Wonderful and welcoming staff! Great sales and if you sign up for the free membership you can gain 5 dollar coupons and other perks! Great in store sales and the cutest unique items. I actually stopped by because I needed a tongue ring and called every piercings shop in Folsom no one was able to get me jewelry same day (shocking service but it is what it is) so I drove to Walmart to find out they don’t have a jewelry selection at the moments and I called over to Claire’s great customer service even over the phone! Was able to come in with the guarantee my product would be there. I feel very happy with the jewelry I thought it would be a more temporary solution but they are quality and cute so I can see myself having them semi long term. :)

I wanted to get info about getting a new piercing and ended up getting it right there and then. It was fast relatively painless and the instructions to keep it clean were clear and easy to follow.

We came in on a Saturday afternoon to get my almost six year old’s ears pierced. Nichole was very friendly and patient despite it being very busy. She gave my daughter a stuffed animal to hold and made her feel very comfortable while she and another associate pierced both of my daughter’s ears at the same time. She said it didn’t even hurt! She got a crown and lollipop afterward. Everything seemed very clean and sterile. I would definitely recommend as it was a great first ear piercing experience for my daughter!

The best place to get your piercing and your jewelry! A memory in our books because its our daughters first eat piercing. Great customer service and she did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend this place to babies first piercing. We enjoyed it.

I’ve had my daughters ears pierced here, along with myself. They are always helpful and willing to provide you with a great experience. Siera R was so beyond helpful and made a comfortable setting for this last trip. Of course there’s always cute goodies there too.

Took my daughter to get her ears pierced. Travis was super friendly and knowledgeable. He even gave her a stuffed bear to hold because she was nervous. The only downside was the cost, $60 for the white gold piercing kit. Other than that it was a very pleasant experience.

My daughter age 4 had her ears pierced today. Travis was AMAZING! The whole process was clean, hygienic, & efficient. I was so impressed with the care and customer service we received. Thank you Travis!!!

Went there to pick up a piercing and they were closed 25 minutes early!! Ridiculous!!! On a Friday night too they need to stay open until the time they are supposed to be open. I walked up to the door and tried to open it and one of the employees sat at the counter and laughed! Never buying piercings here again

Might have been a little too expensive but It was so worth it. Especially to the employee, Kim. She helped me stop crying like a big baby and did such an amazing job on the piercings!

Never going to Claires ever again. They sold me a BROKEN cartalige earring and would not let me return it after 30mins of buying. I had tried coming back in and explaining myself but no. $10.79 thrown in the trash!!!!! The service is very terrible. (Kelsey needs to be fired)

I was going to Charming Charlies, which comes up on GPS when searching for costume jewelry stores and has apparently been closed for 2 yrs!!! The young ladies at Claires were very helpful and upbeat!

The nose studs are garbage the stones dont even stay in a day , $20 in the garbage and no refunds. I will never buy them there again
