What an amazing experience !I love the new location , the shopping experience felt real versus spending money at the kiosk.Alonda was so so lovely , very kind friendly and patient. I stopped in to get permanent jewelry but unfortunately no one was available to assist me with that.Although I wasn’t able to get what I wanted Alonda showed me some other options and I still left pretty happy, and will be back for my permanent jewelry.

Colleen Zukowski pierced my ears early June. I had my ears pierced long ago but since stopped wearing earrings. I wasn’t sure I’d be able to get them pierced again and she assured me they could be, and she placed them perfectly! It went smoothly and they look great! I’m so happy to have my ears pierced again!

I get all my studs from here! They take there time when giving you a quality piercing:) my cousin got his ear lobs, and cartilage piercing done here, and he had no pain or infections. Ask for Shaun, he is very nice and a helpful individual. I had some time to chat it up with him, and he also makes his own music, which was very cool to listen to:)

I was super nervous to get my ears pierced, but it was practically painless and so quick. Shaun did my piercing and he did so great, he made sure they were spaced evenly and made me feel at ease. I was majorly panicking and he helped calm me down, and made sure that I was ok before piercing it.

I received earrings for Mothers day and they broke. I had the insurance on them and went to exchange them. From the time I arrived at the Kiosk I felt like I was a bother. She asked if I had the receipt I said no since its under my phone number. She acted as if it were a bother for her to have to look it up. She reluctantly looked it up and found that I did have the insurance then proceeded to exchange with a total attitude. I often buy earrings from Banter and I understand things happen but I dont understand the attitude that accompanied the exchange since I was well within my rights to do so. I wasnt asking for something for free just was due me. I will think twice before shopping at Banter again.

Hi , i don’t leave reviews often but i walked in the store just browsing and looking for some jewelry and the store manger has helped me a bunch of times walking in , always pleasant and good customer service . But this time i was just walking in and seeing if i can find something for my wifeI asked if she was there and her response was mean and nasty and she started to get disrespectful talking to another employee this was the banter upstairs she had long blonde hair and is very tallShe left a bad taste in my mouth because i said i would never shop there again because if the way things were it was not a very welcoming atmosphere and vibe that I’m used to .

The store manager Neichelle Hayes was very patient and great customer service. She was very helpful explaining the after care as well.
