I’ve been coming to Baldwin for years now and have never had a bad experience. I went to have my lips done by Dr. Corbett for the first time and she made it a breeze!! She’s extremely personable and made me feel comfortable the whole time. I’m on my third day of healing and I LOVE my lips. If you’re looking for a good doctor to have your lips done she is definitely one to go to!! The prices are very reasonable and better than every doctors office in the area I called. If you’re a younger person looking to get your lips done (I’m 19), Dr. Corbett gave me EXACTLY what I was looking for!!! Couldn’t recommend enough!!

Dr Judy Corbetts service is EXCEPTIONAL! As a Foreign national (Jamaican 🇯🇲) I was very scared going to an OBGYN being of a different ethnicity. With my American husband being away in the Military for almost a year, The thought having a penetrating check up like that of a Pap smear was very awkward and scary. I thought at one point she would get frustrated because if how tensed I was making her work very difficult. Lol! She was very patient, understanding, amicable and GENTLE!!! after a while I felt less tensed. I will definitely continue to recommend this noble establishment to ALL!!!

Yall need a new service provider or better excuse because my consultation took 1.5 hrs & I saw the Dr for 10 mins! I had my very first appointment today at Baldwin GYN. The Office was easily located and accessible. I was impressed by the professionalism and friendliness of the staff when I first arrived. They were taking extra measures to insure the safety of their clients from Covid-19. The lobby has seating spread out and it was comfortable to wait in. Upon first arriving I needed to use the restroom, the staff was already thinking ten steps ahead and said to get a sample with the cups in the bathroom in case the doctor needs it for later. This small step of thinking really made an impact on me, because it saved me from having to wait around to go to the bathroom again since they did in fact need a sample later. When brought to my exam room, Dr Corbett first gets to know you before having you change. Again, this is a great impression because not all woman like these kind of visits, in fact most dread them and want to get it over with, and sometimes feel rushed by the doctor. Dr Corbett was warm, inviting and listened to my concerns. The exam was efficient and done in a swift but non rushed way. I appreciate her and her staff. It was one of the best experiences I have had at a GYN clinic, which I know is hard and awkward for woman to say. 5 out of 5 stars, thank you for making this visit painless and stress free.

July 2022 UPDATEAfter 9 months of membership, Dr. Corbett has gone back on her word that they allow exceptions to the guidelines of not permitting sessions to be rolled over/transferred. Its difficult to understand why she was so kind to offer it, but wont stand by it. The only reason I can think of is it was an underhanded way of getting me to purchase the membership. Why else would she not allow it, at least one time, and then tell me she will no longer honor it? I live in Atlanta GA and come down to Foley AL every few weeks to care for my elderly mother. I agreed to the membership based on her word (that she is now referring to as a misunderstanding) that I could roll over any sessions not used in a particular month. We very specifically discussed the fact that I am not in town every month and needed to be able to roll over sessions. I now have COVID-19 and cant use my July sessions. Dr. Corbett has instructed her staff not to roll the sessions to next month, nor allow a refund for the month. ASK YOURSELF, WHAT REPUTABLE BUSINESS/PROFESSIONAL OPERATES IN THIS MANNER? The monthly membership I was on is very expensive for me, and they would lose absolutely nothing by refunding me. In fact, theyve gained those monies for delivering absolutely nothing. Ive reluctantly canceled my membership and feel I should inform others.GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING! I know better but trusted her. I have my notes taken during my initial conversation with Dr. Corbett and will post them when I can access them. The membership options have changed so Ill post the new options as well, if they arent on their website. The memberships are a good value, but do your homework. The other nearby facilities offer great options too.Thank you to Jess, Tisha, Kasey and the other fun, sweet, caring, professional staff Ive had the pleasure of coming in contact with!!October 2021Everyone I came in contact with was friendly and knowledgeable. The added space is still being renovated but it is looking very spa-like.

Great staff, always helpful and will do whatever they can to met scheduling requests which I so appreciate. Dr Corbett is excellent and continually stays updated on the latest treatments. We are fortunate to have this group in our area.

Who can ever say they had a pleasant experience at a gynecologist appointment? Well, that’s exactly what happened from the beginning of my visit till I left the building. The most pleasant, friendly, professional gynecological visit I’ve ever had! Thank you for making what is normally one of the most unpleasant experiences of my year into a truly nice day!

Ive only been here twice. I was seen by the nurse practitioner both times. I went in last Wednesday with abdominal pain on my lower left side that had me in tears from the day before and suspicion of an ovarian cyst. We talked about symptoms of pcos and then the conversation went from my abdominal pain to body hair and it seemed like she cared more about having me come in for laser hair removal. She mentioned sending off for an ultrasound and said they would do blood work. The girl who did my blood work just walked away and left me sitting in the chair after she collected blood and then came back and just looked at me and told me i was finished. It was done so in an unprofessional way and I thought I was going to have an ultrasound done so I wasnt really sure what was going on. They send me to the front where they immediately just started talking to me about the laser hair removal. They were really kind up front but I was confused as I went in really concerned about the pain I was experiencing. I had to ask about the ultrasound, as they seemed to have forgotten, and after the confusion was cleared, was told it was being sent right then and was given the business card for where I would be going. After I left I called to try to see if I could be seen that day and was told they never received a request and would call me as soon as they received it. I waited as long as I could and then started becoming nauseous as the pain got worse. I ended up in the emergency room with an ovarian cyst rupture and confirmation of cysts on both of my ovaries. I received a call from the office after the weekend asking If I was still interested in laser hair removal....I informed her that I was not and explained how I ended up having to go to the emergency room after my visit. I received a call today from where I was supposed to get the ultrasound. I told her I no longer needed it as I had to go to the er and they did one there. She apologized and informed me she just received the order TODAY. 8 days after I was seen and was told they were sending it over. I truly feel like my real concerns about my health were dismissed and they only cared about providing aesthetic treatments.

I got Botox and Lips done! Im waiting for Botox to kick in and my lips to reduce in swelling. Dr. Corbett was so sweet and amazing. She walks you through every step. Her office staff are very kind and welcoming. Most definitely will be back and 100% recommend this place to others.

I moved here from Louisiana. I didnt have an ob here and was referred to Dr. Jacobs by a nurse and my family practice doctor. I got in fairly quick. Everyone was great and welcoming. I was having problems and ended up having an Hysteroctomy. Dr. Jacobs was fabulous. We sat in his office and explained all the pros and cons of the surgery. His demeanor is calming and he has a way of putting your mind at ease. His bed side manner is top notch. He answered all my questions and then some. After surgery he explained exactly what he did. His office called and checked on me for the next 3 days. I am very impressed with their facility as well as customer service. I highly them and glad that I was referred to them.

I started with Dr. Corbett when I moved to gulf shores and I loved the practice! Loved Dr C and the service I received. So much that I brought my mom there when she moved to GS. And then the level of care dropped dramatically when Dr C seems to care more about “the magic fixes” then actually health care. She promised my mom she would fix her problem, took her 600 dollars and then when it didn’t work none of the staff followed up..ever...even with numerous phone calls to them. I had primary care with Debra and she left 3 months ago! I had no clue but called today to ask why NO ONE (Taylor the nurse) had returned my many phone calls for refills. I was told I had to find primary care because Debra was gone. I feel so abandoned by a doctor that promised so much and to abandon my mother when she trusted them? In short...if you want a tummy tuck with a machine or a promise that your vagina will be rejuvenated...go to Dr Corbet but of you expect follow up care...you will never get a phone call back from the “nurse” Taylor. Very disappointed in the care. Look elsewhere!

I had a appointment for a facial with Nikki today. Arrived early and was taken to spa area. Sat in massage chair (pure heaven) and was given lemon water to Relax! Ahh!Nikki did a wonderful job and took me through every step of my facial and what product she was applying to my face. Looking forward to my next visit.

Dr. Corbett was fantastic in going over exactly what it was I wanted and what results I expected from filler in my chin. As I have aged I noticed a horizontal line between my lower lip and chin getting deeper and deeper allowing makeup/sweat to settle there. So not cute... I went to her asking if filler would be a good option. After going over photos she took as well as looking at my problem area in the mirror with her, Dr Corbett said she believed it could be done and I could get the results I desired. 45 minutes and 1 syringe of Juvederm later... the crease was GONE!! I had a small amount of bruising that lasted about 3 days. My makeup no longer settles and my overall face structure looks more elongated which is great for someone with a smaller face. Ive been going to Baldwin GYN & Aesthetics for many years now to have regular checkups with PAP smears and to be sent off for mammograms. Dr. Corbett and her nurses are very thorough with these procedures. I had started going to have mammograms every year since I was 40. Thank God a lump was found early in my left breast in the middle of April which turned out to be Carcinoma. And it was small. A biopsy was done to determine that it was cancer and I received a call back from Baldwin OBGYN from a nurse telling me that it was. It was removed around the beginning of July. I wanna thank Dr. Corbett and her nurses for following up with my mammograms and PAP smears! There is one problem, though. I had a submental procedure done under my chin around the end of the year of 2020. The procedure seemed to have worked. Dr. Corbett even have the before and after pictures of the results. Two years have passed and the procedure has obviously worn off when I was told by Nikki, who did the submental procedure, that the fat cells wont grow back under my chin. Apparently they have grown back!! When I look in the mirror, I see this double chin!! It looks worse when Im holding my head down!! Even after Ive gained about 15 pounds since the submental procedure, the fat cells under my chin is NOT suppose to grow back!!! Im so disappointed after Ive done spent $1,000 on this submental procedure!!! That is the first and only time that Ive spent so much on a cosmetic procedure!!! Especially after this promotion deal of $750 had ended before I was done paying for the procedure! My money was tight at the time, but I was so determined to get this procedure done! Now...that I see that it didnt last, what do I do now? Im so sick and tired of having this double chin!!! Please help!!!Thank you to the owner who just responded to my review about Baldwin GYN & Aesthetics! But I want Dr. Corbett and her nurses to take in consideration of what I said about the submental procedure that I had back in 2020 and what they need to do about it. The $1,000 that I spent on this procedure was a lot of money to me and the procedure didnt last!!!

Went to this office with my sister to review test results and Debra was very informative and explained everything very well and made us feel important. However her nurse was very rude and acted as if we inconvenienced her and made both of us feel stupid to say the least, not sure I’ll return for care for myself due to that level of unprofessionalism. Otherwise the clinic was nice and everyone else seemed very friendly

I love Dr. Jacobs. I was having lots of problems with cysts on my ovaries. He went over my options and we decided on finishing off my hysterectomy. It was the best decision ever. Now when he is on vacation is another story. I went in for a check up and they treated me as if I was a bother to them. From now on if I cant see Dr. Jacobs I wont be making appointments.

I went for annual exam about a month ago. I like Dr Corbett and her staff.Dr Corbett recommended a bone scan and mammogram. She said i would hear from South baldwin about these 2 tests.I called her office last week because I have heard from no one regarding these tests.Eight days later, i have not heard from dr Corbett s office nor South baldwin. I have been a patient of Dr. Corbett for several years now. Loved the office and all of the people working there. I’m older and only get Pap smear and routine checkup every 2 years now. I couldn’t go to my last 2 year appt because of Covid. I went yesterday and saw N.P., I was having shingles on a very private part of my body and couldn’t make myself to to my PCP (a male) so I asked for appt.with my GYN. I arrived before nine o’clock, was only 2 people in waiting room. I was taken back to exam room, when N.P. came into the room, she said I shouldn’t be there, should have gone to my PCP, that I was wasting her time, she did examine my problem, said she would call me in 2 RX’s and for me not to come back there. One of my RX’s wasn’t called in until 6 Pm last night( wrong med) and the pain numbing ointment still hasn’t been called in as of yet! I am and have always been a ER and Trauma nurse all my life, retired now. I cried myself to sleep and wore up crying this morning. Never in my life have I been treated like this, sitting here 24 hrs later without meds! I want to call the AMA. I DON’T know WHAT TO DO NOW! Can someone please help me?

My-oh-my just had my hydrodermabrasion treatment and my face feels like a million bucks!!!!! Prior to August last year, I had no skin care routine that I did consistently, my face was suffering for it without good cleansing, moisturizing and SUNBLOCK. With their help, suggestions, using products consistently, a few custom facials, a peel, and hydro I am seeing good results!!! Skin feels softer, is brighter, sun damage is fading, and dryness is relieved. I am a happy camper!

Dr. Corbett almost let my wife and child die by delaying her arrival to the hospital by hours, we had to have a C-section which neither of us wanted as we prefer to keep things as natural as possible. Maybe it still would have been necessary. We have no way of knowing. Now, 6 weeks later, my wife is supposed to be getting cleared to go back to work and half an hour before th appt. The office called to reschedule. Ive already had to take off work this week for todays appointment, now I have to do it again 2 days from now. Dr. Corbett has customers, not patients.

Dr. Corbett has taken care of me since 2012. She is always there when I really need her for my health needs. She keeps me healthy for a woman of my age.

Very personable and efficient. Any questions I had were answered and relayed in a way that was easily understood. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a new Dr.
