I went to Body Jewel about a month ago to get an ear re-piercing. The entire staff was professional and walked me through the process of piercing with a needle. The piercing specialist was precise in his measurements and Im thrilled with the results. Im considering a nostril and another ear piercing, I will definitely return to this location to get it done.

Got my first piercings, nostril and left earlobe, and the staff at body jewel were amazing! Every step from greeting, determining which sides to get pierced, picking out gem options, determining where to place the piercings, and the piercings themselves was a great and friendly experience. Would definitely recommend

I have been here now this is my third Tim in 3 weeks! John is fantastic, he’s professional and very thorough awesome guy to deal with and the 2 girls up front are extremely sweet and courteous. I have had a second nose piercing 2 daith and one helix! All have been great no issues at all. Thank you guys will see you for my earring changes in a couple months! :)

Went in on Wednesday to get new jewelry and Rease, the person working the front desk was absolutely wonderful! I suck at picking out jewelry and trying to match some of my piercings. Rease not only picked out jewelry for each piercing, I told her the piercings I’m wanting to come in and get next week and she showed me and wrote down the code for the jewelry to get pierced with! If you’re struggling with picking jewelry definitely seek her help! I absolutely LOVE my new set up!

Went to get my ears re-pierced and it turns out they only needed tapered. First time there but will definitely go back if I get more in the future. Very nice staff and even chatted with me.

My first and only choice for my piercings. They are very friendly and I LOVE the guy who does the piercings. He is very good with young kids as well. You will be in good hands go for it!

2 years ago I opened the septum, and I reopened my lip, I must say that the hand of the one who did it to me, was perfect, it’s a good place. So let’s go for one more.

Update on my review! : July 12th: I got my conch and my tragus pierced by John today! He was very thorough with explaining aftercare details and offered plenty of tips. I love the placement of the jewelry! He also switched out my septum ring and my vertical Labret jewelry. He was very careful not to pinch my skin or tug on the piercings which is much appreciated :) pain rating solid 2/10 on the tragus and 2.5/10 for the conch. Their jewelry selection is gorgeous by the way👏🏼June 5th: Got my Vertical Labret! My piercer Amy took extra care to make sure it was centered because I’m extremely meticulous when it comes to symmetry. The piercing was quick and simple, and they walked me through every step. For anyone wondering, I’d rate the initial pain as a 4/10 (more painful than my septum which is personally a 2/10). I went to Ohio Cryo afterwards to get spot cryotherapy to reduce the pain and swelling so now I barely even notice it. Much better than an ice pack because nothing is touching the piercing during spot cryo. To top everything off, the pricing is very affordable. Cant wait for my next piercing!

We took our 8 year old daughter to get her ears pierced. John was wonderful! Extremely patient and explained everything thoroughly so my daughter understood what was going to happen. He made all of us feel comfortable in what can be a stressful situation. The piercings look great and my daughter is so happy with them. Would highly recommend them.

Extremely clean, professional and very friendly courteous staff. They answered all of our concerns and questions. I will likely be returning. They fully discussed after piercing care and cleaning for a good recovery. The person piercing was very skilled, thorough and kind. 2 thumbs up! I started with one cartilage piercing and have returned for more. Knowledgeable and helpful staff who do their best to ensure you get what you want.

Had a dermal placed here, went to have it changed 6 months after it had healed. I had 0 issues ever. Their piercer on shift decided to use a clamp on my dermal instead of the correct forceps, and now I have a rejected dermal due to him squeezing it with the clamps for 15 mins even though i expressed my pain. Absolutely the worst place to ever get pierced and they need to lose their licenses to do so.Thanks so much for the disgusting hole in my face that i cannot get past, was supposed to be such a great thing for me, and now horrendous.

The bigger lady who does the piercings in the back is rude and if she is working I would not trust her to pierce you. She pierced the other side of my nose with the wrong jewelry. As an upset but understanding customer I wore the wrong piercing for two weeks until I couldn’t stand it anymore. She wouldn’t take it out so i waited for when someone else (the guy piercer) was available to fix it for me. Again today I went in to get my naval done. She looks at me for one second and starts belittling my body type saying she “cant” do it because it would just be a “stomach piercing.” The way she handle me as a returning costumer was totally unprofessional. I recommend going to a different place or going when the guy piercers are there.

Ive gotten piercings here but this trip was with my goddaughter to get her bridge pierced. Top notch customer service as always with a skilled and caring piercer(John) . There was a bit of a hiccup and the piercing had to be redone( the needle may have gotten too close to the bone on one side so even though the dots lined up one side was a tad off) but with honest communication and a sincere hearfelt apology it was redone immediately and looks awesome. I highly recommend them!

The hoop side I’ve had for 15ish years. 2/25/23 I decided to get the other side done! I’m super happy about. I went to BJ off of Sancus!

I have had several piercings here and i had issues with all of them— my earlobes got infected despite cleaning several times a day. when i got my low helix done, the stud broke off inside my ear and they had to dig out the piece with tweezers. i was offered no compensation for this. this one, as well as my other helix piercing i got done here both got infected, and despite one being done in 2020 and the other being done over a year ago, they both get infected from time to time, even with cleaning. i have other piercings i got done elsewhere and i’ve never had issues with them, even my septum healed better and was less painful than my ears.

I’ve been here a few times and during each visit, I am always amazed with my experience! Today I got my doubles pierced, and was quite nervous as I’m bad with needles; however, Josh (I believe) talked kindly and passionately to me while I was getting pierced and made me feel safe! Body Jewel is AWESOME!!!

The place was wonderful, and I enjoyed the knowledgeable workers, but do not get your septum done there. it was incredibly painful, and pierced in the wrong spot. the male piercer is who pierced me, and he did not get the sweet spot. kept shoving it through until it finally went. it healed fine and doesnt look too bad so Im not that upset about it, but overall, not the best experience you could have getting a septum.

I went today at body Jewel to have my 2nd helix done, I was so happy that Dan was the piercer. He’s awesome! I feel comfortable with him and the lady at the front desk is so nice too, she even recognized me lol. I love the two of them! Definitely going back to have my left ear piercing. By:Geraldine❤️

I got both daith piercings and my 2nd earlobe piercings here. My piercer (John) was genuinely the kindest individual Ive met in my entire life and he was endlessly compassionate even when I started having a panic attack after (the panic attack was from outside causes, not this place!). I already have most of the piercings Ive wanted for a while, but if I have more done in the future this WILL be the place I go! If youre considering getting piercings, stop in here to get them done. You will be taken care of and come out with amazing results here, no doubt!!Update!!! I came back and got both of my nostrils pierced. I had a different piercer this time, one of the ladies, and OMG! She was awesome! We spent a little bit making sure the placement was absolutely perfect and I am IN LOVE!!! Ive had six piercings total here now and every single one has been totally perfect and has healed quite nicely! Their prices are great and the quality is always the kind you would expect from professionals like those who work here. I highly recommend coming here whether youre just starting out or a seasoned punk-type.

Clean, great service most of the time from the counter accept on one occasion. There was a girl normally not seen there. with dark hair with poor customer service. It was a Thursday. The other girls up front are phenomenal. The piercer that is there during the week is awesome. He always has great customer service and tells you how to take care of your piercing, and he is good at piercing. He has done 5 for my daughter and 7 for me. Great guy.

I have gotten 3 piercings from this shop over the past few years and had a good experience for 2 (nose and tongue) and a terrible experience for my septum. It was pierced in the wrong place and made a popping noise as it went through :( It gave me massive headaches and took FOREVER to heal before I decided to cut my losses and take it out.But, I liked the shop and decided to buy new jewelry for my tongue piercing. After they provided me the wrong jewelry for my tongue ring, they then claimed I never got my jewelry from this shop and they dont sell the jewelry I have? Ive had this same ring in my tongue since I purchased it and had it put in while sizing down from my original tongue bar at BJ in Tuttle in 2019! (Periodically taking it out to clean).I genuinely loved this shop and even went back after the septum experience because I believed it was an honest mistake. BUT, I would highly recommend anyone to go ELSEWHERE like Evolved or maybe even Claires for a piercing instead. I never have issues there with jewelry, piercings, or the staff.Edited to add: I do have videos of me receiving every single one of these piercings at the Body Jewel in Tuttle as well!Good luck!

This place was clean and the staff were very patient and friendly while answering my questions and concerns. Piercer was professional and took the time to make sure I was happy with my piercing placement. The piercing was done quickly with minimal discomfort. I had a very positive experience.

Amazing experience. I took my six year old to get her ears pierced and I loved the fact that they asked HER if SHE wanted to get it done. They also explained that is she at any time wanted to stop they would stop as to respect her. She cried a bit but they were very patient with her and she got them done. Everyone was very friendly and respectful with us and her. Highly recommend.

My daughter who is 7 just got her ears pierced at their Tuttle Mall location. Reed who answered the phone and rang us up was very kind, helpful and professional. He helped us to both feel at ease. John who pierced her ears was also very professional and did a great job. They do use a needle vs a piercing gun but from what I heard this tends to be better for your ears and more hygienic. My daughter did not really have any pain during or after. So far, theyre looking good. Lastly, I also appreciate how understanding they were of my other children with me.

Got pierced by a guy name John. Was not remotely friendly and looked pretty annoyed when he was piercing me. I was alone and it was my first piercing... it sucks that I had such a cold and unwelcoming piercer. Also, I am not happy with my belly button piercing. The piercing itself pokes outwards at the very top and Ive come to realized it was pierced crooked too. Not a good experience overall. I would advise anyone thinking to come here not to. Find somewhere that has better customer service and can actually pierce good too.

Around a year ago, i got my nose pierced. I was super nervous and nearly passed out but all the workers were super friendly and kind to me! today, i had to go back because my nose ring was having a hard time going back in. Reid was super uplifting and kind while i waited for the piercer to come in. the piercer was patient with me after she helped me with my nose ring (i nearly passed out... not very good with needles lol!) Always a super welcoming environment with intelligent staff! :)

I got my very first piercing here (A septum) and I am quite happy with my experience. The piercer was very nice, friendly, and quick. The wait wasnt too long, as there was only a few people before me. The place looked clean, as well. The lady at the desk was very nice, and gave me some tips on cleaning. I recommend this shop if you live in the area :)Only downside is that there wasnt starter jewelry in my prefered color, but I dont mind the colors given. (I can always change it when it heals, anyways)So far, I have no issues with my piercing.

I needed my septum ring put back in because I had it taken out for surgery a few months ago. Waited 2 hours to have them put the jewelry in for me. I went home and the ball fell out. Came back the next day and asked them to put the ball back in for me, it was hard to do it myself since its small. Guy at the service desk told me hes sorry and theyll help me, but I have to wait another hour and a half. Their piercer is on break. I shouldnt have to wait over an hour for their mess up. I asked if they can give me a refund at least. He said no. Why have a piercing studio in a mall if you have one room to pierce people in and cant fix this? I left, so much for service.

Honestly, I couldn’t be happier with my experience. I wish for the life of me I could remember the woman’s name who did this stunning work, she’s a shorter gal (shorter to me anyways, im 5”10 lol) with round glasses, she has a Medusa pericing and curly-ish hair. She is so sweet and really perfected her craft. She made sure it was extremely even and walked through each step of what she was doing and even took care of me when I felt light headed. She knew exactly what to do and took action very quickly. She was very patient and kind. Very fun and cheerful to talk to and will kept me calm through our entire session. I have extremely bad anxiety and I almost felt no anxiety my entire time. Yes even with a big needle going through my lip more than once lol. Highly recommend, it is a little expensive but honestly if you want a for sure guarantee on safety, cleanliness, accuracy and friendly piercer, this is your place. Totally worth the money.

I got my eyebrow and nipples done by John, he was very professional and even answered questions about piercings I dont have yet. The piercings themselves look great, everything was clean and private and service was prompt. Overall a wonderful experience and I will for sure be coming back!

They are professional, and gental. The girl in the front, who isnt piercing yet (forgot her name) she is good under pressure. I applied some pressure accidentally on purpose, and she stood strong. They were understanding to my teething sleepy 2yr old. Ill be back, for more.

I went in to get my septum pierced and I was really nervous, but John and Jourdan were incredibly friendly and fun to be around, it made my stress practically dissappear!! They made the process super easy and reassured me that this was definitely not most painful if you get it done right, which Jourdan did an excellent job. Got my 11 yo daughter’s first ear piercing and I was worried as she’s very anxious and pain sensitive. But it went super smoothly and quickly. The piercer, Chris, was professional and patient. He treated her with so much respect; a lot of adults only talk to the parents and not the kids. She said it felt like a little pinch. And the titanium earrings were beautiful. Much larger and prettier than the starter earrings available for the same cost at a place like Claire’s (after you count the required cleaning solution they force you to buy). But I specifically wanted to avoid Claire’s for piercing bc I wanted it done with a needle and not an earring gun. Thank you!It cost us about $37 for the piercing and earring. They offered to sell us a bottle of cleansing spray for $8 more, but I declined and they provided a recipe for a saline solution to use at home.

My sister , myself and a friend went in Sunday to get piercings and Jourdan was amazing! Great personality, was so welcoming and helpful with choosing placements of our new additions. Highly recommend her and the body jewel team!

Out of all the piercing shops i have been to in Chicago/Cincinnati and Columbus i feel like this shop has the best customer service. i bought new jewelry and they made sure i knew how to use it, and helped me pick out new sizes. Ive always wanted a nose hoop but always bought too big, the people working explained the mm sizing too me. Ill be back for more!

They are very friendly and professional here. The level of service is great. I will be going back. Jourdan is awesome! She really calms the nerves and gets the piercing done efficiently.

While sometimes some of the people who work here can be somewhat off putting, they always seem to have safety and health in the front of their mind. I have never been steered the wrong way, even in regards to piercings that they didnt do. Ive gotten amazing quality jewelry here and I react badly to most jewelry. When no one was able to help me heal my nose piercing (my daughter headbutted me...) they gave me advice that worked wonders and its been fine ever since. 5/5 for quality and because first and foremost peoples health and safety are TOP priorities for them.

Prices do not include jewelry like the website says, or they sold me an upgraded piece without telling me everything they were pointing out was $45 more expensive.I got a navel piercing and it had to be removed at Evolved after a month.They do have quality jewelry though and the studio was pretty clean.

I love the piercers there, but the girl that checks people out is always overbearing and stands over us. When I tried to look at the gauges because I have problems with vision she told me no and that I could only look at it after I bought it.

Absolutely love going to Body Jewel! Every one is always so friendly and helpful there. Taking my child to get their ears pierced and the piercer was so accommodating and helpful and kind. Definitely will go back.

I got my helix pierced here about 3 months ago. I’ve had a lot of issues with it since then. Yesterday, the jewelry broke in my ear and fell out. I tried to call multiple times today and I had poor cell service. The third time, the guy who picked up was INCREDIBLY rude to me and proceeded to hang up. Very unprofessional

The employees are so nice and knowledgeable and always ready to help! I love this place and highly recommend it to anyone wanting a piercing. The store is immaculately clean and the piercing tools are completely sterile. They are very understanding and patient with the younger children as well!

Friendly staff, very welcoming, very clean, and good prices. They have a wide assortment of jewelry to choose fron if you dont want the basic silver ball that comes with the piercing. Got my helix pierced by Dan done last year and its doing amazing. Got my thirds and rook done by Raven earlier this week and both are doing really well no swelling with little pain. Both were very knowledgeable and went step by step with the santizing and piercing processes along with the aftercare. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to get their next piercing at a good price.

So, today, my fiance and I had our septums done. Jourdan was the girl who got the pleasure of stabbing our faces. She was AMAZING. Of the 3 or 4 other times Ive been here, she was by FAR my FAVORITE person ever. She was SO sweet, kind, and hilarious. The salesman at the counter, John, was the dopest dude ever. John, if youre reading this, she was going to get hers, no matter what, but we REALLY enjoyed your confidence, and enthusiasm! You had us cracking up, and kept good conversation. Today was the best experience Ive ever had here. And Ive always had great ones. Keep up the amazing work guys! HIGHLY satisfied.

I was worried at first because all of the places that I looked into before had bad reviews with being sanitary, but this place according to my mom was more sanitary than a surgery room. Everyone who worked there was supper friendly, polite, and knew exactly what they where doing. There are are also a lot of options to chose from when it comes to choosing what rings you want. 100/10 If you want a piercing this is the place to go.

I got a septum piercing here in december and it seemed fine at first, i kept up with the cleaning and didnt touch it at all. i even did research on it to make sure everything went well, but then i noticed a bump near the exit of it. i searched it, found out that its a pustule. i tried the salt water soaks and cleaning it as often as possible (not too much to harm the piercing) and it didnt help because it keeps COMING BACK. during all of this, ive noticed that my piercing is crooked and ive read online that it could be why im having issues with it. im almost certain that im going to take it out after seeing a doctor and getting meds for the infection, then im going to go somewhere else to get it repierced. im not hating at all, the piercer was super friendly and my friend had all of hers done by him without any issues. the rating only has to do with the fact that it was pierced crooked and its most likely the cause of the infection.

Best place for any body piercing/ jewelry hands down! Pricing is great and the people who work here are very friendly and informative. Danyelle does an absolute job each time and really cares about the piercings she does , will always recommend this place! 10/10

Bought a piece of $35 after tax piece of jewelry under the impression it was high quality stainless steel. Started experiencing a reaction when I put the jewelry in the next day so contacted them and they told me their jewelry contains traces of nickel which a lot of people are allergic to and was told they absolutely would not exchange or refund my money. They should inform people that they are selling expensive jewelry that most people will have an allergic reaction to.

Pain-free ear piercing done by a patient person in a clean, private setting. Very detailed instructions for post-care. No issues to report one month later. A great place for first time piercing and multiple piercings, too.

My 7 year old daughter had her ears pierced (first time!) at Body Jewel. We had a great experience there. Jody was the lady who did the piercing, using needles, & she was super friendly, clean, informative, & professional. I would recommend this business to a friend.

I got my nostril pierced here and it was such a good experience! Everything was sanitary and Chris was very professional. He had an apprentice and took the time to explain everything he was doing to her, which I thought was awesome even though it didn’t really affect me. This place is great!

I asked the piercer to pierce my ear higher than the dot he originally made. I didnt think anything of it until he made the comment shouldve made it lower after the piercing was done. one year later and my piercing still hasnt healed because he pierced it diagonally with a small stud. this place is fine. learn from my mistake and go somewhere where the people take pride in what they do.

Awesome people, awesome ability to help little ones get over the fear of piercing. Unlike the forced piercing done by other companies with a piercing gun, the process at Body Jewel is less invasive, and safer. The knowledge of how to clean newly pierced ears is emphasized. Just really like this place.

My piercing went wonderfully here!!!! I got my nose pierced. All I needed was my ID and I was all set. There was someone before me and someone after me. This place is always hopping with business. Wonderful place to go!!!! I will definitely go back for other piercings😀😀😀😀

Really nice place , a lil pricey but they are very professional , great knowledge on each piercing and body jewelry , they were very helpful , and they are good. My daughter didnt even know her piercing was done she had to ask the piercer if he had done it already she said WOW😲that didnt even hurt 🤯

Before my most recent experience here, I absolutely loved this place!! But obviously that has changed. I came here to buy two earrings and the girl at the front desk with round glasses was 1) extremely condescending and legitimately talked to me like I had never had my ears pierced 2) did not listen to anything I said because she IMMEDIATELY tried getting me to sign waivers to get jewelry put in (which I didnt ask for) and 3) after I EXPLICITLY showed her that I wanted the EXACT same earrings from my previous piercing here, she completely ignored me and proceeded to scramble/rush me and didnt even show me the jewelry I was purchasing. As soon as I walked out the store, I looked at the jewelry and saw that the diameters of the earrings were HUGE (mind you, I told her I had VERY small ears but she probably just didnt listen once again!) and they were NOT the same as the earring I showed her in my ear. When I went back to confront her about giving me a product that I literally did not ask for, she told me she couldnt do anything since I had walked out of their view (even though I literally had just spent over $40 on jewelry that I cant even use because of her errors!!!). I tried speaking to whoever the manager was at the time and she tried to tell me that it was my fault for not being specific enough (even though I SHOWED THE GIRL the earrings I wanted that were literally in my ear as well as PICTURES of the piercing that I previously got here to ensure that I got the right earrings). Neither of the employees took accountability for their actions, and for that, I will no longer be a customer at Body Jewel. To give anyone perspective on this, I literally never write reviews but this experience was so absolutely ridiculous that I felt other consumers should be aware.

As someone who has several piercings, and has been to a few different shops around the Columbus area, I feel like I can confidently say Body Jewel at Tuttle Mall was by far my best piercing experience. Everyone there is extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the prices are very reasonable. Whether you are a seasoned veteran of the piercing process or just starting out, I highly recommend taking a trip over to Body Jewel.

Could not have been happier with my experience. Took my 5 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced again. She freaked out but her piercer was so professional and rather than refusing service calmed her down only to find out her old holes were still open. Walked out with new earings and a little girl who is no longer afraid to get a piercing.

Questionable quality of the body jewelry... I bought 3 new pieces of navel jewelry here, and they each caused inflammation, and I now have an infection. My piercing is over 8 years healed, no issues as long as I use quality professional surgical steel jewelry since I have sensitive skin. Be wary purchasing your jewelry here. I mentioned this to a friend of mine and she had the same issue with a navel ring she purchased here.

My husband just happened to notice this little shop in the mall, and knew I wanted a piercing. There was a 25 minute wait (seemed like a popular place) so I filled out paperwork and looked at jewelry. Each piercing comes with standard titanium jewelry but you can pay extra for some pretty stuff made of 14k gold.Be aware that whatever you choose needs to stay in there for 4-6 months (time varies depending on piercing) so pick something that you can tolerate during that time. If you would be unhappy with the plain titanium for the next 4-6 months then do get the upgrade to something youll like.PRICING: the prices cannot be beat!! A cartilage piercing (like tragus) is only $45 and that includes both the titanium jewelry AND the piercing service!! AND they have buy one get one 1/2 off!! So then you get a second piercing and service for half price! I kinda wish I had gotten 2, since it would only be $67.50 plus tip. So if you dont get the spray and just get the piercing with the standard jewelry then its honestly just $45 plus tip (please tip something!) for something like cartilage. A small can of spray is only $8.95. Pricing varies for other types of piercings but they were all fairly low and didnt notice anything priced really high. From what Ive seen elsewhere you usually get charged to get pierced and also for the jewelry separately. So it gets pricey.I am a big baby and dont much like needles or getting pierced, but do it since I like the end result. It did hurt for me, when I got it. Ive had shots in my kneecaps and those hurt too, its just a different sort of pain. Certainly bearable, just a bit painful.This was only my 3nd time going to an actual professional piercing shop, most of my past piercings were done at places like piercing pagoda. I do NOT recommend going to a kiosk. Please see a professional at a real piercing shop! I havent had any piercings in probably 15 years so I was a little nervous and not sure what to expect.The guy did a perfect job. Seriously, its perfect and most the time I forget it was done, because it doesnt hurt at all! It isnt even red at all, not even 24 hours later. It only hurt initially getting it done and about an hour or so after. After that it quit hurting and I forget all about it. The entire place was also very, very clean. Everything he used was sterile, and put on a fresh pair of gloves first, etc.So in summary Ill be back next time, they have the best prices, the work is perfect, and it doesnt really hurt after the initial piercing. The shop is very clean. They have a ton of jewelry to choose from, and the body piercers were very knowledgeable. if I ever decide to get anything else pierced, Ill definitely go back to them.

I went in on a Sunday around 3:30 and it was a long line. I called at 4:03 to see if I could make an appointment, they said walk in only, and it was an hour wait. I decided to wait and right when it was my turn at 4:48 they turned me away saying they cut services off because they were behind. They closed at 6. When I called at 4:03 I was never told services would be cut off unless I would have never waited. I also drove from Canal Winchestor which is not down the street. Horrible customer service, I will 100% not recommend that place.

My daughter wanted her second ear piercings and she was anxious. Staff was very aware of this and made her feel great. Awesome staff and selection of jewelry.

Rated as 1 because I have a question that I hope will help others also: Do you provide the Daith piercing? I have only had my earlobes pierced so trying to find and understand where to go for other piercings is confusing at times when kids only want to laugh because you do not understand the lingo, and all you want is your migraines to go away. Please help if you can. THANK YOU! !

Ive been here 3 times recently to purchase ear jewelery. No one is really knowledgeable. Ive had a different person each time and they dont really know their inventory or compatibility..Ive now wasted money on 2 different ear posts because I bought what they said to and they werent what I wanted, only to realize later that I actually could get what I said, but they said no, this is what you should get.

Got my belly button pierced in May, its october and it still hasnt healed its a red bump and the piercer didnt even pierce my button she pierced my stomach above my belly button. Finally gave up and took it out and Ill go somewhere else when it heals

Pierced our 5 year old daughters ears and they were great with her. Even with a wait to pierce , they took time with her and were had a lot patience

They messed my belly button completely up!! They used a banana bar instead of the hoop . You need the hoop in order for it to heal correctly !

I got my dermal changed here the girl had trouble putting the new one on. And after two weeks it somehow came unscrewed and fell out.

I got my dermal done here and removed here. They are awesome at what they do. Very little pain involved.
