My friends and I scheduled our appointments for the same time in advance since were from out of town. Each had different artists, all great! Emailing was great, quick on responses and good communication. Even the few phone calls I had with them were super pleasant.The place was very clean and everyone was friendly. They do have an open-concept layout with no cubicles which I liked, but could see that being an issue for someone wanting more privacy. If thats you, Id ask what your options are with them/your artist.My tattoo is the skull planter and Bender was a great guy to work with. He really enhanced what I was wanting and its even more cool now. He knocked it out of the park and was pretty fast! He got this done in about 2 to 2 1/2 hours total, even with some breaks in between!We all thought the prices of our pieces were also super reasonable. Comparable to our small town over in the Midwest, even.Highly, highly recommend!!

Mike gave me an excellent tattoo. Great customer service, very attentive and overall clean establishment. Definitely going back for more.

Absolutely blown away with the quality and detail of our tattoos. My best friend and I are in from out of state for a trip and decided to get tattoos together. Bender and Kai did an awesome job with creating the art after we gave them our ideas and personalizing them to each of us.The shop is super modern and has a very fun atmosphere that allowed us to relax and joke around during the session. Love that.Thanks for a stellar time and some badass tattoos!

Me and my family went to get breast cancer ribbons (no color) to support a close family member. 4 ribbons no more then 3 inches in size cost over 500 DOLLARS. On top of that there was very little professionalism present as we were made to sit and wait 40 minutes after we were told our walk in business would be excepted. We were extorted by the artists while we were trying to support a family through cancer.Never going back and do not recommend

I wanted to spontaneously get a tattoo and FTC accepts walk ins! The staff was super nice, I forgot to get my artists name, but man he was really good! Clean, crisp lines and I am very much in love with my new ink! If youre in Flagstaff and want to get a tattoo, this shop is awesome, clean, great customer service, and a really great experience.

It was finally our day for an available walk in appointment. My daughter and I worked with Josh Floyd. He was patient and helped us work through the perfect design for us. All staff was friendly and the establishment was very clean.

Came into the shop without an appointment. Everyone was so nice and they were able to squeeze me in. Bender did my tattoo and it came out amazing. He was so chill and great to talk to during the whole process. Would definitely recommend him and this shop!

This tattoo shop was recommended to me by a local while doing some shopping in the town center. I decided to be spontaneous and get myself a birthday tattoo! Our artist whos name I cant remember but is pictured in my photos was absolutely amazing. He was sweet and had some of the cleanest lines I had seen in action. He did my partners first tatoo and quickly set up to do mine. Call in for walk-ins and have some fun! They have a plethora of art work/flash on the walls and I guaranteed you will find something you like if you dont have an idea already. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐🪄 I look forward to visiting again! The tattoo I got is the one of my left thigh. (Tyler the Creator reference)

Walked in while in town to get something to commemorate my AZ trip. The staff was welcoming and amazing. My artist Bender came up with an awesome piece. If you are in the area, I highly recommend it!

10/10 and will definitely be back. I brought in a rosary that was my great-grandmothers and has significant meaning and value to me. Mike created a beautiful piece with the rosary as inspiration. He is professional with great attention to detail and just a fun guy to interact with (you can also find him hosting Trivia Nite at Dark Sky Brewing on Thursday!) His pricing is very reasonable for the level of work that is completed. The shop is clean and the environment is relaxed. Highly recommend!

Stopped in the shop this past weekend to get a matching tattoo with a friend while we were visiting. We saw Kai and they did an absolutely incredible job. They were so nice, efficient, and fun to talk to as well. We also came in with only about an hour before the shop closed - Kai fit us in and very kindly let us know what was possible in the short time frame. I will 100% be getting another tattoo from Kai next time Im in Flagstaff!

I have been to this place twice now, and they are great! I was a walk in and Mike W. took me right away, he did a fantastic job. He was very kind and was patient with me while I figured out placement and gave me advice about placement as well! Definitely recommend coming here. Andrew and Bender are very talented artists as well, I would recommend all three to a friend!

Came in earlier as a walk in, person managing front desk was super kind and got to helping us right away, they were great. then Kai was our artist and I can’t compliment them enough! Super thorough, patient and just over all a sweet vibe. Nice and clean place, would def recommend 11/10

Me and my friends came about a month ago and my tat has healed great!! Mike was very nice (and the rest of the staff was too). It was first tattoo and they filled a blank gun so I could be sure I could handle it. Clean shop and overall wonderful experience— pricing was good too, especially since mine was custom and a good size.

I’ve had three tattoos from Bender here and they have turned out awesome. Prices are fare, staff is friendly, and they do a great job. I would definitely recommend this business.

Andrew was great! My best friend and I were walk ins and he was able to take us! He was so nice and very professional! He made sure we were happy with placement before starting! The establishment was very clean and had a cool vibe! Cost was not bad at all and was just around what we expected to pay! It was $80 for each of us not including our added to for him!

I’ve wanted this koi fish tattoo for the longest time, so I did my research and everything pointed me to Flagstaff Tattoo Company. Let me just say, the research paid off! Immediately when I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by the man at the front desk. Great customer service.This is my first tattoo ever, and Andrew walked me through everything and made sure I was good to go. Very clean establishment and the tattoo is everything I could have asked for. Thank you to the team!

Came for a very simple walk in tattoo and overall was not a good experience. I would not recommend Aaron as an artist.He had a poor attitude throughout the entire process, and was difficult about making minor tweaks which gave off the impression he didnt care about the final result. Fully healed my tattoo has significant gaps. I understand touch ups are often necessary, but they appear as if the tattoo was not done well.

Aaron has done almost all of my tattoos & i will never stop going to him. from line work to color & realism, he knows what hes doing & i have never been disappointed with a piece. hes always very willing to change things if you dont like something, and will take extra time to make sure you’re comfortable & have a good tattoo experience.

I got a walk-in Marvel tattoo from Bender in 2021, and I just got a sakura blossoms tattoo from Aaron today. The absolute BEST tattoo shop! The artists and receptionist are so friendly, the shop has a welcoming atmosphere, and the music is fun to listen to. Im so thrilled about my tattoos from here, they are just BEAUTIFUL! Bender and Aaron went above and beyond. They truly have passion for their art and clients. I will always return to Flagstaff Tattoo Company for any new tattoo or touch-up.

Drove up from Phoenix to visit a friend with a plan to get matching tattoos. Didnt realize a lot of places close early in Flag on Mondays, luckily for us, Flagstaff Tattoo Company was open and were taking walk ins. Bender got right to work on getting our tattoos set up, making sure we were satisfied with the placements. He was super friendly and made conversation with us as he tattooed. The place was nice and clean and I loved all the traditional tattoo samples up on the walls as well as some original artwork.

My husband and I were in town on an overnight trip to Flagstaff and decided to get a few tattoos. They could have easily turned us away because we didn’t have an appointment and were looking for same-day but they were super accommodating and fit us in. The shop is really nice and clean, Mike and Brian were our artists and are super cool dudes and do great work. They offer suggestions without being pushy to make sure you get exactly what you want. Really low pain level, of course everyone has a different pain tolerance but they definitely don’t drill into you like some other artists. Their line work specifically is awesome. Would definitely get more work done by them!

One of the best shops in Flagstaff hands down, everyone is so kind and respectful. I’ve been going to Aaron for around two years and have always had a great experience and great tattoos that have healed perfectly.

I was looking for a good tattoo place in Flag and i for sure found one ! Me and my friends came in as a walk in an hour before closing, i just wanted a simple line tattoo and my artist Mike executed it perfectly ! Super cool people, good pricing, quick, clean and my tattoo came out exactly how i wanted it! he even gave me tips about another tattoo that i had (not from them) that didn’t heal well. Will for sure be coming back but making an appointment next time just to make it easier for them.

Mike was wonderful. My wife and I got matching doors that mean a ton to us. I am a big baby when it comes to tattoos and Mike was so nice and a wonderful artist. I have 4 tattoos and this was by far the best experience. Clean accommodating and kind. Highly recommend.

I called the shop to see if they had any appointments available for the same day.Andrew told me they were booked for the day but he would give me a call if they had any cancellations. An hour or so go by he calls back says he can fit us in later on in the day 4 of us 3 first timers Andrew was very friendly when we arrived made us feel very welcome.Our tattoo artist was Mike. He was very laid back no pressure showed him what we wanted sketched it out showed us what sizes to choose from very professional and efficient cleanliness as well ,cleaned up Everytime. If your a first timer or tatted dont hesitate to go here. They will take good care of you!! 🤙🤙🤙

Randomly decided to get a tattoo while up in flag, and Mike was the absolute best. I love the work he did, and he was super welcoming and fun to work with. 10/10 recommend, I probably won’t get a tattoo from anyone else now. Thank you Mike!!

I recommend this shop for walk in tattoos if you’re anywhere in northern Arizona. all the artists there are phenomenal, even if I don’t know who my artist will be I know I will end up with a good tattoo.

Mike L, Kate, Wyatt, and Mike W are all great artists and Keegan at the front is so professional and helpful, best front of house man ever.

Jara did our wedding tattoos and it was the best experience we have had getting inked! Very friendly, patient and lite handed. Love this place. Mike is awesome and it shows because he is constantly busy doing consults which can be frustrating at times. But... he has a light touch and does amazing work. He really gets excited about his work which makes the whole experience worth it. I am loving my tattoo so far.

I have recently moved back to Flagstaff and am looking for a new tattoo artist. My fiance was a repeat customer of the previous owner and so I stopped in to get a quote for a small piece I found online. The guy at the front desk had to ask for a quote and the artist I talked to was very condescending. Thats the quickest way to turn away a potential customer. This studio may be great for the younger customer but Im going to keep searching.

Kate is amazing. She’s an apprentice, but you would never guess that from her work. She honestly undervalues her work- she should charge at least 50% more than she currently does.Kate designed a wonderful tattoo of my cat and followed my instructions exactly. She was very professional and welcoming. I can’t wait to see where her career goes.

I can’t say enough good things about Flagstaff Tattoo and our artist Jara! The shop was clean, inviting, and had a laidback but professional environment. Jara was able to squeeze in myself and my parents for some small tattoos on our trip in Flag. She was SO kind and did an amazing job. The rest of the staff we interacted with were kind, too, and even stopped to chat with us when we ran into each other again at a nearby biz. Not to mention how much we truly appreciated their Covid precautions. Can’t wait to come back and see them again on our next visit!

I got a super small tattoo on my wrist from Jara and she was awesome! Super friendly and does great work. After a few weeks had passed there were a few lines that I wanted touched up and she was super nice about it. Now it looks even better than I could’ve asked for. Thanks girl!

Terrible service!!! The shop asked me to stop in tonight to plan my tattoo. When I arrived, they had no clue who I was. They turned my business away. No excuses, you dont deserve my money.

They promoted false advertising by telling me that if I needed to cancle, as long as I did so before 48 hours time to my appointment that my deposit would be refunded and then when I needed to cancle did not follow through. Thats just bad business and a lack of deeper understanding.
