Krazy Katz Tattoos

9/4/2022We had an appointment on Aug. 19, 2022. My 16 yr old wanted a tattoo & Bryd was the artist. He was very friendly & it was not busy for a Friday. The price was very reasonable & it was a color tat. As of today it is still in the healing process but all in all it was a easy going process.

Frank has been my artist for 20 years now. I love his work. Most recently, he fixed up a tattoo that I got from another artist. Lesson learned, and I will not repeat that mistake.

This is my number one go to. As a collector, and after One or two not so ideal experiences with subpar artwork, I tend to be a bit snobbish about who I allow to contribute to some of my most prized possessions. Namely, my sleeve, I take my sessions very serious. Ink therapy is a very real thing. I was very pleasantly surprised to find not only some of the best artists, but also amazing therapists. And each artist in this place is not only very skilled, but specialized in various styles, and able to work with you on the piece of your dreams. Not only do they have a wine variety of talented artist, but they also have various skills you will find nowhere else.. My favorites are Kory because of his unique ability to help design something you imagine to be perfect and take it to the next level. Having done one of my favorite pieces on my sleeve, I constantly get compliments and questions about where my magical little frog came from. And, of course, Mike, the absolute quickest I’ve ever met, who can take a piece would’ve been too painful to finish under any other circumstances, and knock it out before you even have a chance to tap out. There are not many that I have considered quitting on but after putting a very detailed and intricate piece in an extremely tender spot on my chest, I was certainly not going to make it through otherwise. As he pulled the gun away from my collarbone, the first time I was in the process of telling him I was unable to sit any longer for this particular piece and would have to finish at another time. That’s when he informed me that we were done. I looked down and couldn’t hold tears back as I saw exactly what we had drawn up already imprinted beautifully across the front of my shoulder. Both pieces were very special and important to me, not that they all aren’t, but these even more so than most. I’m forever, grateful and looking forward to the chance to go back and get more.*pics coming

They did A absolutely 💯 great I couldnt ask for it to turn out better. If you are a frst timer or a tattoo veteran they are by far the best to go to.

Mike came in on his day off, understanding how important a local piece after my Fathers death was to me. I came in out of town so I was working on a timeline. Shop was very chill. Highly recommend.

I would not go anywhere else. The artists at this establishment are polite and extremely sanitary. They are just phenomenal individuals. If you need a tattoo I highly recommend Krazy Katz.

Clean place, nicely done work. Very happy with the everything turned out. Had to make a couple visits before actually getting work done, but thats part of the designing process.

My friend and I went here for tattoos last summer. Loco was everything youd ask for in an artist: quick, light-handed, friendly banter, and willing to work with us on a design we were all very happy with. He worked very fast and is competitively priced. I got a lot done with orange ink that has stayed vibrant and the lines are still clear and crisp. His aftercare instructions were wonderful as well - Ive never had a tattoo heal as quickly before; there was the unavoidable itching but no big scabs like Ive had before.Ive since moved away from Dayton but might save my next idea for when I go back, I was that impressed with Locos work.

Went in there with my daughter. The place was super clean and still following cdc guidelines WHICH IS AWESOME TO SEE! The guy at the counter was very patient while helping her understand the aftercare of a newer piercing. He took his time , did not rush and gave us A TON of helpful information ! They all were very polite and respectful . I definitely recommend them!

GO HERE! I was looking to get a nose piercing done last minute. I walked in 15 minutes before close. I was a little hesitant to go here at first but WOW. The staff was some of the nicest and down to earth people I’ve ever met at any business. They were extremely professional, clean and quick. Even though I went in so late they weren’t rushing to kick us out, but extremely personable and friendly. Also they have some of the best prices town. It’s like your favorite home restaurant, not the biggest or doesn’t have the most aesthetically pleasing curb appeal, but it’s the best service, people and product in town.

Took my (1 week shy of) 14 year old daughter in to get her second piercing on each lobe. Alex welcomed us and checked us in and was very nice. Crystal did an amazing job with the piercings. She made good conversation and made my daughter feel comfortable and calmed her nerves. We are happy with how it turned out.

Best place to get a tattoo. Very clean and very professional. Other tattoo places treat you like your bothering them but not Krazy Katz. Frank was patient with me helping create my design. He is a true artist. If you are looking for a great tattoo with great service then this is the place for you!

I got my eyebrow peirced and my septum done and I love it. But I was also wondering during the healing process of the septum. I know you aren’t supposed to touch it but if it doesn’t stay in place or keeps going up if you put it down if it’s just going to be like that until it heals?

Mike is the man. Nice clean ink. We will definitely Be going back!

I scheduled a tattoo for the 15th of April. This was at the very beginning of April so 2 weeks away. I was told no deposit required but whatever I put down towards it will go off the final price. I put $300 towards it. Had to cancel just a few days later due to death in the family. Asked to cancel and was told if I did I would lose my $300. I pointed out that their website clearly states that a $20 deposit would be kept if I was a no call no show. Not a cancelation 10 days in advance and absolutely not $300. I was told the artist spoke to his boss and all they could do is reschedule me.

I got my second tattoo today and both have been done there. I love that its very clean and they open everything right in front of you. Evan did my tattoo today and he was very gentle and kind. He took his time and made sore that I was comfortable the whole time. I will be going back there for my next one

Got a small, simple tattoo (an arrow) here a couple years ago, the lines werent straight and it looked bad. I ended up recently coming back to get two more small, simple designs (outlines of the states I was raised in). There were lines that werent connected all the way and the lines were uneven and bolder than others. I even had the arrow touched up and the artist couldnt believe I had gotten it from here, he said it looked awful. I wont come back here for any tattoos, small or big.

I went in to get a belly button piercing with my friend, and the skinny guy with gages was the one piercing our belly buttons, and he put the wrong size ring in our belly buttons and pierced more of our stomach then our belly buttons! He also didn’t use a clamp when piercing it just his hand! My skin started to grow over the belly button ring due to the pressure because it was the wrong size ring they put a 1/4 inch ring in and with how much skin they pierced it should of been a 3/4 inch ring and it didn’t have room to move the ring so It could breathe and heal, I went somewhere else to get it fixed and they helped me out a ton but after paying $55 to get it done here then go somewhere else and pay $40 to get it fixed is messed up!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING HERE FOR BELLY BUTTON PIERCINGS AT ALL!

Went in as a walk in and was treated super well. Bam did my tattoo -- he was nice and talked to me and distracted me through the tattooing process. They gave a shop minimum of $75 + tax no matter how small your tattoo is.

Absolutely love this shop. Always clean and friendly environment. Have been going to them since they opened the doors at the Kettering location. Going next week to get another tat by Frank.

I have been getting tattooed here for about 2 years now and I wouldnt go anywhere else! Steffen is my artist, but Ive had friends get work by other artists and all work that I have seen come out of this shop is impeccable! I very highly recommend this place to anyone who is looking for a reputable tattoo shop!!

Frank and the crew are clean and very professional. Regardless if getting a piece of flash, or getting an original (like I did), very well done. Clean lines and worth the wait.

Got a half sleeve atleast the main part done. It was quick and non expensive considering what I paid for my other tattoos. The detail was great and I couldnt be happier. Definitely going back for more.

Wouldnt do under 18yr old nose piercing with adult signature. Said he would lose his business but yet went to several around the area and they all would do it just had to make appointment.

Frank was amazing , great customer service, clean shop would definitely recommend to anyone interested in getting a tattoo. And my tattoo is dope.
