Very happy with the help I received in finding something special for my daughter and her new husband. The jewelry was beautiful and they loved them! I definitely appreciated Aprils knowledge and how quickly she was able to find me what I was looking for.

Deezire pierced me and my sisters’ ears. She was very professional and very sweet. She communicated very well during each step of the process. Very happy with the experience and would return!

I bought earrings for my birthday, April was very helpful. She was able to help me find posts that fit my ears. I was very satisfied with her knowledge. She was kind and made my shopping experience awesome. I will definitely purchase from there again.

I went to one of these locations the other day and just got ignored when I walked up. No hello. How are you doing. Nothing. First red flag. Then I asked the girls name and she said her name was Niki unfortunately it just seemed that Niki didnt really care about me or other customers so I ended up walking to the other kiosk where the other ladies were so nice and helped me get a great gift for mother. Sad to say I wont be back to that other location. Maybe they need better customer service training at that one.

We had a wonderful experience having our daughter’s ears pierced! I’m thankful that two people were working so both of her ears could be pierced at the same time. Thank you to Cindy for making the process so smooth!

I came with my cousins for moral support in getting my ears pierced for the very first time because I was really nervous. The staff at this location was very friendly and helped ease my nerves and feeling comfortable in getting this done! Highly recommend for anyone who would like to buy any jewelry, or get their ears pierced!

Worker seemed nice, but I’m a little upset I ran there after working all day. To get my daughters ears pierced. I was told she couldn’t, because they close soon. With that said website says 6pm. I was there to the worker at 5:35. I get it was close to closing, but we still had 20 mins. There was no one else there. Idk maybe it’s a lot to it or something. Most places have to serve you until closing time. I just hate seeing my daughter sad. Also having to run around just to get there on time to be told no. I also called 10 times before I came and no one answered. I’ll just take her somewhere else tomorrow.

My niece and I got our ears pierced on Mar 31, yesterday, April 9 I noticed one of my earrings was gone. I then pushed the back of my other earring and heard a click. So I believe when they first pierced my ears, they did it incorrectly and he didnt click correctly. So I called and they basically said sorry theres nothing they can do for me. I would have to buy a new, set of piercings. Are you kidding me? This is how a company does business !!! What a waste of $43.

The people that work here are great! They help you find what you’re looking for and always bring a smile to your face. You come in with a smile and always walk out with one! They make sure you are taken care of. I wouldn’t choose any other jewelry store over piercing pagoda!!

It had been many years since I originally had my ears pierced and about five years since they closed. I wanted them pierced open again. I was very happy and put at ease by a wonderful young lady that goes by the name “Queen”. She is well experienced and explained everything. There was no pain at all.Thank you!

The employees were rude and one employee was screaming about getting in a argument with someone else that worked at the mall. And she went on and on about how jf someone has something say than go to her and say something to her very unprofessional. This isnt the first time I have been treated rude by employees that work there! I actually felt like telling them I nted my money back! My daughter and myself spent alot of money there and than having a few horrible experiences!

Always been a go to since 1999. My daughters ears were first pierced here when she was 6 weeks old. September 1999. She is now 21. (The good old days,lol)
