My experience with Laseraway has been excellent! I started getting significant facial hair growth with perimenopause and diabetes type 2. It was awful. I was having to shave almost daily! I couldn’t take it any more and decided to try laser treatment! Wow! It was such a good decision! I did 6 treatments over 6 months and just went in for a touch up after 5 months of no treatment as I was starting to get a few dark hairs here and there. Nurse Brittney did this treatment and was wonderful! She listened and addressed my concerns and did such a thorough treatment! She was great! Will go back when I notice any significant growth but I bet it will be months from now! Again, best decision I have made in a long time!
Went in for my second session of tattoo removal and laser hair removal services. I was greeted kindly by the front desk associate and brought back quickly for my numbing. Emily R was truly amazing! She was very attentive and friendly. I love coming to the Dublin location for my services :)

Horrible Experience – Unprofessional Staff and Poor Service!I cannot express how extremely disappointed and frustrated I am with the service I received today at LaserAway in Dublin. My appointment was an absolute disaster. They failed to properly book the session, only covering my arms, legs, and Brazilian area. For the facial treatment(which takes less than 5 min), I was told I either needed to come back tomorrow or visit a different location. Completely unacceptable!To make matters worse, the nurse mishandled my leg treatment, leaving me with painful cuts near my heels that are STILL bleeding. The staff showed zero concern, and I didn’t even receive an apology. To top it all off, despite what was clearly outlined in my package (FULL arms and legs treatment), they are now refusing to treat my forearms, toes, and feet. I feel blatantly scammed!The front desk girl, Brissa was incredibly rude and unhelpful throughout the entire process. This appointment was already rescheduled after they called me the night before to say they couldn’t accommodate me. LaserAway, you seriously need to hire better nurses and a professional front desk team.I’ve already reported this unprofessional behavior twice to LaserAway support yet no response, but this experience was beyond unacceptable.
Can they just get my appointments right, 8/10 times something gets messed up. Dont waste your money here, there are plenty of places to spend your money for these services...find one that values your money and time. This place is just a corporate hot mess. Some of their services are competitively priced when they have sales and promos, I never pay full price because its overpriced to begin with which I think they figured out because their pricing has gone down over the last 9 months of me coming here which is just weird in this world of everything else costing more. They have very sub par customer service, always running behind schedule, very stunted communication skills by their employees and overall incompetence, dont value their customers as much as they should. Here now and my service was supposed to start 35 minutes ago and Im just sitting in this room, no one checked on me so after 15 minutes i went to the front to ask the ladies for an update, no one seems to know whats going on and they just tell me go wait in the room, nurse is running behind should be 10 minutes its been 20 since I was told that so I went back out and they said go wait in the room, Ill figure out whats going on and come give you an update...that was 8 minutes ago and no one has followed up. They treat us like numbers not people, they should have given me a lunch break since Im here doing multiple treatments and been waiting now 35 minutes past when I should have started with potenza. Ive been here a total of 3.5 hours already, im hungry and they just ignore me. Fyi...dont waste money on hydrafacial or clear and brilliant, just not very effective or lasting. The only nurse thats great is Monica. Been an overall dissapointing 9 months of trying various things with laseraway, it didnt start bad but it dissolved into a disaster after a few months but I bought packages so I want to finish my services. They have responded to my review below in the comments as you can see, and yes they called me the day of this particular incident (a sunday) and we discussed some options and then they said they would discuss it with the others that needed to be involved and then let me know next steps but its Wednesday night and Ive received no follow up. I see a few other awful reviews on here describing similar challenges to the ones im having, so clearly they arent improving and rectifying the problems (which are mainly the incompetent gals running the scheduling and checking in of clients and keeping the sched on track and communicating if nurses are running late, etc).
The people at LaserAway Dublin are superb! Never have I been anything less than perfectly satisfied with my nearest LaserAway location, and the Dublin location is no different. There’s no pressure to buy more, and when I do want to, the discounts are steep. I never feel less than absolutely taken care of; that’s why I won’t go anywhere but LaserAway for anything I can get there!

I’ve been going to lazer away for a few years. This was my first visit at the Dublin location and I will definitely be returning. The front desk receptionist were so welcoming and helped out my nerves at ease. The nurse jenelle did my lazer treatment and Botox and she was the best!! She did such a great job of moving quickly through the painful parts and keeping me comfortable and distracted with conversation. She was also so knowledgeable about the treatments and answered my questions with confidence. I will definitely be returning soon for my next treatment I cannot recommend lazer away Dublin enough :)

Edit for spelling and more details:When I walked into LaserAway I was riddled with anxiety not knowing if I can stomach the needle. I had been feeling this way since I made the appointment. When I walked in everything was fine and the lobby looked cozy. When it was my time, I was giving a really good numbing cream which did soothe my anxiety. After meeting Monica, she explained the procedure and performed the first injection. I didn’t feel A THING. My anxiety completely went away and I was actually super comfortable and just chilled the whole time. Monica was super reassuring and I felt like I was in good hands. I would 100 percent go back to Monica and LaserAway for anything else I need.
This has to be one of cleanest and friendliest settings I’ve been to in a long time. The customer service was absolutely extraordinary! The way that the admin/nurses call to ck in on you after your service is just remarkable.

I have great experience here with LaserAway. I have done a few different jobs ( hair removal, Botox, and juvederm filler) I still have more treats to go but so far I’m really happy with the results. Nurses and staffs here are really friendly I would recommend LaserAway to anybody I know :)
Worst customer service ever. They scheduled me in Oklahoma city instead of Dublin. I waited 3 weeks for the appointment and when I called to confirm the lady Patti acted as if nothing was wrong and conveniently tried to book me another 3 weeks out. Update: they only replied to save face but the truth is I had to message them on facebook to get a reply at all and when I did they were so rude and said I could only get a refund with the botched service by going back to laser away and keeping my package. After the lack of response and complete lack of care in general I didnt feel comfortable with that so I was stuck paying for my botched service. After that the lady punished me by cancelling my filler package which means I paid $750 for 1 syringe to be bruised for weeks after because again the injectiors have poor training. For $750 there are way better places to get filler. Now im stuck paying insane finance charges for the package that Karen pushed me into and encouraged me to lie to be approved for. This place is terrible stay away. They do not care if they botch you.My botox was botched at this location and Ive tried to get a manager to help me with it and they are avoiding me. I have called, texted, emailed and even had my nurse ask for them to call me back. I didnt even know you could be botched like that and have your face completely droopy but you can. I told the girl I only do a small amount and she had a specific amount she was trained to inject only in specific places which clearly wasnt the right amount or placement on me because I ended up looking like a droopy hounddog after. I have a large dollar amount package and the management still wont talk to me. They have not offered to fix or refund they are just hoping I will go away. Avoid this place at all costs. I paid so much more for botox and they are improperly trained. You can get it performed by a doctor for way less.
I had my hydra-facial done today by nurse Roxy. She was excellent! She explained all the steps to me and answered all of my questions. She is very professional and friendly. She is very knowledgeable about skincare and the various treatments offered at LaserAway. I look forward to my next appointment. I highly recommend Roxy and Dublin LaserAway.
I want to start off by saying that this experience was not a pleasant one, however, Clarissa made this experience five star after she diligently tried any way possible to correct her colleagues prior mistake. I have been receiving treatment for the past eight years and have seen minimal results. Come to find out after speaking to Clarissa the treatments have not been correctly. Clarissa stepped right in and explained all the details to me down to the most minimal details. Laser Away service is a -5 but I am giving Clarissa a 10! Before getting any treatment make sure you speak with Clarissa she will take her time and explain everything you need to know.
This rating is for the lack of customer service I received today! I was 10 mins late and was turned away. My appointment literally only takes 10 mins and I’m quite disappointed. Every single time I come in I have to wait anywhere from 10-15 mins bc they are always behind but the one time I’m late they don’t have someone who can squeeze us in.I highly recommend laser away management to take a look at their staffing needs and reassess. It looks like you have way more front end receptionists than nurses and health care technicians!

I’ve been coming to LaserAway since Aug 2023, I had my 7th clear and brilliant treatment and Im very happy with my results. My skin use to be super dry and ever since starting clear and brilliant here at LaserAway, my skin has improved dramatically. Before my makeup would look cakey on but now it goes on smoothly, looks so good I forget I have makeup on. My pigmentation has also improved and looks a lot better. Definitely recommend and truly happy with my results.

Spent $7k+ for full body hair removal at the Dublin location a few years back. My hair grew back to the same exact thickness and amount a year later. Even during my sessions my hair wasn’t as thin as I was told it would be. I still struggle with a full face of stubble. I was told the $7k full body treatment was a 60% spring discount which is always claimed on their site as they told me the original price is $13k. I’ve had friends who had full body treatment for $3k at other places and it lasted. The treatment was incredibly painful although it was claimed to be painless (it hurt more than my tattoos).I purchased a home laser for $60 that seems to work the same as the professional laser at Laseraway. I wish I could get my money back since I was a broke college student who took 2 years paying my care credit. My hair growth was reduced for a quick second but the results are DEFINITELY not permanent. Better off buying a home laser and save the money.

EDIT: a representative reached out to me from customer service. Initially, she sounded very sympathetic, but then said “well, we can’t offer you a refund because you bought a 6 + 2 package and since you’ve already used your 6 paid sessions, anything moving forward would have been bonus. So what I can do is offer you two free sessions” I said that was kind but that I didn’t need 4 more sessions and she corrected me and said she meant only two more sessions. I said “so are you telling me that you’re giving me two free sessions to resolve this even though I already had two free sessions coming?” And she said yes but that she hadn’t thought this through ahead of time. She then mentioned that someone had already resolved this issue for me because they’d added a facial to my account, and questioned why I was still “complaining”. I reminded her that not only am I not comfortable going back to the establishment, but that I wasn’t interested in other treatments they offered (which I’d already told the branch employee when this happened). I asked her about offering the value of that facial was to see if that could be offered in cash value instead or at this point I was willing to visit a different location just to resolve this and recoup my losses (which is exceptionally inconvenient considering my location), and her response was that the service offered to me didn’t really hold a cash value. Huh. After a fair amount of back and forth, I was able to get her to add ONE extra area of treatment for ONE session, that was her resolution. I agreed to it, which I regret. I booked then cancelled that last session because ultimately I still feel the same way - completely uncomfortable and distrusting of this organization. So at this point, I’ve cut my losses. Hopefully someone avoids similar.ORIGINAL POST: Do not visit this location. I was a few sessions into laser hair removal treatment when they decided without giving me any heads up or information whatsoever that a trainee would be giving me treatment. She was accompanied by what I assume was an evaluator or mentor, but again nothing was explained so I have no idea. The evaluator didnt observe the work of the trainer at all, having her back to the room the entire time. Then, when I was exposed and in a vulnerable position, the evaluator decided it was a good time to OPEN THE DOOR and leave the room: I was in the treatment room closest to the waiting area, which has entire floor to ceiling window wall that faces out to a busy parking lot. I was mortified to say the least. I informed the front desk about what happened and while they were apologetic, they didnt offer much in the way of reassurance about the nature of this. I have told them that I dont feel comfortable returning and asked for a refund since the package was prepaid and its been crickets since. I reached out to their customer service and have had the same non-response.BBB gives them an F and reviewers for BBB give the company 1.19 out of 5 stars. I shouldve done my homework before choosing them. There are better options out there, trying to save others from making the same mistake I did.

Had a appt booked at 3:00 clock today. Went around 1 bc I was in the area and to see if there was a last min cancellation to get in sooner. Check in lady said no I was fine with that. Left ate went shopping etc and came back at 2:40. Waiting until 3:20 to say something about them taking to long to take me in“ saying I’ve been waiting for 40 minutes my appt was at 3:00 so like 20 minutes more of my set appt” to the other women overhears and buts in and says no my appt was at 3:15. To only find out they rescheduled completely and didn’t take me. She lied about my appt being at 3:15 and also did not tell me that my appt resched completely. I waitited some more until after 50 minutes of sitting there someone tells me they rescheduled completely and not taking me. Someone should have been aware that was working on that shift and told me instead wanting to lie about my appt time saying I was wrong so I didn’t wait from 3 to 3:4o when I left unlazered. Yes coming there early is my choice but after my 3 appt do ur job. I was thinking of booking with them for a tat removal but not no more I’ll go some place else. Im getting laser hair rn with laser away. Im not gunna continue with them. I would have my three maintenance pending until a couple yrs. Also found out the sessions don’t expire so I will go when I need to.

I just had my first laser tattoo removal session with LaserAway Dublin. Honestly, the reviews on their customer service made me apprehensive, but fortunately, my experience was perfect from beginning to end. Nila was very compassionate when assisting me with a phone consultation and signing up. The team member who checked me in at the front was so kind too! My session was with Caroline, she was very sweet in verbalizing what she was doing step-by-step. She really helped me be as comfortable as possible. Laser tattoo removal is indeed a painful, and expensive, process, so Im super thankful for this team for making my decision easier. Also worth noting: their space is very clean and luxurious! As someone who also works in the customer service realm, I really appreciated this experience. I signed up for a 10-session package, so Im hopeful to continue experiencing the same!
I paid a great amount of money to get laser hair removal but very disappointed with the service and overall results.Service: After couple appointments they don’t give proper attention and services! Every nurse is different and every treatment is different with the results varying. My recent appointment was done in less than 30 mins which was actually supposed to go for at least 60-80 mins. When I spoke to Customer service about this, the manager of the store reached out who was pretty rude and I was just told to wait to finish the entire 8 sessions to see the results. And if there still is hair growth with no proper results then I’ll have to go for maintenance packages since every body type and hair type are different 😳. I already paid hefty money for this package and I’m asked to spend more money for sick service.Scheduling: When I signed up for the full body hair removal, I was assured that the appointments will be scheduled for the same day for all the areas so that I don’t have to do back and forth dealing with multiple appointments but they just did that for couple appointments and later said conveniently “Our policies have changed and we cannot book a single day appointment for all the areas moving forward”. They don’t allow scheduling for one day coz they want to cater to more people and the machines get worked up. Booking 2-3 hrs for a single person is a loss for them so they stopped doing that. Now I have to go for 2 sometimes 3 days to the same location every 6 weeks which is such a hassle. Also when it comes to their timing, even if you are 5-10 mins late for the appointment, they will only treat the areas tats possible in the remaining time or ask you to book a new appointment if the time is up, since they are so overbooked back to back.Results: I am done with 6 sessions already with 2 more sessions left with disappointing results. I paid 8k $$$ for nothing.
Purchased a laser hair removal package for my mom and she absolutely loves it. The consultation to get her package was easy and very smooth! The ladies at the front desk had the best customer service my mom and I have experienced, they made her feel warm and welcomed and my mom said the nurse who did her laser was amazing and answered all her questions and concerns. We cant wait to back!
My issue with the service in this location is the inconsistency in their nurses and how they carry out the laser hair removal process. I paid for 8 sessions to have the hair removal service done and I had different nurses. I can say only 3 out of the 7 sessions did the nurses take their time and did a good job.The other nurses just rushed through it. This is very unfortunate because I paid a lot of money for this service and the service provided is subpar. Please have consistent training for all your nurses, have a minimum amount of time required for treating each part of the body to help with consistency with your nurses. These treatments are not cheap; treat your valued customers better.

As it was my first time I was nervous but my nurse khat was amazing in helping me feel comfortable and explaining everything step by step so that I would be at ease. They burnt my face and neck completely. First two sittings went fine but third one is not. their settings were different and my skin was completely burnt. They have some inexperienced nurses. And one person in their front desk is horrible. When I called for nurse’s help the front desk’s lady’s first response was “what you want me to do?”. Then in the afternoon when I went to show the nurse my side effects in person, the front desk lady was pretty rude. And she mentioned “these are nothing but just some side effects, instead of feeling sorry she rudely replied she will connect me to the lady for reimbursement. Here are some pictures.
If I could give ZERO stars I would. Please do not ever go to this place. 1. They do horrible horrible work. You can go to another place where they train their nurses with much better techniques. If you want to walk around botched this is the place to go. 2. The front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, Karen speaks to you as if you are not a paying customer. Her customer service is equal to a high school freshman with an entitled attitude. This is the second time they have cost me time and money and when I speak to corporate they are no help either. This company is horrible all around I would recommend SEV laser instead.Last year around June I had an appointment for a juvedurm touch up, I was contacted to reschedule because the lady told me they were not treating the mouth area due to covid. I was okay with pushing my appointment back to august. Come the day of my appointment I am contacted while driving to my appointment and they notify me my product was thrown out since it had expired… why would they reschedule me knowing it would be expired by then. The lady who contacted me also said they had no such policy about not treating the mouth area and she was confused why I was scheduled out that far. When I contacted corporate I received a generic message about the expiration date and they did not take into consideration the staffs mistakes. I was not reimbursed for my wasted product. Again in may I asked to reschedule my appointment the lady reassured me my product would be save as I had at LEAST 90% of the product left. Two hours before my appointment they notified me again that it had been thrown out. Did it get a full reimbursement? Nope I still paid 350 for the first syringe they threw out and they gave my money back for one I hadn’t used yet. They don’t care about your time or money. They only care about theirs. I had been going to them for about 3 years and referred multiple friends and family.

I used to really like and recommend Laseraway, but their customer service is very poor and their business practices are shady. I had an issue with my coolsculpting treatment and it took 10 months to resolve because of CONSTANTLY being ghosted.I originally had concerns about my coolsculpting experience in May. They closed the customer service complaint without speaking to me. They reached out to me after this review and created another service complaint. I finally got in touch with Brian Dickerson, a customer service rep. We e-mailed back and forth for a while, and on Oct 31st he said “Just wanted to let you know, Im looking into the situation at the clinic.” And that was the last thing I heard from him. I sent 3 follow up emails just asking for updates and he completely ghosted me.On February 21st, I went in for an appt and spoke again about my concerns. The front desk person texted customer service and said Brian would reach out to me the next day. I called back to the clinic on 2/23 and they gave me a number to call that went straight to voicemail. On 2/25, I called the clinic again and they reached out to Brian personally. I finally got a call back from him and he said there was nothing he could do for me. I was assured when I bought the coolsculpting package that based on my assessment I would only need one round, later on I found out that was a sales tactic and most people require more rounds. When I went in for treatment, the concord office had just opened and nothing was set up. The normal cushions and bands that they use to keep applicators in place hadn’t come into the office yet, they didn’t have a scale (turns out the RN just wrote down a guess), and the entire time she struggled to get the applicators to stay in place and expressed concern about them detaching multiple times. Every person I spoke to (front desk and the rn who did my after treatment assessment) said the treatment clearly didn’t have the expected results (any) and the treatment was unprofessional and poorly done.All Brian did after ghosting me for months and saying there was nothing he could do about my experience was offer two free laser hair removal treatments, which wasn’t even what I was having an issue with. This was in exchange for signing a form releasing them from any claims or liability regarding my situation. It makes me sad, but Laseraway clearly only cares about selling you these packages and making as much money as possible, not your results or experience. There are many other clinics in the area that do coolsculpting/Botox/laser hair removal for similar or better prices! Don’t be like me, please shop around and don’t choose what seems like the easiest option!
Pretty terrible experience overall. All I wanted was a small area done, but going over pricing options, everything was priced to benefit larger packages as smaller area deals were extremely expensive for very little being done - so I signed up and spent thousands of dollars up frontI was told I should expect great results based on hair type & skin tone.I received next to no results. Literally the only difference after 2 years is that I now have thousands of dollars less in my bank account. 2 years and hours upon hours of wasted time, a summer & a half of staying out of the sun.....for nothing. Disappointed is an understatement. Disappointed in the (total lack of) results, in the sales staff that overpromised on an experience that vastly underdelivered, and in the customer service follow up from corporate that refuses to call and offers 0 help.Of course, customer service says we do say that results arent guaranteed when signing up!. They offer 55% off future treatments! - for what? To waste slightly less money for the same shoddy services?6 treatments 6 weeks apart turned into 10 over 2 years, with nothing to show for it except wasted time & money. Quite literally one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with any company in terms of getting nothing for my money.2 stars given instead of one because the in-office staff was always friendly and pleasant. Aside from that, I have nothing positive to say. I wish I never did this. Customer service refuses to call, and refuses to escalate to anyone else. Pathetic considering what theyre charging for services.
Katrina from Lazer Away corporate was unhelpful to say the least. TERRIBLE SERVICE. After a FULL YEAR of me trying to get corperate to call me back due to VERY poor lazer results, she finally called and offered 1 free session. When 8 sessions had next to NO results, whats is 1 more session going to do? She took no accountability and said because ONE area had SOME results, that basailly I got what I paid for. I DO NOT RECOMMEND LAZER AWAY. Useless.
I bought a laser package for lip and chin, after going in for a consultation after a groupon deal. It is quite a hard sell during the consultation with the various packages “only available today”, but it was something I wanted to do.My appointments are always on time and the technicians are friendly and professional.I hate that there are no price lists available for any of their services though, so you can’t tell whether you are getting a good deal or not.
I had terrible scheduling experience on there one number support line. I wrote bad review and local office contacted me right away to fix situation.If you want to have a good service go physically to the place. Reception does the best to help you. Technicians and nurses are also incredible.And they have the best laser. It almost doesnt hurt! And Im such a baby when it comes to the pain.This is my to go place and I already sent one coworker to this location.
Last Sunday was my first session for lasering my underarms and bikini line. It went really well, my nurse was Vanessa and she made me feel comfortable. I’m excited to see what my results will be after all of my sessions.
All of their staff is very friendly, and always makes me feel comfortable! Their facility is very clean & staff is all geared up with proper protection during this crazy COVID time! Great results with the laser hair removal so far & its virtually painless. Thanks Laser Away Team Dublin!
If I could give no stars I would. The worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. For starters, when I walked into the location there were two ladies sitting at the desk. One was helping a customer the other was not. The one that was not helping the customer gave her phone priority over me. I stand there for a few moments , another customer walks in. The lady that was busy on her phone pops her head up and immediately acknowledges her. Then turns to me and says oh she will help you! I am confused at this point. So I am finally greeted and was given a tablet to complete some information. I sit in the lobby area without be advised of the wait time until after I have been seated for 15 minutes. a just an fyi I did not receive my free gift with my consultation.Perhaps this location is not equipped with dealing with the African American population.
You will be treated well only when you are renewing the package or purchasing the package

I agree that all nurses work differently and some of them just rush through the process. I had pretty good results but I had spots left, I believe because of what I wrote above.Another big red flag is they just loose your appointments.. and they pretend(?) not to see them and when you insist they say that oh.. yeah… We found that you have one left(I’m on doubts, I think I had two abd I have no way to check) .. it really sounded like they actually didn’t but they decided to give me one so I don’t make it ugly. I wanted to do all kind of maintenance but I’m not going back, because they just loose your appointment and I want to be relaxed and feel good paying that much money. I was so excited to find this place and now I’m back searching for something else out there. P.S. make sure to have calendar and mark every single appointment so you have proof.
Ive been to 3 different locations. The receptionist is always friendly and very quick to make sure shes assisting everyone. The doctors, for the most part, are extremely helpful with understanding the procedure and helping me along the way. Parking is definitely a struggle but in SF and SJ thats pretty normal.

I’m running late for 30mins yesterday for my appointment. I called the Dublin branch letting them know I’m on my way but I’m not expecting to be Accommodated for more than 15mins late or maybe reschedule at the most. I was surprised to hear from concierge lady “it’s ok come on in and I will move you at 4:15pm”.. WOW! that’s an act of kindness and a Above and Beyond Customer Service. Thank you!
These are some of my results after $8,000 later. They make you sign a paper to make sure they can rip you off with no issues for them.they told me i have to buy more sessions cause apparently i didnt pay enough for results

Always a great experience! This place is super busy, but regardless they are always on point. I was driving from Sacramento to this location before the Folsom location was opened, but it was worth it everyone here was always great very kind and accommodating! You really do have an amazingly welcoming staff at this location!
I purchased a package for a large area and I love that nurse Nezami takes her time and makes sure she doesn’t miss any a spot. I definitely get great service.

I was looking to get into cool sculpting and decided to go to laser away & get more info. A very sweet lady named Nilofar helped me. She was very sweet and patient when answering all the questions I had to ask. I will definitely be back soon
I love my Botox experience. It has been my first time doing it and I love it, I will be returning to do more services. I love how they give you options to buy package deals, or just units.

It was my first time visiting this location, and got my first treatment done. The technician was very friendly, and professional. Made me feel comfortable, and I had very good experience! I would go back to this same location, and get my second treatment done.
I had to ask if I was calling LaserAway. The girl who answered the phone sounded like she was picking up her home phone. No professionalism other than trying to haggle. Could not even give me a basic package price over the phone. I just called Skin Spirit and Palo Alto Laser and they both gave me prices with no hassle. I am always leery of any place that hassles to get you in for consult. Anyway, probably wont be using.
I just called Laser Away at Dublin location at Persimmon Place due to concerns about my face. I have an upcoming laser appointment for face and underarms. The call was picked up by one of the ladies, who refused to give me her name. She basically did not listen to any of my concerns and kept saying hmmm hmmm. When i asked her few more questions, she again replied with a hmmm, hmmm. I asked her can you please tell me your name many times before she actually gave me her name. Her name is Alma. ( dont know if that is her real name or she just made it up) Wow! what a horrible customer service skills you have acquired Alma. When i asked, can i please have your full name three times, she basically hung up the phone. @ Laser Away, please do not play with customer emotions. From a company like you, we at least ask you to have a better customer agent on the line. My humble request to the owners of Laser Away, please do not play fool with the customer. Time of call 1:23pm on Friday April 17th.
The nurse Lea at Dublin made the difference in my third experience. She was warm, caring thorough and shared all the details I needed which was not done in my previous visits.

The staff and the procedure are good. However, making schedules for new sections takes more than a month, so you have to stay with hairs for more than a month
