From the initial consultation to the final result, every aspect of my experience at Stay True Tattoo Studio was very positive. With a pristinely clean studio and a welcoming receptionist, they took the time to understand my vision and guide me through each step. Highly recommended for bringing your vision to ink! My boyfriend and I had been searching for a tattoo shop in the area to get more work done (our prior tattoos were done in Colorado). After checking reviews, we decided to meet with the artists at Stay True Tattoo in Dublin. We were immediately impressed with the quality of work shown in the booklets and the friendliness of the staff, including Shae (sorry if I spelled that incorrectly!) and artists Steven and Brendon. We discussed design, put deposits down, and scheduled our respective tattoo dates. I had two tattoos done by Brendon, and my boyfriend had one done by Steven. We could not be more impressed! The quality of detail and color and the creativeness are unparalleled. They turned benign concepts into works of skin art. Huge kudos to Brendon and Steven!! We plan on going back over and over!!! (Kudos to Shae too; she is so sweet and awesome!)

I had the first piece done over 10 years ago by Ryan, its still perfect. The second is less than a week old. This shop is clean, friendly, everything you need in a tattoo shop. Ryan is an incredible artist. I will be having more work done and Im lucky to have such talented people!

Came in on a whim as a walk-in for my first ever tattoo, Leo was super nice explaining each step and had me in and out in 30 minutes! lovely place, Ill definitely be coming back

In n out within an hour n 10 mins, including time Matt took to sketch the design based on a pix I found online (a little too complex so he had to simplify to match the size of my other tattoo). Price point is 👍🏽!

I went in on a Tuesday for a walk in, thinking the middle of the week would be less busy. Unfortunately I was wrong and it seemed like everyone was booked bit the receptionist was very nice and helpful. Although I wasnt able to get in right away, she talked to a few of the artists and was able to make me an appointment for the end of the day.Brendon was my artist and he was really nice and communicative about each step of the tattoo. He worked quickly and was able to get exactly what I wanted without needing much of a consultation. I was very happy with the final work and my overall experience at this shop. It was my first time here but I doubt it will be my last!

Had a great experience here, Mike is an amazing artist and created an amazing piece for me. Definitely my best tattoo so far. I feel very fortunate we got matched up, his technical skills were perfect for the challenging line work. Stay True is a very classy place to get a tattoo, its welcoming, clean, professional, and friendly. Everything youd want in a tattoo shop. Ill be back for any future work, for sure!

Called the day before and they found a way to squeeze me in. The guest artist they had there did 2 tattoos for me and he did an amazing job. I accidentally overpaid (forgot I had made a deposit) and they came running out to the parking lot to give me my $80 back. Cool vibes in there too, you could tell they all have fun with what they do. Highly recommend this place!

Nice spot with friendly staff. However, was initially told the shop rate was 180 an hour and ended up spending 450 for a super basic tattoo with really no artist creativity behind it. Just tracing the lines I sent. It also only took an hour and a half. I was genuinely in shock when I left my appointment because a friend highly recommended the shop and had gotten a lot of work done. I definitely felt ripped off with my work and would not recommend this shop unless the price matched the actual work out in to the piece.

Stay True is a professional, clean tattoo shop that does beautiful work. The shop is well managed, with artists that are all held to the same high standard. I have had 5 tattoos done at the shop, and each one is just as impressive as the one before. I really like the fact that they are truthful and give guidance when it comes to the size and placement of the tattoo. If they dont think it will look good, they will tell you, and you should listen to their advice, they know what they are doing. This is the only tattoo shop I trust.

***UPDATE***Ive since had 5 other pieces done by these guys. 4 by Mike and 1 other by Steph. Still stands, super friendly crew and amazing work as ever!---Fantastic place, friendly staff and Stephanie was phenominal!First time ever getting a tattoo - everyone there was very welcoming and able to address my questions and concerns.For sure getting my second one done here!

I took my niece into this shop on friday night, because of the rave reviews. (I was treating her to a tattoo for her birthday.) Of course I wanted one too. One of the tattoo Artist....STEPHEN, couldnt get us in that evening, but offered to come in early the next morning to do our tattoos, so my niece could catch her flight home. Anyway we were both very happy with the results. He is very articulate and took the time to sketch out exactly what we both wanted. THANK YOU Stephen...youre the best.(Wish I could have posted pictures.)

They gave me my first tattoo and the employees were incredibly kind. I had forgotten I took my debit card out of my wallet earlier that day, and the people told me it was okay if I ran home and got it. The tattoo was quick too, and they made sure to explain everything I needed to know since Ive just turned 18 this year and Ive never gotten a tattoo before this one. The store was clean, nicely decorated, and they had drawings on the ceiling to distract yourself from the pain.

Ive have been getting tattooed at Stay True since its inception. The caliber of artist working there has always been second to none and Ive had work done there by at least 6 different artist over time. All have been great experiences and I have the quality, lasting tattoos to prove it. This says a lot for how the owner, Ryan Groebler, runs his business. He is committed to having only the best tattooers under his roof. The choice and selection of something that will last your lifetime has always been something, I feel, the Stay True staff goes the extra mile on. From size, placement and color, to the safety of the customer and staff and the proper healing of the tattoo. This to me is just as important as the finished product. I dont hesitate to recommend Stay True when someone asks me where they should get tattooed (whether its their first tattoo or their 21st) . Stop by check out the portfolios of the artists and you will see what I mean.

Stay True Tattoo in Dublin is a great shop. I have been getting tattooed by Ryan for quite some time now and have also had Steven and Stephanie tattoo me as well. The shop is always clean and equipment is sanitized and safe. They have always been super accommodating and not afraid to tell me if my idea wont work or look good(after all theyre the artists not me). I would and do recommend them for any of your tattoo needs!

Stay True Tattoo is an outstanding tattoo establishment. Great artists, great people. I am 100% pleased with the 3 tattoos I have gotten there so far and look forward to more. Clean environment, professional, and most importantly, great tattooing.

Clean and professional. What else could you ask for from a Tattoo Shop. I had work done by Brendon and was extremely pleased with his work. He paid attention to details and was able to give me what I wanted while also providing me with good insight as well. I saw some of the work done by other artists as well and was very impressed

One thing I noticed was awesome about Stay True that you dont see in every shop is that one of their top artists is a female (her name is Steph). People often dont realize how valuable it is to be able to offer a female perspective when the need arises, and shes an invaluable resource.The owner Ryan is super knowledgeable and professional. He understands how to run a business AND be an artist in a creative field.Now to my personal experience:I created a concept for my husbands tattoo in photoshop and brought it to Stephanie. She adapted it to a mockup for the tattoo and nailed it right on the first try. My husband gets compliments on it ALL the time, and it truly is amazing work.Bottom line: I would recommend Steph and Stay True 100% any day of the week.

I was looking for a great shop and i found one close to home and i found it! This is an amazing shop! From the artists to the shop itself. Everyone is very professional and very talented. If the artists think that a tattoo wont work or look good they tell you straight up. Overall this shop is amazing!

Was in town for a month, Went here on my day off and told them specifically what I wanted nothing fancy but nothing easy either in the short amount of time I had! Killed it! I love my new tattoo he did exactly what I wanted and exactly how I wanted it! Wish I could remember his name he was super nice and my tattoo rocks!!!!

I have had 3 tattoos done at this shop. It is clean and the artists are friendly and talented! Stephanie is awesome and I will come back to her when Im ready for another tattoo.

This staff is super friendly, all the tattoo artists seem to work really well together. Loved the finished product and I highly recommend this place.

Ryan did a large back piece on my husband 12 to 13 years ago. His work is clean. All of his lines are straight. His Tat still looks amazing.
