I got my belly pierced today by Hope and she was AMAZING. The whole staff was friendly and knowledgeable.Hope helped my friend and I pick out our jewelry while making sure it would fit our needs and provided us with all the knowledge we needed before and after our piercings. She gave us her social media info aswell for after care or if we had any questions. She was super friendly and made the whole process 1000 times better. HIGHLY recommend her!The place itself was very cute, very clean and they have TONS of jewelry options. If you need a piercing come here for sure. Our piercings were about $70 but could be more based on jewelry.

They were unbelievably sweet! Very kind with my daughter, who it was. Her sixteenth birthday and only one person was allowed in the store at a time and I understand that rule. And the lady that helped us was so nice. And my daughter told me how friendly she was and helpful. She was with the whole process of getting her nose pierced.

I had a couple of piercings done at a different location. I went into Evil Twins desperate for help. The other studio butchered one piercing and put the wrong kind of ear ring in the other. The ladies there were so helpful. Replacing the good piercing and removed the other. Their jewelry selection is awesome. The customer service is top tier! I will definitely be returning to have the one we had to removed re done once healed! Thank you ladies, I’m sorry I didn’t get your names but I really appreciate you taking the time to help me today!

I went here to get my nostril re-pierced almost a year ago AND for tattoos more than once. All of the times I was there I was treated like an actual human being and not just someone whos creating their paychecks. This was the first time I got a piercing and it did NOT get infected. They are very very clean and everyone Ive interacted with has been polite and funny and will work with you on everything lol. This is the cleanest shop and the only one I truly feel comfortable walking into.

I had recently got a navel piercing and my piercer Angelica was so friendly and patient with me. I absolutely enjoyed the whole process she made it feel like a breeze!

Pretty much got told what I wanted to hear until it was time to tattoo. Didnt want to discuss the tattoo just wanted to make a quick buck imo. Did no paper work paid 200$ for some letters. Good people that work here deep down I believe, but feel like no thought was put into my tattoo to cover up an old tattoo just printed off some letters and put them on when I was asking for a cover up. Never offered to show me a portfolio just told me yes I can definitely cover that up. Never did any paperwork. Was never asked for an ID. Line work is good but not what I really wanted.

Thé atmosphere is absolutely amazing, and the staff is super cool! They make you feel like youre part of a family, and they genuinely care about helping you choose what body modification you want and are ready to get. Theyre prices range from super affordable to beautifully high end priced jewelry. Highly recommended

Hope is a gem she fixed my messed up piercings gave me wonderful advice and gave me some freshies that look amazing . Best healing process Ive ever gone through so far and that days alot about the professionalism and cleanliness of this place! Will be back several times lol

Don’t try to go to this place if you just want a piercing. They won’t let children under 12 in the building with an adult and won’t let you get your kid’s ears pierced without an ID for the child! So, a 14 year old can’t get her ears pierced with her mom. Doors locked when you arrive and not a customer in sight. Apparently they don’t want any!

I came in with my 7 year old niece to get our ears pierced. I ended up getting the daith piercing, while she got her lobes pierced. She was extremely nervous, but they made her feel totally at ease. Talked her through the entire process. I cant thank yall enough for making the experience for her great. I will be calling for a tattoo soon! Thank you again. Definitely highly recommend

Oh my gosh… HOPE IS AMAZING!!! I was terrified because it was my first professional piercing (cuz I was a Clare’s baby) but she made me feel so comfortable. Yes it hurt but she was quick and smooth👌

I had my 🍒’s pierced by Hope. She was amazing. She talked to me before hand about aftercare and checked my anatomy to make sure it was compatible. She always checked in to make sure I was okay throughout the whole process and talked me through the piercing itself. She did an amazing job and made me feel so at ease. The piercing itself really didn’t hurt that bad and I say it’s because Hope knows what she is doing. I would highly recommend 10/10.

Very professional and clean place! Their jewelry was a little on the pricy side, but for a jewelry change it was only$5 where some places charge anywhere from $10-$20! I will return when I need help again!

Great place to get a piercing! I got the piercing so quick I didn’t even have time to be scared. Hope was very respectful and kind. Very quick process with the piercing and she was patient with what jewelery you want and where you want the piercing at. I’ll definietly recommend this place and come back if I want another piercing.

I went to another place a few years ago for my septum piercing and had a pretty negative experience, so I was nervous to get both my nostrils done today. But Hope Buechlein made me feel welcome and comfortable. She was so kind, and I was relieved that she took her time with the piercing placement. On top of everything it was a very sterile environment and she gave me a clear rundown of the healing process and what I needed to do upkeep wise. I will only be going to Hope for future piercings!

I came here after a physically rough shift at work on 11/15/23 to get my lobes (re)pierced after 17 looooong years. I was one of those kids that got taken to the mall to get their ears poked when I was 8, they were done horribly and rejected to the point where the earring backs embedded.I cant remember who it was that I was with that day but she was genuinely the sweetest, most patient soul Ive had the pleasure to be around in a shop. She went above and beyond to make sure my questions, worries, and concerns were covered and taken care of. She measured my lobes and got a second opinion from the tattooo artist working at the time to be extra sure everything was perfect, and I cannot express how much that means to me lol. The pain was minimal and the outcome was perfect.Tomorrow will be 3 weeks since theyve been done, they are healing so well and look incredible. I was amazed because the following day after having them pierced, they were varely sore and looked like theyd been there for years. Not once have they looked freshly pierced outside of the first 5 hours, maybe. I was terrified Id have issues with them like the first time, but going to a reputable place that uses body-safetools, and using *truly* body-safe jewelry makes a genuine difference.I cannot recommend this place enough! If I knew who it was that worked with me that day, Id drop her name. She was truly an angel and made that experience beyond incredible and comfortable for me. 💗

I started going to Evil Twins a few years ago, after over a decade of failed piercings. I have had no problems whatsoever since then. I’ve been working exclusively with Hope for a while now and she has been the best in designing how my piercings look, both by the placement of the piercings and the jewelry selected. I cannot recommend her and this place enough!

I took my daughter to get her ears pierced on Saturday and the experience far outweighed my expectations. This was my first time at Evil Twin and I was extremely impressed with the piercing staff. They were friendly, helpful, and so sweet with my daughter. No tears were shed due to their efficiency with piercing her ears. Will highly recommend!! Went in to get my dimples and vertical labret pierced and out of all the shops Ive been to and seen this is hands down the best. Angelica did absolutely amazing from making sure my dimples were as even as possible to making the piercings very fast and as painless as possible! Over all a very friendly, clean and a great atmosphere. Im not local to Evansville but will definitely make the trip back to this shop when I decide to get more piercings.

I 1st came across this shop due to unforseen circumstances...a conch piercing I received elsewhere had become incredibly swollen to the point the jewelry almost disappeared in the hole. Hope saw me immediately, explained the best course of action and took pics so I could share them with the original shop in hopes of getting a refund. She ultimately decided it was best to remove that piercing and did so with extreme care.My experience with her was so great that I came in a week later to get a daith. She walked me through each step of the process and I couldnt be happier with my new piercing.Super sweet and professional. Shop pricing is very reasonable and they have great selections to choose from.

Amazing service, I got my ears pierced and it didn’t hurt that badly because of how fast they did it. Right after we left it stopped hurting and they even have cleaning supplies there that you can buy. It has so many amazing piercing Gemstone thingys to choose from even if it’s your first time getting something pierced I definitely recommend going here

She is super sweet and easy to talk to she make me feel so comfortable like I was home…. Decided randomly to get my septum done, had heard of this shop and called to make sure I was able to get in. First off, the place is absolutely gorgeous inside! They have some jewelry cases to check out some options, badass art all over AND a snack machine! The receptionist was absolutely fantastic and super helpful. The piercer was phenomenal! I haven’t been pierced in years but this was by far my favorite experience. I was super comfortable before, during, and after the process. Definitely stung a bit but totally worth it. Excellent aftercare information, easy check-in process and paying (+ tip!!) when you are finished. This is definitely the shop you are looking for to get a new piercing!!

I went here to get my ears and nose pierced with my mom here. All the staff were wonderful and they got walk-ins taken care of almost immediately! Samantha pierced my nose and my 8yr old sons ear back in January. Everyone was super friendly, they were top notch when it came to hygiene, and our experience was great. I went back to have a retainer put in so I could have a medical procedure done and it was the same. I would highly recommend anyone who wants a piercing done in a clean and friendly environment to go here.

I have a deviated septum and I was pretty nervous about getting it pierced. I went in hoping someone could do it as close to straight as possible and came out beaming with joy. LOOK HOW STRAIGHT IT IS! The owner Linda did it and that woman has next level skill. My sister and I spent the entire time laughing and enjoying the vibe of the entire place. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and I’m in love with the piercing. Go here! You won’t be disappointed.

I got my second lobes repierced today, and all of the ladies at the shop are absolutely wonderful! The atmosphere is totally welcoming and reassuring. The shop owner (Linda, if I remember correctly) did my piercings, and she was personable, entertaining, and professional. She made the piercing process quick and simple while easing my anxieties and making me smile along the way. I got 5 piercings done all on the same day. I’ve been to multiple different shops and this was by far the best and easiest experience!!! Hope was so professional and nice! They were busy and even after someone knocked on the door to tell her the next room was ready with a client, she took her time to finish with me and didn’t rush. Absolutely recommend and will be back when I decide to get my next!

I was visiting in March and decided to get some piercings. This was a great experience! I was greeted right away and told it would be a 15 minute wait. It was actually less than that and the piercer put me at ease and one month later, I am completely healed and love my belly button piercing. They are very clean and inexpensive. They gave me instructions on care and wrote down what kind of jewelry to use. Definitely 5 stars. If I were in the area, would definitely go again.

My boyfriend and I went in randomly to see if we could get a few piercings done. They were excellent. Very kind and caring. My boyfriend wasn’t feeling too good after getting his septum pierced, and the owner took the time to set him down, grab him some crackers and water, grab a fan, and even rub his back while holding up to make sure he didn’t fall over. They were also so timely and the piercing turned out amazing. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone in the Evansville and surrounding areas.

Got my septum pierced here about a year and a half ago. My piercer was absolutely amazing and made me feel so comfortable. She even helped my mother and I with picking out jewelry for it. I was slightly disappointed with my tattoo experience with Wes a few weeks ago. I have had good experiences with Evil Twins in the past. They did my septum piercing a couple years ago and I still come back for jewelry! The piercers and customer service is awesome. My issues are with Wes, the tattoo artist. While he came highly recommended, It was honestly just not very professional compared to other tattoos I’ve gotten. The experience itself was pleasant enough, but I did not sign any kind of waivers or health questions in order to get my tattoo. No checking of ID’s. No aftercare instructions were given. As my tattoo is healing, I am very unhappy with the line work. Lines are bleeding and some lines are just incomplete. I do not recommend Wes for tattoos as I know there are many talented and more professional artists in the area.

This is the best place to get a tattoo or a piercing! The workers are very polite, helpful, and make you feel at home! I have personally seen the owner take care of people after piercings and she treats each and everyone of them as if they were family. The tattoo artists there are also very caring and helpful. Hope was my piercer (nostril - first facial piercing) and she did a FANTASTIC job calming me down and making it as painless as possible. Faith was also very helpful and kept me talking beforehand so I wouldn’t be sitting there stressing out while I was waiting. I would highly recommend Evil Twins.

Went in knowing next to nothing about piercings and SUPER nervous. They were so personable and answered all my questions, talking me through everything. They were AWESOME! I brought my daughter in to get her ears pierced! She was so nervous, but Linda and Sam made my daughter laugh, joked with her and even let her be the first to try a piece of chocolate! They made the whole experience less scary for my 9 yr old! I also got nose piercing which the process was quick and easy! Very clean place and everyone was very friendly! Definitely will be bringing my other daughter when she is old enough!

I came in with a crooked piercing and Hope was the one that fixed it. She did an amazing job and It looks so much better than I ever expected! She was so sweet about everything and very helpful! I 100% recommend going to her for all of your piercings.

Tried to take my daughter to get her belly pierced. Walked up to ring the doorbell and they took the person in front of us. No problem they were first. But never came to help us even after she came back out. There was a lady sitting by the table next to the door playing on her phone who wouldn’t even make eye contact or bother to help us. Another girl came up behind us needing a service as well and we all just ended up leaving. I tried to call once i got in my car and it went straight to voicemail . Then tried again later and it rang but nobody answered. If you aren’t going to answer the doorbell why have one? It’s pretty rude to be playing on your phone right by the door ignoring customers also.

I took my daughter in to get her nose pierced for her birthday. Everyone was so very helpful and very knowledgeable about their products. While we were there, the health inspector came in unannounced for an inspection. They received a A++ score from the inspector. Their facility was super clean. Very impressed. I got a Daith piercing to help with headaches from Sam. She was knowledgeable, professional, and clean. She made sure that my ear and jewelry was sterilized before placement and walked me through the whole process. I plan to go back to her for more piercings.

This is the best piercing experience I have ever had. Hope is one of the sweetest people Ive ever met and had no problem answering all of the questions I had. She made sure the placement of my philtrum piercing was perfect. The studio is extremely nice and clean. Ive never felt so confident about getting pierced. Definitely five stars. I got both my tongue and smiley piercing at the same time there and the piercer was so nice. She was very cool and answered all of my concerns and questions. Everything was clean and sterilized and went by so quick. I also bought four earrings there to which they were a little pricey but definitely a good investment. The pricing for both of my piercing was only around $80 dollars and both have turned out completely fine. I will definitely be back.

Got my nose pierced here with no problems what-so ever. It has healed perfectly and everyone there was super nice. They opened a new needle in front of me and the person who pierced my nose was very nice and super quick about it. Took me about 15 minutes including wait time, plan on coming back to get my cartridge done.

Came in to get a matching tattoo with my siblings. While we appreciated how quickly we got in and we thought Will was nice, we were super unimpressed and will not be coming back.First, the ladies who ran the front desk were rude. They only let so many people in the waiting room area due to covid (which is GOOD) but they never welcomed us inside when people left and we had to wait out in the cold. I personally sat outside in the cold for almost 2 hours and they still were surprised to see me even though I had checked in MULTIPLE times.Second, a major red flag is that we did not sign any paperwork. We did not realize until the end (because we all went in at separate times) that none of us had filled out any forms nor had we signed any waivers. All of us had at least one tattoo already (from other places), so they assumed we did not need after care instructions nor did they ask if we knew how to take care of it.Third, we got a VERY basic & simple tattoo. All black ink with 5 symbols close on the wrist. Not only are the lines NOT clean, but we were charged the shop minimum - $100. That price was ridiculous for the size & difficulty of our tattoos and nor was the price discussed with us before we started.Overall, we will not be here again and we are disappointed.

From the moment we walked in the door my little girl was treated with care and respect. They pierced her ears at the same time and this really made it the most comfortable experience for my five year old. I love this studio! During the Friday the 13th flash sale I got a tattoo and it was a great experience! I recently got an ear piercing and it was also a good job! I love piercings and I will definitely be coming back if I want another one!

I got four piercings done a while back and my piercer Hope was very friendly, and had answers to all my questions. She did things very quick and professional. She made me feel very relaxed and I was happy with how clean the place was. Will be back soon.

I love coming here for all of my piercing needs. The staff is absolutely wonderful, helpful, and make sure you know every bit of aftercare you would need to know for your new piercing or tattoo. I got both of my nostrils done here and one got infected (which was completely my own fault) and I wanted to get it redone with the piece they pierced me with before. Because the piece was neo metal I was able to have it redone the way I wanted which was extremely nice, and they had absolutely no problems redoing it for me the why I wanted. Everyone is so friendly, they really do take care of you and thats something I really appreciate.

My daughter turned 10 today and with the “rona” we didn’t get to do a lot of what she wanted to do. BUT- we did get her ears pierced and those ladies were fantastic! She wore a birthday girls sash, a tiara, had a photo shoot and even got a henna tattoo. Those women were exceptional and really made her feel special. They were legit about cleaning and safety which made me feel better. My friend recommended them and I would second that recommendation for sure!!

Had a tattoo done today by dejae and she did an incredible job! I couldnt ask for a better tattoo. I was able to feel comfortable and relax almost immediately. The shop has to be the best one in town. Its gorgeous on the inside. You can tell the hard work and look that they put into this place. Wont be going anywhere else! I recommend to everyone!

My 6 year got her ears pierced here! They were absolutely amazing and very professional! They took the time to show her all the jewelry, explain things to her, answer any of her questions and even had Disney music playing and had candy and treats for her afterwards! Once she hopped down to look at her ears, she jumped and squealed in delight! I 100% recommend them for your children to get their piercings at!

Had someone recorded them to me for daith piercing. I have been suffering with blinding headaches and decided to give this place a try. I was very nervous about having this done.The business was very clean and staff friendly. Hardly any wait time. Husband got to go back with me and I am glad he did. The lady doing the piercing was very nice. She went through step by step what she was going to do and what was going to happen. She was very patient I know I squirmed around and kept telling her I was sorry. She kept saying it was alright and not to worry.When she was done she went over what to do at home to take care of the piercings. Made sure I understand. Would recommend. I got my septum pierced (I dont remember who pierced it for me) and she was really nice but the piercing was very crooked and you could barely see the jewelry coming out of my nose. I ended up having to get it re-pierced at a different place once it was healed. I hate leaving bad reviews but I will not be coming back because of this.**thank you for addressing my review. My best friend and I came in to get our ears pierced. I got my second lobes and a helix then she got her helix. It was a fair price, very friendly staff, and a sterile and clean environment. The staff made the experience much more calming and less scary! So glad we chose this over Claires or piercing pagoda!

The store was very clean! The guy who did my piercing cleaned my ear and marked it then washed his hands and put gloves on. The tools were in packaging so you know theyre clean. That always puts me ease when getting a piercing. The piercing was fine, he had trouble getting one of the balls on so the owner came in to do it. She was very nice and explained all the care info. The reason I gave it 3 stars was because it wasnt a very professional environment. When we walked in they had friends in their chatting with them. I had to stand between them to get my paper work and they continued to just talk around us. It felt like we (the customers) we bothering them when we wanted to pay for their service. I dont know if theyve recently moved or remodeled, but it doesnt look like the picture.EDIT: the owner contacted me about the review. The situation was not what we thought. Its obvious she really cares about her clients satisfaction and about her business.

I took my 11 year old daughter to get her cartilage pierced and it was an excellent experience for both of us. Ive never been to any place like it. Its awesome to go to a place that does piercings only. Ive had piercings done elsewhere but there is no comparison! The staff are very informative and knowledgeable and the place is super clean. This is the only place to get a piercing. They care about their clients. The atmosphere is always rocking. Workers are so rad. They use titanium for their piercings, so it’s easy on the body during healing and hard for the body to reject. Linda has done three of my piercings, I love this lady. All the workers are great at evil twins. I will never go anywhere else again for my piercings. Thank you so much to Linda and her wonderful staff.

Its been 4 weeks today since I went to Evil Twins to get my nostril pierced. Soreness healed SO much quicker than I had originally expected, which was a big plus. Kayla took wonderful care of me. She was very professional, very knowledgeable, and she was really good at keeping me at ease (first face piercing had me nervous). Please go see see Kayla Fox for all your piercing needs! Wow. The entire experience was 10/10! It made us want to get even more piercings. The group of ladies are incredibly friendly and they know their stuff. Cleanliness was also a 10/10! I have nothing bad to say. Y’all have to check them out. You won’t be disappointed.

I showed up a little early for my appointment and they got me in a chair and ready to be pierced straight away! Practically no wait time at all! I made my appointment for an industrial piercing on my right ear, but my piercer Hope informed me with my ear shape it would be a little difficult to heal and require a smaller bar (which would have to be shipped in). So I had my nipples pierced instead! She was very professional and hyped me up for the job, because I was a little nervous. I was in and out in no time! Highly recommend and will be back for some more pokes!

We took our 5 and 9 year old daughters here to get their ears pierced. The store was clean and the staff were very professional. They were more than patient with both girls and made sure they were comfortable with the process. They were never pushy and never tried to rush the piercing. I was very relieved to see my piercer using gloves and opening the sterile piercing wrapper before applying. The same thing goes for the needle. Recently took my 9 yr old here and we had a great experience. My first ever time in a piercing studio like this and I can say I was impressed with the cleanliness and professionalism of the employees. As a mom wanting a sterile environment, I can completely recommend this studio. To all the moms getting little ones ears pierced , please don’t go to Claire’s or mall shops. We did and learned the hard way with failed piercing that landed in infection and were misinformed with piercing care. Years later she worked up the courage to go again and we now are about four weeks out with no infection and ears look great. They use top grade implant materials that you just can’t get at a mall shop. This place is definitely worth the little extra money ( you get what you pay for) and I hope you leave as happy as we did.

I like the atmosphere and the variety of artists and people that are there..However, I came in one night because my artist wasnt gonna be in until the following week, I was just checking the area.I asked for a quote of a design on my ankle that EASILY shouldve been no more that $180..She quoted me $300 and would take no less than $250 .. I didnt even get to see her portfolio either, just gave me the quote and that was it.. -.-Im going back to my artist in Booneville AND STAYING THERE, I know for a fact that she wont charge me anywhere near what I was told here and she will make it look good too!

I got my very first piercing here almost five years ago now, and thirteen holes later, I would never get pierced anywhere else! The shop has such a great clean and professional, but also super friendly and chill vibe--its hard to feel comfortable getting stabbed with a needle but the piercers here manage it every time. I tell just about everyone I meet that this is the first and probably only place in Evansville they should go to get pierced because the quality of the service they provide is literally outstanding. I got my septum pierced today by the owner’s daughter (I’m terrible with names), but she was so sweet and made the experience 100% comfortable and effortless! I have heard people say it doesn’t hurt to get your septum pierced, but she made it tremendously easy and painless! I love it here and will continue coming here for future stabbing lol

Went in on friday to get an estimate on a tattoo to find out it was a really fair price for what I was getting. For getting my first tattoo of course I was nervous but Alex helped me out and later found out it was nothing to worry about. He was a really good artist and I am very satisfied with his service. I went in to the shop yesterday with questions about my triple forward helix piercing. I got the piercing done at another shop almost 8 weeks ago and its just not healing properly. I went in to see if I could purchase better jewelry and get it switched out. Unfortunately I have some keloids growing on them currently so they advised not to change them yet. They gave me advice on how to get the bumps to go down and they were all very knowledgeable. While in the shop I got into conversation about piercing my other ear to even out the piercings on both sides. They looked at both of my ears and measured and suggested a conch piercing on the other ear. They carefully helped me choose my jewelry, measured my conch, and took time to make sure they had the perfect placement for me. This was by far the best piercing experience I have ever had in my 31 years of life and I will never use another piercer again. I am extremely satisfied with their commitment to the customer and their awesome personalities.

I stopped by to get a nose piercing with the final charge costing just over $72. I could have gotten a nose stud with no diamond on it for $35 but I wanted a diamond... they were out of the $45 dollar nose studs with a diamond so I opted for the Neo Metal nose ring for $65. Ive since looked up prices for other Neo metal bars and tops online and I cant help but feel like I got ripped off. I got the second smallest size top and it sits off of the skin very high so from the front view it isnt very flattering. Also, I dont think they should advise the tops as being diamonds when they are just clear man made stones. That is misleading. Overall glad I got the piercing, the woman working the desk was nice, I understand $30 dollars of that price was for the quality of the shop and their needles, but overall just an okay experience with a lasting bad impression.Edit: I understand the prices. I still feel ripped off.

I originally went to Evil Twins with a friend to get her tattoo done (the artist was Dajae and she is amazing, so consider her for you next tattoo!!) and figured, why not get a piercing. I’m super indecisive and got a little nervous but my piercer, Hope, helped me ease into it and pick out what would suit me best, and I must say she did a damn good job. A completely different shop than the Evansville standard. Great tattooist and great pierces. The thing that they have that sets them apart is there isnt a lot drama at this shop. Youre not going to have drugs offered to you or your tattooist fall asleep mid-tattoo. This should be the new standard of shop in Evansville.

Had a tattoo done here by Alex Elben the outcome is very poor and Im really disappointed in my tattoo, I sent him a image of what I wanted a week beforehand looked up his work and reviews which all seemed good so I dont understand what went wrong with my tattoo. Just seemed like he didnt put any time or effort in to it at all. The lines are not clean and very thick, messy and dark black, I contacted him with my concerns and he told me me once I healed he could touch it up at no extra cost so I contacted him once I was healed he never responded, he had some family things going on at the time which I felt for him and his family so I dont know if the stress of that affected his work If so I wish he wouldve just told me he wasnt up for it, I even texted him the day of to make sure the day and time still worked for him. Now after spending $200 Im left trying to come up with the money and find someone who is able to cover it up or remove it. Top is the tattoo I received vs bottom what I wanted.

I wouldnt recommend this place. Theres a certain level of privacy one expects when getting a piercing, however the employees very blatantly and loudly talked about what I was getting pierced in front of the lobby full of people. It was extremely disrespectful and very embarrassing. Getting the piercings went fine, they look great, and the piercer (Linda) did a wonderful job, but aftercare instructions were given to me while still throbbing in pain and I didnt receive any type of paper instructions to bring home to help remember, which is disappointing.

Although I had called in about a piercing I had done in the shop over a year ago Linda was very polite, patient and willing to help me understand what was possibly causing the discomfort I was dealing with. If my issues persist I will be going in to visit, I trust her experience and judgement in the matter and wanted to leave a good review.

Had been getting work done from an artist. Been taking a while due to covid and busy schedule. Paid for a whole arm sleeve so we could just work when possible. But been trying to get a hold of the artist for the past 6 months to get back in and he wont respond. Called him, sent text messages, messaged on Facebook, nothing. Called the shop numerous time and was told that they would make sure the artist got back in touch and would let the owner know. Still nothing. So only got half the work done and now gotta spend more to have someone else finish it. Kinda sucks cause either liked his art but not cool to just ignore people after they already paid.Edit: Hi I have to edit since I cant reply. That was absolutely not true. I paid him for the piece. I didnt even know a tap out session was a thing. After doing my first cover up and I told him straight out I wouldnt be able to sit that long. Thats why I paid him for the piece.

Great family and atmosphere, hope did my daughters second lobe piercings today, she was very informative on everything and has a very light hand, my daughter felt no pain. I would highly recommend her for your pericings!

I got my daith done on November 25th while they were having a sale and it was great. The place was clean and family friendly. I felt welcomed. However when I got the piercing it was excruciating pain (Im 16 and had a low pain tolerance), but the woman that pierced me couldnt get the jeweler in and literally shoved it in my ear. But before that she had the completely wrong jewelry. After the jewelry was in and she told me the healing process and the directions to keep it from getting infected, 2 days later one of the balls unscrewed and fell out. I could not get it back in due to the jewelry being so small. So I had to take that one out and put a totally new jewelry in. Ever since nothing has been wrong with it. But I love my piercing.

I had a wonderful experience getting my first tattoo here, Richard does beautiful work and is super friendly. He eased my nerves, and my tattoo I’ve been waiting years to get came out even more beautiful than I expected.

5 stars, for sure! When I was younger, I tried two times to have my first holes in my ears pierced. Both times were with a piercing gun and both times were totally unsuccessful. Now that I’m older, I decided to try again at a place that never used guns and had experienced employees. Evil Twins answered all of my questions truthfully, never pressured me to buy the most expensive earrings, educated me on metal types and care, and were extremely professional and sterile. I chose NeoMetal, and I have no pain, inflammation, or irritation whatsoever. Amazing experience with Linda and Angelica!

This is the only peircings studio I will go to. I highly recommend all the artist and Piercers here. Their shop is always spotless and they know exactly what they are doing. They are so professional and kind, and will help with any questions you have about peircings. Linda, the owner, is such a sweet lady and really knows how to keep her clients happy and always comming back. If I could give them 10 stars I would. They really deserve it!

The twin sisters are the best! I felt so comfortable!! I had my nips & monroe done. It isnt even sore 3 days in! I highly recommend them to anyone!

Bunch of high school kids trying to be petty and leave b.s reviews about an honest man trying to make a living. Just because he opposes a threat to them. The staff should really do a fact check about his actual shop before making a review about a piercer he doesnt even have. Appreciate the small man because we all been there at least once.

They did a great job with my 10yr old getting her ears pierced for the first time. They put her at ease, made her comfortable, and explained everything that was happening so she could understand.
