I had such a wonderful experience at Removery! The staff is SO welcoming and well informed! The attention to detail in safety, efficiency, and your treatment plan is tailor-made and well executed. I also LOVE that they SPECIALIZE IN TATTOO REMOVAL- therefore they are highly knowledgeable and well-versed in this field- which is very important to me. The pricing is also very fair. I am grateful I found Removery!

The people there are more than sweet and informative, but you need to be sure that you actually want to get this process done. They warped me into signing a year-long package where I can pay it monthly, but they didn’t tell me that this would be nonrefundable and if I wanted to cancel, I pretty much had no Choice. Thankfully, the doctor at the consultation told me I had 30 days to change my mind, I remembered that, and he stood by his word. Therefore allowing me to cancel within 30 days.. But if it hadn’t been for his word, they wouldn’t have given me that option, leading to be paying $1800 for a $270 service.

My consultation was very detailed and I could really trust that I was getting best. I was lucky in an afternoon I got to do the laser removal In less than 25 minutes. I will give you a heads up. It does hurt worse than getting the tattoo itself Thank God, my tattoo was just small

I paid for an unlimited package upfront for a lot of tattoos that i want removed. I wish someone would have told me that I would get multiple cancelations from them not having any providers on my scheduled day. This happened like 3 times. They already make you wait 8 weeks in between sessions so pushing it back even further each time sucks. Im not trying to talk bad about them because each time i go they are very friendly and dont make you feel judged. I just want you to know not to pay everything upfront bc now i am obligated to go back and deal with rescheduling all the time. Also they arent open on mondays which is inconvenient for me. If i wouldnt have paid upfront the first time I probably would have had 1 session and decided it wasnt worth it and never would have gone back.

So glad I found this location! I’ve been putting this off for a long time, but I couldn’t be happier. I had some anxiety about the process, but everyone was so kind and made me feel so comfortable. The consultation was informative, and they were able to fit me in the same day for by first treatment. I really can’t say enough good things about this office, I would give more than 5 stars if it were available!!

This location is so awesome - Niecy did my 12th session today and she was so friendly. She did a great job walking me through everything and making sure the process and treatment were super thorough. I had a bad brows removal consultation today and let me tell you... the crew at this location is so danggone AWESOME!! They greet you warmly the minute you walk in and from there it only gets better. Theyre super friendly but also extremely professional. All of my questions were answered and my concerns and worries about getting this correction done are gone. Ive been wanting to have my bad brows removed for a while but didnt know where to go or look to have it done. Im so happy Google led me here. If I didnt have a trip to the beach planned in a couple of weeks, Id have scheduled a first treatment at my consultation this morning. But no worries, Ill be on their books and in to see them next month to get the ball rolling on my BBR. *Sidenote, Id love to work here. Are yall hiring? 😊

Upon arrival, everyone is so kind! Tariq did the consultation with me and I was able to share details of my tattoo, admit why I did not feel connected with my tattoo anymore, my concerns with tattoo removal in being a melanated person, and more. He’s very patient, relatable and educated in the process which makes him easy to trust. I only scheduled a free consultation to receive information but with the way things went, I’ll be completing my first tattoo removal session today! I am very excited!Edit: First session went great! Nurse Kathy is so kind and made me feel very comfortable. She provided me with great follow-up instructions and info about the type of laser she uses. I can’t wait to come back!

First let me say, i have no complaints regarding the actual laser service. My tattoos are coming off, which is really all i can ask for. However, there have been scheduling errors for my last 3 appointments, whether that’s having me change locations or just completely canceling them. I’d be less annoyed by that if the staff had maintained its quality, but it hasn’t. When I first started coming, there were multiple staff members who were absolutely lovely and knowledgeable. Since all the scheduling nonsense, I haven’t seen any of those original staff members, nor are they listed on the website. The only laser tech I have encountered at this location, and the only one they now have listed on the site website, was less than great. She was sort of condescending whenever I spoke, and she did not make me feel very confident in the quality of the service. I healed up just fine after that appointment, which again is the most important element here, so I will be coming back. I do just really wish they would hire somebody else. This was much more tolerable with a technician I trusted.

They have hired some great new associates! Very thorough and very professional. Also, scheduling has improved as well.

(I’m a cancer survivor). I had my consultation in January. My first appointment in March. It’s been just over a year since my last chemo treatment. Their service contract requires 6 months since your last cancer treatment.At no point between my consultation and my appointment, or the half hour I waited to be seen, or while I was paying my deposit did anyone say to me I needed my doctor’s clearance to get treatment. Instead, they waited until I was in the chair with the laser wand in their hand, to tell me they couldn’t do the service until I had medical clearance from my doctor. I had no treatment done. They waisted my time and are clearly unorganized.

Great place, great people. Ive had a small tattoo for 9 years (exs name) on my wrist. Im happy I found these folks to get rid of it. My total for removal was close to 2k. I was expecting the worst in terms of pain but it wasnt bad. I think getting the tattoo was more painful in my opinion! the whole 1st session was maybe 2 minutes & I see some fading on the black ink areas. I truly am optimistic the whole tattoo will be off my body when I complete the sessions. Ebony & Tyreek were very informative & helped with any information due to this being my first time. The plaza is usually packed where their business unit is located. But you can park anywhere at other surrounding business locations.

What is going on with this business? I’ve only gotten one treatment done and they made me go all the way to Sandy Springs… after I paid for a whole package. This is unethical? What can I do to report this business? I need my money back, you cannot just take money from people and not provide service and just keep cancelling appointments without even calling to reschedule.

I came in for a consultation today and although I did not sign up for my first appointment, I plan to do so very soon! The staff were very friendly and helpful. I can’t wait to start my removal process with Removery.

We’re not off to a great start. I had my consultation well over a month ago and pushed my first appointment due to staffing issues. Today I drove out of my way to Decatur only to be told there was not a technician even hired upon arrival. They claimed “we tried to call you…”. Nope. I didn’t receive a phone call, voicemail, or email. I did receive a confirmation text Tuesday saying the appointment was on. If there isn’t even a technician on staff, why would you schedule AND confirm appointments? I’ve already waited weeks and now have to trek to another location and still wait for my first service. You were very quick to take my money but not so quick to actually deliver the service I’ve already started paying for. I’m considering canceling as I have very low confidence in Removery at this point. Maybe I’ll have better luck at the Sandy Springs location.

The Removery staff were very polite, and knowledgeable about the before, and after care. I would recommend this place if you are on the fence about where to go.

I’ve been coming here since last summer for a complete removal of a very large, very dense, coverup. I’ve had tattoos removed before at various places so I know that multiple factors affect progress & I knew this was going to be the most difficult & longest removal journey yet so it’s been important for me to find a place i knew i would not mind coming to every 2 months. I’ve been here 8 x and each & every time, everyone from the front desk to the technicians are so amazing, kind & knowledgeable.

Simba at the Decatur location was Worst experience I’ve ever had! No friendly welcome. No eye contact. Did not listen to my request with how I wanted my treatment done. Doesn’t know how to use the chair. Rapidly swung me 180 degrees to a hard stop and to top it off she wasn’t comfortable with the equipment. So I’m left covered in dots instead of an actual treatment. Complete waste of a visit!I will not return with Simba working

Simba at the Decatur location was awful. She told me the hypopigmentation i was experiencing was just a risk I took when getting tattoo removal in response to me telling her I had it. While true, it would have been more appropriate to explain how we would move forward (mark those areas and avoid treating, space out future appointments) and actually show some kind of concern instead of being patronizing. I also asked her to put a disposable sheet on the chair for my treatment and her response was, I cleaned the chair. She also said she was sorry I felt that way in response to me telling her I did not like her level of customer service. Continuity of care is a challenge at the Removery. I never see the same provider.

What an incredible experience today! From the moment Megan and I started communicating a few weeks ago to the time I left my consultation with Matison and treatment with Julia—a very professional experience. They took time to go over the realities and the possibilities and ensured I was comfortable every step of the way. I can’t thank them enough or recommend them any higher regard! If you’re considering a removal—this is the place to be! I traveled over an hour to see them and will do so for as long as it takes! It will be a process…and now is the time for that since it’s turning winter and sun exposure is an issue. It’s a commitment and an investment to do it right!!! Step one was today. I’ll update as we go along!Update—I cannot since praises enough! This office is beyond professional and enjoyable. They are models of what every office should be. It takes time and you have to be patient…but I see the progress. It can’t be “burned off” like SOA. It’s a process! You need to understand that. It’s going to be gradual.Another successful appointment! 3-13. If anyone works in this industry—they are looking for technicians. The one covering the office right now commutes 46 minutes from her office. I HOPE Removery is compensating her well—otherwise this office would have to close.

Today I visited the Removery location in Decatur Ga to consult about getting treatments to have my tattoos removed . I met with Madison and Julia/Julie (Sorry if I got the name wrong ) who were so very pleasant with the entire process . Madison was very knowledgeable and gave such informative information about what I’ll experience during the treatments of getting my tattoos removed and how long my process may be . He was extremely patient, communicable with feedback and answered all of my questions and concerns . The energy in the office made me feel extremely comfortable to want to move forward . I had a great experience with Madison and I truly feel confident that I chose the right location to put my past behind me . I would recommend them to anyone . Amazing customer service and such a caring soul for others . It was a very pleasurable experience just as an consultation. I can only imagine what positivity and genuine compassion will be given once treatments actual start . I’m confident that all will go great with my removal. I made a mistake online with my apt time and was a bit frustrated with myself , but was greeted by a lovely staff that accommodated my needs right away. I’ve had nothing but a great experience with Removery Decatur up until recently. My next appointment was supposed to be back in January and it has been pushed back by the studio multiple times. I’ve now been told they won’t be able to fit me in until mid April at the earliest. I understand things happen that are out of anyone’s control but there has been no effort to accommodate at another location. I’m hoping this is turned around soon.

I’ve had about 7 or 8 treatments at the Decatur, Ga location. The technician is understanding and patient. She is informative and gives me an idea of what to expect for each session. She always offers to take as many breaks as needed. She’s very professional and punctual.The office is very clean, quiet, and professional.

Although my tattoo is small and each session takes like 30 seconds, it’s a stubborn tattoo and has not quite started breaking up yet. The techs are so so comforting and encouraging every time I go in & assure me that it takes time and that it will all be over eventually. The place is clean and organized & the staff is always very kind and welcoming!

I have had 6 sessions so far, and the staff is amazing; very flexible and friendly. They make you understand the whole process in detail. Julia is great!!! She stayed late (a few mins) cos i was stuck in traffic and wasnt able to make it on time. Even though i was late and she was over her shift, she didnt rush. She made sure i was comfortable and explained a lot of process.

I went to the Decatur location for the first time today and was quite impressed. Its a much smaller location than Atlanta, but it was very neat, clean, and organized! I met Maya for the first time and was quite impressed with her! Shes very sweet, well-spoken, AND shes a nurse practitioner! So, you know that youre in good hands with your treatment while seeing Maya! Im impressed. 10/10 would recommend!

I am only on my first treatment for two very large tattoo removals but I am very pleased so far with Removery. They are professional, competitive pricing and use the most advanced laser. To be honest, I was so nervous about getting my tattoo removed. It was a beautiful piece that represented someone from my past who I did not want on my body anymore. Ive discussed potentially adding over it with friends, but Tarik ensured that a laser tattoo removal was easy and safe. He was so kind, understanding, and put my mind at ease with my thousands of questions. I felt like I was talking to one of my girls! Id honestly recommend this place to anyone who is thinking of getting a tattoo removal! 10/10!

Tattoo removal is not for the weak! My tattoo was almost gone. Matter of fact, the nurse told me to wait 6 months to come back again. I was pleased with the results but honestly wanted more treatments. While at this particular session, the nurse did a test of the laser to my skin. This isn’t different from anything before so I thought nothing of it. However, she stated that it was too high and she needed to turn it down. I asked her exactly what did that mean and she stated that the laser was too high and she needed to turn it down. She tested it again and maybe turned it down some more. The procedure went smoothly. HOWEVER, a few days later, my skin turned dark. The tattoo areas that were almost gone, were now dark again. It didn’t hurt so I didn’t think much until it got darker. I contacted Removery and was asked to send a picture. I did and the reply was it was because of my pigmentation and in FOUR months if it had not faded, I should add a specific cream. That was it!! When I reached out to the nurse who I had been corresponding with, I let her know that I TRULY believe that the laser was too high because this has never happened before. I added that I purchased the “unlimited” laser treatment package and I feel like I was being pushed away. Like oh well, creammay fix it. As I stated before, the tattoo was almost gone and during my initial consultation, I told the young lady that I wanted to be able to wear clothing that did not show my tattoo. This treatment has been going on for over a year and right when it was time for me to do that, my tattoo gets darker. I say all of that to say this. I DO NOT RECOMMEND REMOVERY as a source for tattoo removal. I feel that the nurse and company in general does not care. They have my money and now I am stuck with an ugly scar from a tattoo that I thought was being removed. I have to start over. I have never been so disappointed in my life. If you can, find another source for tattoo removal, please do so.

Charlotte did the treatment and went over the process with me and was very patient when it came to doing the treatment. This is the place to go for a tattoo removal. I couldn’t recommend them more!!

I’m so impressed with Removery! Of course tattoo removal is a very nerve ridden decision to make but Removery has made the process worry free and reassuring. My removal is going well - the ice packs and cold air ensure I feel no pain during the procedure, and it takes about 45 seconds. I actually look forward to coming to Removery because of the staff. This company took over Dr Ink EraserDr ink Eraser was excellent with reasonable prices, this new company is money hungry my payments were $150 and increased to $377 after Recovery took over! Simply wrong! Even after 7 treatments SMH!

I scheduled my appointment months in advance. Apparently, they no longer do appointments on Mondays at the location I was scheduled for. I waited outside their office for 35 minutes before someone called me back because they don’t answer the phone. Then they offered me an appointment nearly 6 weeks out from when I was initially scheduled. Poor service. Poor communication. The girl I spoke with didn’t even know that they weren’t doing appointments for that day of the week. They could have contacted me and I would have gladly rescheduled. That never took place. I’m good on them. No thank you.

The staff is always friendly, easy going and on time. The new location in Decatur is smaller than the original but had the same professionalism and feel as the main office. Scheduling is easy however they do fill up with appointments quickly so calling sooner than later would be advised.

I usually have a good experience. This last session I got was a bit different. First I didn’t feel like the laser was touching my skin at all. This tech even made the statement that she couldn’t really tell where my tattoo was because the ice pack had distorted it some. Also my tattoo is faded pretty good at this point. So after I leave I never experienced the pain I normally feel after the numbing from the cold wears off. Then a few days go by and no healing or scabbing at the site and when I called to tell them this, the 800 number said she would leave a message for them to contract me. Here 2 days later and no call back as of yet. Very disappointed in Decatur, GA

2 sessions in, already seeing significant fading. Appointments are so easy, they get me right in and out in about 5 minutes. My tattoo is 2 inches in diameter and the actual lasering only takes about 30 seconds. Its so easy, my only regret is not doing this sooner.

I was quoted 990 for my extra small tattoo. 10 visits, 1 visit every 2 months. So it would take a year for a lack outline. They should do the pre-check list to see if you can get removal b4 hand bc I did not know you could not get tattoo removal while breast feeding. It was a waste of a visit for me.I waited in the wait room for 10m without being greeted. I assume that Courtney was the only one there.
