All three of our girls plus an Auntie got their ears pierced today with great success. Kaitlin was awesome! She was patient, funny, and made everyone feel at ease. Thank you so much for a wonderful experience! We cant wait to come back and pick out more earrings!

I feel bad for the employees, most of them do the almost exact same thing as the manager for 11$ an hour with no raises whatsoever I heard. Shame. Find another job while you still can girls you don’t wanna be stuck at 11 forever you can do so much better than that 😂 my poor cousin worked at one for over a year and never got a raise so don’t waste your time or energy cuz it won’t ever be enough for them, I’ve seen the manager leave the store with their employees left in there for hours. The manager has multiple times left employees by themselves on days where they need help and never called or texted leaving them completely in the dark. The managers seen eating and talking on her phone on that back little table they have. And somehow she’s not fired im confused what’s wrong with this place, abandoning your employees shouldn’t be taken lightly

If you plan on buying anything here save yourself the trouble and just go inside the store. Do NOT, I repeat do NOT order online. The first time I ordered online the merch wasnt even in store. I got an email saying my order was ready and all i got was a wasted trip and gas. The second time it took 3 days to fulfill the order when all the items were supposedly in store. Spent over 20 min in the store today trying to get a refund and NOTHING. I still have to go back. If the store was busy i would somewhat understand, but seeing as tho people barely shop in there i just dont see why simple transactions are so difficult.

Wouldnt get my Dogs ears pierced here!! I got my granddaughters ears pierced here in June of last year, And everything was Fine.. Well We wanted to get her a early Christmas present on the day before thanksgiving and so we got her an Cartilage piercing, everything was Okay for 3 days, Until.. Her earring got stuck inside ear skin, and we had to get it out with medical tweezers.

High prices for sub par plastic stuff. I would go to a real piercer to get my childs ears pierced. Still little girls absolutely love this shop and I guess always will.

In desperate need of new management! Got here at 12:50 for a piercing and was told they don’t open till 1. Waited till 1 and didn’t get to any customers till 1:30… maybe show up earlier to open and you can actually take care of your customers when you “open”… spent over an hour here for a piercing.

We went here today, to get my husbands ear pierced. The young woman did a Great Job! She was very Pofessional and Polite too!

I got my daughters ears pierced here a week ½ ago, Everything was ok for 3 days! (Keep this in mind 3 DAYS!) Expect her ears was still sore, on the 27the, She looked in the mirror in her bedroom and asked me to look at her left ear, The earring had gotten stuck inside her ear, and we had to get it out with medical tweezers.

No prices anywhere in the store. Service was slow. There were boxes all over the floor and you couldn’t hardly walk around

DO NOT get your ears pierced here !! First off you shouldn’t get your ears pierced with a gun and the woman who pierced it did not do it straight!! They where so crooked.. They tell you it takes 3-4 weeks when i had mine for 3 almost 4 months and they are still sore.

Just don’t think a place should be able to pierce someone’s ear and then when the back is LOCKED onto the stud they cant remove it ?? ok. then if you can’t remove it then you shouldn’t be able to pierce it.
