Alpha-Omega Tattoos and Body Piercing

The piercer is amazing, he has a good sense of humor and very friendly. Also super down to answer my questions and very upfront about the price and aftercare. I got pierced here 3 weeks ago and had to come back because an earring got pulled out. Matte got me in the chair super fast and made it feel like a no stress situation. Highly recommend and will be coming back. 😊

Unfortunately my experience here did not go so well. I was so disappointed because I went here based on all the good reviews about Matte. From the moment I walked through the door I immediately felt uncomfortable. Matte did not greet me in fact he gave me the side eye and looked at me as if I was bothering him with the questions I was asking about the piercing I wanted, but me being the nice person I am I thought he was just having a rough day. I proceeded with the piercing which was the venom piercing and when I got home I immediately noticed how crooked the piercing was !! One was way up high on my tongue and the other one was down low. I was so upset that I spent 155$ on something that I was so unhappy with! I was so embarrassed about how crooked they were I had to take one out!! Now I have to wait for it to heal and go somewhere else and get it re-pierced on one side.I will NOT be recommending this place to anyone! Please go elsewhere for piercings.Also there is an older woman there I believe her names is Lin she is VERY sweet she is the only reason why I stood and continued with Matte.

Got my Medusa replaced. It was really hard to take out the last one. He did it so graciously and left me a funny note ! Loved the service ! Funny guy 🤣

I took two teenagers to get their first piercing with Matte. He was very helpful and looked around with the kids which eased their fears. Both piercings healed without issues and we recently went back for a piercing change which was only $5! Coincidentally, my husband got a tattoo by Lin with her shop was in Colorado, and he and I both got tattoos by her after we moved back to California and she had moved her shop here. This is what made me pick this shop.

The man at the register was EXTREMELY rude. his tone was rude and he gave me a mug multiple times as if i’m an very unintelligent person. he asked for a minors id as if i had one, while my mother had hers ready. and when i was in the phone for a quick second he ask me “ you can be on the phone?”. The prices were unacceptable and it seems as if he was confused about his own prices. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!!!

Just got done with my nostril piercing. I have been wanting it forever but kept dragging my feet, but his reviews were so great. Matt was absolutely wonderful!!!!! He was so friendly and funny and made me feel so comfortable!!!!!! I have a few more piercings that I want and he made a lifelong customer.

Okay immediately FIVE STARS — and I just got pierced today. This amazing man Matte was so incredibly kind and helpful throughout me and my friends being so loud and having fun. He gave amazing information and what not to use for a piercing but most importantly WHY. I got my nipples pierced at zebra and I needed them sized down and he told me they gave me an externally threaded piercing and that’s why i had some issues and informed me why, and what not to buy and look out for next time. Second i got my nose pierced and felt very faint for some reason and he immediately gets me a water, helps makes me comfortable, and gives me a chewable glucose tablet and sits there the whole time until I am okay. He was so funny, kind, and knowledgeable and really cares about his clients and not just their money. Highly recommend!!

They were wonderful and very accommodating. Answered questions when we called as we are not familiar with minors getting piercings in California. My daughter got snakebite piercings for her 16th birthday and she is in love with them. Excellent shop. Thanks.

I went to Matte to get my industrial pierced yesterday and I can not describe how wonderful this man is at what he does. He is personable and professional, very very clean (must have changed gloves 5 times - something people even in the food industry get too lazy to do!), but most importantly he gave me all the time I needed. When I get pierced, even though it doesn’t hurt too much, I nearly pass out. Matte knew exactly what to do, helped me relax, gave me a tablet to help stabilize my blood sugar, and was very kind. At no point did I feel rushed to get back with it.He is very clear about aftercare instructions and encourages you to reach out to him with any questions after the fact. I asked several questions about jewelry types and quality and he was able to walk me through how to pick pieces down to the codes associated with each metal at both US and international grading. They also have a really nice jewelry selection! I didn’t get my naval pierced but I did admire the huge selection of naval rings they had. I will be returning to Matte for all other piercings.

I just love them. Matte pierced my granddaughters nose last month. He is super nice, knowledgeable and cares about his clients. We had to return bc she pulled the piercing out while sleeping, so he put it back in. Great guy, easy to talk with.My sister and I consulted with Lin about some tattoos. She s super nice and also knows what she is doing as well. Now just one more thing, they remembered us from our last visit!! Thats impressive!

Matte was super wonderful made sure i felt comfortable the entire time and was super efficient when it came to piercing my nose. Little to no pain on the piercing and he was very detailed about the after care! Will definitely be back!

Matt was awesome! It was also very clean and everything he uses on you, is brand new and thrown away right after. He had to pick up the phone a couple times and he took off his gloves and put new ones on EVERY TIME. He was great, very chill and talked me through my belly button piercing. I was nervous about the pain but he kept me calm and was very nice. The protocol for covid and cleanness is strictly followed!

I previously got my nose pierced somewhere else, I was told three months later I could change it out. Well, my piercing closed and I called Alpha-Omega and got an appointment the same day. Matte was so knowledgeable and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend him for any piercings you might want. 10 out of 10 a great experience.

Matte is the best!! He is very knowledgeable and patient with the indecisive. My daughter has four piercings and I have two all done by Matte. I will be going back for more soon. I would not think of having anyone else pierce me. Thank you Matte for your great work.

Got my tragus and double forward helix done by Matte today. Very clean and efficient. Great job with placement. Huge selection of jewelry. He changed his gloves a lot to make sure everything was sterile anytime he touched something that wasnt. Great job. Ill be back in a couple months for more

Got my ears pierced there earlier today. The environment was very relaxing and matte made sure my experience was as calm and smooth as possible. He gave me very good tips for care and ensured my piercings didn’t hurt one bit. 999/10 absolutely recommend!!

Very friendly and on time. Everything was incredibly clean and Matte was very professional. He did a great job on the 3 piercings I got. I got both my second lobe piercings an my right helix. Quick and barely hurt.

I got my lobes pierced and a vertical labret done by Matte, and it was probably the best experience Ive had getting pierced! Everything was clean and professional, and Matte made me feel super comfortable and welcome. (He also taught me the correct way to pronounce, labret, which Ive been pronouncing wrong my entire life!) I will absolutely be getting all future piercings done with Matte.

I have gotten my nose, septum and nipple piercings done by Matte. He is not only good at his job but he is very honest with placements of where something will suit you, and knows how to ease a nervous mind when being stabbed with a needle; this may not seem important but it makes all the difference. All my piercings from him have had no problem at all, and they all are placed perfectly. I did form a (common) small bump on my nose when it was fresh: I messaged him, he messaged back asap, and saw me within the next day. 100% recommend. 💖

Matte has been piercing me for 15 years his work is of the utmost quality and precision. I have been to other shops and cant find a master piercer such as him. Book an appointment it is absolutely worth the wait.

I went here today to have my girlfriends nipple piercings fixed since we had them done at a cheaper place and the lady had given her inappropriately sized bars (too short). Matte fixed it right up and gave us some good cleaning and care advice. He was very kind and charismatic and now she has the properly sized bars. Woooo.

Totally clean, qualified, and pleasant.Tattoo artist, Lin, is the sweetest and best interface for a tattoo experience Ive ever had!!! (5 tattoos in my life)Very professional! She has been tattoing for 30+ years.Just got a big Sailor Jerry tattoo on my left rib cage! Hurt like a B!@#$!However, with her years of experience, she pulled open a drawer of candy and let me have my fill. Oddly enough, the sugar worked to relax me, stop my shakes, and the took the edge off the pain.Furthermore, the staff were a great group to have around, as we spoke an array of topics while the 5-hour job went by.All-in-All, Great Company, Great Results, Great Experience!!!Thank you!!!!

In town from Buffalo NY and Lin was able to squeeze me in to my delight on short notice! Not only was the shop clean and bright but Lin was an absolute delight! I felt like I was getting a tattoo from a long time friend. Her work is fast and impeccable! She made suggestions to help me make sure I was getting the right tattoo in the right place and right size. I would recommend Alpha-Omega to anyone wanting a tatt. I would even fly back to Cali just to get another from Lin!!

Going to be absolutely honest, 10/10 would not recommend. I walked in to get a feel for the local shops and the feel I got from this one was If you want an open minded artist, go elsewhere. They were nice, dont get me wrong. I waited around to meet the piercer just to be nice, but felt a little uncomfortable the whole time. My Triple Goddess tattoo design I brought in was subtly mocked and met with Jesus Christ is our only Lord and Savior. Like if you have a problem inking demons, devils, or anything of the like because you feel sinful for doing so or if Pagan designs are ripped up because its not what you believe in (didnt happen to me thankfully, but Ive heard horror stories from other people), then youre in the wrong business. I really am sorry guys, but I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere.

I came and got my belly button piercing a little less than 2 years ago, i believe, and it wasnt pierced right. The top jewel is where the bottom one usually is. So i recently decided to take the piercing out and hope it closes up and im going to have to get it redone somewhere else. Other than my situation, the people there were extremely nice.

The piercing guy was very nice! The lady was super rude! We walked in and just because we didnt say hi she wanted to sit there and talk crap to the tattoo artist about us. I didnt say nothing to her for that reason very unprofessional . I wanted to buy my lip ring here but I will take my business somewhere else. But the guy who does piercings was really nice and sucks that she ruined a customer for him. Not a great way to run a shop if they want people to come back. I already heard horrible things about this place that just confirms it.

Lin is the very best. She gave my husband and I the most amazing matching tattoos. Very memorable! Well definitely be coming back for more.

Went in to buy a nose ring after sitting there for a while with nobody paying attention someone asked what I needed I told them I need to buy a nose ring since mine broke they told me we only do that by appointments nobody really inside or waiting I just needed to purchase 1 its like the grocery store letting u in bt u cant grab off shelf and buy unless u make an appointment ridiculous luckily I found zebras in walnut creek an almost 1 hr drive on holiday weekend there and almost 2 hrs back well worth it dont waste time here go somewhere else they dont want business I guess

Matte did a great job with my septum. They have real gold and stainless surgical steel jewelry, not the junk from the smoke shop.

I have gotten all my piercings from here and Matte will ask questions to make sure you understand how to care for it and when I explain my health issues which is Crohns he really made sure that I would be ok not because I’d sued which I wouldn’t do but because he really care about the person he is working on and I’ll be back for two more
