I recently got a tattoo by Sean. I gave a simple ref. picture and he transformed it better than I imagined! I was undecided on color or shades of black and grey. He gave me his opinion and I opted to go with it. Ive been planning this tattoo idea for 10+ years and couldnt be more satisfied! I want to mention the process of making the appointment. I sent the same message and picture to 2 shops (I wont mention the other) I was gotten back with quickly on both. However Empire asked several questions before quoting me a price. The other shop asked 0 questions and quoted me $600 more than empire quoted. Last but not least I also want to mention Mandi. Ive been tatted by her previously at another tattoo shop and she does amazing work as well! All and all I would recommend and will definitely go back for my next one!-tattoo was a hummingbird off of my shoulder with a flower coming down the back of my arm in shades of grey and black

I lost my best friend, my daddy, last week. He was my everything ❤ I decided to have his signature tattooed on me, so I can always have a part of him with me. Matt exceeded my expectations. He kept the integrity of daddys signature, just as I had requested. Matt was so super nice and friendly, his table side manner is impeccable. I felt like I was just talking to a friend. He seamlessly drew up my tattoo. He literally made my day. I HIGHLY recommend Matt!! I cannot put into words how impressed I was! Thank you Matt and Empire Tattoo!! I will be back!

Not my best tattoo experience. I think I paid way more than what my tattoo was worth. Plus I tipped. I’m getting a whole chest piece worked on elsewhere for the same price as my wrist tattoo was here and the work involved is pretty solid compared to here.. Overall happy with it but ehhh definitely not worth $200+.

Mandi, Sean, and Scotty are great! I have been going here exclusively for almost three years and the same can be said for my friends. I no longer live in Evansville but I still go down to Empire for my tattoos.

The studio is clean, the staff is easy to work with, and the overall experience is very comfortable. We worked with Norah. 10/10 recommend seeing her for your next tattoo needs!

I have had three tattoos done here and I absolutely LOVE this place! Matt has done all of them and I love all of them. I will continue to come here for all my future tattoos. The environment is super friendly and laid back. The tattoo artists are easy to talk to and they make you feel very welcome.

A little over a year ago I called for a price estimate but my hidden leaf symbol. After my initial call they called me back asking if I was okay with Matt doing it. Of course I said yes. It was my first tattoo. Matt is absolutely awesome. He is super fun to be around and makes getting tattoos a really enjoyable experience. His prices are very reasonable for the amount of time and details he put into tattooing. He did this incredible work of art a few weeks ago. I will never get tattooed anywhere else the environment is absolute perfection. I feel so welcomed every time I come in. I’ve already scheduled my next tattoo with Matt. He is a rockstar👍

Was told to message them through their Facebook page to schedule a consult. They read both messages I sent and never responded. Why would I want to use a business who wont even give me the time of day? My wife had a plan with one of the ladies there and she told my wife for mine to get ahold of Sean through Facebook. Then nothing from anyone

I went and got my Monroe pierced a few days ago and Christi did an excellent job. She was so professional, she made sure I was comfortable through the whole thing and explained what she was doing so I would be comfortable throughout the process. She clearly explained the aftercare and made sure I understood and didnt have any questions. Would definitely recommend for all piercings.

Christina pierced my daughters ears. My daughter has some issues with anxiety and was very nervous (but excited) about getting her ears pierced, so this was a challenging appointment to say the least. Christina was extremely patient and kind with our daughter and made sure she was as comfortable as possible, no matter how long it took. I am extremely grateful for our experience.

Everyone here is extremely nice. Went to get my daughters ears pierced for her 6th birthday and they are all about body autonomy and making sure all rights over body are addressed and known. Will totally recommend to everyone!

Took my girl there and one tattoo artist was there she seems nice and we looked through 3 binders of there work and she was sitting and drawing, not once asked what we was looking for or asked to help us. She said she was booked all day but we was there for at least 40 minutes she could have done a simple tattoo in that time and made a little money but not she sits there and draw the entire time. So very poor customer service. Lost my business.

Christina is an amazing, talented, & experienced piercer. Scottys tattoos are full of amazing art! Ive been here several times now, highly recommend them!

I went to empire when I was 18 and got my Tragus pierced. It was the most professional experience I had ever had with piercings. Ive had a couple of piercings that were terrible that I had to take out from being too crooked or being downright in the wrong spot from a place that shall not be named. Christina at empire pierced my septum yesterday, the same piercer 5 years later, and it was just as good of an experience. She was funny, gentle, and went into great detail about aftercare and what was going on during the process. Would definitely reccomend!

Sean did a memorial tattoo for my dog and it looks exactly like the paw print I brought in. It was fairly priced and the result is amazing! I am so happy that I went to empire to have this very special piece done. I’ll go back for future pieces.

Super clean, quick but focused, and overall just a wonderful place to go. I had Scotty and hes just awesome! The comraderie between the other artists and the other guests was comforting and fun!

I wasnt aware we had a tattoo parlor with this level of experience. It may not look like much from the outside but dont be fooled. This is the ONLY place you should be going in the area for any tattoo large, small, simple or intricate! You wont be disappointed.

I love going here for my tattoos. They do manly apartments. They do custom work so what you get is original. The artists are really nice and great conversations.

First time getting my ears pierced and it was a great experience! They are really clean and they let you know step by step what to do.
