Walked in tonight with a friend and we each got an great tattoo that we both love ❤️!! The artist was amazing and the price was perfect 👌

Noy is by far the best artist in Fargo. He fixed my pretty faded tattoo and completed a sleeve for me. The detail is incredible and he worked with me to make sure everything was where it should be and look good. Would definitely recommend and will be going back for future tattoos.

I got my tattoo from Noy back in 2017 I beleive it was I plan on going to him for my others. I agree with others Noy is hands down the best tattoo artist Ive talked to which is why I decided on him. He is professional and awesome and knows what he is doing. I will 100% reccomend him to anyone that asks for a great tattoo artist. Have a pic Im gonna upload it is the Mark of Cain he did for me and I let him decide how to do the color and shading and I was not dissappointed. Not the best Pic that I took though.

The shop was nice and clean the artist was very friendly but the tattoo itself was bad Many cuts that are now scars and a few lines blew out or reworked.......update 5/9/24 I just left the shop he was very nice and he fixed my tattoo no questions asked very professional will go back. Thank you

Absolutely 5 stars!!! The service, professionalism, honesty, and respect was above and beyond, not to mention I was comfortable and enjoyed hanging out. This was a spur of the moment decision after having a horrible week and they made time for me. I will be going back frequently now! Side note: uses tergaderm for healing making it a super simple healing process.

She did an amazing job and made my 16 year old feel very comfortable.

Absolutely love going here, the vibe is great. Everyone is welcoming and professional, plus the space is clean. Sinness is fantastic with piercings and I would recommend her any day, she makes it a really good experience and makes it calm through the whole process! Lou was also great with my first tattoo, talkative and made sure to check how I was doing. I would highly recommend going here!

Lou did a great job on adding to my Alice in Wonderland sleeve. He asked me at least five times if the art and placement were to my liking. He was very friendly and professional. He worked with me to get the size and image in my budget. I will definitely go back for more work soon.

Although this was my first tattoo i felt really comfortable and welcome here my artist was noy and he helped me with altering the design into something that would fit my arm the best but keeping what i wanted

Lou did an amazing job on my tattoo. They were able to get me in on short notice and the kindness and compassion he showed while doing my memorial tattoo was beyond what most people would do. I would highly recommend working with Lou at Golden Dragon.

I got my first piercing from a fabulous lady named Sinness. She was funny and very personable. I felt comfortable with her and she does a great job at making sure you like the work she has done. All the workers were friendly and provided excellent service.

I can’t say anything bad about the owner, but LOU the tattoo artist is horrible asked me multiple times about dates and clock time and still got it wrong..he originally said he would refund me and after i gave him a explanation on why, he said he changed his mind… “ I spent 10 years of fertility issues and finally got the daughter me and my wife prayed for” so for me this tattoo means a lot and for this guy to get a time wrong makes this tattoo meaningless.. Terrible experience!! 3/4 through he tells me none of the art on the website is his not something you wanna hear. That’s 8 hours and 900.00 Ill never get back. If your into a guy who does terrible line work someone who can’t listen this is your guy unfortunately for the people who want clean work look elsewhere.

I’m pretty sure his name is Noy but he did so amazing on my tattoo. I just recently lost my baby and I wanted a tattoo in remembrance of him and he did so well. My tattoo is beyond beautiful! 10/10 will come back again!!

I highly recommend The Golden Dragon for anyone looking to get a tattoo. Noy is not only a great artist, but also a great guy. He made my experience fun and enjoyable and my two tattoos by him turned out great!! The prices are very reasonable and a great value for the high quality of work you will receive. The style of wrap Noy uses also made healing fast and easy for me. 10/10 rating, can’t wait to go back for my next tattoo!

I travel 3 hours one way to get all my work done each time. I started coming here almost 4 years ago for a half sleeve. Now I have 2 sleeves and a chest piece. They also do work my whole family! Noy does awesome work! I always leave satisfied. This shop is highly recommended. Clean and friendly environment.

The lady who pierced my eyebrow was great! i was very nervous, but she was very polite and thorough also has a great sense of humor. the piercing barely hurt, and there is no swelling or pain.

Noy did mine and my best friends tattoo at such a short notice and on his day off. There was such a great atmosphere the entire time, he was funny and very welcoming. He has been doing it for over 15 years and the store is filled with trophies and medals from competitions. I Highly recommend Noy. Well priced and awesome experience.

Called in the morning and was informed that the place was booked. I was called back promptly to be told that a slot had opened up. Jumped on the opening and saw some impressive gun work. Impeccable work and the level of detail is Supreme. Will definitely return for more work

Had my first round with the needle today, and I gotta admit I tapped out. I dont understand how they had so much patience to deal with my whiny a** 🤣but the customer service was great. I have no complaints and the level of skill is outstanding. My tattoo isnt even finished and its already catching pretty little wandering eyes, lol. My homie really hooked me up with the ink. Went beyond my expectations. Definitely coming back. 5️⃣🌟

Noy took me as a walk in last minute and outdid himself with my wrist tattoo. I had an impulsive tattoo done in 2010 that I wasn’t happy with anymore and wanted a cover up. So I opted for a rose design bc of its beauty and significance to me and he came through for me. No sign of a previous tattoo. I’m extremely impressed and happy and highly recommend him.

Just got tatted by Noy. Fantastic experience. He keeps the shop really clean, does a great job of planning and executing the exact tattoo you go in for, and makes the whole experience very comfortable and enjoyable. Tat looks very crisp and clean. Recommend to all.

Well, I finally got some ink. It was a simple design, and its perfect. The tattoo artist, Noy, was patient with my questions, and very gentle. I would highly recommend this establishment to friends and family. Thank you Noy, the work you did was fantastic! 💙

Noy has been doing this for quite some time... he said over 15 years... and it shows. He has an impressive book of his work over the years and is obviously a skilled artist in his own right, loves his work. I walked in with an all-black photoshop design id made (mostly straight lines and sharp edges) and his attention to detail and line work was very very good, but he obviously excels in color work and shading looking at some pictures he showed me and pieces hed done on himself.... just all-around good . He improved the details of the piece for me and interpolated what i was missing in the picture i gave him. Taking care of the work properly according to his guidelines has resulted in a well healed highly detailed tattoo. A friend of mine went at the same time and got two smaller pieces from Anthony and is quite satisfied with them. The shop was clean. The music was good. The artists are skilled and take a lot of pride in their work to the point of traveling and competing. What else is there to say? I feel pretty lucky to have walked in and gotten work of this caliber done without an appointment. Certainly as word travels it will not be nearly as easy.

I am so in love with the tattoo I got here. Anthony did an amazing job and I would recommend this place to everyone I know. It was such a comfortable environment and I couldnt imagine a better experience for my first one.

Good clean place, fair price and quick work for my small tattoo! He was able to blow up the text on a note that I had and do it exactly how I wanted it! Very professional, I will go back for my next tattoo for sure.

I fainted during my tattoo and they were very understanding and took care of me, gave me water and let me take a break, the artist sketched up the drawing perfectly and it looks amazing.
