Went to Here for the first time & I was honestly surprised at how well the customer service was. I was helped as soon as I walked up and the worker was very helpful & answered any questions I had. Thanks to Jaynie, Wonderful attitude. I have no complaints whatsoever

My 5 year old got her ears pierced here today. The two women working were absolutely amazing. They were so kind and sweet to my daughter. The service really exceeded our expectations.

Banter at Tuttle mall employees are always so nice. They take the time to really know what you are in stores looking for. They always make sure you are satisfied too. I have been to other locations and they just seem to not care. Definitely would recommend taking the time to come to Tuttle. It’s a 50 min drive for me but always so worth it !

Affordable and quick, but the customer service needs work. There were three girls working the afternoon of 5/24. The one who pierced me (Elizabeth) was friendly and professional, although I was taken back by the optional add on warranty and fee for the cleaning solution, which she kindly removed bc I did not need either. Beforehand, the other two girls were trying to pass me off on one another. One was on her phone sitting in the piercing chair when I first walked in to inquire about the services/product. A few minutes later, the same girl (who presumably was originally supposed to pierce me) appeared to get a personal phone call on her cell phone after which she put her finger up to signal she needed a minute, took the call, then walked out of the store! I’ve worked in retail before, and I get wanting to be on your phone for entertainment to bide time. But to be *that* distracted while customers are in the store is concerning. While Elizabeth was piercing me, the remaining employee was staring intently at her phone. It left a bad taste in my mouth. I was hesitant about leaving a negative review as I don’t want to mess with the girls livelihood, but I’m sure the franchise owner might want to know??? 🤷🏻‍♀️

Girls at Banter at the Tuttle Mall are amazing! Friendly and always professional. Would recommend anyone to shop there, whether it be for a chain or getting ears pierced!! They know how to treat a customer! 10stars if I could.

I was extremely satisfied.Very beautiful jewelry and lots of discounts applied. Representatives took the time to ensure that all my questions were answered in addition to explaining all of my options to help me make a decision. I opened an account with Kay Jewelers because they are so awesome. My Husband and I will be going back for sure.

Alisha did a wonderful job! We went in today with our 11 year old and his best friend! They were both kind of nervous but she made them feel comfortable and their piercings were done within seconds of each other! She was so good and bubbly, that I ended up getting my ear pierced as well! The pricing was great! I spent what I would have at a tattoo shop for all three of us! I will definitely come back! I actually called before I came in and she literally remembered my name from the phone call!

Good experience getting the babys ears pierced. Not sure the ladys name who helped us but she was older and confident. She made sure me and baby were comfortable and that I was fine with placement before piercing. Only thing Id do differently is opt out if the warranty. They sell as a bundle with aftercare but after looking at receipt breakdown I could have probably done without. Still happy with outcome. I recommend early morning when no one is there.

I was at the Tuttle Mall today and I heard some commotion but didnt really think anything of it. I noticed the noise was coming from Banter..... They are so loud yelling and swearing in the middle of the mall. Worst part was security was the ones chatting with them... Super unprofessional... I dont want my kids hearing those words from employees.

Took my 6 year old daughter in to get her ears pierced. We couldnt be more pleased. The attendant was very friendly and helpful. She explained the process directly to my daughter to help her feel comfortable (my daughter is phobic of shots and the like, full out screaming while being pinned down kind of phobic). But it went so quickly there wasnt really time to freak out before it was all done. We will be returning for any future piercings and my daughter is so proud of her new earrings.

The manager was amazing with her knowledge and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was nervous getting my daughters ears pierced, and after shopping around, hands down Pagoda was the best place to get it done. The prices are amazing and personalities the best!

I would give at least 6 stars if I could! I had my 1st ear pierce when I was born, 62 yrs ago. My husband bought me a sparkling pairs of earring studs, but as beautiful as these earrings r, I couldnt see them when on without slightly turning my head. And I know most of us r having this same problem! I tried to change different back pieces, still not working, then thought hard of what the best solution as checking out with Pagoda, which is located in Tuttle Crossing Mall. Voila! Alisha surely knew what she was doing... as making my dream finally came true by re -piercing my ears: both of my beautiful earrings r displayed straight on so perfect now that I can see them on frm the mirror.Thank you Alisha 4 make my dream came true!Ladies and guys too, there is a solution! Go and get your ears re-pierced, u will love it, so your earrings can b displayed the way they should and also enhence your beautiful/handsome faces!!!

Did my 3 month old piercing n a here, they were very professional. And did amazing! It’s been 3 months now and thank God, no complications. Healed perfectly 👌

If you order something on line. If theres something wrong with it. When you take it back to the store, to get another one. Your going to have to order it. And they wont give you a discount. Even if its not your fault.

Might wanna change Google hours if youre gonna close an hour early. Between the warranty changing at every single piercing pagoda, we will never buy stuff from here again.

Purchased a bracelet on Jan 15, went to return it on feb 8th at 7:42pm while the store was supposed to close at 9pm and the guy working there couldn’t return it because they closed early and after 10 min of me shopping around I walked by and they were selling. Very fishy place
