent in the original. So I backed out..

Olivia has been my piercing artist for a few years now and I’ve always had a wonderful experience with her. I recently went to get previous piercings resized after the swelling went down (totally normal to have swelling with this piercing). We caught up like friends and she switched out the piercing with almost no pain.

Just had a bad experience when talking to a worker kinda felt like I was talked down to and I didn’t like being interrupted so much(I feel the the owner responding to my comments shows kind of how you can expect to be treated there.

Drove over an hour to get there to find out its by appointment only nobody never answers the phone so if youre going to go down there try to make sure that you get an appointment before driving down there.
