I got a piercing done at this place a few day ago, and the only thing I could say is positive. All of the staff was welcoming and kind. The piercer, Lindsay, was able to answer all questions asked, and helped calm all of my nerves. The environment was calming and kind. If i were to recommend any tattoo parlor to a friend it would be this one!

I got my septum pierced by Lindsay yesterday! Not only did she have such an amazing personality, she was very patient with me and helped me calm my nerves! I cant rave enough how much I enjoyed my experience there. Comes A Time Tattoo will always be my #1 recommendation for anyone thats looking for a piercing. ♥

I was pierced by Lindsay today and she was excellent ! I received a free piercing because of how poorly my upper helix was pierced in my hometown ( I was just visiting VA). Lindsay is very talented and VERY passionate, she was open and honest and prepared me for 2 piercings in one day, which was a first for me. I also have exclusive jewelry for my upper helix which is on its way to be on their shelf! It can be very expensive but is worth it ! My ear has had a necessary facelift and I have no complaints ! 💕

For your piercings you absolutely have to come to Comes a Time and see Lindsay. She totally knows what she is doing, is soo kind, and was super patient while I picked out jewelry and even helped me choose. I definitely will keep seeing her for anything I need!

I’ve gotten pierced here before with no troubles, today however was a different story. I attempted to have a walk in appointment which I understand means I am lower on the priority list. I got there at 2:30, wasn’t spoken to till 2:50 but was ready to go jewelry picked and everything. A woman came in with a 3 pm appointment, didn’t have her jewelry picked till 3:45. By 4:10 she was talking to the piercer talking about changing all her choices and I decided it wasn’t worth it. While I understand she had an appointment and I did not it was still an absurd amount of time to wait and not even leave with a piercing. Additionally another walk in client who arrived after was helped before me. I have set an official appointment for tomorrow hopefully it will go better. A disappointing experience for a studio I have had good experiences with in the past

Lindsay (piercing) is amazing. I went to have my sons ear lobes pierced for his birthday and Lindsay was kind, enthusiastic, has great vibes and had my son relaxed the whole time. My piercing experience with Lindsay was absolutely wonderful. In addition to being very professional and knowledgeable, she was so easy to talk to and made me feel comfortable right away. Lindsay is absolutely amazing! I opted to schedule an appointment for a couple ear piercings, and they had an opening for later the same day. The woman at the front desk was kind and very helpful at discussing the different jewelry options. When getting the piercings, Lindsay made me feel comfortable, took a lot of time and care in marking the spots to ensure perfect spacing, and listened and addressed all of my concerns. She makes great conversation, which helped distract me and calm my nerves. I have been to a half dozen piercing shops over the past few years, and this experience I had with Lindsay was hands down the best by FAR. As long as Lindsay remains in NOVA, she will be the only piercer I will choose to go to.

Great service! The environment is very welcoming, I had Lindsay did my navel piercing, and I loved it so much it looks so cute!! I was given clear instructions on how to do aftercare and even was provided with supplies to cool my piercing. Will totally go this place again !!

202 the shop the other day with a friend while she was getting a tattoo. She had no problem making the appointment, was seen on time, the shop was kept very orderly and clean, and she had a great artist. She absolutely loved her tattoo and I think she is definitely going to be back. I would absolutely recommend this shop for a visit!

Recently went for a nasal and conch. Wonderful experience, Lindsay was helpful in picking out the best jewelry fit for me and took her time in making sure the placement was pretty much perfect to match my exsisting piercings. Clean and comfortable studio, very happy with my new additions and will be going back for sure.

This place has to be one of the best piercing experiences I’ve had so far.I’ve been to couple places to get my nose and lip piercing redone because I had some job changes and some would require me to remove my piercings and I have to say that this is the nicest place I’ve been to.The location is nice and the shop is very neat and organized. Probably the nicest looking tattoo and piercing shop I’ve seen. Lots of different jewelry options, a wide variety as well. Reasonable prices!Lindsay, the piercer, was super friendly from the beginning! She’s very fun and expressive, it’s always nice to have a conversation with the piecer. She explained the basic procedure, all Do’s and Don’ts, and even communicated what she was doing during silent breaks. She’s very sweet and pays good attention to detail. AND she cleaned up after the piercing, which shouldn’t be added but this was the first time I got my them cleaned after the piercings. Overall, very mindful and attentive worker who’s super cool and personable.Piercing itself was fine, didn’t feel any pain and it the positioning was great! Lindsay made sure I was comfortable and told me to stop her if it hurt. Originally someone told me that snake bites would look unflattering on my face because my lips were asymmetrical and I asked Lindsay on her thoughts and she was very honest and told me to get what I wanted. It gave me the confidence and I’m so so happy I followed through, this was the piercing I’ve always wanted and looks like how I imagined it. I’m beyond excited!!I’ll definitely be coming back and I highly recommend this place! :)

Lindsay and her assistant Hannah took very good care of me and my piercing. I needed help with complications from a piercing done at another tattoo parlor. Not only did they spend quite a bit of time talk me through my situation on the phone prior to me coming in with no guarantee I would be a customer, they prioritized making time for me in their very busy schedule to examine my issue, talk me through a new piercing care regimen to combat my precious issue, and placed new jewelry. I left feeling confident and secure knowing I can always reach out for instruction and support. Lindsay even reached out hours after to check in on me. Some thing also worth noting is I got to eavesdrop on another client making a jewelry selection while we were both in the lobby. This customer was a much older woman who is getting her ears done. She had a very clear vision in what she wanted, Lindsay showed her the most patience and kindness. I work in memory care and I have soft spot for the senior community. The standard I have for treatment of our elderly community is very high and the incredible way Lindsay treated her client almost brought me to tears. They had to have sat at that jewelry case for 20 minutes discussing all the types of jewelry and if I heard correctly, I believe Lindsay might have special ordered her the perfect jewelry her client envisioned for herself because the jewelry style was so unique. Lindsay is clearly very knowledgeable about jewelry and piercing care. She cares deeply for her clients. I will definitely be going back in the future if I ever have the courage to get another piercing:)

I came here for piercings as I’m trying to build out my ear stack and Lindsay was so great! She helped me figure out the placement and what would look good on my ears in the places i was looking for. I got a helix and cartilage piercing and am so pleased with the result! There is an incredible choice of jewelry - i had a hard time deciding! I wanted it all. Lindsay made the process quick and as painless as possible. Everything was clean and sterilized. Highly recommend and i will be back!

My experience with Comes A Time Tattoo has been amazing. The studio is kept incredibly clean, with lots of focus on maintaining excellent hygiene. The artist that worked on me was flash who has been incredibly easy to work with. He is fast to respond, understands my vision of what I want done, and is able to deliver perfectly! I’m a novice to tattoos and he has made my first two tattoo experiences go really well. His work is excellent and his ability to do fine details and delicate artwork is amazing. I picked some very light pieces which he was completely willing to work with and the pieces turned out beautifully! I found my artist and excited for all future ones I plan to get! THIS IS THE PLACE TO GET YOUR PIERCINGS. I’ve gone to Lindsey twice and let me tell you, she does not disappoint! The first time was for a stubborn cartilage jewelry exchange which she made the experience so comfortable. The second was for my nose piercing, which was also pleasantly painless. Lindsey and Hannah not only make it feel like home by welcoming you in as soon as you walk through the door, but you leave laughing and feeling like you just went to your friends house to get a piercing instead of a business. They’re incredible clean, professional and patient. I will definitely be coming back for a third time soon.

Lindsey (piercing) is amazing. Long story short, after I got my nose pierced, I fell down a flight of stairs and tore it. She walked me through the whole process of treating it and took the whole thing in stride, letting me come in last minute for her to look at it and help. So so grateful for friendly people here.

I wanted a new nose ring hoop and dropped by since they were the closest shop to me. Lindsay was spectacular. She helped me think through my options for hoops, gave advice when requested, and then replaced my stud for free. It looks amazing and Im so happy with my decision.

Im convinced this is the most beautiful tattoo shop in the area with the NICEST people you could ever deal with!!!! As soon as we walked in we were immediately greeted & felt welcomed. I am still in awe of how amazing my tattoo by Flash is. I waited years to find the right artist and Im so glad I did. Not only is the art amazing but he made me feel comfortable from the minute we met. I get extremely anxious around new people and the thought of having to sit with a stranger for hours on end was more nerve racking to me than the getting actual tattoo. But after only one session, I found myself looking forward to hanging out while he created a masterpiece on my arm. We are already discussing the next tattoo. Everyone here is professional and friendly, the shop is open and has a museum like quality and art to look at. Flash is a pro and knows how to subtly take your mind of the inevitable pain of getting a tattoo. I cant recommend him and enough. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Out of towner. Came by and meet with the staff. Very informative. Tattooed by a Man named Flash. He is very talented in the the black and white art but had no trouble with this colorful autumn leaf that I requested. Stop by and check them out.

I have had two sessions now with Rodrigo. Long working toward a sleeve of Roses. Its been a truely great experience. Rodrigo is well prepared and on time. He has rendered rose images in his off time so they are ready to go at no cost to me and we can just begin right away when I arrive. Ive also enjoyed my time in the chair talking with him and hearing about his country he comes from. He is alert, sober and has been in the tattoo game for decades. the end result is something Ill be proud of my whole life. Great work and I was so surprised after my 2nd session when I got the bill and (after a medium/long session) it was right on course for what he quoted. He knows my situation, money is tight and it was a huge blessing as I have had experiences with other shops upping the price as we were working on pieces. As long as I keep having similar experiences I really have no reason to go anywhere else for ink and numerous reasons to sit down with him again and again. Thank you so much!

Great place even tho I didn’t get pierced I was told how to clean my piercings the right way and showed by Lindsay.

I found Comes A Time on google and decided to drop in. I was greeted by Lindsay who was very friendly and almost immediately set up with an artist (Flash) for a consultation. I had mentioned my Time frame for a tattoo and was booked two days later for a pretty big piece. Everyone here is really down to earth and make you feel comfortable like hanging with friends rather than just a customer. I still have at least one more session to finish my leg but I will be returning for future tattoos and I really hope they are baking cookies again.

I got a tattoo by FLash, let me just start off bye saying this is one of the best tattoos I have ever gotten and I have gotten a lot. Flash was professional and extremely talented with his work. The details in the flowers are incredible and unimaginable. Photos do not do it justice. I gave him the general idea of what I wanted and he made something I couldn’t have dreamt up. From start to finish it was one of the best tattoo experiences I’ve ever had. It healed beautifully and doesn’t need a touchup. I was very comfortable to talk to him and it didnt really hurt at all. His work is clean and well done He takes great pride in his work I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.

Took my daughter in to change out her helix piercing (from another parlor) as we were having no luck removing it at home. The staff saw us right away and had an incredible calming effect that immediatedly melted away any stress and anxiety. We purchased a more appropriate piece of jewelry and had them change out the hoop. It was fast and painless. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and educated us on how to to take care of and heal the piercing moving forward. Lovely parlor and amazing staff. Grateful for their time and patience. Highly recommend.

First of all, the shop is absolutely beautiful when you walk in! Great atmosphere, very clean, and super friendly staff. I got tattooed by Chauna, my first tattoo at this shop but my third overall. I greatly overestimated how easily Id be able to take the pain, but even so, my experience was phenomenal! I came with a friend, and Chauna was so friendly and knowledgeable about anything and everything we all wanted to talk about. She was a great distraction from the pain. She also worked a lot more quickly than I anticipated, and I was blown away by the quality of work she could do in such a short time. Shes very efficient, and looking at my tattoo youd never know how fast it was done. The level of detail is even better than I hoped for. Shes incredibly talented and, despite how bad my tattoo was hurting, I was already bringing up my next tattoo with her before we were even done with this one. I cant recommend this shop enough, Ive gotten non-stop compliments!

Got my nostril pierced yesterday with Jean Paul and everything went great! It was my first facial piercing and Jean Paul and Jess were very patient with my questions. Jess had great advice when it came to picking out jewelry and with aftercare. Every step was clearly explained in detail, and they were very kind and professional throughout the whole process. I would definitely go back!

JP is amazing. He was paternal and professional with my 10-year-old who was desperate, but nervous to get her ears pierced. I was impressed with how patient he was with her; walking her through each step of the process, answering her questions, describing how the body reacts to a piercing, and generally chatting with her to diminish her anxiety. Further, the shop was pristine and the jewelry options were amazing. Finally, the person managing the front of the shop (unfortunately I didnt grab their name) was a fantastic. Like JP, they were extremely professional, patient, and primarily directed all questions regarding the piercing to my daughter- As they should have!In short, HIGHLY recommend!From my daughter: JP diffidently helped me A LOT. When i got very nervous JP helped calm down, when I asked what he would do is he were me he made me laugh and I think kept me going.

Love the staff and quality of work. Every time I go in they are wonderful, patient, and friendly.Got my daith pierced here because of amazing reviews and they met my standards! Super clean, walked me through each step and I love they have follow up visits to make sure it is healing properly. I could always sleep on that side, It never got infected, and has been healing up nicely.Went back a couple months later for my first tattoo. They had me scheduled and in within a few days. They even had me send samples I liked and drew something up for me. Day of I went in, they took care of me and made the whole thing a breeze.

Friendly staff, nice atmosphere, but pricing wasnt clear until after the service was done. Hit my wallet way harder than expected because of that, and it felt pretty deceptive.Also my partner was in the room with me, they picked up a tarot deck on the table, and the piercer just blankly said, No. They apologized and put it back.Its fine if you want to display it, but there should be more clarity that its a display and not meant to be touched so you dont keep having to deal with that awkward situation.In short, dont expect these people to be clear about anything, and they need to learn how to communicate their boundaries.

This is perhaps the nicest tattoo studio Ive ever seen! Very clean, organized and upscale decor. Staff was very professional and the artists are phenomenally skilled and experienced. Awesome spot for a quick piercing, had my nostril pierced here yesterday. For starters, Jess the process administrator was very professional, knowledgeable and had a great personality, felt very welcomed here from the day I booked my appointment until I walked out with my new peircing, the piercer, JP was very friendly and helpful, his experience shows as he knew exactly what he was doing and made the process quick and painless. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking to get a new piercing!

I received my first piercing ever a little over a month ago. On advice, I searched for any local members of the Association of Professional Piercers which resulted in setting up an appointment here. I had to drive nearly an hour to get there but it was well worth it. Jen was fantastic! She was professional, informative, and completed the process smoothly. The piercing healed quickly and is exactly the way I hoped itd turn out. Ill be returning here for any future work.

I had my feet tattooed by Corey Taylor and it was a great over all experience. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, easy to work with and general good company. Both my feet took about 3.5 hours and reasonably priced. I’ve always had some work done with one of there piercers George. Very sweet, was able to convey the information I needed clearly and was very professional. This shop has a good variety of jewelry and the shop is clean and well managed.

I made an appointment with Rodrigo because he was in town and it was my first tattoo ever! I was super duper nervous and he reassured me the whole time and answered all my questions! I am definitely going to try to go back to him and get another before he leaves!

JP is the best - Ive gotten three piercings done by him since February, and theyve all healed super easily and the experience was overall excellent! I went into this shop to get piercings done with two of my three sisters. We had talked about getting something done together for a few years and had always anticipated having a special bonding experience doing so. Jean Paul made this experience happen for us! From start to finish the process was swift, easy, professional and very exciting. It was one of my sisters first piercing experiences and he made her so comfortable and at peace with the whole thing. JP is one of the most amazing piercers I have ever had the pleasure of being pierced by! He was warm, polite, and professional throughout the entire experience and I didnt feel nervous at all. I got my belly button pierced by him and Ive never had a piercing heal so quickly and with so little issue. I have very sensitive skin and- although I have many piercings- Ive always had to wait months and months for my piercings to heal. With JP, however, it was a complete breeze. My friend and I each got different ear piercings here several months ago with Lindsay Rose. We both started to have irritation bumps and we went to an APP certified piercer and we were told the angles were wrong and that the piercings more than likely wouldnt heal properly. I wouldnt recommend getting piercings here.

Worked with JP, the piercing specialist, about 3 weeks ago and got a new cartilage piercing here. JP is amazing: hes patient, incredibly knowledgeable and easygoing. As soon as my piercing was in I was in no pain for the rest of the day and since. Ive tried getting my cartilage pierced 4 times before this and they never healed correctly, but my new piercing is looking good and Im planning on coming back soon!

Flash Smith who is the owner and employee groped a young lady (my friend) who was getting a tattoo done. This not only affected her but this action has spread like wildfire. I want to bring awareness to anyone who is thinking of getting a tattoo from this establishment because no one should feel unsafe in a place where they should feel safe. He/the business should be held accountable. Please take this review seriously and potentially find somewhere else to get a tattoo.

Flash did some awesome work. He was quick and not very heavy handed at all!!! Loved how the piece turned out, cant wait to go back to finish the entire leg.

I got my nose pierced (nostril) here about a week ago and the whole experience was awesome. I dont remember everyones names but they were all helpful, calming, and knowledgeable. Ive had piercings and tattoos before, but I always end up nervous. These guys were great at making me feel relaxed and comfortable. The guy behind the counter was amazing with his advice on the jewelry itself, walking me through the different types and the pros and cons of each. George did an amazing job on the actual piercing, he was funny, patient, and professional.He did the piercing quickly and efficiently, and it barely hurt. I highly recommend him and Comes A Time Tattoo.

I love my tattoo! I came here for my first tattoo on my birthday and I am really happy that I did. I felt welcomed immediately and the staff were very friendly, professional and helpful towards me. The artist who did my tattoo, Corey, was fun to be around, down to earth, and overall helped my first experience be a very pleasant one! Ive been coming here for a year and a half. JP and George are great piercers, well educated about their craft, who attend regular APP conferences to continue their education. The shop is impeccably clean. I have had 5 piercings done thus far and will continue going back. These are my people!

I had a wonderful experience at Comes A Time Tattoo. I had planned to have my nose pierced and did my research as to which place to get it done at. Towards the end of my searching, I was stuck between two places, this being one of them. I checked out the website and read about it and felt comfortable with Comes A Time. I didnt set an appointment because I was aware they were okay with walk-ins. I was greeted nicely when I entered and Jen, the lovely lady who pierced my nose, made me feel entirely comfortable and relaxed before she pierced my nose. However, about two weeks later as I was cleaning my piercing, my stud came out and was impossible for me to get it back in. The next day when I called Comes A Time, they asked me to come in right away and they took care of it and again, gave me a highly satisfactory feeling. I Highly recommend to get piercings from Comes A Time Tattoo. Great environment and great people!! You WILL walk out of Comes A Time with a smile on your face.

Got my 2nd tattoo here with Chauna and am completely satisfied!From walking in, the atmosphere and decorations of the shop are beautiful. The receptionist was constantly attentive to my presence and needs, and very kind on top of it all. Chauna was very easy to work with and accommodated me during emails, consultation, tattooing, and the wrap-up. If you’re looking to get a piercing, I highly suggest coming here. JP pierced my second holes on my ears, he was so professional and clean. About a month later, one of my piercings got infected badly. I set up an appointment to get it looked at and the girl at the front (forgot her name :-( ) was so kind and professional as well. JP fixed up my ear and it feels so much better. They will definitely take care of you here!!

Working with Fin has been awesome - Im currently a couple sessions into my second tattoo with him. He does great traditional style work and created a phenomenal fox and swallow (its a type of bird) piece for my left arm. The shop is spotless, and I felt surprisingly at ease when I went in the first time. Obviously my first experience was great since I went back for a second piece and will certainly go again when the inevitable urge to get another tattoo done strikes.

Amazing piercers. I will forever return for more from them. I got my septum done by Jen a year ago and it healed faster and easier than any other piercing Ive had. Super clean and sanitized and I really felt like I was in good hands. The APP label helps!! Jen was super polite and friendly and kept conversation flowing so I wasnt anticipating any pain. Definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to get pierced!!!

The inside of this place is really neat you wouldn’t think its a tattoo place at first glance. I made an appointment and a chick named Lindsay pierced my ears and even picked out the jewelry for me a couple of black diamond studs they look really cool and all the girls like them. Cool place

Ive been to this shop twice for various piercings and jewelery. Everyone Ive interacted with has been nice, honest and upfront without being intimidating.My last piercing was done by JP. I think his website bio is spot on. I came in with a general idea and multiple options for my ears as I know not every piercing will suit every person. JP calmly answered all my questions and worked with me to provide the best setup based on my ear shape and his experience.The shop its self is very clean.The jewelery selection is beautiful. They will even customize jewelery for you.I will definitely continue getting piercings here.

I had no issues with this place piercing wise. My nose piercing was great. I was very nervous going in as this was my first piercing as an adult (ears done as a kid). They made me feel comfortable and it was done quickly and didnt hurt at all. The only complaint I have is when the guy was giving me the pricing up front he made it seem like it was one thing and when he rang me up at the end it was almost three times that amount. It was VERY misleading.

Am going to first start off by saying I didn’t think I was walking into a typical tattoo shop. Very nice, clean, comforting spot. It was a very professional experience from email to shop. I received a tattoo yesterday from Chaunna at Comes a Time Tattoo. From start to finish she was absolutely professional and kept my expectations high from the beginning- and did not disappoint! This was my first long sitting for a tattoo (5 hours) and she communicated with me the whole time, making sure I was comfortable, and was always agreeable when I needed a break. The tattoo itself turned out fantastic- cover up of a tattoo I got about 15 years ago and the new one is stunning (and you cant even see the old tattoo) and was exactly what I had in mind. Would absolutely recommend Chaunna to anybody looking for a tattoo in the NOVA area.

I’ve had two piercings here, an eyebrow and a nostril, one done by each of the piercers here, and they were done perfectly both times. “Perfectly” in this context means that everything was sterilized exactly as it should, and on top of that, the actual puncture was done smoothly and cleanly, so both piercings are healing rapidly and without infection. The placement of the piercings is also perfect. These aren’t my first piercings, I have a tongue and a septum, both years old, but these two I got at Comes A Time are better jobs than my previous two done elsewhere. Both of the artists I worked with (Jean Paul and Georgie) were highly professional and extremely courteous and good natured. This is the way it should be done. I only have so many body parts left that I can pierce, but I’ll be bringing them here.

Rude staff member.Went there last night 7/31/21 because my wife and I wanted to get a matching video game tattoo for my birthday. A caucasian woman roughly in her 20s or 30s was on the phone and told us she would be with us n a moment so we sat down and waited. We noticed she had a curious tattoo on her ankle of a simple clothes hanger and asked ourselves what it could be since a fair amount of tattoos have a story to them. She finished her conversation and asked what brought us in this evening. I explained that we were there to get matching tattoos and I also nonchalantly asked what was the story behind her hanger tattoo. She responded in a condescending manner dont worry about it. I was taken a back and was waiting for her to laugh or something to let me know she was joking but none of that ever came. She proceeded to try to assist us but by the time I realized she was simply being rude with her previous response, I was completely turned off from giving this business any of my hard earned money.People Ive encountered typically enjoy or are at least willing to discuss their tattoos. If this girl didnt care to share, she couldve at least been polite about it.If you work in a tattoo shop and you have exposed tattoos, maybe expect patrons or potential patrons to ask about them. And if you dont care to talk about them, maybe develop some script to let people know you rather not discuss it vs turning customers away with your toxic attitude.Turns out its in reference to abortions. Which she couldve explained and we wouldve still tried to do business with this place.

I love my tattoo. I was really scared about it but I had thought it out and Corey really helped me. He cleaned up the design and re-sized it so it was perfect. I really psyched myself out but he put me completely at ease and all of the people there were really friendly and honest. It was a little costly but I understood why, because they do really great quality work. You absolutely get what you paid for & Id go there again for my next tattoo.

Ive gotten eight different piercings at about five different places over the years. Comes A Time was hands-down the best of them all, Ive never had such a great experience. Tobias was very personable and patient with showing me all my jewelry options, even bringing me one he found, that hadnt been on display, that he thought I might like. I thought Id been to nice piercing places before but Comes A Time blew the rest of them away; Ive gone to anyone more thorough with cleaning and placement than Tobias. Also, this was the first time I had ever been given such extensive aftercare instructions without being pushed to buy their own products, going so far as to give me the information on my jewelry and its gauge (it was the only place to give me this without me having to ask outright). Bonus points for dealing with my incredibly obnoxious friend, youll see me here for all of my piercing needs.

Fin is great! He did a black with shading shoulder piece on me a few months ago and it healed wonderfully. Initially there were some parts that didnt heal great, but he touched them up free of charge and its looking beautiful now. He was very attentive to my vision of the tattoo and took care of me during the tattoo, always asking if I was doing alright. Ive also been pierced here, and it was an easy, quick, clean experience with JP. I came back in a couple weeks later because my barbell was too short, and he changed it out for me immediately. Wonderful people, love the dog too lolEdit:Knocking off two stars because I reached out to Fin several times about getting a rib piece done and he never got back to me. I recognize people get busy, but I reached out to him/spoke with him on four different occasions and never got a response. I want a lot of tattoos and dont want to have to chase after my artist for every tattoo. I found a new artist.

I got my tattoo a couple of months ago now and I just walked in and showed them what I wanted and they set to work! Flash is the artist that worked on mine and he did a phenomenal job. This was my first tattoo ever and it was quick and efficient and it turned out great. It was an amazing experience and I will definitely be going back.

I got my first piercing in ten years here and Tobias was very patient and helpful. He gave me an accurate expectation as to how getting a septum piercing would feel and was very kind about letting me stick around until I felt well enough to drive, even though it was after they should have closed. Couldnt be happier with the work.

My friend and I went to get conch piercings last night and we had the wonderful piercer George. Cannot say enough good things about this guy. We were being total wusses and he was so thorough in explaining the process and making us feel at ease. We also met JP the other piercer and he was hilarious! Making us laugh when we needed it! From start to finish the whole process was a breeze and we are obsessedddd with the piercings. The piercing itself was $30 and we opted to pay for a little more expensive jewelry so we ended up paying $90. Some may say that’s a little steep but if you’re inserting a foreign object into your body, making sure it’s of good quality seems like a no brainer. Hands down recommend this shop and especially George and JP to anyone!

Some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got my naval pierced here and after a few weeks the screw was stripping the ball so it would just turn loosely and never tighten. The top finally fell off and I went back and bought another one. The same thing happened to the second one, and before I could bring it back to the store, the ball fell off again (mind you these are $40 each, which is not cheap). I went back and they said their products arent faulty and couldnt do anything for me since I didnt have the top. I then was stupid enough to buy a forward helix stud from them and the piercing got infected almost immediately. I then took it out and went back today because I cant get it back in. The store is supposed to be open until 8pm. I showed up at 6:15 and one light was on in the back. I called their number and no one answered. Then a man came out and I asked if they were open. He said no. I said, but its not 8pm yet and he replied, well were not open. Then he shut the door without any further explanation.

The inside is really clean and nice very different than other places I have went. Got my cartilage pierced with Lindsay she was super sweet and has the cutest jewelry. Very happy with my experience!!!✨🥰💫✨💯✅

I got my belly pierced back in June and Jen was beyond amazing. I was a bit nervous and she did an amazing job of calming the bit of anxiety I had about the process. I 100% recommend this place. Make sure to call and make an appointment well in advance as they do get busy.

I was stupid and got my belly pierced in Ocean City on the board walk and after a week it was still hurting and not healing right so i called about getting a second opinion on it. Even though jen was fully booked she still let me come in and took the time to see me! Turns out i was allergic to the ring the had pierced me with and Jen changed my ring and told me different after care than what the place at the board walk did. 3 days letter and my piercing is completely different and is healing right. I well keep going to see jen for my future piercings. She was amazing!!!

Will never use this business again. Flash Smith (owner and artist) inappropriately touched my daughter while getting a tattoo done. This is not okay! She had been using his services for over a year. I will be telling everyone and boycotting this facility in any way possible.

I highly recommend Comes A Time Tattoo if you want to get pierced. My experience was wonderful! The shop was very clean and welcoming. The piercers Jp and George were very friendly as well as the rest of the staff. The piercers are both very professional! Jp was my piercer and he made me feel comfortable and talked me through before I got my septum and how to take care of it. The process went by so quick and the piercing looks amazing!!!

Definitely Pleased. After speaking with a relative (who has experience with piercings and tattoos) I decided to take my 10 year old daughter to Comes a Time Tattoo to get her ears pierced (instead of a mall establishment like Claires). The Tech who did the piercings was Georgie K. and it just so happens, he is the one guy that I worked with/dealt with for the entire experience. He is fantastic. I called the shop two months prior to the actual appointment seeking information... did they pierce children? and beginning at what age? etc. He was a trove of useful information and could not have been more pleasant. I called again a week prior to make the actual appointment and again Georgie K. took my call. More details were provided, what documents to bring, they arent into being rigid about following through once clients arrive at the studio and if a child simply isnt ready, on the day of, thats ok. He was super nice with my daughter and had the perfect tone. Not too saccharin, not too cool. Just a nice, regular guy with special skills. He asked her what music she might want to listen to in the piercing room and didnt mock her 10 year-old music tastes. (Meghan Trainor). Prior to going in for the piercing I got a lot of info about of the jewelry they had available, it was explained to me that jewelry costs at a tattoo parlor have multiple pieces and therefore the costs are multiplied, not just by two (for two ears) but by two again, because each earring has two sections to it (a post and a gem). I also knew there was a piercing charge on top of that. The only thing I didnt expect was the added tip, but thats likely because Id not been in a tattoo parlor before and simply hadnt thought of that part. But once I realized this I was happy to add the tip. It has only been one day since the piercing, but her ear lobes look great, no redness, no swelling. Daughter said she had almost no pain (minus the three seconds when the actual needle went in her ear lobe). They sent us on our way with detailed info for aftercare and weve sprayed it twice with saline wash since then. Id definitely suggest this method and this location to my parent friends, (especially Georgie K). It is a great alternative to a place like Claires or anywhere they use a piercing gun. It is significantly more expensive, but it is so much safer — not just more sanitary, but the actual method of puncturing the skin is cleaner and sharper. A good technician (like Georgie K.) will also have a much better hand (precision) and understanding as to the actual placement of the piercing.

I expected good customer service but this place EXCEEDED my expectations. Everyone was nice, helpful, and comforting. I got a nose piercing and, I wont lie, I was so scared because I figured it would be different from just a regular ear piercing. The person who did it walked me through everything, so that there were no surprises. He was so personable that yes, even though it hurt a little (they said that pain differs for everyone, some dont feel it at all.), I walked out smiling. I would go again and will probably buy my jewelry from them when my nose is ready for me to switch out studs. THANKS COMES A TIME TATTOO!!!!

Loved it! I got my cartilage piercing done there and it was amazing. They were very professional and clean and sterile. They were very nice and they walk you through every step of the way and dont do things without telling you. Just 100% :) Highly recommend it.

I got my dermal removed here recently by I think jp. Definitely a way better experience than expected. He made me feel super comfortable was very professional, clean and patient ! I highly recommend this shop if your getting piercings done for the first time you’ll likely get the best results here cause they really KNOW what they’re doing

Jess was fantastic, he went over everything he was doing and he did not show me the needle which was a huge plus for me. The only thing I regret is not grabbing a stack of his cards to hand out to all of my friends who love my conch piercing.

I went in to get a new nose ring and Tobias, the piercer, was very warm and welcoming. There were a few people waiting to see him, but he was absolutely worth the wait! All of the jewelry is high quality and Tobias made it fit perfectly! I would absolutely go back!

My wife had her 7th tattoo done by Flash, and had two of her older ones recolored. I had my 6th tattoo as well, and Flash was great. Very professional, the studio was super clean, the price was reasonable, and we didnt have to wait hours like at other studios. Although Johnny didnt do our tattoos, we heard great comments from other patrons about him as well.

Was worried about getting my first big piece done and had been reffered to #comesatimetattoo by a friend. I emailed the shop and flash had responded to me 5 hours later before the shop was even open. Now, we all like what we like, but for the tribute piece he did for my moms passing i never knew i could fall into so much love with a piece of art. I am beyond pleased with this place and the genuine care and accommodations that were made for my comfortability and satisfaction. Would rate a 10 stars if could. If you need a legitimate shop who cares about your needs look no further. Did i mention he re-drew my tattoo x3 times after being asked before putting it on!? Real game changer guys! The piercer there is very professional, and answered all my questions and gave good advice one everything I asked. Its been 2 months since my septum piercing and it feels and looks awesome. They even replaced the ball for free when it was lost! Hell ya I feel like I trust this place.

Just had my first tattoo appointment with Fin and he did AMAZING! I had an outline done of a few flowers done about a year ago that wasn’t yet shaded and also needed cleaner lines... Fin did an amazing job fixing me up and I’ll definitely be coming back to him to get some more work done :)

Ive come in twice for piercings. Large selection of jewelry and theyre very professional. This time I came with a friend who was scared to get her first cartilage, and the piercer was kind and not condescending about it. Would recommend to anyone!

I go for piercing and brought by girls there since they were teenagers as well as I trusted their technique and sterilization versus some place like Claires at the mall. Quality jewelry, they know their stuff. Only thing is that the staff completely turned over recently and I miss Jennifer. But JP is a cool dude too

I got my first tattoo here and I have to say I regret making the decision to get my tattoo at this parlor. Perhaps it was just a bad day, but I expected my first tattooing experience to be much more comforting. When I got there, Johnny was standing outside having a conversation with someone and throughout the entire process, he seemed very rushed and not at all focused on the outcome of my tattoo. It was a very simple piece with only 4 small triangles, 3 not filled and 1 filled with green. The lines were sloppy and inconsistent, and after discussion with another artist, I also found out that he scarred my skin. He charged me $120 and at this point, I just feel he took advantage of my eagerness to have my first tattoo. Needless to say, I will not be coming back and I have this experience to keep me from making the same mistake again.

I came into the shop a couple of weeks ago for my first tattoo. I wanted a very simple design: the constellation pisces on my left wrist with 3 small stars connected by little dots. I didnt think it would be possible to mess up, but when you end up with someone who doesnt seem to care about making his clients happy, it is very easy to mess up. Unfortunately I ended up with Johnny.Johnny didnt make getting my first tattoo a pleasant experience. He seemed annoyed that I not only interrupted his time, but also asked questions throughout the experience. When he asked what I wanted, I described the constellation and instead of asking me to be more specific, he asked if I wanted him to come up with a design out of thin air. Right off the bat, he was rude and impatient.Onto the tattoo itself! The tattoo looks okay from far away when you cant really see it, but unfortunately I get to see it up close every day. The stars dont have sharp points, nor are they even or good looking. The dots arent round; theyre more blob shaped that somewhat resemble a circle. Right before putting the dots on me, he muttered that they might be a mistake so Im sure he didnt try to put any effort into them since he didnt like the idea. I love the idea of my design and it went on my body, so Im not sure why he said anything. Or if he didnt like the design, he couldve politely refused to give me the tattoo instead of wasting our time and gaining yet another one star review from an unimpressed client.After doing a bit of research on Johnny, Ive found that Im not alone in having an unpleasant experience with him. Im not one to complain about much or write negative reviews. I understand that mistakes happen and people have off days, however, thats not the case with Johnny. His tattoos are half-assed and he doesnt care if his clients are pleased with the outcome. He never asked me if I liked mine and didnt tell me his name until it was all over. Even then, he welcomed us back in a very monotone and insincere voice.The person I brought along with me agreed with me about everything: that it was an unpleasant experience, he made it seem like I was annoying him by interrupting his time/asking questions, and that no effort was put into my tattoo. We definitely didnt want to stay any longer or ever come back to the shop.The only reason Im posting this is to warn others away from going to Comes a Time for a tattoo from Johnny.

The shop is immaculate. Its full of some of the nicest people youre going to meet. Johnny is my man he always does a great job. I highly recommend this place if youre interested in getting it any kind of tattoos or piercings.

My sister got her first tattoo here and the place is beautiful. Everyone is so friendly and nice. The shop is very clean and there is a dog there and it is the cutest little thing ever. It has its own scarf and sweater and everything!

I got my belly button pierced today and so far it is amazing! It didnt hurt at all! I saw so many reviews from different tattoo shops and so many people said it was the worst pain ever!

Took my wife for a piercing and even though we left with out a piercing the piercer took the time to explain his concerns and was more than willing to answer the questions we had. You dont get too notch service like this often, definitely appreciated it.

Cory has done 2 large leg pieces for me and both sleeves for my son which are almost complete.Tomorrow my wife of 30 years gets her first!He does excellent work and reasonably priced.

I got my conch piercing done here by George & you honestly couldnt ask for a more pleasant place to get a piercing done. Everyones nice, laid back & very thorough with sanitization. Would highly recommend to anyone. Anyone.

If it was possible I would give them a zero. DO NOT GO HERE FOR TATS. I was foolish and didnt read the negative reviews before going in. I had two friends each of us with a simple design three bars. Simple. He told us he needed the image to be enlarged which after reading hes asked several customers. Obviously that speaks negatively to his abilites. My lines are terrible not one is straight. He used a needle far too large for the design. He over charged and gave each of us the worst tats weve ever received. It looks like a 5 year old tried to color on my arm. I can do nothing but share how utterly terrible this is. DO NOT GO GET A TATOO HERE.

I just got a piercing here and although it hurt a lot, (to be fair it was in a very sensituve spot) the guy who did it was super nice and made me feel very comfortable throughout the experience. Five stars. I wish I could remember his name though Im sure he might be the only one who does the peircings.

Went to get a simple tattoo here and am disappointed with the results. With such a high price for such a basic tattoo I would expect it to at least be done properly and instead Im going to have to go get the tattoo fixed. The ink isnt filled in entirely and the simple roman numerals will now have to be redone. Unfortunate.
