I recently took my wife for her piercing at Rowan, and I cant recommend them enough! From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the clean and welcoming ambiance. The studio itself is spotless, and they clearly prioritize hygiene and safety.was incredibly knowledgeable, taking the time to explain the entire process and ensuring I felt comfortable at every step. They used sterile, single-use needles, which really put our minds at ease.After the piercing, they provided detailed aftercare instructions, explaining the importance of keeping the area clean, avoiding unnecessary touching, and what to expect during the healing process. They even recommended high-quality saline solutions and gave tips on how to prevent infections or complications. The piercer Beatrice. I might be butchering her name. But she was friendly and very helpful. Also offered a follow-up consultation to check additional services for the earring lengthOverall, the experience was fantastic from start to finish. The combination of a great atmosphere, expert staff, and thorough aftercare guidance makes Rowan a perfect place for anyone considering a new piercing. We got our 6 year old daughter’s ears pierced at Rowan Mosaic location today and Jamie and Margret were on duty. Jamie facilitated the piercing process. She explained everything to us and my daughter. She could tell my daughter was nervous so she took her time explaining everything to her and gaining her trust. When my daughter’s fear started to escalate, Jamie was so kind and patient with her. Taking her time with every step. I honestly thought we were going to reschedule but she somehow got my daughter to get over her fear. Thank you Jamie for recognizing how important this was for our daughter and helping her get over her fear. And we are thrilled with the results!

This has to be the best ear piercing spot! Wonderful customer care in the cutest shop ever! My nurse was gentle and I barely felt a thing. I was in and out within 20 minutes.

I had an irritated piercing that would never heal (and was always hurting)… I purchased a titanium flat back (by suggestion of Leeann) and my piercing is all healed! Had my 8 month old get device piercings on the earlobe. I was nervous as this was my first time getting a piercing for a kid and nurse was so easy and calm to work with. She checked to make sure the piercings would be symmetrical several times before using the device. My baby cried for 1 minute and was done. The nurse was able to work through baby’s wiggling and did a great job.

Went by really fast, staff was nice and gave useful tips, not busy at all. Both me and my mom got one in under 30 minutes.

One of the best experiences I’ve ever had with ear piercings! Diana the needle nurse was very professional and honest about the placement of my earrings which was so helpful. She was also very detailed-oriented and clipped my stray hairs back so they wouldn’t get in the way of my piercing, which I was very grateful for. The piercing studio was very welcoming and clean, and the jewelry is so cute. Highly recommend!

My daughter (who is 1 year old) and I got our ears pierced together and it was a seamless experience. Myrna was so good with making sure it is even and perfect and my 1 year old! Margaret was so nice and patient with us in the front! Highly recommend!!!

It was easy to make a same day appointment, but the appointment time was not adhered to.I had about a 15 minute wait and they had very limited seats. They were out of stock on multiple earrings and there’s already a small selection of earrings that can be used with the device.$50 for two lobe piercings with a gun. The cleaning solution is another $20. Plus earrings and a tip screen later I paid about $170. I’m glad I had an alternative other than Claire’s and the materials seem to be of good quality but I think the cleaning solution should be included in the price of the piercing and that out of stock materials should be removed from the showcases.

I love Rowan! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. Its clean and the jewelry is all hypoallergenic. This was my second time getting a piercing done by them and I will keep recommending them to all my friends!

What a great experience! I added second and third holes to my lobes. The nurse, Beth, was very precise in placing the new piercing to line up with my existing ones. Nice choice of earrings, very helpful input in matching a diamond stud I already had. All in all, I really recommend Rowan at Mosaic.

The staff were very nice and helpful. Diana was very nice and did any amazing job! The pricing was quite high for a simple earlobe piercing. The price estimate from the website was misleading and didn’t include earring price.

Good job with the needle piercing and placement with minimal pain! Options were cute, but price for overall piercing was outrageous. Pricing goes per earring so cheapest set is 120 for needle piercing so make sure to read the fine print. Cost is way more expensive than other places would have been nice but to know! Aftercare should also be included!

Garbage product. Sharp earring posts stick past backs resulting in head being poked by sharp earring. Requested help in store and from corporate without concern or resolution. Also unfortunately when looking past sharp posts and focusing on placement, one earring was placed in ear diagonally instead of straight through and not centered in lobe.Edited review: After reaching out with concerns then posting the review, the company did offer to send replacement earring backs to correct the sharp pointed backs against my daughter’s skin. Will go ahead and raise review score from 1 to 3 stars. Two of our daughter’s piercings went well. Just unfortunately our baby’s did not and will need to be allowed to heal and then repierced.
