Ink Therapy 101

Will is awesome. Yesterday was my first visit, and not only did he create great work (he’s been doing it for 20+ years, and it shows), he was also just a good host — the studio was clean, he checked in throughout my 8-hour session to see how I was doing and offered me food and drinks, and we had great conversations. He’s a smart dude. If you’re interested in getting a new tattoo, he’s your man. I can’t wait to get back.

Ink Therapy 101 is amazing! I did an 8hr day session and got a beautiful tattoo for a great price! My artist, Will, was very professional, super talented, and just an all around cool guy. The atmosphere was also very professional but still fun and comfortable! All of this made the experience of spending 8hrs in a tattoo chair with a complete stranger feel more like a day of hanging out with an old friend, and the tattoo I walked out with at the end of the day was better than I even imagined when I went in!! Couldnt be happier with my experience or my new ink! I will definitely be back to visit my new friends at Ink Therapy 101 for more amazing tattoo work very soon! 6⭐️!

Thank you Ink Therapy 101 for an amazing tattoo and a great experience getting it. The day of my appointment I ended up changing my original tattoo to a whole new one. It ended up being bigger, more detailed and took two sessions. Will was amazing and had no problem with the change. I drove over 6 hours to get a tattoo from Ink Therapy 101! Definitely worth the drive and I will be going back for more!

UPDATE!!: 6/27/2024The wife and I came back to get tattoos myself had a 20 something year old Superman tattoo (hush I was 21 lol) that desperately needed covered or fixed, after being told by 8 other artists that I’d have to have it removed or covered with skulls, Will said nope let me please fix it! Holy hell did he ever!!!! This things looks amazing, the wife got her sleeve added to and again he knocked it out of the park. Please reach out to him! I drove all the way from Illinois and it wasn’t difficult to find the location as long as your looking. I was treated great and like a friend; it didn’t take long to get everything sorted out for what I wanted, and Will was very patient with letting me get exactly what I wanted. He worked with me the whole time and did an amazing job on my tattoo. I had a great experience at Ink Therapy 101. It was a super chill and friendly environment and I appreciated the design work where I felt like he would listen to what I wanted while giving ideas on little details that I wouldnt have thought about, as well as placement of the tattoo where I initially had a different idea but with his input I decided to change it slightly and it turned out way better than my initial placement, based on his tattoo experience I really appreciated his input and am so happy with the final result. I would definitely recommend anyone getting a tattoo to come here.

Will is such an amazing tattoo artist! He is so easy to talk to and he makes it at painless as possible. He definitely is light-handed, and made sure I was comfortable the whole time! It was a blast and the pricing for a 4 and a half hour tattoo was not expensive what-so-ever. Overall amazing experience. Will was a great guy and very friendly. He actually took time out of his day to work with me and make sure everything was perfect. Seems like he actually really cares about his clients and would do anything for anybody he just met off the street. He was very professional and knowledgeable. The shop was clean and inviting. It was like being in your own living room. Called around to several other tattoo shops and pretty much got the run around. Felt like everyone was booked up so they didnt care too much about new clients. Will got back to me in about 15 minutes and was able to get me in same day thanks to somebody canceling. Everything here is just over the top! It’s super clean and an amazing place to get a tattoo. I’m in love with my tattoo! I got my grandmas handwriting going into a rose. He got her handwriting on point and the rose is beautiful. It’s the best I’ve ever gotten. He was very nice and had a light hand. I have a low pain tolerance and it didn’t hurt me one bit. My dad passed away in July, he left behind a drawing that i absolutely fell in love with. last Wednesday i went in and had it done. Will did absolutely amazing. Totally recommend! Ive had work done in the past(10yrs ago) and been in a few shops with friends. This has been the cleanest shop Ive seen! Will was awesome and his work looks amazing. My big shout out though is to Kenny! I finally got all the work I currently want organized and hes started on the list of work I want done including fixing up a 10 yr old piece(which looks better than the orginal!!🥰). He even suggested a few things to me and I love his ideas! We still have more to do and Kenny will be doing them ALL, along with any other future work I want done. Will was so patient with me and even took the time outside of business hours to call me and tell me what to expect.The store is immaculate, well-decorated and comfortable. I came in today, the day before mothers day, and got my mother’s day present. i got my sons name on my collarbone and it has to be my favorite i’ve gotten so far! such a light hand and very professional. will, he was so polite. he sat me down and showed me different fonts, sizes, and what they would look like. 10/10 recommend and will be going back!

Had a tat I needed covered. Nothing major. His schedule was full but nice enough to come in early and take care of me. Cool, professional clean....everything youd expect from a pro shop. Ive had some bad experiences in the past but Will was amazing He was very light handed and worked with me on the final touches for my little tattoo I envisioned That to me says so much. The place gives off a good vib . I watched him open everything brand new and he was very professional but also felt like I could sit and chat with him day. Definitely going back for another 1!

Poor communication. Didn’t feel welcomed.I introduced myself saying I was new to the area and everything and I wanted to book a consultation so we can put something together (I couldn’t quite picture what I wanted) He immediately tells me he doesn’t do consultations (I didn’t know) and tells me he’s booked until August but to send reference photos. It wasn’t a friendly first impression. No “I appreciate you admiring my work” or something? It just made me fell uncertain about meeting him now. Also I completely understand artists are busy but should it take a week for a response after I’ve given references and everything that I want? All I needed to do was book but no response after.

When I first met will, I was a tattoo virgin. The best and nicest tattoo artist you will ever meet. Super chill and laid back and very light handed. Also I was given great advice on how to care for the healing process of a tattoo with extra tips on how make it have vibrant color after healing.
