Woman I just spoke to was very rude not willing to help and sounds completely miserable. Will not bring my money here because of her. Hopefully the owners see this and take action I called at 10:15am on Wednesday December 11th and do not recall her name.I was looking for 2 gold chains and a pair of diamond earrings. Horrible customer service. Waited over an hour for the sales associate to look up my receipt when i had the original. She lied and acted like the couldn’t the whole time and when she finally did she said she could help me but didn’t want to because I was over the 30 day return policy. But I wasn’t over the 90 day exchange policy which is printed the receipt.
