Waiting in line to be checked out, employee was asking the person in line if the items sitting there were their items they said no, she said “they must of left” helps the next person in line, next is our turn. the employees response was “I gotta do a piercing quick.” and walked away? We stood there for a bit before leaving all our items and walking out.

Store was dirty. Two workers were both frazzled and didnt seem to know what they were doing (mumbling under their breath at the checkout, on their cellphones, yelling into main phone and at each other). Then when we took two clearance necklaces (which there were literally multiple racks of all marked $3) up to pay, she said we couldnt buy them since their machine showed they were a penny. We thought she was joking or something, but she set them over on her purse and refused to sell them...

Despite being extremely understaffed yesterday August 21, 2023 (as evidently most of the stores in the EC mall have become) the one employee on staff took her time during the entire piercing procedure for both my sister and I (making sure our markers were balanced, asking our input if we wanted anything moved, explaining what she was doing as she did it), and was still communicative with other costumers coming in the store — letting them know she was a little busy and would get to them ASAP. I applaud her patience and overall customer service skills. Extremely friendly and spoke to us about how they have been having a staffing issue, but never complained or behaved frustratedly toward the situation. I only wish I could remember her name! Get this girl a raise!!

Cute place with lots of cute items, but associates are hit or miss depending on location and what time you visit. My uncomfort is the layout is so tight; if theres more than 3 people in the store it feels packed and it feels like a mosh pit when you have a couple families in there with multiple kids. I love the variety, but sometimes the prices dont make sense on the costume jewelry. I do enjoy that they carry some body jewelry and hypoallergenic products!

March 3rd, terrible customer service. 1st we had to get the employee (manager?) From the back. She was unfriendly. We left, came back, no employee in the store. Waited a few mn to see if she came out or if we would have to get her attention, but we left. A bit later as we prepared to leave the mall to go to Claires at Walmart we noticed a customer at the counter at Claires but no employee.

Absolutely ridiculous, arrived around 1:17, scheduled an appointment at 2. Waited for at 1 and 22. I go up and ask(I was there with my grandma) she said she can’t help us since she not my legal guardian. Waited an hour and 22 minutes. For her to turn us away. Not to mention it was short staffed.

The piercer was very kind (at the Walmart in Eau Claire).But my daughter lost the security back piece on the first day. She wasn’t wild or crazy. When I called the store (at the Walmart in Chippewa Falls, because the Eau Claire Claire’s was closed) I was told we would have to purchase another whole piercing pack. I was hoping they could at least give us just a new security back piece for the earring. But no. Very disappointed.

I went to get my 3rd piecing at Claire’s a couple days ago and Brittany was the one piercing my ear. She pierced it extremely crooked in my ear and I was charged about $85 for it. I went in the next day to get it redone and the manager of the store did it. It looked much better, but she charged me another $60 for their screw up. I have called corporate multiple times to get a refund and nobody will answer. I have left a voicemail with my phone number and they won’t call me back. Now my third piercing is infected on the side I got re- pierced and I am not able to get the earring out. NEVER go to Claire’s for an ear piercing!!! I definitely will not ever be giving them any more of my money.

Good store! Got my ears pericerd here a long time ago. Lots of good slection and cool and cute things!

I got my 2nd hole pierced today here and Alicia was not very friendly at all. She was very rude and definitely should not be working costumer service. Then the gun got stuck when she did my other ear and she sat there tugging on it for a good 5 minutes before taking it out and then repiercing it again. It would’ve been even longer if the other employee didn’t come in when she did.

Went in looking for some hair accessories for me daughter. While its a cute little store, packed to rim with all girly things, I do think they are overpriced for the quality.

Rude, condescending cashiers. Insane cash, no cash policy. One day its ok next its not. Never going back. Taken Covid hysteria to all new levels. Rude rude rude. Never again

I love this store! Good products, good price. They have earrings for sensitive ears and also for cartilage piercings!

Dont get your ears pierced by the gun. Go to a good piercer at a tattoo shop. I had my ears done a few times by claires and they always ended up healing badly or just infected.

There products arent always the best and they are kind of pricey but they sometimes have good deals and sales.

They were not open when I tried to go an hour and a half before they we’re supposed to close. It was not a holiday and the hours on the sight said they would be open

Ashley was AMAZING!!! She made my daughter feel sooo comfortable (for her ear piercing). Would highly recommend😁

Expensive mall store sells a lot of cheap plastic jewelry and hair trinkets
