Dan is the best! Ive been pierced by him twice now. I did my second lobes on my birthday, and came back for a conch. He ordered special jewelry for my conch at my request and even worked with me to book a time that was outside his usual schedule when I was in town (I live 2 hrs away). I was a little nervous about my conch piercing, but it went super smooth and hardly hurt at all. If you want to get pierced in flag, go to Dan!

I had never been to a shop for a piercing before, plus having a neurological disability made me quite nervous. He completely dissipated any nervousness I had immediately. The shop was such a pleasant environment and Dan is such a fun and friendly person to be around. I almost forgot I was there for piercings. He was quite thorough when talking me through everything and the piercings were painless. Dan is absolutely amazing and would absolutely recommend this shop!

Dan did my naval piercing today and it was an amazing experience! I was a walk in and I was out in 5 minutes. It was quick and fairly painless. Dan made me feel extremely comfortable and I will definitely be going back!

Dan is amazing. Hes the only person I trust for any piercing needs! We just got our 3 year olds ears done and he made it as painless as possible. Her ears were feeling back to normal by the end of the day no complaining about them hurting or anything!!! Highly highly recommend

So rude from the minute you walk in. We asked if they did a service, super simple and polite. And their piercer responded in the snarkiest way possible and refused to speak to us like adults. Then tried to give us a bullshit fee. We probably would have moved forward even with a fee or with a different service, but the immediate disrespect we received from a simple question was ridiculous. We drove to the Valley instead where the piercers have some decorum.Update: My apologies, I did not realize you guys closed at 4pm instead of 6pm. We arrived at 3:49 with our inquiry. Please update your hours on your website in that case!

I cannot say enough good things about Dan. He understands anxiety. He makes your experience the most comfortable he can for you. He actually cares. There’s not another piercer I’d recommend over him. 10/10. Since living in Flagstaff, I’ve only gone to him for all of my piercings.

First went to Dan a year ago when I got my helix pierced. He is very kind and great at what he does. I went back to have my nose piercing switched to a hoop and my friend got her helix pierced. Dan Duke has done my doubles, helix, and conch. He is a fabulous piercer, he is always careful to get the perfect spot and even measures it. I also tend to get anxious when I get piercings and he is always very patient and kind.

Dan is an awesome guy, so soft spoken and comfortable to be around. Hes the only one we will ever recommend or get piercings from. Our daughter wanted to use her birthday money to get her ears pierced and I happened to find him on Facebook. He explained step by step what he was doing and made it such a great experience for her. After that my husband and I decided to go back and we each ended up with piercings that we absolutely love. Hes well worth the hour drive there and back. 👌

One of the balls to my smiley piercing came out last night while i was eating and i accidentally swallowed it. I had work today until 5pm and called this place first because of the good reviews. The reviews on this place is real! He let me come in 30 minutes before they closed so i can get the ball replaced on my piercing. He was a very kind person and super nice! Even gave me an extra ball just in case. I didnt have a set piercing place to go here in Flag and I think i will start coming here in the future. Highly recommend coming to this place especially since they are a small business :) Thanks again Dan!

Dan is the sweetest! I was going to get both ears- but he thankfully convinced me not to, unless I wanted to be in pain sleeping for a couple months 😂. I got my left ear and he, explained my anatomy isn’t quite made for what I desired, but he’d work with what I had & I LOVE them! 5 fresh piercings are a bit much to take care of, but he gave me the spray, directions& his # if I were to have any issues. Couple months later (I healed lol), we switched out the bars for hoops easy peasy!He also offers silent appointments for those w/ anxiety, introversion , or just not in the mental capacity to handle an interactive Appt. He’s so respectful, professional, funny & sweet! So sad I can’t bring him w/ me in my travels but I Highly recommend him!!

I got my tragus pierced. I was afraid it would be really painful. It stung for a second, but Dan did a great job! He was quick and thorough and I highly recommend him! He gave me aftercare instructions and spray. I also have a nasal piercing that was giving me trouble. He rebent it and trimmed it, for free! Very professional!

I got a philtrum piercing (medusa) for my second time by Dan Duke 3 weeks ago, & it’s healed nicely! After 2 days I didn’t feel nothing & felt healed quickly this time around. I had my septum pierced a few months ago with two of my friends getting a nostril piercing. Dan did an excellent job with all three of us. Ive had two piercings from Dan, my tongue and and industrial. My tongue piercing was quick, painless, and healed relatively quickly. My industrial took over a year for me to not have pain when laying on it in bed (I had to sleep with my head in a travel pillow on that side so it didnt touch anything), but that isnt uncommon with cartilage piercings. The shop was clean and he explain every step of each piercing before he did it. He also made sure I had the correct aftercare instructions before I even got out of the chair. I would definitely go back in the future!
