The best! Both Max & Sami have worked on my daughter. Both really good with kids, very nice and extremely proficient in what they do.Sami’s patience was greatly appreciated. Sami was very professional and extremely knowledgeable! I came in because I wanted to remove my conch piecing and couldn’t do it myself. I had it done 15 years ago but had it out for the last 5 years. I got new jewelry put in it from another shop a few months ago and it was starting to really hurt my ear last month. She explained a lot of things, basically the gauge was too small and recommended putting in the correct size.I would definitely come back to this shop, it was super clean and overall a great experience.

Got a helix piercing from Victoria this week and I am in loveee with it. This is the second time I visited this location and I had a great experience both times. Victoria was really helpful with picking out jewelry and deciding on placement and walked me through the entire process from start to finish which I really appreciated. Everyone is super friendly and welcoming and the shop itself is so spacious and very clean. Cant wait for my next piercing here!

This was my second time getting pierced at Black Moon and I’ve had a great experience both times. Victoria did a great job of being thorough and making me feel comfortable throughout the whole process. Front desk team are also extremely welcoming and friendly. This is my go to spot for experienced piercers and great quality jewelry.

I came across this place after accidentally taking out my conch jewelry and wasn’t able to get it back in. Sami helped me choose new jewelry, was super patient during the process, and installed it! She was super helpful and understanding of my budget. The place overall was super clean and open. 10/10 would recommend.

I wanted to get some additional lobe piercings and it was really important to me to find a place that had kind, experienced professionals and a very unintimidating vibe. Black Moon ticked all the boxes! I got my second lobes done by Victoria and I love how they turned out! Victoria was so kind and walked me through every single step in the process so I knew what was happening at all times! I’d definitely be back to visit Victoria the next time I want another piercing!

I got my industrial done by Dano, super professional and cool atmosphere, jewelry is super high quality it healed beautifully. Also got more on my ears done by Autymn, also super professional, overall amazing experience I exclusively go here now for all of my piercings.

Sami is the champion of the septum. Mine is deviated and septum piercings are my favorite. I had mine pierced 25 years ago and it has always been crooked, to the point I rarely wore jewelry. After deciding it was time to get it right, I had a second attempt done a few months back elsewhere which also resulted a piercing channel askew.Enter Sami and Black Moon. She validated my concerns that yes, unfortunately both channels were crooked and I am deviated, but took the challenge and said we could try to get it right. She worked with me, coaching me in making sure the second-attempted channel had closed and the 25-year-old channel was avoided. She free-handed a perfect septum placement and I couldnt be happier. No tilt, not too high, not too low. She had the skill to get it done and the bedside manner to assure me it was possible. I am looking forward to working with her to pick out a fancy piece of nose bling for when Im healed, as I could never wear anything outside of a standard ring previously in order to hide the deviation tilt. Im very grateful and cant recommend her enough.The Black Moon facility in Fairfield is magnificent. Its large, bright, clean (in that positively-sanitized way), and I love popping in. Everyone Ive met throughout the facility has been kind and helpful. Their jewelry selection is fantastic and as they have relationships with many makers, Im sure that theyll help me find my perfect ring in a few months time, as they already have helped me curate a range of lovely pieces for my ears.Thank you to both Sami & Black Moon. Sami was super gentle with me when I got my nose piercing. She walked me through the process and gave me great ways to help the healing process. I barely had any swelling or pain after!

I had never gotten a piercing before this, and I had Sami help me out yesterday! Sami was amazing, answered any questions I had, and helped me get the best result possible!

The place is super calming the people are very welcoming, they also give u a lot of information on piercings, I wanted to get my back dimples pierced and I didnt know what wouldve happened if i gotten it, until one of the piercers explained to me the reason why people shouldnt get it. They take the time to explain to you ALSO their piercings are really cute!!!

One of a favorite now added to my list. This business is as professional as it comes. As a first time customer, I am happy to have taken the steps into going forth with my custom industrial piercing. I was nervous as hell. But the girl who did my piercing is Sami. She is an expertise plus a sweetheart. She made sure she went over step by step on what you’re getting yourself into and recommend the best piercing options. She informs you from what she knows is best and talk to you from the moment she lays out how the piercing outline would be and of course ask if you approve of it because you can’t do one without the others agreement. Then you will wait a bit for the sterilizing to go into effect which isn’t a long wait and before you know it you be in there for her to do her part of the job and that is to fulfill her duty to make sure you come out as a satisfied customer. She did that! She made sure she talk to you through everything she is about to do. Chef kiss and that was the most easy and smooth experience to ever walk into. I would do it in a heartbeat. Keep up the great work Sami and can’t wait to make more future piercings appointments!

Everyone here is so kind and the place itself is soo beautiful. i had a really last minute appt scheduled (right toward closing) and it was also my first time getting my nose professionally pierced! my piercer was sami and she took the time to recommend jewelry that suited me and my style and i really appreciated that because i had no idea what i wanted. she was really awesome and thorough and i was really grateful for her efforts in taking the time with the entire process (mind you even past closing time). you can clearly tell how much sami enjoys doing what she does and i would 100% recommend her to anyone!

My best friend and I got our nipples pierced today by Sami, and she.is.a.doll. She is incredibly knowledgeable, a real sweetheart, and she made me (someone who is naturally anxious) feel so relaxed and at ease. Definitely was in the best of hands, and we would recommend her to everyone looking to get a piercing.

I had my second lobe piercing today. I was a walk in and the process was super smooth. I had Brie as my piercer and she was absolutely incredible. She is a skilled, responsible, knowledgeable, and kind person. Today, I picked this place out of desperation to finally carry out the dream of getting the other side of my nose pierced. To say the experience was awesome would be underselling it. Sami was my piercer and she could not have been more professional and delightful. I am no stranger to piercings or tattoos and I have to say this is the cleanest, most immaculate studio I have ever been in. Sami was big on consent and explaining the process and voicing discomfort if needed. I thought she was lovely with her bed side manner and her intensive help picking out the jewelry. I do not see myself getting more piercings in the future as I am running out of room, but if I do, hands down, I would be going to her. Also, any reviews that state that the prices are high do not know the quality that Black Moon offers for their jewelry. I found their pricing, both for piercing and jewelry, to be reasonable and within the market realm of normal. I am looking forward to my follow up appointment in a month.
