I had an appointment today at the shop with April for my first tattoo. I was in the chair for approximately 5 hrs with some breaks. April did an amazing job. She was very professional and walked me through every step to ensure I was as comfortable as possible. I was impressed with the cleanliness of the shop and how April kept everything cleaned and properly sterile throughout our session today. My tattoo turned out absolutely amazing. When we were all finished April was sure to carefully explain the steps I should take to ensure my healing process goes smoothly including the best soaps and lotions to use. I definitely will be visiting RC tattoo again in the future. And I would absolutely recommend this place.

April made my husband and I so happy with our Tree of Gondor wedding symbol tattoos! Her personality is so vibrant and welcoming, we are so grateful for her kindness and good energy! We will be returning to RCs, as it is the best, mosh relaxing tattoo shop in Delco!

I have gotten 8 of my 9 tattoos from Richie, and just got my 9th a little over two weeks ago. I have been so happy with everything he has done for me that I cannot believe Im just now thinking of leaving a raving review for him!Richie is so responsive and really takes into account your vision for your tattoos. Every tattoo Ive gotten has meant something to me or told a story of my life I some symbolic way. Ill admit that when I turned 18, I wasnt as original with my ideas... But over the years, as my ideashit closer to home, Richie did such a great job incorporating all of my desires in the pieces. Ive gotten writing, B&W, and then watercolor for my last 3, most meaningful ones. I wasnt even expecting him to do as much as he has done on each tattoo and I always leave surprised, thankful, amazed, and in awe of the pieces he does for me! Highly recommend.I also wanted to make note that Taylor is an AMAZING artist as well and is truly becoming an insane tattoo artist!These two are so talented, artistic, and the sweetest souls to hang with!Take my word for it and stop in for a visit, you wont regret it!

This used to be my go to shop. Taylor did all my previous piercings but when I went to get my tongue pierced the next day it came out. I went back to get it re-pierced and within 72 hours it fell out again. My nose was done also when I got my tongue pierced the first time and within a week the jewelry broke off and came out as well. After this experience I won’t be returning.

Wonderful shop! RC took my wife and I quickly as walk ins and made the experience so comfortable and fun. Entire staff is friendly and welcoming! Definitrly recommend to anyone looking.

This first time I met April was for a walk in appt on a random day! Her and RC are such amazing people and tattoo Artist. She made feel like I knew her for years. She does the BEST detailed/ fine ink. I loved my tattoo so much that I went back again for walk in. I will never go to anyone else but her!

I’ve gotten all my tattoos done by taylor and they are amazing… my dad just went in for a cover up of two tattoos and RC did an amazing job with the design and tattoo. best tattoo shop and artists in delco!!

A friend recommended this location for piercing. I called to make an appointment and spoke with Taylor. She said they accepted walk-ins but also appointments. I preferred to make an appointment since I live about 25 minutes away. I arrived about 5 minutes before my appointment at 6:30 pm. The building was dark except for the neon signs. I initially pulled up front. I went to the back in case there was a rear entrance. There werent any cars in the back. I called the business number in case someone was in the back and there wasnt an answer. The hours posted on the front door said Tuesday-Saturday 12-8 pm. If they had to close urgently, at least someone could have called since we had an appointment. This was poor customer service and if I could give it zero stars, I would.😡

I took my daughter & step daughter there and the girls (that work there ) made them (my girls) so much more comfortable when they were all nervous and R.C himself. Everyone there very knowledgeable as I oversaw the entirety of the piercing. I plan on going back for myself!

Taylor’s the best, I’ve been to her three times and she’s done six of my piercings. 10/10 would recommend and I’m definitely coming back!

I was a walk-in and I got my earlobe repierced and a forward helix piercing. It was a pretty quick process honestly, staff was nice and the place was clean. Taylor who pierced me was very kind and conversational and talked me through the piercing process and aftercare as well as gave me suggestions on the type of earrings to buy. I will be returning in the future !

Got both my nose piercings here and it was a quick process and they make sure you have everything to take care of the piercing. Definitely going back for my first tat and another piercing

Just had a neck tattoo done Taylor. She was GREAT! For sure going back for more work. Very gentle handed. She was very pleasant and kind. Place was SPOTLESS clean and staff was very very nice. My first time there and will not be my last for sure. Thank you!!

I just took my son here for his first tattoo for his 21st birthday. Great vibe with friendly artists. Very happy that my son had a great experience for his first time. Taylor is awsome. Very welcoming atmosphere. I believe the other women was April (not sure if that’s her name), was also very friendly and made us feel welcome and comfortable. Hands down best tattoo parlor in Delco! Rich Kimmel is an excellent artist! Great personality and really fairly priced. The work is just unparalleled. Totally happy and above expectations. Recommended one hundred percent!

Excellent as a always great artists beautiful colors and designs or make your own RC has always taken great pride in his work and art form I have beautiful work done by RC that has stood up against the test of time I look forward to my next one which I have already picked out. I didn’t catch the piercers name but she was fantastic! she changed out my daith piercing for me and re-pierced an old piercing that I had to let close. she was incredibly gentle and everything was very clean. I have 0 pain or irritation following my visit. I will definitely return for all my future piercing needs!

Such an amazing first experience! I had my tongue and navel pierced on the same day by Taylor, she was so lovely and patient..it happened so fast I hardly felt any pain. I highly recommend this place ♡♡♡♡♡

My experience was great I got a tattoo there April 1, 2022 the girl did a nice job so I went back and booked my son to get a tattoo by her he 17. Left a deposit for him to get his tattoo done on April 19 went back she say she couldn’t do it she needs his birthday to Ricky my ID his ID and his father present because he’s not 18. Mind you she never said this when we put our deposit of $50 down. Long story short wouldn’t do the tattoo and kept my deposit. She’s a great artist but I will never go there again

My daughter and I had our noses pierced both for the first time and Taylor made us feel really comfortable. Very professional and super sweet! We will most definitely be visiting again in the future! Thank you RC’s for a great experience!

What a perfect experience. As a memorial tattoo for a loved one on the anniversary of his passing. RCs was wonderful. Rich and Taylor are my favorite two artists. Taylor handled this one and Rich has done tattoos for my family for years. 5 stars and a heart for the love they showed. ❤

I just read the last review from a minor. I understand the frustration but following the laws and protocol is completely understandable. ABSOLUTELY no reason to give someone an unpleasant review for someone doing their job. I have been a long time client and Taylors work speaks volumes.I suggest that this minor go to some shady tattoo place and get what he wants!

I would not go anywhere else the place was spotless when I had my Daith (sp) pierced I was so impressed how Sterile and clean the area was. And the process was painless. I do not remember the young ladies name that did my piercing but she was amazing

This is my second piercing here and I have never had so much as bad inflammation! I am in an doubt and thr piercing has always healed quickly and smoothly. The piercings look great and the staff is always super friendly and calming. I highly recommend for piercings!

Left a deposit of $50 for a $200 tattoo. Came back for my scheduled date and was told that she cannot do my tattoo due to me being under 18 although I had a verified guardian and proof of my identity. Also refused to give back my deposit after not informing us that she does not do tattoos for minors. SN: for some reason I kept getting a blank stare from the staff after each question? Edit: That is not a law and doesn’t even make sense (to the company reply. 1st. I only have one parent so that’s impossible 2nd. I’m 18 now and I have the tattoo...)

I recently lost my husband and I had his heart rate from the hospital tattooed on my left wrist. The artist was very nice and did a beautiful job. The shop is very clean and comfortable and the people are very friendly and professional. I’m very happy with my tattoo and would definitely go back. Thank you again.

I was getting my very first tattoo of my sons name which was very important to me, so naturally I was nervous about how little I understood and for how itd turn out, but at RCs they were extremely accommodating and professional. It turned out EXACTLY how Id hoped, and theyll absolutely be seeing more of my business soon! Major shout out to Taylor for her work there.

Im not sure if they a couple or business partners but both the tattoo artist and piercer was Fing dope there vibe was chill and cool a$$ h3ll we went in for 2 noise piercing but I ended up getting something and a other friend ended up getting something done. Just because the piercer was so chill and we felt comfortable lol. Also the piecer have really good hands she was soft and fast with it definitely will recommend this shop for piercings

Went to get a navel piercing and not only was it pierced with a CBR which I now learned is behind industry standard and considered irresponsible, it was also too high and practically diagonal. Im glad I took it out because after a second opinion I was told it was at risk for migrating or infection. I really hope I can get my money back.

I absolutely love this shop. I first walked through the doors about 6 years ago and I still continue to return (and not for lack of knowing other great shops - I just absolutely love Richs work). Rich gave me a sleeve that people stop me to talk about every time I walk by. I couldnt be happier with the results and I ended up returning to him to extend it to my back, and he never fails to impress me. I look forward to getting another piece done by him - when you find an amazing shop and artist - you stick with them. Aside from the great work, RCs is very clean and I trust that the artists are doing everything they can to make the experience as pleasant as possible. Whenever I am getting tattooed, Rich is extremely accommodating and asks what kind of music I want to hear.. the shop really feels like home when you walk in.

After going to 2 different tattoo and piercings places and walking out bc I was uncomfortable I came to this one the lady that did my piercing was so nice and talked me through the whole thing I will be back again to get more done

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityI went to this shop to get a nose piercing. The young woman saw me walking up and locked the doors. I rang the bell and even called several times with no answer. The shop still was open for another hour or more per the hours (12-8) posted on the door. Unprofessional. At least answer the phone and tell me youre closed instead of having me standing outside looking out of place. Wouldnt recommend to my dog.

Been going to RCs for many years and have never had a problem. Clean space and down to earth staff. Rich has been my to go guy. Taylor is also good at what she does.

When they were planning to move in many years ago, the local residents protested and petitioned to not allow them. There’s never been a peep from them since!I had a cartilage piercing done by them, and they unwrapped all the tools and the earring in front of me. They wore gloves and explained every step before they did anything. They even offered to change the piercing for me if I didn’t want the standard ring. RC took great care to provide after care instructions. Friendly staff. Excellent tatoo artists. Anything from small to large tatoo. Words, quotes. You name it they can do it. Bring in your own picture or portrait and you will not be disappointed. They piercings as well. Some of the nicest work Ive seen has come out of this place. I personally would recommend anyone looking to get quality work done. Remember, you get what you pay for. This place is not overly expensive for the craftsmanship you receive here. They can even do free hand work. I have never had 1 complaint about any work I have received here. Check it out. I called and asked if i could come in for a piercing; they told me to come in.. i get there and they said they “were done for the night” i said i just called for a nostril piercing and he said “i never talked to you” lol bruh.. why would i lie?🙄 what a waste of time.

I got my first tattoo done 21 years ago and it still looks great. I do have another one done that the color didnt hold. My husband got one done there also and it still looks good.

Just received my nasal piercing. In and out in under 10 mins. It took longer to fill out paper work. Piercing took literally a minute! So cool

Stopped in in early August for a tattoo, said couldnt get me in until September 15th 🤤Its now 2 days before and not a thing has been done nor have i even been contacted about whats being done etc.Canceled appointment !Find somewhere better, dont waste your time ....

I am a prior customer. I called up to ask for a price and the guy was very rude to me. This is not how they should act. I’m very annoyed. Hopefully they can figure out how to be more polite to their customers maybe their get better business. Just saying 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️

Very unhappy with my tattoo unfortunately with the way it was shaded (should have never been shaded) I will have to try and find someone to fix it which means more money out of my pocket. In the meantime I have a huge blob on my foot that you cant even tell what it is. Never going back!

Would not come here for piercings. I got my septum pierced it’s entirely too low and the ring is way to big. Don’t waste your time and money, go somewhere else....
