I loved the fact that she is knowledgeable about all the services and answered all of my questions. She made me feel comfortable and less nervous about getting my treatment and she was very charismatic, which is rare in this industry. Thank you so much Jen! Usually go to the Roseville clinic, but they are booked weeks out so I decided to kill two birds with one stone with shopping/botox.Was the best experience I have ever had. After a half a decade of coming to Laser Away, I was able to learn something new for post care. Love the staff here and how friendly and welcoming they are. Even the front desk made me feel at home. I will be coming to this location from here on out regardless of the 45 min commute! Thanks girlfriends, appreciate all of you.

If you were thinking of getting laser hair removal go to any company but LaserAway. I try to give this big corporate company. The benefit of the doubt and I got screwed over almost $5000. Those consultations that they do isn’t with the nurse. It’s actually a sales rep and it’s not an actual consultation. I was told I was a “perfect candidate” for laser hair removal during my consultation. After eight sessions I am still waiting for the results. We went up to the highest setting and I cannot believe I wasted almost $5000. During one of my sessions in Sacramento I was told it looks like the Folsom location was actually missing a whole bottom side of my armpit and they were not getting that area treated… I was completely shocked when one of the nurses told me this. I did a post treatment evaluation due to the lack of results on all my areas (Brazilian lower legs and arm pits) and of course the only thing they recommended was I purchase more sessions. I am so disappointed!!!!! my sister went to get laser done at SEV in Roseville and has had such amazing results I regret not going there the treatment is cheaper and more effective! Ihad my under arms, Brazilian and legs I would highly not recommend going to laser away!

Was texted over a stacked package tattoo removal special that of course was quoted a wrong amount in error by one of the sales consultants who didn’t read my file notes once my spouse and I were ready to proceed with purchasing sessions at the Folsom location this weekend.Buyer Beware - From day one that you give over your info for a simple quote, you become flooded with calls and text messages eager to get you going on services. Feels like a bait and switch company for sure. Very disappointing indeed.

Purchased a laser hair removal package in December of 2022 - I am just about done with my treatment. I am impressed with the results I have had, but also with the wonderful staff treating me. All have been great, but Briana has always stood out for me. She goes above and beyond, she makes you feel comfortable, and she is so sweet! I have gotten great recommendations from her that have become new routines for me in my skin care.The receptionists have always been friendly and will ensure you know about promotions going on, but I have never felt pressure from them, more of an FYI.I definitely recommend laser hair removal to anyone interested!

I tried laser hair removal years ago and it was a horrible, painful experience. My friend talked me in to trying it again. It was a painless and very pleasant, professional experience. This place is great!

If I could give 10 stars I would especially for Ghida and Karishma! They were both so incredibly helpful and kind! Ghida is in the front and she talked me through everything and was just so helpful and so kind! She answered all my questions and went above and beyond to help me. I love the way my lips turned out Karishma did such an amazing job I am obsessed and want to get more from her! She also helped me so much and answered all my questions I felt so comfortable and confident leaving! I highly recommend LaserAway in the Palladio! And I can’t wait to go back!

Nicole, the front desk employee, was really ill-mannered and impatient with me. I will never visit that place again because of her dismissive demeanor and her abrupt hang up on me. All I was trying to do is ask her how many units I had left and why

If I could give lower stars, I would. I was planning on starting services with the location in Folsom, CA. I got approved for financing and the consultant said that I have 30 days to change my mind because I told her that I had to speak to husband first. I called back 2 weeks after my initial call and told the consultant that unfortunately I would need to wait and I needed to cancel the proceeding.This was in Dec. 2023. It is now March 2024 and I am still getting bills saying that I owe. I have spoken to so many people they have all promise to call me back and no has. I have been hung up and spoken to rudely just today March 29, 2024.If I was even thinking about using Laser Away, I wouldnt now.Nothing has been resolved, and Im the one that has to keep calling. Im getting nowhere. I dont know with this is doing to my credit since the bills that come in say late fees. This is so ridiculous and frustrating . Everyone was sure nice when I was thinking about using the services, but they arent now.

2 to 4 stars. I initially gave 2 stars because I was Pretty sure I got bumped for another client and nobody called me to tell me so when I got there they wanted to blame the rep that made the original reservation. I’ve had this appointment booked for weeks. The reason I suspect this is because my facial was comped because I already purchased so much in care for January and companies like this rather prioritize additional money. And when I asked why I wasn’t contacted by them they said it was the reps responsibility to reschedule me because they (office staff) are not allowed to contact me. Even though I got 2 text messages from them and they’re the ones providing the services. They said this was their policy. This policy is what loses clients. I spent the entire time in there fighting back tears of disappointment. I was really looking forward to my treatment. Even dried out my skin by not using products for days prior as instructed. Now I have salty tears running down my dry face. Giving three stars because the Second Lady I spoke with actually seemed like she felt bad but the First Lady basically just shrugged her shoulders and was like ya you’re inconvenienced but that’s our policy. Oh well. Honestly tempted to cancel all my services and get a refund for what I already paid. I did not feel Like a valued client.Follow-up: I got my facial and it was amazing. Front desk staff are kind but they’re still a little snippy. But over all great experience. I can deal with a little spice, just not complete disposal and lack of accountability.

Professional, competent, friendly staff answered all my questions and scheduled me quicker than I had even hoped! Salon is clean, spacious and cheerful. The laser tattoo removal procedure was done well. They are thorough in their care; assuring the safety of clients being treated by well-trained, competent medical professionals. Highly recommended.

LaserAway is an extremely thorough, professional and knowledgeable facility. I was apprehensive until I received the first phone call thru the office visit. Everyone treated me as a VIP, and explained everything with patience and kindness. I would recommend all my friends and family to your business!! Thank you for your awesomeness!

Place is an absolute debt trap. Show up 5 minutes late to an appointment and they cancel my appointment to be rescheduled at a later date. However, its not a problem if they make you wait 10 minutes after your scheduled time. Staff is commission based, so EVERYTHING is an upcharge. I would stop services now if they didnt build a contract so harsh that Lucifer would be proud of. Happy holidays and glad you enjoy your SOP. I wont ever be coming back after this is all said and done.

I signed up for more information and got 3 calls per day, and several emails and texts. That to me seems like a scam if they are THAT persistent to try and get a client in. That consistent of communication is very overwhelming, and they were super rude when I answered a call to ask to be removed from the calling list.

I’ve had botox so many times before and I’m a first time customer of laser away just because they’re super close to our house. (We just moved to Folsom recently) Employees are awesome! However, the sales rep over the phone really are just all about marketing. They gave me a good deal, almost close to how much I pay for where I used to get it done prior to moving here and the botox stayed for over 7-8months. They introduced Xeomin and they were pushing me to get that as it was more affordable and it would work exactly as botox. WRONG!!! The product they told me barely worked. Had to go back for follow up because it didnt work. A month later, it already wear off completely. I was hoping this would stay the same amount months as what I had before and if I wouldve known this would happen, I wouldve picked botox. This was just waist of money. The sales rep were very pushy and they give you false advertising. Will never go back to this place ever again.

Ive had like 3 sessions so far and I am very pleased with the results! I have 5 more to go until Im all done. its totally worth the money! My hair grows back less and less every time! And the sessions are always quick and not painful at all! The nurses make it a very comfortable, non-invasive experience! Friendly, judgement-free place where everyone is beautiful! ♥️

I did tattoo removal at LaserAway and I love my results! The sales person (Woman with the curly hair) was very informative and helpful with my decision and I didnt feel pressured to buy at all. The nurses are very thorough and very knowledgeable as well as the front desk.

Natalia is the absolute best, the sweetest, and most thorough nurse I’ve ever had. She takes the time to make you feel comfortable about the process and always ensures that she gets everything. She is very thoughtful and is very good at her job! :)

This place is amazing! Basically no hair after like 3 treatments :) even after months. But Id still recommend to get at least 6 in a row just to be safe, super long lasting. The staff nice too. I was also able to reschedule my appointment 2 days before the actual appointment(which was my bad) with no issues.

Its not my favorite thing to leave a negative review for any business, but in this case, I would recommend supporting a smaller local business who actually cares about the customer experience they are offering, and stay away from this corporate experience.----Minus 1 star for cost of service ($200 for 2 minutes of laser time if that, which equates to $6,000/hr) - at that rate I would expect extremely stellar customer service and quality.Minus 1 star for quality of service (I had a small area treated and spots were missed, at the rate I paid I would expect perfection especially on a small area). Now 1 week post treatment it looks like nothing was done at all.Minus 1 star for customer service. I immediately asked if she had missed a spot because I didnt feel it and the technician didnt even look and promptly said no, the tone was off and short as if insulted I even asked. I almost want to remove another star because apparently this person trains all the other technicians. No chalking or guidelines to help ensure all spots are covered.---1 star earned because they have a high tech laser, its just unfortunate the operators are, in my opinion, not skilled and with poor bedside manner.1 star earned because the manager was kind in trying to address my concerns, although no one ever followed up with me about potentially replacing my session. Even though I texted with the person who sold me my session, she eventually ghosted me. I was pawned off to a second technician who was listening in to my complaints without being introduced to me, who also spoke down to me with a rude tone shutting down all of my concerns before finally admitting it was possible the technician missed spots because people make mistakes. I agree, people make mistakes, I was just asking them to acknowledge the mistake and replace my session because at this cost of service, I would expect a perfect service and would expect to be treated better.At no point was I rude or demanding, I really just wanted an acknowledgment that some spots were missed, an apology for my time loss and an offer to replace my session. I didnt plan to write this review until continuing to be ignored.I cant believe this is how they think high end customer service should work. I had a feeling I was treated poorly because I was in a hurry that morning, I woke up late and was not dressed well that day. But the next day when I went in to show proof about my bad experience, they stuck to their guns on rude customer service.Perhaps another laser away in the Sacramento area would offer a better experience. If I am offered a replacement session I will try another location. I cant believe I almost dropped $5,000 on a full body laser package - I am so grateful I tested them out before committing.

I gave this 1 star because all the nurses were kind and the environment itself is fine.I just am so mad at myself for wasting my money. I feel frustrated because I did the original consultation and asked lots of questions about how long laser hair removal lasts, its effects, what things to do in order to have the best experience, and more... just to come out the same on the other side.They told me it was completely permanent and that I would loose 70% or more hair growth or they would give me free extra appointments. I am on a tighter budget but I had a scary incident where I accidentally cut myself so bad while shaving that me and my spouse thought that this could really help me (I have a hand tremor and always accidentally cut myself when shaving).So I pay over $4000 for legs, bikini, underarms, and lip hair removal. I go to all the appointments and at the end I still wasnt up to the 70% so they gave me two more appointment. In the moment I was fairly satisfied. I felt like it had helped. Then, on my final appointment while I am checking out, the lady at the desk mentions how I can now start setting up my touch up appointments and that they recommend you do that fairly regularly if you want to keep up the progress..... I was SOOOO FRUSTRATED! I was told that this would save me money in the long run, that I wouldnt have to shave anymore unless I wanted to shave off peach fuzz. The woman on the first phone consultation even said it would fix my chicken legs (it helped a tiny bit, but not much).Anyway, here I am now, almost 6 months after my final appointment, having to shave 3 times a week (which is how much I shaved before this experience) just to keep up with it. I have tried to keep my hormones balanced, I havent taken anything with Biotin in it..... I just spent over $4000 for about a years worth of appointments, pain and frustration, just to come out the other side the same as I was...... UUUGHHHHJust dont waste your money! It is so disappointing.

I wasted over $4,000 here and advise you to not do the same. I paid for a package of 8 sessions for legs, brazilian, underarms and after my first appt added on upper lip as well as tattoo removal (for a medium sized black outline tattoo on my ribs). It was a complete waste of money. A few short weeks after my last appointment my hair was almost completely back and I have MAYBE a 25% reduction in my tattoo (thats being generous). its about 10 months after my last treatment I can confirm my fur coat is back and I am ready for winter.Initially, I was told my hair would reduce each session until I had *none* left and that I probably wouldnt even need 8 sessions! That I would maybe need to come in once or twice a year after and that was it! I am very pale with dark hair. I thought it was expensive and now have confirmed through friends and nurses (even friends in Los Angeles) that it is EXTREMELY expensive. They always advertise a 60% off sale! which is still expensive, but seems like a good deal based on their inflated pricing. Check their poor BBB/trust pilot/yelp ratings and read the negative reviews (especially the ones who are FINISHED with their treatments, not the reviews during, which they beg you for reviews after your first treatment or so to get a good review).I have spoken with nurses who work at plastic surgeons office and a few of them started their aesthetic nursing career at laser away and all independently said that you should not go to laser away, you should go to an office that has a real doctor on site so that the nurses are able to turn up the lasers to higher settings (which makes sense that they cant without a doctor present) and that theres a reason the laser away hair removal lasers are basically painless and your friends who have gotten hair removal at doctors offices are surprised!They only care about SALES and are not helpful at all. I left a review on yelp and was told that I would be contacted... a few emails back and forth with corporate and setting up a time for a call, when the time for the call came...crickets. An omg sooooo sorry! email after and then... I was just ghosted. You cant get ahold of corporate you can only get ahold of sales. They are extremely unprofessional and do not care about customer satisfaction at all (unless you are excited and happy about your first few treatments, then they care, but only if you have no complaints or concerns).After my experience with corporate or lack of experience, I decided I would continue my tattoo removal and was hopeful for that...I brought up my complaint in-person as well and said that it wasnt the nurses fault but asked if there was something they could do and I was told they would have a nurse take a look next time and were dismissive and tried to sell me MORE hair removal sessions exclaiming they had a deal! (they always do) to which I said, no I was not interested as I felt I had wasted money with no real results... When I got home they seriously texted me trying to sell me sessions.The next time... they in fact did *not* take a look and were dismissive because the nurse was training someone... on me. There was a few awkward experiences in-person at the location in regards to them messing up the schedule and overhearing petty arguments and feeling awkward tension (which is reminiscent of working at tanning salons, and beauty salons when I was younger, so I get it). The space is fairly clean but their toilet is always clogged. They girls at the front are overall nice, and so are the nurses, and I hope they use laser away to launch their aesthetic career and leave the company asap.Complete waste of money. I regret more than anything being genuinely excited at first and suggesting this to my friends who purchased packages too. I wish I could have gotten a full refund for this horrible experience and that I had waited until at least a month or two after to share with friends so they did not waste their hard earned money too. Laser Away is a money hungry cheap experience with an expensive price tag.

I have been so impressed at the service I have received from LaserAway. It started with my consultation over the phone with Liz Khussein. She was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. She worked around my schedule to book my laser hair removal appointments at the Folsom location. Traci at Folsom answered my questions over the phone prior to my first session and also greeted me up front for my first appointment. I have received treatments from both Tiffany and Amy at the Folsom location and both nurses were very friendly and knowledgeable. Both Liz and the staff at Folsom LaserAway made me feel comfortable and at ease. Thank you!!!

PSA for Afghans or anyone of South East Asian or Middle Eastern descent because you most likely will be spending a good chunk of money to get similar results:Ill be writing based on my own personal experience and observations. I give the two stars because the staff were so nice and the environment was clean and amazing. In terms of the actual service, the results werent really worth it to me.I paid around 3.9k for 9 sessions for my upper body (chest, abdomen, back, arms, armpits, hands, etc. Only things not included were my neck and above). Im Afghan and I know that my hair growth is a lot more than most people. I would have been happy if there was a 70 percent hair reduction for my overall upper body, but it didnt seem to be the case.My forearms had the best results, but still was lacking because it seems like the growth of hair now isnt consistent. Im not sure if certain areas were missed, but there are big patches of areas on my forearms that grow very quickly and the rest takes a little time to grow out. My armpits didnt see much hair reduction either. Hands and fingers were on the same boat. Some fingers actually seem like it got a 90% hair reduction, but it sucks because the next finger didnt have any hair reduction and looks like bushes.My chest and abdomen had pretty much no change to it. The hair still grows out a lot and quickly. I understand that it could be because the hair is a little finer than my forearm hair, but I was a little disappointed when I went in for a hair assessment after the 9 sessions and photos were taken to be sent to the higher ups. I was offered the same discount for additional sessions that they offered after my last appointment. The thing is, that would have been an additional 700 dollars to what I already paid and it didnt seem to make sense when the promise of semi-hair removal wasnt even accomplished. It also made me wonder if there would be any change with three touch up appointments when the initial nine didnt seem like it did much.If I were to go back, I would have just done my forearms The percentage of hair reduction would be like 60% for my forearms. I dont think the overall price was worth it when most of my areas werent much different compared to before the laser treatments. I mainly regret shaving my back and chest because I feel like the irritation from it ended up causing my back to break out way more than Ive ever experienced before and the results werent worth having to deal with it now.*When I say forearms, I mean the region from my hands to my elbows.UPDATE 09/09/22: All my hair grows back as normal from before I even did laser. All I have now is never ending acne on my arms and chest. I dont recommend this to anyone and will be changing this to 1 star for the safety of others.

I purchased a package of six of Clear and Brilliant because it gave me a discount. I got one treatment and after that they stopped doing anything on the face due to COVID-19. They kept postponing my appointment and I decided to cancel the rest of the treatments. When I called to cancel they told me that they will be charging me full price for the one I had and will return the left-over. I didn’t agree to that and the representative told me that they will talk with a director to see what they can do. Then about an hour later I received a receipt for a refund with one treatment’s full price deducted. I called the store back and the representative said, “I thought we discussed it, we are charging a full price for one treatment.” I told her, yes, and I didn’t agree to that and you were going to talk with your director about it. I asked her to cancel the refund so I can file a claim with the bank, but she said it was impossible to do.I was also unhappy with that one treatment I did have. The nurse was rushing and then when they gave me a mask to put on they asked me to leave to a different room because they wanted to help other people. I left to a different room and it was SUPER cold and uncomfortable (there was a bunch of machines they needed to keep cool in that room).Poor customer service. I will not go back.

Update: I still have to shave once a week even after initial package and touch up package. Botched filler so my upper lip is uneven and all I got was an apology. They rotate out nurses and you never know if youre going to get a good experience or not. Its a cheap experience with an expensive price tag and they dont stand by their work. I went to this place for over a year: My advice is to stay away and find a better company.Let me start by saying everyone I have met st laser away Folsom has been really friendly. I feel comfortable walking in there. Now, for laser hair removal... As I understand it laser away is a site that helps with new aestheticians and training. I have been there for 4 treatments now and I can definitively say your success will largely depend on the technique and skill of your nurse. I got drastically different results depending on who treated me. Lets start with my first. KIM. GO SEE HER. I was told my lack of hair after my first treatment can happen as your system is essentially shocked at first. I found when Kim treated me the 4th time this was not true. Im a few weeks out now and can confidently say this. I had just as much success as my 1st treatment. No hair for weeks. Less shaving!!! The nurse that treated me the second time was a fill in. A nurse on call from another center. She was nice but her attitude from the start showed she didnt really want to be there and it showed in the level of success, or lack of should say, in my treatment. 0 results. The nurse that did my 3rd treatment was better. I got some knock down but not the same as Kims amazing work. So, my suggestion as a patient is to pay attention. Watch grid patterns. You should smell the hair burning... gross I know. But its one of the things I noticed. Pay attention to how they understand your skin. Kim was knowledgeable and informative. It showed. She also has care and compassion. It shows too. My suggestion for the center... youll have happier customers if you maybe set Kim to train them or monitor your nurses. Getting customer feedback I know puts this power in your hands. 5 stars for kim... but 4 for the center.. as I feel treatments 2 and 3 were a waste.

Terrible experience! I had areas that were completely missed! I called in to address the issue and was told that I could only expect about a 10% reduction in hair growth per treatment and regardless of how much hair did or didnt fall out, the treatments were working like they were supposed to. 3 weeks after my treatment you could see all the areas that were missed as the hair was still growing like normal and didnt fall out. Not just a hair here and there but entire patches of hair. Ive had treatments else where and have never had an issue like this. The treatments aren’t going to work on spots they didnt hit! I reached out to them and they completely blew me off and told me I just needed more treatments. I was a bit surprised how fast the treatments was compared to other places I’ve been, but now I know why - because they only hit half of the area.I’m seriously blown away by all the positive reviews people have submitted without having a single treatment or even stepping inside the establishment! How well they scheduled your appointment may factor into your overall review, but is a completely inadequate basis for an entire review.

I purchased a package for the clear and brilliant and I have gone 3 times so far and notice a difference already. They offer other packages and discounts and will definitely be coming here for all of my future spa procedures.

Guys if you want to get Botox get Botox.I was pushed to get xeomin and was told it works the same just more affordable.Its not the same . It was like half result from Botox and I just hate that I wasted my money for that. For the future I will stay with Botox

Come to the Laseraway Folsom location! Their team is always happy and welcoming. I feel so comfortable and confident in my investment. The machines are effective, Nurses are thorough and the receptionists are actually treatment specialists and are so well educated on all the treatments. I highly recommend this location!

Laseraway back out on their words and their customer service is bad because there is a liar working on their front desk. I had a good first hand experience for my first service. I was asking for information for second service. They said if I am not sure, I can sign up for this 18months 0% loan first. They also told me I wont get charge until my first treatment, and also if I decide to cancel it before my first treatment, I wont get charge for anything.So I have to fly off to somewhere for few months less than a year from now. I know I wont be able to complete my treatment, and I have to cancel. I call in to cancel 3 times, and not only did I not get a response, I was told something different. 1st time, they said they will call me back, but they never. 2nd time, they said they will have to have the person handled my original loan transaction call me back but I never get a call back. 3rd time, they said I cant cancel the loan cause its past 7 days after the loan. Seriously? Seriously? I explained to them nicely about what the front desk lady mentioned to me, and what she told me about I can cancel my service and wont get charge as long as I do it before my first service. Again, I was told that they will have the lady who helped me to sign up for the loan to call me back. 2 weeks past, I start getting emails saying I have a late payment from Ally Lending. ?? And no one ever call me back. I have to start paying for service I never use. Its a $2k ++ service!! I call Ally Lending and told them about my situation. They confirmed that I havent use their service and said they will make a claim for me from Laseraway. Is Laseraway waiting for a lawsuit? I am now paying for Ally Lending so I dont get penalty and and affect my credit score. As good as their treatments are, Laseraway is full off irresponsible employees waiting to get a lawsuit someday.

I just started the services with Mateo and hands off best personality and great communicator. He was so clear about the service and just so kind!

There was hesitation to fit me in to their schedule as I was late to my appointment due to traffic, however, they did see me after they saw everyone that was waiting in the waiting room. The female physician assistant gave me a virtual pre-procedure exam, asking me if I had allergies or if I was on any medication. Her face and expressions were very unfriendly like she was tired and like she was forced to do her job. Again, this was quick, about 5 or less minutes. I got two areas done for laser hair removal in a total of 15 minutes. The person who did my hair laser removal was friendly, so were the receptionists. The place was clean and fancy. 4 out of 5 stars.

As a current client of yours I paid (and a friend) up front quite a bit of money for laser sessions. Throughout this pandemic I understand the company has had to make adjustments but I was not called to reschedule and now have an appointment that means I am 4 months between sessions. New clients are being put into sooner spots which is incredibly ridiculous. We were told weekend appointments were no problem during our consultation, yet that has not been the case as those appointments are also kept for new clients I am told. We never got an email saying we needed to reschedule (after also not being told the appointments were even canceled). Yet we receive email ads saying half off, 65% off, BOGO sales and so on .... again to get new clients. As a client who paid in full I would say find a different company because they do what they can to get you in the door and then that is quite literally it. From then on you have to beg for weekend appointments and hope to get squished into your nearest office... yes we have to drive over an hour away to go to another office because our home office booked up too fast.... apparently too many new clients called and previous clients were ignored.

Ive gone to LaserAway Folsom for Hair removal, botox and recently started laser facials for my acne scarring. Results have been absolutely incredible, the customer service is top notch. I recommend LaserAway to all of my friends and family.

I love Laseraway! I’ve been coming here for 5 months and always receive excellent service. I’ve received a couple of different treatments from Monica and she is incredibly professional and thorough with my treatments, ensuring I get the most out of my time here.

The staff was friendly for the most part. The sales person seemed put off that I was using a groupon, not ready to buy further packages yet and she quickly ushered me out of her office. I use Groupon to try out a business.I have only had one treatment so not sure how well it works yet but, the nurse who did my treatment was very nice and did a thorough job.

I did spend over $2000.00 with no results. They told me I will lose 15 ponds with this treatment in three months.Not only I did not lose any but I gained a few pounds.When I communicated with them they want to sell me another treatment.My experience with them. They just push to sell and don’t care about the patient. I am very unhappy with the way they treated me.

The ladies that work here are absolutely wonderful to work with. I had a consult with Lindsay and she helped me book two future appointments. I was seen fast even though the lobby area was full when I walked in. Overall really great experience. 10/10 would recommend.

Went to the Folsom location today and the place was very clean, front desk staff are so friendly and the nurse was very nice too. Amazing overall experience!❤️

It was my first treatment for Clear and Brilliant with LaserAway yesterday (09/12) and the experience failed below my expectations. I expected a comfy bed and basic facial process: cleansing, numbing, cleansing, treatment, and masks.I washed my face before the appointment but still expected some cleansing before anything should be applied in my face. Also, They used medical wet wipe to wipe of the numbing cream (YEP.....Not even facial cotton or facial wipe)I was asked to put on the headband by myself and got applied/removed numbing cream while sitting uncomfortably.The face mask used at the end was cheap and less than 10 minutes. There was no serum/moisturizer and sunscreen at the end. The experience doesnt match with their brand name Laser Away and advertisement.Will keep you posted for the results.

First, Ill preface this by saying I abhor inefficiency and incompetence. This location is a 20 minute drive from my house. I scheduled a 30 minute free consultation. I then spent 25 minutes sitting in the waiting room, cooling my jets. I waited and waited and waited while the receptionist attempted to schedule a return visit for one of the two ladies in front of me. Finally, it was my turn, and... she couldnt find my name. Then, a second customer arrived. The receptionist actually stopped looking for my name to go and get a second receptionist. Apparently, it was ok for me to wait, but not the lady after me (?!). She eventually found my name then sent a text to complete registration which included a number of highly invasive questions (about my life history, my medical treatments, primary care doctors, drug abuse (?!), STDS(?!?!), and medications, the only thing they didnt ask me was how many partners Ive had and the name of my husband), required the description be read and consent be given for 10-12 services, HIPPA and arbitration waivers, and an account be created, all before deciding whether or not I would be interested in receiving any of their services. Ordinarily, that would have been fine and dandy; however, I called earlier that morning to move my appointment up by 30 minutes. Those forms could have been sent then while my name was easily found, and, again, I came in for a consultation. Not sure why that information was needed before DECIDING IF I WANT SERVICES. Next, after I filled out all of the forms, signed the waivers, two, count them, two receptionists couldnt find my completed list of required forms!! Then, one of them actually asked me if she could see my phone to (prove that I was capable of completing the forms) see if there was a glitch. Obviously, she was more capable of using MY phone than I! Finally, this woman wanted me to do the entire process all over again, on her iPad. No, Im over it. Not to mention after repeating the proper pronunciation of my Spanish name twice, and correcting the mispronunciation a third time, they continue to call me the wrong thing! Such a waste of my time and energy. That was an hour I will never get back! The only reason they got two stars was because the office was clean, well kept and well-appointed.

First time going and I loved it! Would highly recommend if you have the ability to get laser hair removal. Staff fun friendly very professional. Make you feel comfortable and right at home!

They send out so many text messages from different branches and no continuity. So you don’t know who your talking too. They are over priced and fake smiles. The vibe they give is used car salesman.

Had to reschedule my appt twice due to their November holiday party. Upon 10 minutes of be being to my appointment time in December, I get a call I need to be rescheduled. This is not right. I had to drive to Folsom and back for this .

Was nervous about going but the girlWho did my IPL made me feelTotally at ease and did a great job. I have had IPL 2 times before once a good experience and once not. This experience was very good and now waiting to see results as I know it takes more then one IPL to see a big difference

I did cool sculpting 4 months ago, I never saw results and no one ever scheduled a follow up appointment for me. Very disappointed, a waste of money and I would not reccomend coolsculpting to anyone.

Just unprofessional and unorganized. I payed these people $500... They canceled my appointments twice without giving any notice and then try and reschedule you months later. Now I am trying to get a refund an that in itself is a unorganized mess. They have no clue whats going on.

IPL is used for the entire face in any clinic or spa you would visit. For men at laseraway they will not treat you into the beard line (even though I dont have one) saying its there policy. No disclosure anywhere about this policy so here I sit with a half a treatment.

I loved my first experience !! The whole process from making my appointment to the day of was a BREEZE! I was in and out and it and everyone there was SUPER sweet!
