For my second tattoo removal appointment today, nobody was there. I walked into a completely dark office, called them & they said it’s because I scheduled online and nobody was available (why is scheduling online an issue and why did no one notify me?) Well since I made the drive, they said to go to their Beavercreek location. They forgot about me in the room, so I left. I was liking this place, but there’s other med spas.

The staff are pretty unprofessional. You would think that even though you’re paying thousands for your service, you would be treated more nicely than if you were going to a grocery store. Be warned, when they quote prices, they do not quote the full price and only the discounted price if you were to do multiple services with them to make it seem like their services are cheaper than other spas. During my consultation with Robin, she didn’t offer much information and I felt like I had to continue asking questions just to understand the services and that I was a bother to her that I was asking questions. A spa service is not a necessity, it is a want so you would think customer service in this field would be phenomenal, however, that is not the case with this location. I underwent a laser treatment to get rid of my acne scarring and pigmentation, however now I’m left with extra pigmentation on my face done by Robin. Do your research and you can get the services done at another spa where the staff treats you better and the environment/vibe feels more like luxurious to match the price that you’re paying.

Love the Beavercreek location. I have been a client of Susans for the past 4 months. She is the Best!!! Shes beyond professional, very informative and has lots of pride in her work. She has provided me amazing guidance in taking care of my body. I couldnt be happier with my results these far. I highly recommend her and will refer anyone and everyone that is interested in getting the best results!

I go here semi-regularly to get Botox done. I’ve also had lip filler and filler for my smiles lines done. All my work has been done by Robyn! She is an absolute delight and I’ve always left happy and satisfied with her work. She always answers any questions I may have.I posted a before and after photo so you can see the difference in my lips. I absolutely LOVE my new pouty plump lips 👄!

I have been with Pure MD for about a year now since I have moved to Dayton. I receive Botox from Robin, the emsculpt neo from Susan and Ashley does my micro needling. I have had nothing, but positive results and so far I am extremely happy with the service. The salon is nice, cozy and they make you feel at home. There are always nice specials on prices. I recommend this business to anyone who is seeking to make their appearance better. I have had amazing results with all three procedures as well as fantastic customer service.

I was there to get a tattoo removal, she offered me buy 4 sessions get one free at $600 a session she said it would be gone, well after my sessions it’s still there. She wanted me to come back for more. They put it on low settings to get more sessions out of you. Anyways, go somewhere else.

Love this place! Hours are accessible for those that work office hours. I love that I don’t need to take off work for an appointment. They always get me in and out super fast. Always super friendly too. :)

I have been going to PureMD for approx 5 months. During this time I have only been disappointed once but PureMD more than compensated for my time. All the employees are delightful and helpful. Susan is the esthetician that I go to and she is always pleasant, positive and accommodating. The prices are competitive and they have open houses that offer a variety of special pricing.

I wish I had found this place sooner for my ring finger tattoo removal. I previously visited a plastic Surgeon in the area for two laser treatments that didn’t do much of anything. Pure MD did more in my one visit than the previous two visits combined at a plastic surgeons office!!!From the consultation to the first treatment the staff impressed me with their professionalism and bedside manner. They always made me feel comfortable and informed me of what was going on. Before I left I was already scheduled for my next appointment.The actual laser removal process isn’t too bad. I have had three sessions with them so far and love my results. The pricing is great. I have had three sessions so far and can see an noticeable difference!I enjoyed the laser tattoo removal so much I tried a laser facial treatment. It was amazing! It removed the sun spots under my eyes on my face with one treatment. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for laser tattoo removal or a laser facial Treatment. You won’t be disappointed.

Detailed reviewI rarely take time to write reviews, however I felt compelled to write this one. First off this is not my first time going to a local cosmetic surgeon. This is however my only time being compelled to write a glowing review. I am so pleased to be a client here. I have had fillers, Botox as well as liposuction and halo face treatments.Each time I have been greeted and assisted in my treatments by Susan, honestly I didnt even know workers like Susan still existed. She is so amazing. Susan has helped me so much I really cant even put all the compliments into words. Her skillset, understanding and kindness are simply top notch, truly incredible. My aftercare with Susan has been as amazing as the results of the treatments themselves. I can only say that she has been there to answer all my questions when I was uncertain or nervous, and to provide the aftercare and therapeutic sessions that have made all the difference.I am also so happy with the outcomes and wonderful work as well as the bedside manners of Doctor Gupta. Doctor Gupta is the absolute best Doctor you will find and now I am shocked to have found him in Dayton, Ohio. His skillset is off the charts amazing. He has always shown patience with me and I am a super high maintenance client. He has never gotten frustrated or at least never shows any frustration towards me. Full disclosure I am seriously a difficult client as I ask many questions and expect great results evetime. I have received nothing short of amazing results and detailed answers to every question so that says a lot about the Docs kindness.The following are the treatments Ive had at Pure MD and my happiness with results.Liposuction; Absolute great results, combined the doctors masterful skills with Susans amazing aftercare I am so happy with my results. If you are considering this life changing procedure go to Pure MD, seriously!Halo laser treatment on face; I have had 4 of these over the course of 2 years and my skin looks years younger and my sun spots and other imperfections are practically non existent now. It is somewhat painful but only for a couple hours and then after 5-7 days you will look years younger. All the years of skin products amounted to very little. This actually works as promised between this and liposuction I can not recommend more highly.Fillers eye trough; I have had two sessions in three years and Doctor Gupta is a master he is hands down the best in the area. I have been to Ideal Image locally and couldnt be more disappointed in literally every service they provide.Botox; I have had several treatments here and others at previously mentioned providers and its like night and day. Meagan is a trained expert and takes the time to get the perfect results by analyzing your muscles and wrinkles. I get my botox done here by Robin and she is absolutely phenomenal! Shes very professional and makes you feel at ease. I always look forward to my appointments with her. The facility itself is also extremely nice. I highly recommend checking this place out.

Truly enjoyed the experience plus my skin looks years younger!Ms. Mullen spoke so quietly and worked so delicately that I truly relaxed, better than a massage. She explained each step, terrific! Looking forward to my next treatment.

Best cosmetic surgeon in town hands down bar none Susan at the beavercreek Pier MD location at the green did my aftercare for all of my services and my gosh I cannot say enough about the care and consideration that I have received and felt at every appointment that Ive had for aftercare has been absolutely amazing my progress has been documented and shared with me really guys if youre thinking about anything from fillers, liposuction, Botox you cannot get better service you cannot find a better cosmetic surgeon then Dr Gupta and Im just saying this because its absolutely true look at my reviews I do not give good reviews unless theyre warranted. I originally went to the one on woodman to the doctor for my first session , and followed up with the nurse practitioner at the location in the greene.. and she fixed my lip injections and I got Botox from her as well. She is amazing and is so nice ! She explains everything and answers any questions you have ! They fix any problems you may have to make things right ! I will be going to her for future things I need done ! Also the receptionist (I’m horrible with names) was so nice ! My prior visit the other woman who handles the reward (alle) didn’t put my points in for my first visit , and when I went to the greene she put everything in for me after my appointment !

I have had several procedures done. From Botox to lip injections. Very satisfied with those! Dr Gupta is gentle, explains all procedures. The staff is kind and very professional. I also had liposuction and scar removal. I can not say enough good things. I had gone to Sono Bella and Dr Gupta finished the work they began. Paid them too much money. Wish I had gone to PureMD first. The fat removal really helped my figure. I finally have a flat stomach. I also had my live handles removed. I look and feel fantastic. The follow up included Skin Tite, continues to add to the tone of my abdomen. I had my upper arms done and they too look like the arms I had long ago. I am 65 and went down 2 sixes. Please go see Dr Gupta and the staff at Pure MD. Wonderful!

Dr. Gupta did laser hair removal for my 11 year old daughters uni-brow that she was super self conscious about. The treatment was painless for her. It boosted her self esteem and made entering middle school easier without having to worry about being picked on. The laser technology was the latest, the staff was knowledgeable and kind and made her visit easy!! I would recommend this practice for any one!!

I had lipo in my abdominal and inner thighs , I love the staff Adelina Susie and the other talk Blonde girl I forget her name and the other girls they are absolutely Awesome they go above and beyond to really take care of you they have great amazing attitudes and are very knowledgeable I highly recommend this place ,Also had forever 21and I think BBL the results were amazing I had one treatment but very noticeable and awesome look younger and I had a ton of challenging blemishes , I had lipo abdominal and legs I look way better but I need more work I gained after surgery I guess , I look way better than original ,would like to see more improvement in my legs so when I wear shorts I’m not so embarrassed, Overall I look better, I think I’m going to see what else can be done with legs Dr Gupta is a very carding Dr and he will do whatever it takes to make sure you look right and are taken care of . I have some very problematic areas that won’t go away was like that before surgery on my legs , So I’m a little bummed I wanted to wake up and have amazing legs lol I wear tons of dresses even in winter so my legs are always seen . I received Kybella injections and they were very good at explaining exactly what was going to happen and helping me to be comfortable during and after the procedure.

I had the microdermabrasion and Jessica was super sweet and fabulous! Great technique and really took her time and I liked the products they used. Its not a spa setting per se, like the overhead lights are a bit much and you don’t change into a robe or anything, Also I used a Groupon and didn’t feel judge because of it. Would book again.

This is a wonderful Medical Spa facility. The office is decorated lovely, clean, and professional. Jessica was exceptional, she took her time to explain everything and was very kind and personable. I have found my new Medispa!

I am so pleased with all of the treatments that I have had at PureMD! The facility is beautiful, the staff is friendly, and Dr. Gupta and Dr. Mehta are amazing! They take the time needed to ensure that you are comfortable and educated about the procedure and answered all of my questions. I have had several Botox and filler treatments over the last few years and I would not trust anyone else!

I have held back leaving a review over the past several years about my ‘smart lipo’ I had done here with Dr.Gupta. First off the procedure was not at all what I expected, it was very painful and very long. My initial recovery was pretty painful, but I am sure that differs from person to person. When I came back for my post procedure appointment I expressed my concern with being very un symmetrical, very lumpy and had hard tube like things under my skin and he just brushed it off and told me I needed to get more massages. So I did. After that I came back and he reluctantly sent me to his laser office to have some laser procedures done to tighten my skin. I was not an obese person, I just wanted a flatter stomach. After the lasers did nothing I went back and asked to see a different dr as I felt Dr. Gupta was very condescending and not hearing me. The second dr was so nice and understood my issues but as it isn’t his facility he couldn’t do anything. This has been 8 years and my stomach is still so messed up, I am very self conscious about the lumps and tube like marks all Over my abdominal area, my scars are very noticeable (at some point I will have to pay a dermatologist to re incise them) and I still have hard lumps on my sides. I would highly recommend doing your research before allowing someone to perform a procedure on your body. I did not do my research and learned the hard way. Dr. Gupta was not (May still not be?) a board certified plastic surgeon. The only reason I finally decided to leave this review is in hopes that it stops someone from ruining their body with a quick ‘fix’. I’m not the only person who has been left with these results from this dr.

I was so self conscience about my “double chin” and wanted to try something that I thought could maybe help a little.I decided to get the Facetite procedure. It was the most updated and innovative technology. WOW!!! This was not a little difference but a transformation. I absolutely was amazed what a difference this made. Not only did it tighten and make my 2nd chin disappear, but it made me look younger. I am so thrilled with the results I advocate to all my 40 and up friends and family. Not only did I get a new found confidence I have to say the staff was so nice, I was nervous and they were so informative and made me feel so comfortable and put me at ease. Then when Dr. Gupta came in he answered all my questions and was so gentle throughout the procedure, talking to me and making sure I was comfortable and at ease. This experience was so amazing I’m headed back for some Botox!! Thank you Pure MD!

I was interested in their services until I read very bad reviews of the doctors here. If you are considering this practice for any services, I would do a full extensive background check on the staff here. Travel outside of this city if you need to. Do NOT make your decision solely off of price. I will be traveling outside of Dayton for my services. Value your health and don’t just put it in the hands of anyone just because they have the credentials of being a doctor. RUN!

All the “doctor” cares mostly about is how much he can sell you on. He is pushy. I won’t go into detail but I wouldn’t not recommend him. Jackie and Jess do a great job with the services that they can do but I wouldn’t let the doctor recommend a thing to you. In my opinion, he is not as educated as he should be in this business and the reviews clearly show that.

Clean office/rooms, friendly staff, and service was exactly what I expected. Tattoo removal is pretty awesome to watch as they do it, also the blisters you get are also kinda cool in a gross way!

Maybe it was just me? I don’t know but I did not have the “amazing experiance” that is talked about. They advertise same day treatments and they advertise that they offer eyebrow and eyelash tinting, so I made an consultation appointment for this along with a weight loss option I was looking into. Price wise they advertise $40 for brows and lashes so naturally I’m like AWESOME!! But nope.. I got there and they didn’t even talk to me about that In my consultation and when I asked I was told to talk to the girl and the front desk for pricing and then they continues to talk to me about a 4K procedure that he can schedule for me soon. When I got to the front desk the women tells me THEY DONT OFFER BROW OR LASHES AT THAT LOCATION! Ok what? Shouldn’t I have been told that since THATS WHY I CAME!? Ugh and on top of that I felt so rushed in my consult :( I just left and when across the street to Sola Salons where my aunts work. I was able to get a life and tint appointment for my brows with one of the girls there, both my aunts are stylists there. I don’t know what I was thinking trying PureMD. Guess you can’t trust reviews.

I was here this morning for a zo stimulations peels and it was horrible. The esthetician’s never introduces herself, and she was stingy on using the product on me. She keeps on pumping one of the bottle and never open a new one to used because she was lazy to open a new one. And it was the quickest facial I have ever had. I think she thinks because I used a Groupon so that’s why she’s treating me like this. The Groupon was a 70$ zo peels. It’s not cheap! I will never come back here again! Ladies BEWARE!!!!!😡🤬😡

Purchased a Groupon for dermaplane and chemical peel. Jessica was professional and gave a good cleansing facial BUT I feel like she used a very dull instrument on my face. Ive had dermaplane before but not at pure md. I still had hair on my face and I broke out terribly on one cheek where she kept grinding the dull so called blade on my face. Wth? My face broke out in little white bumps like I had a rash from a razor. The peel was nice but I never got any peeling 🤷🏽‍♀️. Im so disappointed... thought I found a decent place. There is no excuse, she could have offered another service if her blade wasnt up to par or just rescheduled me. I wont go back. Nor will I send anyone there. I have pictures of the terrible breakout...wish I could post them here.

The customer service here is excellent, they make things affordable and scheduling is very flexible. Employees are excellent, i would highly recommend this med spa!

Please look up Dr Gupta before going here! He was a pain doctor on Woodman, that agreed to sell that practice due to all of his violations. He is also NOT A CERTIFIED PLASTIC SURGEON! I sure wish I would’ve before I went here.
