I started laser duet on the mounjaro Weight loss shot about four months ago. I think I have lost 30 pounds. 😊When you walk in to their spa, it’s filled with beautiful women not only are they beautiful and easy to talk to. They are very friendly and very helpful. They have several services available for all your beauty needs.I have recommended this place three times and all three of my friends have went there and we’re quite happy with their services. They have all said the same thing that I just said. one woman in particular, that I have worked with there a few times she’s wonderful.You won’t regret going there

Been coming here for about 6 months! So happy about my results I’ve been telling all my friends! I was worried as a black darker skinned woman about treatments but I haven’t had any side effects with the treatments. They’re very safe and clean and knowledgeable and helpful! They work with you with payments and they get excited with results with you which is nice. I have been doing a full Brazilian and stomach and just recently added upper lip since I love the results. Patience is key!!! Will be coming back for my under arms and legs for sure.

This works! Laser lipo with Evolvehas made a huge difference in the way I feel and look! I am a 59 year old mother of six, my mom belly really affected my self confidence. While I realize it will never be completely flat after 4 treatments it is much smaller and my confidence has increased and I am now wearing clothes I would have never worn before the treatments and injections. I originally found Laser Duet Med Spa for tattoo removal via a Groupon offer, and ended up purchasing a six-session package. Ive completed two of my six sessions, and have already seen some parts of my old, solid black tattoo fade almost completely. I think they were reasonable with their expectations and pricing with the package, and have had no issue with getting my appointments spaced a little further apart than recommended. The staff is very kind and empathetic.

Great service and very honest and helpful staff! I tried Emsculpt (butt) and it’s definitely worth it! The procedure was not painful at all, it’s like an intense massage tingling kinda feeling. You can feel muscle contractions, and it feels good! They said results appear after 4 treatments, mine was noticeable only one week after my 1st treatment! My behind is more firm and a little more rounded after only one session! Always ask for Samar, she’s very knowledgeable about the machines and helps with what works best for you! Highly recommended!

I went to Lazer Duet over 4 months ago in response to the turkey neck ad. I spent $1200 for a so called special for the double chin and jaw line. I didn’t have much of a double chin to begin with. They told me that the results would appear within 3-6 months. Well it’s been 4 months and I HAVE A HUGE DOUBLE CHIN NOW!! I am so disappointed that I threw money out of the window. My face looks fat and I have a turkey neck now!!!

I had started out with laser hair removal and moved on to picaway, biorepeel, and morpheous8 for my face and various parts of my body. Before I started, my face was very dull and hyperpigmented especially around my mouth & chin and the difference I have seen is nothing short of amazing. My face looks healthier and more alive and vibrant than it ever has. I absolutely love the results. I have saved myself so much time when it comes to dealing with body hair that I wish I had done this a long long time ago. The owner and the technicians here are very skilled and very kind, they have become like family to me. Scheduling was a bit difficult. The online system is not accurate so someone will contact you after you request a service, time, and date to find something that works.I had my service yesterday, 40u Xeomin. Office staff was extremely kind. Shaher did my treatment. He was very knowledgeable, professional, and told me of other treatments I may be interested in, but did not push anything on me. I’ll let you know about the results in a couple weeks. So far I was very impressed.

Recommend by my personal doctor for Laser Hair Removal. After 5 session I stopped shaving my chin area completely. Definitely would recommend if youre tired of waxing and shaving. If anybody is looking to book an appointment, make sure to get the deal through groupon. I was paying way over the groupon prices and was never told about it. The service is okay but the upselling is out of this world. I am now getting the same service at a different spa for quarter of the price I was paying here.

My son and I had our first visit to laser duet today. My son had laser hair removal done on his face and I got teeth whitening done. The staff was super friendly and helpful and the doctor also. She even helped my son find the perfect special for the facial hair removal he wanted in particular. The price was phenomenal for the package she offered! Couldnt turn it down if Id wanted to! My teeth are literally five Shades whiter and my son is excited to finish his laser hair removal, he still has five more sessions to go! Very nice people, very professional, willing to help with any questions and the office was phenomenally clean!

Absolutely love the way my lips turned out and I wish I didn’t forget his name but it was a guy who did my lips and he did amazing! He also gave me tips on how to clear my skin and get rid of my acne scars so I really appreciate that, overall a great experience and will definitely be going back.

I’ve done microdermabrasion before and it’s taken 30-60 minutes. From my understanding they’ll prep you with washing your face and other things. At laser duet the microdermabrasion took 5 minutes maybe less. The woman seemed bothered because I asked if they would match their price on Groupon. If not I would’ve understood and paid full price and received a proper service. Instead of wasting money on a 5 minute service. There were also no aftercare instructions such as how long to wait before exfoliating at home or anything. It was just so rushed and a very uninviting atmosphere

Staff is always friendly and accommodating. They are very knowledgeable and personalizes treatment plans to achieve your face and body goals. The lady who did my aviclear treatment took her time and made sure to explain to me pre and post procedure care. I felt like they had my best interest in mind. My skin concerns are uneven skin tone with dark spots/post inflammatory hyperpigmentation, acne, and oily skin. The aviclear treatment, although pricey, is wonderful. I tried different acne treatments and none has worked. Aviclear helped control my oil production drastically, i used to be oily after 3 hours of washing my face and have to use a total of 4-5 oil films a day to prevent oil buildup which clogs pores. After 1 session of aviclear my facial oil production reduced, i dont get oily and only have to use 1 oil film for 10 hours! It is life changing! Can’t wait for mypicoway treatment to get rid of dark spots/hyperpigmentation!

So I came to laser duet looking to get rid of unwanted hair like everyone else. I was a skeptic at first since I had done laser removal before 15 years ago and it was so much different. This just seemed to easy with very minimal pain. I took a chance and started my 6 treatments which the first 2 I didn’t seem to have much of an effect on them stubborn hairs but I continued and after the 3rd treatment BAM 💥 there was such a difference and barely any hair. So it might take a few treatments before the magic happens but trust me it happens!! This place is also very professional and makes you feel so comfortable. Gigi is one of the girls up there and she is amazing! I would totally recommend this place to service your laser needs and I seen they do so much more. It’s worth checking out.

DO NOT GO HERE WHATSOEVER!!!!!! I purchased Ozempic and the price was $1,000 for two months. After that it turned into $1,400 for two months because they upped the dose. After that it was $1,800 for another 2 months. Then they send you to another clinic in Redford to actually take the shot. I NEVER LOST ANY WEIGHT. NOT EVEN A POUND. After working with them for 6 MONTHS. I finally went to a legit doctor. They charged me $300 with the same dose and I started losing weight within 2 weeks. These people are SCAMS!!!!! Stay away. Stay away. Stay away.

I was introduced to Morpheus 8 at Laser Duet a month ago. I purchased 3 treatments and after my very first treatment, I honestly am amazed every time I look in the mirror. My face is already tighter and looking younger. I suffered from acne scars and fat pockets around my lower jaw line. My face looked droopy. I was desperate for a change. Thank God on a hair removal visit they had mentioned this new treatment, I feel like I really got what I had been searching for ! It is like a mini lift with micro-needling. I went to laser duet and explained that I cannot keep wasting money and not see results. Gigi (laser technician) assured me that would not be the case at Laser Duet. After 6 sessions with Gigi, I walked away with the greatest laser hair removal results and I cannot thank her enough. She is an absolute treasure to this facility and I will continue to come here for any/all my cosmetic or aesthetic needs. Also Chaher is great too!

Laser Duet it an amazing facility and the staff there are amazing. I am not just saying this to advertise the brand; it is totally based on my experience...TOTALLY based on it!!! It was clean, comfortable, safe, smelled good, and had a very inviting environment. I was not comfortable at first, because I usually go to another place where the doctor is double certified in plastic surgery; that doctor had served me well too. However, I am sticking with this place now. They convinced me due to their reasonable prices, kind staff, expertise, and the quality of service that I received by the doctor and RN. The doctor did a phenomenal job!! When he finished putting filler in my face, it looked fresh and natural looking which is what I was expecting and got; this is a true sign that a doctor knows what he or she is doing. I am 61 years old but look much younger now. The doctor was compassionate, patient and reassuring throughout my procedure. He and his nurse were so kind, and the doctor was as gentle as could be. The technicians were very reassuring to me before my procedure that helped to build up my confidence to trust the doctor and go through with him doing my procedure which I am so glad that I did.In general, I would recommend this place to anyone who really wants professional, competent, and gentle cometic work done. Remember, I was going to a double board-certified plastic surgeon but now will continue to go Laser Duet when needed. I purchased a Groupon and was excited to discover this location was near my home so that in the future I would have a close place to get regular treatments because I am a facial/treatment junkie. I was about 10 minutes late for my appointment and I appreciated them still squeezing me in. I had paid for a micro dermabrasion which according to what I saw they had on the Groupon redeem slip is normally a $100 service and I paid $35. I have had this service before at other estheticians and spas. I didnt expect much for the 35 but I did expect them to at least clean my face before the service. I raced to that appointment from work so I did have makeup on and of course I didnt expect a facial but I did expect for them to cleanse my face before the treatment. The provider literally swiped my face with 3 makeup removing wipes or solution and there was still makeup on my face. She proceeded to perform the microdermabrasion over 12 hour old makeup. I said nothing in disbelief. Maybe she thought I was ignorant of what the service entailed. I am a massage therapist of 18 years and have used Groupon in my business. The goal is to retain customers. Now of course I didnt expect more than a cleanse and the microdermabrasion but you go above and beyond to wow the client to make them want to come back. On my leaving she asked did I want to schedule a facial. I did schedule but after thinking about it said why would I go back especially with her telling me to make sure I was my face washed before coming next time.

After inquiring about Samar great lips she said they do lip fillers so I was sure I would love to try it out . I had my procedure done and let me tell you it’s been 9 months and my lips look like I just got them done . I have always been a tomboy and I was really rough with my face. I came in here and I got botox and fillers at 1st. Then the staff convinced me to further my treatment and I got picoway and ultherapy I didnt think my face could ever look this good. I was so pleased with everything I brought my 80 year old mother in and she got pdo threads and botox and fillers and a ultherapy treatment she got her confidence. Back and she cant stop smiling not to mention. The staff here is totall y genuineEveryone is so supportive and they really know what theyre doing if you ever want to get anything done cosmetically. I got lip injections, and at first I was unhappy about my results, but they were super patient and understanding, and when I came back they listened to my concerns and fixed everything. This place does decent work but the upselling is sickening. They lie and tell you an offer is ending tomorrow to force you to book. Prices are different for everyone botox goes from $8.00 to 8.50 depending on how they feel. The picoway laser was quoted $3000 for me!!!! While others only paid $1600. They don’t listen to what you want I told them exactly what I wanted and they tried to push other services on me and got annoyed with me when I couldn’t be per-swayed. There are other med spas with way better customer service and prices. These reviews I’m sure are all fake.

I did the whole package (body contouring, skin tightening and the injection ) in 6 sessions ,Overall, I love the result, especially with the body contouring , I am satisfied with the result.

I’ve had filler in lips, Nasal folds, Botox here and you can not beat the prices. Also the injector really cares about what he is doing, they do not get to push products on you, they want what is best for you. I have been to 2 other “chain” places for filler and paid $200+ more for filler and the job wasn’t close to as good as they do at laserduet!

I have always been self conscious about residual redness on both my cheeks from prior acne (with broken capillaries) along with acne scarring. I did 4 treatments with the PicoWay Resolve Laser for $2100 starting in January 2023 (and spaced 1 month apart). I guess I should have thought out my decision to do the laser much more thoroughly. A laser will not undo the tethering that pulls down the skin to the underlying tissue (so it wont help acne scarring). You need subcision and a filler for that. That was my fault.I was so disappointed that the technician who did the laser (for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th sessions) was more focused on my forehead lines (each time) instead of the reason I was there (for redness and texture issues on both my cheeks). Each session seemed a little rushed too. I would not recommend the PicoWay Resolve laser at Laser Duet. Then I learned some people only had to pay $1600 (while I paid $500 more). So disappointing.However, I did botox and they probably have the best price around ($8 per unit).

Laser Duet was an amazing find for me. I recommend it to my girlfriends, and anyone else looking to do something for themselves where you leave feeling and looking great—such a confidence boost. Samar and Chaher are very professional and lovely people. They really take their time with you as their client. I’ve been back now 3 times for my Botox treatment, and my lip filler twice now, and I’m always happy with my results. Chaher achieves what I want. My lines are gone without feeling frozen. My lips have just the oompf I need without looking crazy- no duck lips here. They help me decide what’s right for me because everybody- and face!- is different.

I have been there twice now and both times were fantastic. I had hair removal and it was completely painless and extremely effective on my underarms. Ive had barely any hair growth between my visits. I just wanted to share my experience at Laser Duet: amazing. I started out with micro needling and bio peel. They spent more time and were so very thorough, gentle, and kind. Then I got my first dose of Botox which I was very nervous about but I’m so glad that I did. Today I left after doing hydro facial and I couldn’t be happier. Laser Duet staff refused release a refund for the half I did not need done, and only do a equal or lesser exchange. They told me in December that it was because Cherrys loan policy wont allow it. I talked to a rep at Cherry who said Laser Duet has to approve the refund. So now my trust is gone with LD. Just beware, thats all. Other than that, the office offers pretty cool things, just nothing that I need.

This place is great! I just finished my sixth laser hair removal session, and I have to say that the results are awesome! I barely have to shave and it is just SOOO convenient! Layla was the one who did all my sessions. She is very friendly and dedicated. I went in last year for botox and filler and it was recommended I get threads, which I should have never agreed to without learning more about the risks. I have a fairly advanced autoimmune disease, which I had indicated on my intake forms. I had surgical suture hypersensitiviy after the procedure, and its been a nightmare! I was told my a plastic surgeon in the area I live that threads are NOT recommended to patients with AI. I further found out that one of the contraindications of thread procedures are people with autoimmune disease. My own fault in a way. Hard lesson learned. The staff have always been kind to deal with, thus the 3* rating.

My name is Neha I’ve been a melasma/ dark spot patient for over 10 years. I have went everywhere to get my face treated. Some places even made by dark spots worse.. Great experience so far! I have been there for two sessions only, so the laser has just started to work. However, I am really impressed with their service standards - I havent been anywhere else in the city for laser hair removal, but it is by far the best service Ive gotten from any spa or health service provider in the city! Really attentive, professional, extremely clean and pleasant, knowledgeable, no pressure/rush.I am sure I could have found cheaper places, but if you are serious about the treatment and consider yourself a demanding customer, this is probably your best choice. These ladies are awesome. I have been struggling with acne from when I was 13 and have tried everything to get rid of the scars for 20 years and after a while I just gave up. When I came here I was so reluctant to try Picoway but eventually I thought I will give it a try just once and see what happens. The 1064 cleared my skin a lot the second week and I was so happy to see my face like that after years. Is it expensive?, yes. But I want to try it again as its makes me feel so confident to see my face like that and I have dreamt of clear skin for years. I cant wait to see how my treatment today will turn out. I went to this place for laser hair removal through Groupon but this has been my BEST experience both customer service wise and results wise. Natalie is who did my laser and she made me feel so comfortable during the whole procedure. She took care of me like her own family member! This place is amazing. Today is my 4th session of laser hair removal and Im super excited. Honestly this is one of the best decisions I have made in my life. I love coming to this medical spa so much because they really take care of me.they treated my undereyes so well because I had bad dark circles and puffiness and now they’re absolutely gone. When I got to laser duet, I was told about a laser treatment called picoway resolve. It has no downtime, no pain, and does a great job reducing wrinkles , large pores , brown spots , and scars .it is the same kind of laser used to remove tattoos . I decided to go with this instead of the micro-needling that I purchased on Groupon. I was able to have the higher price of the 4 laser treatments reduced by what I paid for the 3 micro-needing. Before I did this I checked with my son who is a plastic surgeon in Las Vegas. He said it is a very good laser procedure for a competitive price . I’ve only had the one procedure and my skin looks tighter . All of the women at laser duet were lovely . Nisreen, the young lady who did the laser treatment was very efficient and gentle. Now this is my second time coming back for Botox and fillers, it was a very gentle procedure and I’m so happy I chose them and excited to do more services in the future !!

This experience was excellent, and I am happy that there are licensed Nurse practitioner onn site instead of anyone not qualified medically to do any beauty techniques that involve knowing correct face anatomy and nerves.The entire team and staff is very professional and the entire treatment was very painless and also helped to calm me with less anxiety during it.

I went here a couple years ago and got treated for laser hair removal, and paid for all of the initial 6 treatments in advance. I ended up moving and had 2 treatments left. I explained this to one of the ladies there shortly after I moved, and asked for a refund. She told me that I could not get a refund but I could come back anytime to finish my treatment. Um....I moved from the area! What is so difficult to understand about that. So I was basically scammed out of hundreds of dollars.P.S. You WILL need more than 6 treatments, which you have to pay for. So it will cost you more than the initial price that you are quoted.

The staff seemed confused when I arrived even though I had an appointment set but they were all nice/friendly. I had a microdermabrasion and I’ve never had one done quite like this and I don’t mean that in a good way. They kept trying to sell me microneedling and after doing my research I don’t plan on getting. Overall they are friendly people but I don’t plan on returning.

It’s a love-hate relationship, they do amazing work but some of the women aren’t very friendly and it’s upsetting to say the least. some seem like they just don’t want to be there and that’s definitely not the experience you want to have when your already kind of nervous about whatever your about to get done. you’d think you’d be able to ask any questions or genuinely feel comfortable talking to them but unfortunately my friend and i that go there, doesn’t:( I hope they get more professional in that sense and they would have an amazing business!

I absolutely love this place!!!! But let me give you a detail rundown of myself and my experience:I am African American and I was suffering from mild/borderline severe hyperpigmentation. And anybody especially skin of color knows how hard it is to get rid of it. I had been to another place before but the level of care and expertise did not match. So now on to my procedure. I received a 3 package deal and what it includes is a chemical peel/micro needling, another chemical peel after 2 weeks and then a another chemical peel/micro needling after another 2 weeks. The name of the peel is biorepeel. It’s an Italian peel that has NO DOWNTIME!!! You heard me no downtime so you can go outside the next day.. with sunscreen of course! Also there is no irritation with this peel whatsoever like a typical peel. It comes with a hydrating serum and cream for post care. Now when you get the peel and micro needling I won’t lie it does sting for the first 3-5 minutes but that’s because the needle is pushing the serum down into your skin so it can really do it’s job. But getting the peel alone DOES not hurt. You may or may not shed depending on the amount of dead skin you have to shed. I did shed but it was light and minimal. Now to the wonderful aesthetician that did my peel. Her name is Faye. She is a nice sweet woman and she explains and answers all my questions in detail and truly cares about my skin and the outcome. They don’t believe in peels that burn and cause irritation and they put quality over a quick buck. My skin has done a total 360 and I am so in love with my skin and will continue to go back for maintenance peels/needling. If you are hesitant about going please don’t you won’t regret it and it’s so worth your money!! And book Faye please she’s amazing😀😀😀

I love this place, I went to get my lips filled recently and the whole staff is amazing and I am completely happy with how they have turned out. So beautiful and tastefully done. Leila and Summer make this a very comfortable atmosphere, Service is quick and super friendly. After I finish with my laser treatments (Which is soon because of how quick and effiecient their machine is) my mom and my sister will do it next! I am extremely happy with the results and I look forward to the hot weather to show off my smooth skin!

This place is by far the best place I’ve ever had the pleasure of doing business with, From the moment you walk in you are are treated like family, Samar is so kind and always willing to give advice and work with you in regards to whatever services you are looking into- I can’t write this review without mentioning Dr.chaher- the work he does and time he takes is above and beyond anywhere else I went in the past and is what keeps me coming back !! I bought a microdermabrasion treatment from Groupon for this place and it was the worst experience ever. I have gotten microdermabrasion from other places and no one has ever finished their treatment in 5 minutes like this place did. She did not cover every surfaces. How do you even cover everything in 5 minutes? Please do not waste your money in this salon. There are better salon’s out there who gives the services you deserve and your money’s worth. I cannot begin to explain how angry and upset I am. I literally feel like my money was stolen. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!!

What a waste of money. The hair comes back after you stop services. They tell you it’s a six month process and pay upfront. Nowhere near permanent hair removal so just be prepared to pay forever if you want the hair removed on a regular basis.

Was just wonderful, describing the entire process in great detail!This was my second session, and I really didn’t feel much pain.they applied a numbing cream on my face, and 20 minutes later she started “needing “!It helps to reduce fine and deep wrinkles, the dark spot and acne scars. with the appealing aspect that it stimulates growth of collagen and elastin, which is the key to youthful looking skin!

I had a great experience with Laser Duet. I saw BIG results even after the 3rd zerona treatment. I lost 2 dress sizes by the time I had my 6th zerona treatment (in 1 week and a half). Make sure to drink lots of water & eat healthy and you will see amazing results. This is a great solution for those who dont have enough time to lose weight for a big event!

They wanted me to come out on Monday for my eyebrow touch up after 2 months. I had the initial appointment in Clinton Twp.. I told them I would not risk that long of a drive considering the allergic reaction I had (eyelid swelling and temporary loss of eyesight), and Im not paying uber $230 to drive me there and back. Not after already shelling out over $600 and having 2 completely different eyebrows on my face. At this point the lack of professionalism and sub par microblading gives me no confidence in allowing them to touch my face again. I will not be driving out to Dearborn and I am looking for a more reputable microblader to fix what they did to my face.Update, nearly one year later, I found out that one of their technicians Faye, was doubling the price of services for hair removal and pocketing the difference. Plus dialing down the machine so you would require more touch ups. Absolutely shady af. Look elsewhere for your beauty services.

I went in for body contouring Zerona, and the results were amazing for my abs and waist. I am extremely satisfied with the results and the ladies who work here are great, I really enjoyed getting to know them. Great spa.

I can’t say enough about Laser Duet. I moved from Ohio to Michigan three years ago and started with Laser Duet then. I saw three doctors in Ohio for micro-needling, Botox and fillers and all three botched my face and were significantly overpriced compared to laser duet. At Laser Duet I started out with micro needling and was completely satisfied and the cost was lower and keeps my wrinkles away, my skin tone even and my skin tighter. I then began Botox and filler treatments. I looked like a plastic clown from the last Ohio doctor I saw and the Laser Duet doctor refused to make my plastic cheeks look any bigger and was nothing but honest with me and explained to me exactly his technique and in time how natural I would look. Within time he was exactly right. He is a perfectionist with the Botox and fillers with precise placement by my eyes, chin and forehead that have enhanced my natural cheek bones and contours of my face. I am in awe of the work that has been done on my face knowing I won’t have to go under the knife. I since have moved back to Ohio but made the hour and a half trip today for my appointment today to get my micro needling, Botox and filler treatments because the skilled staff at Laser Duet are that good. I don’t ever plan on seeing anyone else to perform any other treatments or services on my face except the caring people at Laser Duet. I am 51 going on 39 maybe 35🤗 After a few times within the first year of going to Laser Duet I decided to buy yearly packages and the discounts they provide to me I could never find and was never offered by the three doctors I saw in Ohio. The Ohio doctors gave me fillers by my eyes over and over again to get rid of the hallowed look I didn’t like and pocketed thousands upon thousands of dollars from me. I found out from the Laser Duet doctor that it’s the precise placement of Botox by my eyes that improves the hallowed appearance and it definitely resolves it. I have never left dissatisfied or felt overcharged or taken in anyway and with the extensive experience I have with previous doctors lack of skills and being taken for money I believe I would know. When I say I have never had a business make me feel so cared for and genuinely liked at as a human, I mean it.I made an appointment for botox from Groupon for 40 units and when I arrived I was greeted by an amazingly friendly woman who gave me the simple paperwork and walked me to the room.The doctor came in, chatted for a min and then was a pro! Boom, boom, boom, 10 injections down like clockwork, with 2 left.Then it happened. I started feeling warm and light headed. The entire staff was immediately there with juice and some type of Flatbread (best bread Ive ever had btw), let me lay down for a min because I did completely black out.So embarrassing. And yet they kept reassuring me I was no burden, it happened often and to take my time.I will be continuing with them regularly and maybe try some other services!Thank you guys again!

My mother, friend, uncle, and I all received at least two services each. Samar and Layla were professional, polite, and efficient with their services. I received laser hair removal on two areas and Zerona services. I completed my 2nd hair removal session and 5th Zerona session today. The hair removal sessions are every 6 weeks and Zerona should be done 3 times a week. You must drink a lot of water. I recommend taking the fat burner pills they sell for $60 and excercising a few days. I like that I do not have to wait more than 5 mins when I arrive. They send reminder texts and emails too. Laser Duet also performs botox, body shaping, permanent eye makeup, and many more services. I hear that they will be providing massage therapy soon.

Hello world!!! I am a 41yr old African American female. I have been ashamed of my excessive hair growth on my face and neck for over 10yrs now. It was effecting the way I talked to people, because of the hair growth that was covered on my face and neck. I knew it was a solution for this problem. I thought it was my hormones and the fact of my aging. I tried many consultations at many laser hair removal shops from Southfield to Warren, MI. I was very discouraged and my self-esteem was very low as an adult. I came to Laser Duet in 2013 for a consultation. I couldnt start my treatments because of financial problems. Samar, the shops owner is very reasonable,but I guess it just wasnt the right time. I started to see more hair growth this year and knew I had to seek help. God led me to her shop agaaain!!!!!Thank you sweet God!!! This was my season to receive my gift. In February, of this year I decided to treat myself with my income tax refund. I went in for another consultation and Samar(the shops owner) told me I would love my first treatment. She never told any lie. I had tears in my eyes when I left, because of joy!!My results are WONDERFUL!!! AND KNOW I CAN LOOK ANYONE IN THEIR EYES WHEN I TALK. I used to talk to people with my head held low, because I knew they were looking at my beard and whatever else you wanted to call it. I am now receiving treatments for my chin and neck. Everytime I come to her shop I feel like a kid in a candy store. She helped me smile again and feel like a natural woman. I never take anything for granted, but I wanted to feel normal again. Theres nothing wrong with that is it???????THIS SHOP IS MY WINTER WONDERLAND!!!!I love this shop and will always praise their name from miles away. I had major dark spots that are finally healing and fading because of my treatments. I am grateful from the bottom of my heart to the top of my soul for them!!!I recommend anyone who is feeling skeptical about laser hair treatments to give Laser Duet a try and let them make you smile again!!! READ THIS REVIEW BEFORE YOU GO: BE AWARE!I spent over $800 here and I might as well thrown that money in the trash. This place is a scam. Save your money. They put their machines on a low setting and do not give the machine its full potential to kill the hair follicle, therefore more sessions equal to more money (for them that is). They will tell you need more sessions and that everyone is different. Its all BS. I am going somewhere now and saw results within in 2 months (and for less money). They will also ask for money in advance for your entire sessions unless you are doing touch ups it is by session. The girls that work there are nice but the owners have no management or people skills what so ever. She will talk on the phone and argue with other people while you are waiting to talk to her. These people are not honest people. They are in it for the money and the money only. They also make you sign a contract saying that they basically arent responsible if you do not receive results at all. How are you not responsible after I pay you $800? Pathetic. I hope you get what you give, what goes around comes around. Thieves. Oh and dont be deceived by all these good reviews that they have on here; it is only because they put you on the spot and ask you to write it (Ill be honest, they did it to me), in return for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. If I can give you zero stars I would. You guys really had me fooled.

This place is only after money. They told me I needed 40 units of Botox for my forehead and 40 for my jaw. I knew nothing about Botox so I listened and paid 750. I went to a few other places and everyone let me know I got ripped off Im not even 30. I am looking to sue right now. I was told there was no way they even used 40 units on my whole face, let alone 80. They made me pay double and maybe used half. I think they are desperate for money and do not care about their customers.

Highly recommend laser duet! Amazing and friendly staff that is very accommodating and helpful. I have received zerona treatments and Botox. I was annitonally nervous about getting Botox because it was my first time. They made sure to answer every question I had and went through everything in detail for me. Its been a week since the Botox injections and the results are Amazing! I am a very satisfied coustomer and very appreciative of there wonderful service!

This place is the best!! They treated you like a queen. Also, thier price is worth thier quality of work! I did laser body hair removal and vaser shape treatment and I love my results! I was able to loose 30 Ib with my decipline on diet and drinking enough water!!

I had plenty of scars and acne all over my cheeks and nose as well as my legs, I did 4 microneedling sessions and have seen gret results. I do not break our no were near as much and the redness and acne in my face has gone down drastically. Microneedling is great and Samar is a great and kind Technician.

So happy i found this place, I cannot believe my results! Ive been dealing with stubborn lower belly fat for years despite working out consistently, being mostly plant based diet. I wanted to try something, but was not willing to go under the knife. At first I was super skeptical, but after my first 2 sessions back to back Ive noticed not only my lower belly but my back and lovehandles became tighter and more slim! After completeling my 9 sessions, my clothes were fitting better and I now have a slender waist back, even My family and coworkers noticed! I bought the 9 treatment package of Zerona and lost 6 inches! I wish I could keep going but have some other things I wanted to do. After the Zerona I got Juvaderm Ultra in my lips and they look so natural! I want to get one more syringe because I think they’ll really stand out afterward. I’m going back today for Botox to make my eyebrows even with each other and I couldn’t be more excited! I love Laser Duet!
