Just got my nose pierced yesterday… Austin was very patient and professional. Everything was very sterile and clean. The pain was a good 3/10. definitely recommend this place.

Austin is very professional and extremely helpful. My granddaughter got her ears pierced. She felt respected and appreciated the information she received.

I called and left a message and he called right back. Made an appointment, went in later that evening. Very kind, gentle, professional and nice to talk with. Prices were very reasonable. I would definitely recommend going here. If anyone asks me where to go I will say here.

I thought they did a beautiful job. Super easy to talk with and schedule an appointment. Relaxing atmosphere. Small tattoo area (one chair) but have seating area for friends or family. Said free touch up and gave us lotion to use and recommended others. Friendly and hope to go back sometime soon.

Pretty solid dude there. I think it’s just him working there but i would 100% go back, my tattoo came out to be exactly what i wanted it to be!

Walked right in with no appt and sat right down. Very affordable and the quality of the work was outstanding. Knowledgable about his art and even suggested a better option that I over all went with. Was fast and easy plus Austin had a very gentle touch no dragging or gouging and his obviously experienced and very professional manner made this an exceptional top notch tattoo session. This was not my first air even third tattoo and was hands down the best. I will now be getting and and all future work done there at baldwins with Austin. Five stars.

Piercings are Good and for a good price, not too happy with the tattoo I got here though, was nothing what I originally wanted. The man who did my tattoo gave me a completely different design than what was drawn up. I hate it. I will be getting it covered soon

Originally came to this shop about 2 years ago and got a small tattoo on my bicep. It ended up being the worst tattoo I have ever gotten. The lines were uneven, completely jittery and as my new artist described it, Jenky. I have been embarrassed to have it for two years now. I finally had it fixed today and was told it was probably one of the worst tattoos they had ever seen, the new shop encouraged me to let people know what it ended up looking like. Would never ever ever recommend this place to ANYONE. The attached picture is what it ended up looking like. You get what you pay for and in this case you get even less than what you paid for.

Austin has done all but 4 of my tats love him he is sweet and does good work. Would highly recommend him.

Horrible, horrible, horrible customer service!!!It was my first and LAST time ever stepping foot in that horrible atmosphere!! Unbelievable how one person can make or break a business!I didnt know what I wanted, but had some ideas in mind, after the artist had told me that both my ideas wouldnt work way I wanted them( I simply wanted a butterfly w/ my gmas birthdate and Gma written inside the ribbon/butterfly design, he said it was too small, so I said ok I can go bigger, or just do this simple hibiscus flower with some detail in the back ground. Now I get it that, the artist has to draw it up, and might be annoyed as I did not know what I wanted, however, the way this man yelled (yes literally yelled) at me and my 2 friends and told us to Get out, and to never bring HER ( meaning me ) back to this place, was absolutely ridiculous!!! Especially to leave that impression on a first time customer!!! Im sorry that you were having a bad day or I was indecisive, dont take it out on the customer, and I was going to PAY YOU to make whatever I WANTED!! , thats the business right!!! You were very unprofessional and RUDE!!! That is no way to run a business, especially in a small town!!! DONT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
