THE Perfect piercing place for women and children! Everything is very clean and professional, the staff are all very sweet and helpful, and the decor makes it a whole experience! I’ve gotten myself and my two year old pierced, and welded bracelets for both of us! They have private rooms at their new location so it’s very hijab friendly as well. 10/10 recommend!

The staff is super lovely and the space is beautiful too! But my little sisters and I came in for the welded bracelets as a graduation gift to them, and after spending over $300 the bracelets that are supposed to last forever, came off for all three of us in under a week. I don’t live in Michigan anymore, so I can’t bring us in to get them fixed and one of ours fell off while we were out so we don’t even have the broken bracelet. Really disappointing given my sisters’ initial excitement and the price, especially since I have friends who have gotten welded bracelets from other places and theirs have lasted years. Total bummer.

Took my daughter for nose piercing here as I had heard about this place for being women only piercing place which is very rare. I was visiting from LA and was very excited to visit this place and give them my business. The place is very clean and the staff seem to be well trained. However it would be nice to improve customer service which includes making the customer feel important and acknowledging the special moment it may be for them to get their piercing and making them feel comfortable during the piercing maybe by asking if they are ok etc. A smile and welcome when a customer arrives would also be nice like most businesses do. This is very crucial to develop a long term relationship with customers.I would love to give Infinity another try next time I am in town. Hopefully next time I will see improvement in customer service.

Absolutely terrible experience. Got my 8yo ears pierced. They had a numbing agent but didnt offer it until the were refusing to get the second hole done due to how painful the first one was. Their ears bled every day for a week ruined clothes and bedding. After care QR code did not work so I had to go online for information. Called multiple times to only have the phone ring or get a busy signal.

I made an appointment for an infant piercing. We came in at our scheduled time and filled out paperwork that took a few minutes. The ambiance of the studio is immaculate down to the gold wet floor sign, so gorgeous and relaxing.We went into the piercing room which was equally as stunning, and here the piercer assured me they are experts in infant and toddler piercings. They were not kidding! Talk about the fastest most seamless experience of my life.My daughter was more upset about laying back on me than she was about getting the piercing. She barely cried, and of the crying she did it was her being annoyed with having to lay down. After we left the room she was quiet and comfortable, they gave us a little kit for caring for her piercings and thorough instructions on how to do so and wrote it down on a little card for us.Talk about a spectacular experience. I’ve gotten many piercings in my life, lobes, tongue, ears, nose, and a medusa. I wish they were around when I got them. Great experience from the lovely ladies here. If you’re wondering on whether you should get pierced here or a little one in your life, this is the place. They even gifted her a sucker and a little etch and sketch, she was so calm and happy afterwards.Thank you so much.TLDR: Amazing experience, true professionals, ladies this is the spot for your piercing needs.

I went in to get my belly pierced and my lobes pierced but both were crooked and not straight at all so I had to take out my belly piercing and get it redone. I also went in to get permanent jewelry done and it keeps breaking I would go in to get it fixed but I shouldn’t have to keep getting it fixed so just be cautious.

I got a belly piercing here A few months back and it has been healing well. The process of the piercing was incredibly fast which was good and bad because it was painless but my piercing is not centered- I thought it was because of swelling at first but its still crooked. I should have asked them to mark the site and show me to double check but I didnt know what to expect since it was my first piercing.😕

I had a great experience getting my ears double pierced and also one cartilage piercing. All the young women were very helpful, kind and professional. The jewelry is beautiful and there’s definitely a variety, but the nose ring I ended up getting didn’t fit my style well, which is my own fault. So, I decided to switch back to my original nose ring made of pure gold later on. They did ask if I wanted to keep my old one, and they put it in a baggy for me after removing it. However, when the lady removed my nose ring, she bent it out of shape so badly that it took me a while to bend it back into shape just to reuse it. I ended up having to buy a new nose ring from another location to replace it. Again, the nose ring I bought that day was beautiful; it just wasn’t my style in the long run. But I highly recommend they not destroy your prior nose ring, especially if you’re going to be keeping it. Maybe ask that they take special care of your nose ring while removing it. I’m sure they’ll be kind enough to do it.

Their piercings rust and change color! They told me they don’t I spent 100s and they rusted and changed color and I haven’t even had them in for 4 months. I haven’t swam in them only regular showers. I have earrings from SHEIN that haven’t even rusted or changed. Overprices for no reason.

Infinity was super cute and clean. The staff was extremely kind and spent the time making sure I was comfortable and answering any questions I had. They had a reasonable selection of high quality jewelry and the piercing itself was pretty quick and painless. They prioritized sanitation which is a plus. The only downfall is that it is difficult to find and would definitely be considered a luxury piercing experience due to the high price point. Overall positive experience and I would return.

I got two ear piercings from them, one in the summer of 2022 in their old location and one in April of this year in their West Dearborn location. The vibe and the service was amazing. You would fill a paper and sign it then you would give them your ID so you would pay after you get your piercings and then they would hand you back your ID. I sat at their chair and then they use a needle 💉 to put a hole in your ear, u did 2 ear lobe piercing one at each time I went. They have you buy the earrings from them which is understandable because they sanitize them so you won’t have any problems. They have sets ranging from 50-70 dollars each and the earlobe piercings is 70 dollars which in total I paid 170 dollars that day which was worth it. And I went after Eid so they had a Henna person there to draw henna on customers hands for free. I would 100% recommend and I would definitely go back if I decide I want a 4th piercing! The staff was very friendly and professional, the needle hurt when it was put in but after that it was like nothing was in my ear. They mark your ear with a marker so you can see if you like the spot and then they make sure you’re good with it then they start.

After reading reviews, we decided to make the 2.5 hour drive from Mt. Pleasant, Michigan and it did not disappoint. I also sent emails prior to scheduling and they responded promptly and answered all of my questions. My daughter is 11 months old. We went in, signed consents, picked out the jewelry we wanted, went in the piercing room, marked her ears - and adjusted to our liking - gave her a toy to play with and pierced her ears without any of us even knowing. She didn’t flinch or cry at all. I am SO impressed with the services and staff. 11/10 recommend to anyone with children who are not comfortable using a piercing gun. They pierced one side at a time with the needle. The entire process start to finish was so efficient. They gave her a certificate of completion afterwards that is so cute. You do pay a deposit when you schedule the appointment, $50 for us, and then the pair of earrings were $60. Plus we left a tip. Regardless of the pricing I would do this all over again for the experience we had.

They are absolutely amazing. I’m super pleased with the service and their Jewllery option. They both VERY professional and sweet. I had issues with my earrings. And they know how to fixed it. I am a regular customer there now lol. I did 3 ears piercing and I couldn’t be more happier. Also, their new spot is so cute. Highly recommend.

Amazing staff and great experience! Did a Saturday afternoon walk-in for a double nose piercing and they were so warm and welcoming. And the atmosphere is unlike any other place I’ve been before. Highly recommend!

Had a really great experience with the ladies at infinity jewelry lab! I didn’t feel rushed when picking out jewelry. They answered all my questions sent me home with everything I will need. Plus it’s super cute! A little too old to be going to Claire’s for piercings, and not really into tattoo parlors. This was the perfect in between!!

I am so happy I came here to get my nostril piercing. I heard about this shop through instagram and was intrigued by their aesthetically pleasing posts. When I arrived in person the shop did not disappoint, it was beautiful and full of various jewelry options. The staff was amazing as well, they spend time getting to know you and your style to help you pick the best jewelry for your piercing. The piercing process itself was quick and barely hurt. Terrible experience. And infinity - you will not have me in your system. Because this is a fake name. I have never written a review ever but I made an account just to do it due to what a horrible process it was with them. I think people deserve to know because I wish I did. I was in their office multiple times. To get piercings, to get pierced, to get them to look at my severely infected piercings that they did improperly. I had no budget in this place and I truly genuinely trusted them thinking they had my best interest at heart, and that they knew what they were doing. However , they decided to pierce many different piercings on both ears and nose all in the same day. I spoke with actual reputable piercers and they commented on what a terrible job it is and said they should’ve never pierced me that many times all in one day AND all in a short period of time. I bought their most expensive jewelry- had no problem doing so. I spend money on things I like that are quality. However, sadly, this cheap overpriced jewelry literally just came out of my ears! That should not happen! I have cheap jewelry that has never had that happen. So I had my new piercings fall out of my newly pierced ears. Ridiculous. Infinity knows who is leaving this review even though I’m “anonymous” because I gave them the opportunity to do the right thing (refund me) but they didn’t want to. So I am going through my bank and I will be getting my money back no matter what. Don’t spend your money here unless you want to have overpriced cheap jewelry along with 5 holes completely infected !! Terrible business.

Hands down my fav piercing place and I’m so happy that they’ve been able to expand their location! Most of my piercings have been done by them and they’ve been super kind, patient, and clean/thorough in their work. The space itself is very inviting and truly a girls girl spot as everyone is looking through the piercing and jewelry options. This is the only place I’ve recommended to my friends and I would say the same for anyone who’s been thinking about getting a piercing. They also have a permanent jewelry corner where you can get a bracelet, anklet, ring, or necklaces welded. Consider this for your next solo date or a fun little group activity to do with the girls!

I decided to impulsively get my ears pierced here after a pilates class and was impressed with how quick and mostly painless the process was - the women working there are all so sweet and friendly. Would highly recommend overall especially considering the nice jewelry selection.

The only place I will go for my piercings along with purchasing new jewelry. It’s so fun to pick out new jewelry and the girls are always there to make you feel pretty! I made sure to bring my mom and she was just as pleased.

Beautiful place, clean bright welcoming. Drove down from Lapeer county totally worth it. They had a good selection of starter jewelry. Way better than the standard silver ball other places have. I’ll be back when I can change out my jewelry.

This place is amazing! The workers are lovely and very helpful. I went in for a jewelry change and the woman helped me pick some cute new studs. She also have me a shorter length of the piercing bar so it looks more flush to my ear than the ones I had in before. I love it! It’s transformed the way the piercing looks and has made me fall in love with it all over again! 😊

Wonderful experience. I’m so glad I found infinity piercing lab to get my daughters ears pierced. I looked at a lot of different piercing places but nothing compared to this place. I highly recommend this place for infant piercings. It was such a nice experience, clean space and everyone was very friendly and inviting. I got my nose and naval pierced and it was a great experience. The girls were so patient with me; they answered any question I had. Plus their jewelry is cute and reasonably priced! I recently went back because one of my pieces broke, but they replaced it without hesitation.

You know— the service is great but they’re really putting their hands in your pockets when you go to pay. Instead of telling me a set of earrings for my daughter and I was $70 each they told me $35. Also was told there was a deal to quickly be told to read the fine print. And lastly, what piercing place charges you for the after care cleaning solution? $10 for saline solution. Everything should be totaled before purchase. Be up front and completely transparent. the way they charge you in the end is not honest. They also told me I’d get 15% off and never applied it to my total. I wouldn’t deal with people like this.To add to all of that— simple piercings on my lobes (3rd hole) and they’re completely uneven and diagonally pierced as a previous review stated. Each ear is pierced in a different place. She did not hit the mark she made at all.

I had a total of four piercings done about three months ago. 2 on the lobes both sides. Cute place but I didn’t find them very informative and felt a little rushed.I did two piercings the first day. Was great, no pain and healed well. I decided to go back two days later and have an additional two done by a different technician. Those have been awful since. They were sore from day 1 and did not get better. I called 4 weeks later and they said it’s normal. Now I’m reaching the 3 month mark and I just removed both piercings!! Still sore and one has damaged tissue coming out from the back. I called around and asked- the only answer I received was “poor angle” when piercing. Very expensive for a poor piercing. Will have to go see a doctor now to get my ear looked and possibly an additional expense to remove the damaged tissue. Lovely.

I’ve gone to Infinity for a piercings and welding and my experiences have been amazing each time! I love that this is a woman-only space! All of ladies that work here are friendly, accommodating, and incredibly knowledgeable about all things piercings and welding! I recently brought a friend along for their Fall event and she absolutely loved her experience as well. I can’t wait to introduced even more women to this business!

Stay far away from this place! I got a piercing few days ago and the ball fell off and they refused to help me. They told me to come over the weekend for their grand opening and to keep pushing the bar back in, which increases the likelihood for infection and pain. I have immense pain in my navel and decided to go to a shop in my area instead. I regret coming here because they were far, expensive, and did not provide good customer service. The piercing was quick though. Barely any instructions on after care.Update: just got my piercing inspected by another piercer. They said my navel was not pierced properly, and I didn’t have the proper navel anatomy and the jewelry could possibly reject. They tried to find a screw on piece for the jewelry and said they have no idea what type of jewelry I have been pierced with. And the other piercer charged me 20 dollars for the jewelry and 5 to change it, without tip. My navel feels way better.Update to the owners response: Thanks for the response. Yes, I will admit that I cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances and was able to have my piercing done that same day, so thank you for being accommodating. It was quick because I was the only one in there. I have adjusted the rating to two stars.However, I only came to this area because a friend had recommended it to me. So yes, I still think you are pricey and far compared to other shops. Even my friend said it was pricey, which is the only thing she hated about the shop. The verbal aftercare that was given to me was no swimming for a few weeks, no sleeping on my stomach, and to clean it. It was short and quick. There was no instruction manual given to me, I was given a ziplock/baggy with 2 qtips, 2 cotton pads, two small pouches of antibiotic ointment, the spray, a dum dum lollipop, and alcohol prep pads. I am not sure who would use an alcohol prep pads on an open wound. I even went to your website seeking aftercare instructions and couldnt find anything, so I turned to other sources and the advice of others and they all said relatively the same thing. I find it very, very unfortunate that I was not able to get a replacement under warranty due to a grand opening and was advised to push the piercing up for 48+ hours until then.

One of the best , no THE BEST piercing experience I have ever had. Two friends and I booked an appointment to come here for nose piercings. Two of us piercing vets and one a newbie. I have tried this same piercing many times and had problems due to the type of earring use and way it was pierced but honey this woman’s hands were blessed I have a thick nose an she was so quick I barely felt it and it’s only been about a week and the healing process with this flat back ring is AH-MA-ZING! My friend who normally is a bleeder and has a lower pain tolerance didn’t have a lot of pain or bleeding. I’m going here for every piercing from now and will probably take future kids and family members here too. I didn’t even mention the atmosphere it’s lovely and the jewelry is so high quality. I just can’t say enough good things about this place.

After wearing clip-ons for a while, I finally decided to get my nose pierced for real. This business is an amazing safe space for women and the ladies who work here were nothing short of professional, super sweet, & very knowledgeable. I was a little nervous beforehand, but they made me feel so comfortable and the initial piercing turned out to be a breeze. I can hardly wait to come back for my jewelry exchange in a few months! 🥰

This was my first time getting my nose and daughter nose pierced and my first time at this location. I’m big on reviews and if I read bad reviews I’ll continue to search elsewhere. Infinity was everything plus more. Clean environment and the ladies were extremely professional nice and welcoming. They explained everything as far as the nose ring down to the after care. I highly recommend if you are looking to get your nose pierced or ears pierced to give this business a chance as it’s been two days since I got our nose pierced and I haven’t ran into any issues. I went there yesterday to get my nose pierced! I had a very good experience! The women were nice and professional. The studio was clean and hygienic. One of the ladies gave me a water while I waited because it was very hot outside! They were very gentle with the nose piercing and it was very quick! I highly recommend Infinity Piercings and will be going back for more piercings!

My experience at Infinity Piercings was fantastic! I had called about getting my belly piercing this morning and got it done the same day. The women here were very nice and they definitely calmed my nerves while doing the piercing and I also got a new stud for my nose piercing. The idea is great and I love supporting business by women but it fell short. I’ve been to infinity multiple times and every time I’m disappointed,whether it be the overpriced jewelry/services or limited options. I purchased an 18k gold nose ring that was around $60 from a jewelry store but from infinity it costs over $100 and is only 14k gold. Not sure why a huge price difference when the quality is better from other places. I also have been pierced at tattoo shops and end up paying about 50-60% of what infinity charges, again I love the concept of it being a piercing studio only w women only but for the price it’s not worth it. I’m addition, I have incredibly sensitive ears and can only tolerate 18k gold and above but they don’t have that option nor do they allow you to purchase your own jewelry so I end up switching everything after I get a piercing which costs me double what I could spend. Lastly, what prompted to write this review was my recent nose jewelry I got placed in by them. Unfortunately, it is a lock and twist type of jewelry that shouldn’t be used in noses due to difficulty if it snapping off. I attempted to get it out with my husband for over 40 mins and w no luck it didn’t come off. Because I have an MRI it needed to be broken and cut off. It’s been only a few months since purchasing the stud that was nearly $100 wish they carried L shaped studs which are very secure and not difficult to remove.

I got my nose pierced today and i love it! I was so nervous at first but I’m glad i did it! They were so sweet and their service was great. Definitely would go back for another piercing.

I took both of my little girls there today for ear piercings (ages 7 and 10). This is absolutely waaaaaay better than going somewhere with the piercing guns. Everything is brilliantly clean and the studio was beautiful. The licensed piercers were extremely patient and kind. The process was peaceful and excellent. More expensive than the gun method but absolutely worth it.

Took my niece here for baby ear piercing and they did such an amazing job. They made sure to talk us through the process and let us know about the after care. They wore gloves and made sure everything was sterile. I appreciated how patient they were with us. I also want to add that we did a last minute appointment even though she was fully booked and they still took their time and were extremely professional.

I was told I could not get my childs ear pierce because I did not have her birth certificate. I had her passport and she has a state ID. Its sad I had to disappoint my child.

Came in for a walk-in appointment with my friend and had the best experience! All of the staff are so kind, professional and knowledgeable. They guided us through the services they offer and how to care for our new piercings. They also do ear mapping if you are wanting a new piercing but unsure of what to get, which was my case. I got my flat & conch pierced and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Can’t wait to come back here for the rest of my piercings in the future iA. Also they’re owned by WOC which is a bonus!!!!

In complete honesty this place doesn’t even deserve a one star review but i have to put one in order to post this, I came in today to get a piercing and it was something i was kind of debating on to begin with and i was a little nervous when i was in the chair and when the piercer had noticed that i was anxious she started to say negative things towards me and developed a awful attitude with me and it honestly made me more anxious and so much worse to have this women be so rude towards me simply because i was nervous about getting the piercing which in my opinion is a pretty normal thing, when i had finished my piercing and she was ringing me up she told me that my total was something wayyy more that i was given to begin with but it was too late to say anything i also found it disappointing they don’t provide a after care kit and for there pricing you would think that they would, overall i had a terrible experience and they are incredibly rude, overpriced and just awful if i would have known that they would have treated me so badly i would never have gone and wasted my money. just a little piece of advice if you want to run a successful business maybe don’t be rude to you costumers and make them feel uncomfortable!!

The ladies at Infinity are so sweet. I came in the get my daughter’s bracelet welding redone and get an anklet for myself. My daughter is just 1 and the girl who does the welding was gentle and patient while welding her bracelet. I then was serviced for an anklet. I’ve referred them to family and friends. Their suite is clean and can provide privacy as needed.

Everything was explained thoroughly prior to starting which helped ease any concerns we had. The piercings healed nicely without any pain whatsoever! I recently got a forward helix ear piercing in Las Vegas, and my earring came out. I called Infinity Piercings and told them what I needed and how fresh the piercing was, and the reinsert of a new earring was done an hour after I called. Infinity Piercings is comfortable and clean, The ladies are professional and have customer service skills. The jewelry is nice and reasonably priced also.

I visited Infinity for the first time last week. The space was so cute and they had a good selection of jewelry. I got a new piercing and my daughter had a jewelry change with the cutest new pair of earrings. I love that it’s women only. I will be returning. Highly recommend.

I was reffered to this place by my friend Farah who modeled for Infinity. I went in because my original piercer pierced my nose wrong, and used a type of post that should NOT have been used. The women at Infinity took such good care of me and everything went so smoothly. The customer service was absolutely wonderful, theyre so kind and polite and very very professional and good at their jobs. Me and my friend left very pleased, and Im definitely going to be heading back very soon for more jewelry AND piercings.

I got my infant’s ears pierced with them. The experience was great! I love that the shop takes it by appointment so it wasn’t overwhelming and loud for my little girl. They made her and I feel very comfortable, where I will definitely be coming back.

When we walked in we were warmly greeted, the ladies were super kind. I got my cartilage done and my sister got a nose piercing. They explained everything well and it was cleanly. The only thing that I’d say is the pricing of the jewelry was expensive. Super cute options but my piercer started off showing me the most expensive one in an attempt to upsell me which I didn’t appreciate. The piece was over $100.Overall, it was a good experience.

I discovered this place because my first experience for a nose piercing at the last place was not great. The guy just pierced my nose and left me sitting in the chair without telling me how to take care of it and it got infected. But when I came here I instantly felt safe. They were both very nice and patient with me. They were happy to take the time to explain everything to me and make me feel comfortable. I first went just for a consultation. But decided to get the piercing after all. It was quick and it barely hurt. Im happy I went through with this and wished Ive found these ladies sooner. ❤

I brought my daughter to get pierced at this place and I really love the way they assured me and helped ease the process with her. My daughter is 2 years old and was giving them a hard time but they handled it very professionally and helped calm her down and gave her snacks at the end. We left with a certificate and a Polaroid photo of my daughters first piercing and I thought that was so thoughtful and memorable. I highly recommend any mothers that are thinking of getting their daughters/newborns pierced to go to Infinity Piercings rather than Claire’s or any unprofessional place that would use guns on a child. I will definitely be back & get my ears pierced here. Thank you again Fay & Lena you guys were wonderful.

The staff are incompetent and rude. They pierced my lobes (what should have been an absolutely easy piercing) at an angle so bad that when I went to another reputable certified peircer- they laughed at it. They said I most likely have to take it out. Waste of +$150. Definitely do not recommend Infinity Piercings for skill set. Limited jewelry too compared to other places. Im sorry, but I really regret going there. Seriously, look somewhere else.

This is my second experience with piercing changes so obviously it won’t be my last! I had a pesky cartilage earring changed out that was too tight and they explained why that happens and changed it out with a longer backing! I also had my nose piercing switched out from a stud to a hoop! The jewelry choices are spectacular and the ladies are extremely professional! I’m already plotting my next piercing with them when all my other piercings heal!

I found this place because I was looking to get my nose pierced but I wanted to be pierced by a woman. It’s run by two awesome women Lina and Faye (not sure if I spelled their names right). They were so helpful in my decision and they helped my sister figure out what piercing works best for her! The piercing process was so smooth and fast! They answered all my questions without hesitation. They were very clear on aftercare instructions and the place is so clean and so cute! I will definitely be going here for my future piercings.

Beautiful building, very clean! Everyone was very nice and it felt comfortable to be there! My nose piercing was quick and easy, (if your pain tolerance is higher than mine it’ll be a breeze!) and I loved the women there! All of them were kind and straight to the point (I went during the end of summer piercing party) 10/10 recommend and I will go to them for more services!

I booked with them for a nostril piercing and I was very satisfied with their service. Their studio is clean and the atmosphere is comfortable and inviting. Both of the women were very kind and helped me pick what piece of jewelry I wanted. The piercer was fast and efficient and offered me a bottle of water which was very thoughtful. I had a so-so experience. I went with my cousins to get our ears pierced. There were three of us. My appointment was at 3:15 PM, theirs were at 3:30 and 3:45 PM. Here are the pros and consPros:¤ loved supporting a woman owned, Muslim owned business¤ the building was clean and beautiful¤ the lobby area was very comfy¤ Infinity Piercings suite was super clean and cute¤ They have a great selection of titanium jewelry¤ the service is fairly priced! If you go to a tattoo parlor to get your ears done, itll be a similar price¤ I felt safe, and the technicians expertise showed. They had clean needles, gloves, etc.Cons:¤ I was very visibly nervous, but the technician was not very comforting which only increased my fear and anxiety¤ We tried to make polite conversation with them, but they were not very responsive¤ I asked a question about my ear because I was concerned about how one piercing looked different from the other, but the answer i got was its just like that. I would have liked to get further explanation.¤ The biggest con was that we felt so rushed throughout the whole appointment. I entered the suite at 3:20 since they were running late with their last appointment, which is fine, it happens. But they were working with such a fervent speed that they finished all of us and ushe red us out of there by 3:44. Ill remind you that my cousins appointment time was 3:45 so we werent going over time either. Their online presence gives off this comfortable, slow paced vibe, where they explain whats right for your ear, help you decide what looks nice, just a really nice guided experience but we didnt experience that so we left a bit confused, uncomfortable, and disappointed.Overall, its a clean safe place to get your ears pierced by some great professionals. We love our piercings! However, our personal experience was not a very comfortable one. Maybe it was just an off day.

I came to Infinity piercings to get my mid helix pierced and it was the smoothest and easiest process ever. They explained everything from the piercing process, and aftercare and they even gave me water when I felt nauseous. I’ve heard a lot of good things from this piercing studio and it’s no wonder, they’re amazing with what they do and how they treat their clients. I’ve never felt more welcomed in a piercing studio, they really go above and beyond with their clients, you could never find half the effort they put in at ANY tattoo parlour/ piercing studio. Their expertise and professionalism is unmatched. They are wonderful at their craft. I will only be going to Infinity Piercings for my piercings. They are very kind and sweet girls and I hope nothing but the best for this establishment.

Beautiful jewelry and a beautiful staff! They pierce infants as long as you bring a birth certificate. My daughter and I got 4 piercings total and we were in and out super quick. Everything is women only and is perfect for my hijabi ladies!

The ladies of Infinity Piercings were wonderful! They took great care of me and made me feel comfortable and well taken care of. They explained the process, the jewelry, and the after care in an easy to understand and professional manner. Their space was super clean and I knew I was in good hands the entire time (even when my one earlobe didn’t want to stop bleeding for a minute). I brought my 6yr old daughter with me, to see the process, and they were great with her, giving her a juice and Ramadan goodie bag too! I originally went in to get new jewelry for my existing piercings, but also decided to get my second lobe piercings since they accept walk-in’s on Saturdays and Sundays. I love my new piercings! I really appreciated how knowledgeable they are about metal sensitivities and how thorough they are about aftercare.

Soo happy with my services at Infinity! I’ve been back about 5 times for ears/nose piercings and even went back today to have two bracelets welded. The women at Infinity Piercings are very kind and welcoming. At first I was scared and a bit nervous about getting my nose pierced but they made the process very smooth and comfortable. The place is very pretty and the ladies show the upmost professionalism, everything was clean and you can tell they know what they’re doing. I’m very happy I came here and I recommend everyone else to as well especially if you feel nervous and don’t want to be rushed like other tattoo parlors.

I went earlier today with my sister so she could get her nose pierced like me and our older brother. They were very nice and sweet, the place overall was just so comfortable and chill. They are definitely gentle and smooth when doing the piercing, didn’t take long at all. Both women were super helpful, they even helped me figure out what’s best for my nose piercing considering I had mine for years and it was poorly done by a different company, just to realize TODAY that they clearly didn’t know what they were doing when I got it. Thanks to Lena and fay (probably not how you spell their names……sorry🙏🏽😇) they gave me tips and even helped me figure out what type of jewelry works for me and what I would want! Pierced my baby’s ears here and had a great experience! Very professional, clean, quick and clear. They let me know what to expect before and after. They even gave us a certificate with a Polaroid picture at the end which was so sweet for memories. Highly recommend piercing your infants ears here!

The girls who run this studio are so sweet, they made me feel comfortable and well cared for. They gave me a drink afterwards and handed me tissues when my eyes watered. I came to this piercing studio for a cartilage and daith and it went so smoothly. These girls are very knowledgeable and know their craft so well. Very clean and sterile, quick and easy belly piercing. It’s over before you know it, so don’t be nervous just take some deep breaths. I didn’t pick out the piercing the piercer did but I like the one she picked. So if you have something specific in mind make sure to tell the piercer beforehand.

Absolute amazing experience. This is my first ever google review! I came in for my 3rd ear lobe piercing and cartilage piercing. As soon as I walked in they welcomed me and were extremely friendly. They showed me all the piercings went over all the prices with me and made sure I was comfortable. They offered me a water and a juice. The piercings were the fastest, painless piercings I have ever got. So quick with minimal pain. They gave me a brochure with detailed instructions on how to clean and care for my piercings. The piercings have been healing up so quickly and easily and it’s not even been a week! I had a question about my piercing so I messaged them on Instagram and they answered back so quick! My cartilage piercing fell off in my sleep and when I asked if they could re-pierce it, they accommodated me at my soonest availability and even pierced it for free just charging for the jewelry. So profesional and I will only be coming to infinity piercings for my future piercings.

I got pierced with Infinity Piercings and the service was impeccable. They were very kind and genuine ladies. The first time I got my cartilage piercing i got it done at Claire’s and I learned it was a terrible mistake, when I came to Infinity they took me through the process of getting pierced as well as the aftercare they also taught me why getting needle piercings is better and more sanitary for piercings. They welcomed me and even gave me iced Starbucks coffee when I was done and it made me so happy. What really sets them apart is you’re able to leave with a really cute earring in with your new piercing, whereas tattoo shops don’t have exactly the kind of jewelry I like. Called around 1:30pm and asked if i could come in after I got off work around 4:30, unfortunately didnt make it there until closer to 5:45, when I went in the building was immaculate, beautiful lobby and waiting area. I got to the suite and I was greeting by a incredibly polite young lady. They seemed to be closed though. I explained that I had called earlier and asked if I could come for a walk in after 4:30, and she said they were just closing up, due to an unexpected situation. Butt that they could get me in! Of course I wouldve understood if they had turned me away because I did get there later than I stated I would be. The ladys here were super polite and helped me pick out the jewelry and suggested what might look better together which I super appreciated. Wonderful service from both of them

After getting a nose piercing at a different shop and it starting to embed, I came to infinity piercings in hope of getting help. They were extremely attentive to the problem and explained exactly what was going on. They even switched the stud out for me for a more suitable piercing for my problem. If it weren’t for them I’d probably have had to take out my piercing or visit a doctor if the problem got worse. I totally recommend these piercers and will be coming back
