My eight years old like to go there when ever we visit the mall nice product good price ,love it

Was advised to not come here and went anyway. The atmosphere was nice and so were employees. However my piercings were so uneven it led me to have to get pierced more than once in nearly the same spot.

VERY expensive for stuff that isnt worth the money. SHEIN website has better stuff and for a few dollars onlyI got my daughter some stuff for $60, and I found some stuff with a very cheap price on SHEIN

I took my son to get his ear pierced. Even though it was almost closing time, they were still able to do it. Daisy was the lady who pierced him and she was amazing!! Super nice and helpful! Thank you, Daisy for taking us at the last minute!! I would definitely refer her if anyone is looking to get pierced!!

Took my granddaughter to get ears pierced, she was all for it until time to get them. Courtney interacted with her right away to calm her down. She did a great job! I recommended this location

The store was clean, and employees were very professional, I was offered help upon entry but was not bothered and allowed to shop. I was able to find just what I wanted for my niece.

I would give it less if possible. Went to get my ears pierced and the girl wo was gonna do it, denise or desire, I dont remember, was very pleasant. Until she pierced my first ear and said, well I slipped a bit so gonna do it again, dont worry itll heal. No apology, nothing. Then the manager working said they cant do anything, no compensation because we need to call the 800 number. No one apologized or attempted to rectify. Never go here, I am filing a complaint with corporate because now I have a random hole in my ear that is burning because some girl slipped. TERRIBLE PLACE

DONT get a piercing here!! It’s unsafe they use a piercing gun. Everyone i got a piercing here it ended up getting infected so i had to take it out even though i carefully followed all the instructions they gave me about taking care of the piercing.

They are a good store just a little expensive and should explain the ear piercing prices a little better 75 for a starter stud is expensive

Horrible customer service. Shuts phone on people’s faces and very unprofessional and rude
